Terry has some great online resources available, which I really appreciated when having some toilet/plumbing issues.

I believe that he's taking a break from plumbing due to some health issues, but he answered the phone and was very helpful in assisting me with some additional information about a toilet replacement.

I wish him a fast recovery!

Seven months after my first review here, and one and a half years after the initial incident, he posted comments that completely mischaracterized our phone conversation and went on with more condescending, unprofessional and snarky comments. In a vain attempt to defend himself, he further verified his superior and arrogant attitude. I had found and listed 3 other plumbers that work on French drains, but he acted like I was a fool to even ask if he might do so.

Best plumber ever!  Easy to talk to, professional work, easily explains what the problem is and how to fix it. He replaced my disposer and fixed my leaky faucet in my bathroom. Highly recommend!

Jaime Love came out on two separate occasions and installed a Toto Drake II and a Gerber Avalanche in my new house.  (Our family uses a lot of toilet paper and I got sick of backed up toilets.)

I found Terry Love while I was researching toilet models on their online forum.  These guys know their toilets and their prices are very fair, I thought.  Of the two, I like the Drake II a little bit more.  Stays clean and flushes everything with out any problems.

I've purchased two Toto toilets from Terry Love. I installed the first one (a Drake II) myself and haven't had any problems since day one. I decided that I didn't want to go through the hassle of replacing the second one myself (an EcoDrake for a 10 rough-in) and having to dispose of the old one, so I had them do it.

Jaime Love did a great job and in a fraction of the time it would have taken me. He was thoroughly professional, knowledgeable and informative. I would highly recommend these guys for you toilet needs.

Years ago we picked up a part to make a DIY repair, and have appreciated TerryLove.Com information. Most recently, we've fixed our perpetually running toilet with the inexpensive part & online photos (someone else submitted our exact situation) and instructions. THANK YOU!

I found my go to plumber!  I had a major leak behind a shower head causing drywall damage.  Terry was quick to respond rearranging his schedule to accommodate my emergency.  He was professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and gave me options on how to correct it.  His price was very fair and affordable too!  I know the job was done right.  He is the plumber to use!

Terry let us come out and view new toilets before buying. A must for my wife. Then Jamie came out and replaced both toilets and shut off valves in no time.

He also fixed our leaky sink faucet while he was at it.

Their prices are reasonable and the work is top quality. We'll call them again with future plumbing needs.

Called them before noon on a friday, left a voicemail, still haven't heard anything back, and now its tuesday night.

If I could give Terry 10 stars I would!!!  I had made my best attempt at fixing a shower valve, but I mixed up the parts between the old cartridge and the new one, and I wasn't able to finish the job myself.  Terry came to rescue in a very timely manner, and was very professional!  He didn't make me feel bad about my failed attempt, but rather, he figured out the mixed up parts and finished the job quickly.  He also agreed to caulking around the base plate of the shower knob, which wasn't discussed originally, and he cleaned up the mess and left everything in good order.  Love Plumbing's pricing is above and beyond fair, and if I have any future plumbing needs--Terry is my first choice!  Highly recommend!!!  THANK YOU!!! :)

Jamie is terrific. He installed a new Toto toilet for us. He did a neat, great job, and is a really nice person. We are going to use Love Plumbing from now on. Ha hums while he works and he knows his stuff.

Two broken plastic pipes under sink in mobile home.  Terry was here within 45 minutes, simplified the hoses, etc and had me back with water in a short time and very reasonable price.    Also willing to give plumbing advice and has an online plumbing forum at terrylove.com  to answer all sorts of plumbing questions.

I don't understand all of the five stars reviews; I have called, emailed and Yelp messaged this company, I never received any kind of response.

I am updating this recent review since I did receive a call back later on in the day from Terry.  He did apologize for the confusion.  I did have him come to my home and do the work the next day.  In the end, I am happy with the work done on my home.

Terry came out and installed a toilet and helped us with some kitchen plumbing work.  He was kind and honest, and we found his prices were straight-forward and surprisingly reasonable.  (First time I've ever gotten a plumbing bill and was surprised in a good way!)  I would certainly hire them again; in fact I plan to in the future.

great, great service. The son, James, has done our installs- personable, knowledgeable and eminently professional. I'd go to these guys for any plumbing needs.  They know how to run a business.

James did an awesome job for us replacing our garbage disposal.  Provided a great rec on a brand, installed flawless and did a nice demo when he was finished.  Will definitely call again the next time we need a plumber.

This father and son team really know their stuff.  They sold me 2 new toilets at very reasonable prices:  1 Toto and 1 Kohler.  My favorite thing about the Toto is I don't have to clean it as often due to the sanagloss coating (like teflon) in the bowl.  Terry and Jamie were on time, very efficient, friendly, and most of all knowledgable.  

That deal went so well that I had them come back a month later to replace my kitchen faucet with a Kohler - big improvement over my wobbly old one.  These guys are great at what they do - fair prices, quality products, and trustworthy service.  I'd use them again in a minute.

Jamie was over today installing a new toilet.  Speedy, professional, and informative.  I am impressed!

Fast response on an emergency and James was respectful, pleasant and efficient. He came, he fixed, HE CLEANED UP and he left. The bill would have been cheap at twice the price - no emergency fee and no padding the bill.
