Joe's done a couple jobs for me and did great work. He's prompt, courteous and I've had no problems with his repairs. I highly recommend him

I had a plumbing issue and Kerry responded quickly and came out to look at it. Though I was able to fix the issue myself prior to him coming, he still came and helped me understand my options in case the issue arises again in the future. I felt he was honest, gave a fair estimate, and didn't try to unnecessarily upsell me. I'd recommend him based on this interaction.

Deborah always does a great job. She is honest and isn't going to make you do more work/pay more than you have to. She gives you options for the scope of the project and is very good at what she does. For people saying that she never responds, please keep in mind that this is a two person small business. Deborah both responds and does all of the work (with Paul). She is open about the fact that you should keep texting until she is able to get back to you. So just keep trying! She is worth the wait (and it really isn't that bad and she gets you scheduled quickly!!). We will only use Deborah and Paul for our plumbing needs!

Our water heater went out New Year's Eve (Friday night). We waited until Monday morning to find a plumber; we didn't want to incur an emergency fee when it wasn't a true emergency (i.e., no water at all, broken pipe). Of course, the weather exploded everyone's pipes the next day, so by Monday, plumbers were overloaded. Somehow, we still got squeezed in and serviced with a new water heater installed by Tuesday. Excellent customer service, friendly attitude, top-notch installation. Love these guys!

Ive used Jimmy Z from Zesbro plumbing for 8 yrs. Always on time, efficient, cleans up. From as little things as having the tub snaked to putting spickets on the front and back of my home. Have a small business in Seattle (Salon) Where he also put in a sink in the back room to new shampoo bowls.  Always a pleasure to work with. Have referred to friends that have been equally satisfied. My wife and I moved into our new place last November. When we first looked at it, the shower was unfinished, but were told that it would be completed by our move in date. Unfortunately the shower, installed by Hudy plumbing, dripped from about a week past our move in.

I called Isaac Hudy, for the first time, on his cell a few days before Christmas to see if he could correct the job, but never heard back from him. Normally, this would be a ding against a contractor. To be honest, in this case it was understandable, since 1.) I had never corresponded with him before, and 2.) that it was so close to the holiday. On calling a second time, this time to their main office line, their service has been outstanding. This, after 6 months from the installation date.

They showed up on time, fixed the drip at no cost, replaced an expensive faulty cartridge (this was the main cause for the drip so it wasn't a workmanship issue) all in about 15 minutes time. They were super nice, wore plastic booties in our place, and the shower no longer drips.

Hire these guys!

Knockout did a great job replacing a three handle bathtub faucet with a single handle. They expertly navigated some challenges they encountered regarding the construction of the wall - these old houses have many surprises! It was easy to work with them and identify the faucet we wanted and they were professional in their installation.

I had a big hair clog. They fixed in no time. Polite, friendly and willing to explain how the snake works and the probable reason it was clogged.

Dan came out quickly and fixed the leak from our upstairs bathroom pipes. Also helped install new toilets and a tub. Not only did he do a great job, but he shared a lot of information and was very personable.

I had called several companies about my disposal and many wanted to just come out and replace it without even giving me the option to look at it and potentially repair it. When I called Paris, they were booked for a few days but Michelle gave me some very helpful tips that allowed me to fix it myself. I do not need a plumber this go around thanks to her advice but next time I do I will definitely call Paris Plumbing. Thanks!

Disclaimer: Harts performed no plumbing services for me, and the plumber they sent out was friendly and polite.
I am rating Harts 1 star because their bid for work was to replace $10 worth of parts over a time period that the plumber said would take roughly 2-4 hours, and my bid was nearly $1,500.00.

This was to:
Replace a bad elbow joint in an easily accessible area
Add a new valve
Replace two pieces of PVC under my sink

When asked to justify the prices, the plumber was unable to. There are no hourly rates. A job is a job. if it takes 15 minutes, congratulations: you just paid $400 to hook up a dishwasher hose.

Simply put, I have no doubts the company and the plumber are qualified, but their prices are outrageous. I can go to college to learn how to be a plumber for less than $1,500.00.

