Our shower flooded late at night. We found Get Rapid Restoration.
They responded very fast and arrived in less than an hour. Ron is very professional and fixed my shower in a short period of time. Ron saved the night! I highly recommended Get Rapid Restoration. I was completely satisfied.
Unlicensed, negligent, and non-responsive.
We hired Get Rapid Restoration six months ago to reseal a leaking tub and fix the water damage the leak had caused.
But it turned out they did an incompetent job of resealing the tub, so it was still leaking. And six months later, the water damage was back.
I made repeated attempts to contact them about this, but they just ghosted me.
That's when I checked the California State Licensing Board website and discovered that Get Rapid Restoration doesn't even have a license, and had been doing the work illegally.
Stay away. Hire a legitimate, licensed contractor to do the work competently and legally.
Called this place on a Sunday afternoon when all the other plumbers were closed (half days on Sunday's). These guys answered right away and came out within an hour. Appreciate the prompt service. Issue was a plugged shower drain which they snaked quickly.

My rental in Victorville unexpectedly had a huge leak coming from the kitchen ceiling. My tenant was calling me telling me that it needs to be addressed as soon as possible. However, I reside in Los Angeles about 1.5 hours away and it's already late in afternoon. I started to call and message various plumbing companies in the high desert. Most were unable to come fix the issue, while others said they were to busy to come today and needed to check it out tomorrow. However Ron was the only one who said he was willing to drop by to check it out. He went out of his way to come around 530pm to give me a free estimate and also test the mositure levels for free.
He quickly gave me as qoute and told me that he will need to fix the leak in the upstairs bathroom, bring in driers and humidifiers for a few days. Because it was an emergency I expected the cost to be a bit on the high side but Ron was reasonable, respectful and was professional at all times. He was able to address my issue immediately. He has both a restoration and plumbing companiy so it truly makes thing so much easier. Great customer service

Ron helped address a clogged bathtub as well as a leak in the tub. Since the tub was on the second floor of a rental unit I needed this done ASAP. I was able to get a quote within an hour on a Friday night and the work was completed the following day. The price was fair and it was easy to coordinate with Ron. Will be using his service again in the future.

Ron was great. Our old water heater stopped working this morning, and by 5 pm, he had a new one installed and working for us. He and his co-worker were both very nice, very professional, and very polite. The price was good, and they took care of everything so I didn't have to. I didn't have to take time off of work or anything. I really appreciate his work ethic in making sure it was all handled promptly, in the same day. He not only installed the heater but made sure it all worked and looked good - he stayed true to his word and took care of us!
I recommend Ron to anyone needing a new water heater or similar type of work!

I called this company they finally came out they checked plumbing to determine how to fix the copper pipe. Anthony the lead plumber said it would be 275.00 to fix. He scheduled me for Wednesday and never showed up, not even a courtesy call. Definitely do NOT recommend this service at all!
Ron was there for me when water damage ruined my bamboo floors. I called him on a weekend & he did not hesitate to fit' me in and then proceeded to take care of the damage, if you ever had to call someone, a company, on a weekend and get the kind of service & trust that I got working with Rom, you'd be lucky. I would recommend Ron for any water restoration project, plumbing & general restoration services. He's someone you can count on and trust. Thank you Ron!

These guys were awesome. My main line was suddenly clogged with a houseful of guests and they were here within 30 minutes of calling on a Sunday. OF COURSE my old house ended up having wonky access issues to the main pipe but they kept trying everything to get my issue resolved. They kept me super informed about my options and how much things would cost. I had called around beforehand and their prices were very competitive. So overall, they were super professional, honest, quick to service, and SO diligent to get my issue resolved! Thank you!!!
Had an overflow in our kitchen sync at night and after reaching out on yelp, they responded fast and I was able to book for the next morning visit (it was not an emergency). Ron came to our place and fixed the issue and kindly explained to us what to watch out for to avoid the issues in the future. Great service overall.

My water heater went out and I called Mandel Bishop on a reference from a friend. One of the team, Ron, came out within a few hours the same day, and determined the water heater thermal regulator was broken. The next day they installed a high-quality heater and will be back next week to install the right safety straps for earthquake safety. The people that flipped the house did not have the right safety harness on the heater. Good thing there wasn't a strong enough earthquake or that could have been disastrous. Mandel answered all of my many questions professionally and was so understanding. Highly recommend this group!

