Best Plumbing Services in United States
The receptionist (one of the owners) is extremely rude. Her tone is angry and unkind. She hangs up on customers. It appears that she hates the very same customers that put food on her table! I would NEVER use Button Plumbing and recommend that you stay away from them.

Great service. John was quick to get back to me and schedule an appointment to come check out a sewer smell that was happening in my condo. We decided to reset the toilet to see if that would fix it. I also wanted him to replace some old valves in my bathroom and kitchen. After the work, the smell has subsided and the new valves add peace of mind! He charged me a very fair price and was incredibly easy to work with. He even let me tag along as he did his work and informed me on what he was dong. I'll definitely be calling John for any future plumbing needs,

I emailed a lot of different plumbers and Mike was so responsive and clear on pricing. He arrived exactly on time and you can tell he is very experienced. He was so meticulous on the job and even called to tell us vanity won't be flushed to wall because of the baseboards my husband put it. Everything looks so clean and perfect. Thank you so much Mike!! I'm so glad I found the best plumber

Our water heater was going out and from the very start with this company their customer service was excellent! The girls in the office got us in right away and got our water heater ordered and Liam got it in and got us taken care of, Even came back when part of the original gas hook up failed from the house. Everyone was helpful, considerate and friendly. I would highly recommend them :)

After a recent rainstorm, I had a plumbing disaster on my hands - a totally flooded basement. I called Wayne and company to determine what went wrong. He fit me in quickly, came out and did a thorough scope. Wayne identified the problem, carefully explained both that and what needed to be done to fix it, and provided a reasonable bid. He and his team arrived on schedule, repaired the sewer line, and totally cleaned up the work area. He was an absolute pleasure to work with - professional, competent and fair. I will happily hire him again, if I unhappily have other sewer issues in the future. He is a gem!

After posting this review, I was contacted almost immediately by the owner, who apologized for my experience, and refunded the entire amount.

We bought a flipped home last August and have since encountered a bunch of little problems resulting from the poor craftsmanship of the renovators. Among these was a subtle sewage smell in our main floor bathroom. We had two plumbers (from other companies) come in to give their opinions; neither could smell the odor and both seemed hesitant to move forward in diagnosing the issue, suggesting that we'd probably have to open the walls to figure out what was wrong. Frustrated, we decided to give one last plumbing company--The Art of Plumbing--a try. Scheduling was quick and a quote was given based on the description of our problem. Within the week, we had a couple plumbers come to the house. They arrived promptly within the scheduled window, and in less than an hour they completed their work (which they had diagnosed correctly from my email alone). We were charged the quoted amount. Since then, no weird smell! Unsurprisingly, our toilet had not been installed properly. We're glad to have it fixed now, especially since we didn't have to open up any walls. I have no idea why the other plumbers thought it would be such an issue, but thank god we found these guys!

I'm almost afraid to post my good review because he is already in high demand. You might find that he books pretty far out in advance. For my tiny job he was able to fit me in quick.
Professional, courteous, respectful, fair, honest, considerate, quality.
I would call him again.

Roman showed up at 8:30pm, without any additional cost, because I told him I'd had to turn my water off due to a leak. He fixed the problem, looked for other potential problems, headed those off, and charged me the most reasonable rate I've EVER been charged by a plumber. Thank you! There's a reason this business is rated 5 stars.

Joe is helpful, honest and efficient. A friend recommended him after we had a plumbing emergency in which our shower leaked into the floor below. He was super quick to respond over email, easy to schedule when we needed him and quick to accurately diagnose the cause of the problem. While his hourly rate took me aback at first, he worked quickly and it was worth every penny. He didn't try to upsell us on some grand solution that we didn't need like the big companies would. We wouldn't hesitate to call him next time, though I hope we never actually need his services again - ha!

Unfortunately I was gouged. The quality of the work was fine, but the cost was through the roof. I'm a single mom with a new baby, and I just wasn't able to take the time and do the work myself.
I called them because my toilet was running. I just need a new flapper. They change the entire guts with is standard. If I had ordered the parts on Amazon the cost will be between $10 and $20.
The work including replacing the shut off valve that they reported was leaking and recalled was over $600. The total time at my house including visiting was less than 45 minutes.
I sent a letter to The company and the owner called me back. They said that $600 is a reasonable charge and would not give me an itemized invoice. They say itemized invoices are no longer the standard.
I would not recommend them. I will never use them again. That price is just astronomical! I feel taken advantage of as a single woman.
I felt uncomfortable the minute they blew up about the water shut off valve. It was as flamboyant as an infomercial. He stated that the valve would blow up and flood my entire house. I do agree that the valve may have been recalled and may leak and cause problems, but his delivery of the information was very over the top.
Again I tried to resolve this with the owners who so nothing wrong with charges and also declined to itemize the invoice. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I have worked with Zoltan twice, once for a gas line & once for a leaking bathroom vanity.
Each time he was ontime & after looking at the job quoted me a price & stuck to it.
I will call Zoltan again.

I called Home Depot for a water heater installation in the morning, by 4PM in the afternoon Mitch showed up and looked at my current water heater (which I wanted replaced since it was 12 years old). Mitch took a look and talked me line by line through the quote he came up with. He did not try to sell me anything more than what was necessary. He even patiently informed me the advantages and disadvantages between regular water heating and on-demand systems. He installed the water heater in 2 hours and cleaned everything up before leaving.
Awesome job Mitch!

Hard working plumbers. They helped get my shower unclogged within minutes. They showed up on time and didn't take a long time to do the work. They are a little more expensive than other places but the nicest in my opinion.

Plumber arrived early and didn't waste time. He took the faucet apart and replaced whatever was broken inside. Maybe I could have replaced the faucet for the same price, but they did what they said they would. Wiped up footprints too. Fair price, no overcharges or surprise billing. Good!

Raymark was excellent. I called them early this week, they came 2 days later (based on my urgent nature of the request). Jose did an excellent job at our house. He was friendly, very competent and got the job done quickly. The only reason I haven't given them a 5 star is that they are a tad expensive like other reviewers stated... but this has been my experience with other plumbers too.

Easy enough to schedule the initial estimate via phone and email, but they not only failed to show up during their allotted 3 hr window for service, but also did nothing to contact and inform me that they were behind schedule. I had to call them to find out where they were. When I asked them why they didn't think my time was worth enough to get a phone call, the receptionist replied by saying plumbing is an unpredictable business!
Pretty big waste of time.

I had Fischer come out and clean a main drain line in October. Their guy was in and out in 12 minutes. I had them come back for the same job this past December. The plumber said he woudl take much longer than the guy in October. He did. Also cahrged me a Line Fee that was not disclosed by the scheduler. These guys are crooks. Whay shold the same job cost $60 more for the same work two months apart! DO NOT USE THEM.

I booked an appointment for electrical work over a week ago. They took the appointment, confirmed it and then today when they were supposed to be here I received a call saying they couldn't keep the appointment because I was outside of their service area. Seriously? They couldn't have known that when they accepted the work to begin with?
Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend them to anyone anywhere. They are incompetent.

Today a tech came out to service my elderly widowed moms ac they ended up giving her a $7,500 quote to replace her electrical panel. The tech told my mom that since the panel was not up to code it needed to be replaced. I explained to my mom that since code is constantly changing, only homes built in the last year or so actually meet the current code. (There was nothing actually wrong or not working in the panel.) I also consulted a couple of journeymen electricians who told me that the quote is at least twice a fair replacement cost. This company and their tactics are repugnant. This is especially true when the intended victim is an elderly widow.