Called them before noon on a friday, left a voicemail, still haven't heard anything back, and now its tuesday night.

Cliff and Steve of Seattle Select Sewers were extremely helpful in coming out over an hour away to diagnose my drainage ditch issue. And for free at that! They were very prompt polite and responsive and I would highly recommend choosing them to service your plumbing issues.

WOW! I was in a panic when I had sewer waste leaking out of my toilet in my master bathroom! I called around everywhere but at 7 PM thanksgiving day people were either trying to triple charge me or no one would answer. To my astonishment Sound Rooter & Plumbing picked up my call! They were SO polite and had extensive knowledge of how to problem solve even just over the phone. They arrived at my house promptly and began working. They were able to fix my blown sewage pipe and replace it all in one visit! They're customer service is unmatchable. This husband and wife duo are truly masters in their craft which such a personable attitude! All my plumbing needs were not only met but exceeded by them! If I could give Robert at Merit Plumbing 10 stars, I would.   He completed two major projects for us.  We had standing water in our crawl space and flooding in our goat barn.  Robert assessed the drainage issues and explained the problems we were having.  He designed and installed a sump pump in our crawl space and a massive french drain in and around our livestock area.  Robert completed these jobs when he said he would in a clean, professional manner.  And to top this off, he followed up at a later date to see how our systems were functioning.   We are very, very pleased to say the least.  Merit Plumbing has our business from now on.  Ten stars!

Got the dreaded clog from the main house drain, was called back within a couple of hours of leaving a message, and Chuck showed up this morning, exactly on time.

This man is the John Wick of killing roots and anything else in the way of a healthy drain.  

He was THOROUGH, and I mean thorough, running his snake several times until he was satisfied the clog had been obliterated.  You're open, he said.

He had great gear (which he disinfected before and after the job, a nice touch in these COVID-19 times.)

When he was done, he also disinfected the area which had had a black water spill due the clog.

Fritz's Drain Service was recommended to me by my friend who has used them for years.  I had called a major Seattle plumbing business for an estimate, was told my drain needed to be snaked out to the street, etc. and given an estimate of just over $1000.  Fritz sent his guys that same day, they just barely snaked the drain clear and DIDN'T CHARGE because it was so minimal-!!!!! This drain has now been perfectly fine for over a YEAR!  They tidied everything up and were very careful to check that all possible problems were fixed before leaving.
Seriously, if you call any other business for a drain problem you're just wasting your time and money because these guys are absoultely FABULOUS.

We began installing a new bathroom floor in our nonprofit martial arts studio only to find that not only was the existing toilet not bolted to the floor, but it didn't even have a flange installed--it was just precariously sat on stacked wax rings.

We went to Yelp to get a few quotes for installing a new flange into the concrete floor (as we didn't own a hammer drill and also didn't want to take the risk of damaging the sewer line in this older building) and reseating our existing toilet. Queen Plumbing responded promptly (on a Sunday!) with a very reasonable quote range (as opposed to just call us to schedule a service call so we can come give you a quote like many other businesses), and asked some follow-up questions about the project which showed that they actually took the time to read the project request. The owner, Steve, requested we call to discuss the project and scheduling, and was very helpful in answering our questions about what would move the quote between the higher and lower ranges. We scheduled for the following week and he said that our plumber, Travis, would call the night before to confirm.  

Travis called the night before in order to confirm as stated, and arrived on-time the following morning. He made relatively short work of getting the new flange on and toilet reseated, and was kind enough to chat and share some fun plumbing stories while he worked. The toilet works flawlessly, and we feel great knowing that the flange was installed correctly and with minimal risk to the old line.

Queen Plumbing was professional and pleasant from start to finish. If we have any other plumbing issues, we know exactly who we'll be calling.

We worked with Travis from Ally plumbing and he was great.  They were very quick to respond and schedule a visit. And got our issue resolved by the next day. Travis was very honest and transparent about the pricing and work that needed to be done. Highly recommend and will be using ally plumbing from now on!