Ron and his team helped out, over several days, with multiple drain and water issues that we had at our house. One of the things that I appreciate is how pleasant Ron and his workers are. Ron is dependable and true to his word. In the middle of a crisis he would be the best person to call. He did both drain snaking and crawl-space water drying and mold mitigation.
Ron and his crew took care of a sewer pipe replacement in a timely and professional manner. The work was all done in one day. Ron was able to assess the problem in an earlier visit and give me an estimate on the work. It was scheduled for the following week and was taken care to my complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend having Ron look at any of your plumbing issues.
Ron did such an amazing job at installing our brand new dishwasher. He was very quick to respond at such short notice especially during the holiday season + Covid. He came and inspected our dishwasher took a few minutes to diagnose and see if we had the proper connections and was quick to notice if we needed other parts. He then went out of his way to pick up these parts and came back and completed the job and very well done! I am very happy to have found a new contact person for all my plumbing needs. Made a call to Get Rapid Restoration and spoke with Mr. Ronald. I told him I had a leak coming from my shut off valve. He was very helpful and determined to get to the bottom of the issue. He asked if I could send over a few photos and gave me his expert opinion that I needed a new faucet. Also that I should replace the lines as well underneath because water damage occurred. So I went and picked one up that evening. He came out to my house the following morning. He was very professional. He was upbeat and friendly during his time there. He replaced everything fast and efficiently. Most importantly he assured me that i wouldn't have anymore problems.

We were having an issue with our toilet handle drooping after being flushed, so it would constantly cause the toilet to run. Ron came over quickly and diagnosed the problem and got a new handle for us ordered. When he came back I also had a new kitchen sink faucet that needed to be installed and he was able to tackle them both. He was SUPER responsive via text in trying to get the appointments scheduled. He was really understanding when I was running 10 minutes late to our appointment. He got everything done quickly and efficiently. He was very polite. I highly recommend him to anyone with plumbing needs! You can't go wrong with Ron and Get Rapid Restoration. I'll definitely be calling him again in the future if we have any plumbing needs!
Ron helped us clean out our crawl space after it flooded from heavy rains. He got it pumped, debris removed, and dried. He checked in on progress several times and communicated throughout. He was great to work with and would recommend his services.

Worked with Ron over phone initially, he asked to come over to check the project: install for vanity and toilet. We discussed the price and scheduled over the weekend. Ron sent a friend Kevin to do the job. He found some issues with the drain and had to do some extra work. This was discussed with Ron and he was respectful and accommodating of the changes. Once we agreed on renegotiated price, the work was done swiftly, cleanly and carefully. Happy and will recommend!

We are happy with Ron's service. We were late to get back home. He patiently waited for us and fixed our dishwasher/ air vent in no time. I would recommend his service to anyone
Worst service ever. Ron charged me $225.00 to clamp a leaky pipe in a small section of my closet and $2500.00 for two blowers and a dehumidifier because of mold from the leak. He recommended his company to handle the whole job. After feeling pressured by someone he connected me to on the phone I agreed. He had his equipment hooked up for 2 days. When he came to get his equipment a plumber I hired came out minutes after he left. He stuck his hand under the clamp and showed me water dripping in his hand which prove that Ron did not clamp it correctly. Now I am out of all this money because all he did was blowed hot air on a leak he did not secure correctly. Ladies beware of companies that tries to pressure you into making quick decisions just so they can get a check.

He showed up wearing a mask and wore booties and took all the precautions you would expect in the COVID environment. We've been living with a strong smell drifting into our house off and on for weeks now. It was only on the third inspection that the plumbers noticed the standing pool of water hidden in the labyrinth of our crawl space. We bought a new washer and dryer and had them installed. The installers didn't attach the waterline securely and as a result we had a major water leak after doing laundry overnight. The three walls surrounding the washer were soaked. l knew that if we didn't get it taken care of we could potentially grow black mold. We initially called the installers and they gave us a ton of runaround. This was especially concerning as we had two newborns in the house at the time. We called Ron at Get Rapid Restoration and and he came out to our house within an hour of calling. He assessed the damage and and got to work immediately. Ron is professional and did good work. When the job was finished the area was cleaned and restored back to its previous condition. His prices were fair and we would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

I had a totally unexpected kitchen water damage issue out of nowhere. A hose broke and water puddled in my kitchen causing water damage to both cabinets and flooring. Ron and his team came out immediately to test the dampness and water levels. It was very high so they used blowers and other measures over a few days to mitigate the water damage. I'm glad they came out because the level of water damage wasn't apparent to me and if I had left it as it was and just took care of the plumbing issue, I may have had serious mold issues later on. Ron is timely and communicates frequently so you know what's going on and why.
