Complete Trenchless was very professional, reliable, and did a great job replacing our main waterline. Cesar communicated with me several times over phone, via text, and even face time, because I was not in the area during the time of the repair. He thoroughly explained the details of the repair process, and the expected results. Highly recommend! Thank you!

We have (now 'had') a very old sewer that backs up if roots are not removed once per year. We regrettably delayed this year's sewer clean out and came home one evening to find the sewer had backed up into the basement. Of course it was the one super rainy night in weeks so others were having sewer issues and all 24/7 plumbers were busy. We called half a dozen 24/7 plumbers, and Bob Oates was the only one of two where a person answered rather than a service or answering machine, and was the only one willing and available to come out late at night to unplug the main line. Connor arrived around 10PM after finishing another after-hours job, and very efficiently unplugged the main line sewer, clearing out over 100 feet of roots. And he did this with professionalism and smiles, and (unlike some of our prior experiences with other companies) never once complained about the weather or our finicky sewer nor the difficulty of the task. Also unlike other companies we have used in the past, he did not try to 'push' more services, including main line repair. He did say he had opened the main line as an emergency service but recommended we follow up with a hydro clean to remove all the roots and prevent another near-term backup. I called the next morning and was able to schedule this the next day - with Connor again. To be honest, we have been putting off replacing our main line, in part because of the high cost (we have gotten several bids over the past few years) and in part because we have never felt fully confident with the knowledge and professionalism of the company - most seemed only too eager to charge us a ton of money to replace the main line, and less eager to deal with the idiosyncrasies of an old sewer line on a slope. But we had such a positive experience with Bob Oates' emergency service and scheduling that we decided to get a bid from them, which we were able to schedule within 24 hours of the hydroclean. Andrew came out, video'd the line and called us to express significant concern about the sewer condition and to schedule a time to sit down with us to go over the video and the bid. This was the first company that took time to review in person and in great detail the video, the repair process, and the bid. And Andrew was the first person from any company who had intelligent answers to all of our questions. And the bid was the lowest one we had received in the last couple of years - and already included addressing issues that other companies had said would be a 'potential upcharge'. Further, we were able to schedule the mainline repair within the following week, and Andrew followed up with us by phone to provide explanation of findings and answer any questions. Other bids over the years had potential up charges and/or higher costs in part because they did not have long enough camera equipment to assess the main line all the way to the city main, in part because they didn't do or think to do a simple dye test to confirm how our downspouts drained into the mainline, in part because their trenchless approaches required multiple large holes (one bid involved tearing up a part of our deck, digging a 15 foot deep hole in the middle of the yard and a hole in the sidewalk). Bob Oates' company was able to line all the old concrete mainline from house to city mainline with a single 4x4x4 foot hole in the sidewalk.

I called Mike's Plumbing at 12:55PM today as my food disposal had disconnected from the main plumbing. At 1:45PM Abbas came to my condo unit and provided excellent service repairing the damage. I cannot believe my luck and feel so appreciative of Mike's Plumbing, especially Abbas who is pleasant and does great work!

Updated review: I had a follow up question about my gas line to grill hook up and was getting frantic because I had promised to grill for family and friends on Labor Day. Gino went above and beyond and talked me through the problem and a quick fix - all on his day off. Got my grill connected in time to cook for the family. Gino saved the day. Thanks Gino!

Replaced my pressure reducing valve at a great price that was in a very awkward location. They were also very responsive and friendly!

I had a really great experience! My water heater broke and was leaking over the weekend, I called a bunch of places and most were closed for the weekend. Evan answered and came right out the same day to take a look, and was able to get us taken care of shortly thereafter. He took care of installing a tankless water heater, hooking up the electric and the gas lines as well as drilling exhaust ports to the outside of the house and patching/waterproofing everything. Truly a one stop shop! The work is super clean and he was very nice and helpful and made sure we understood everything. I would definitely recommend his services!

10 out of 10. I will only use B&J Plumbing. Responsive, clear, honest, and competitive. They installed the water heater in my home, did an amazing, neat, and tidy job. They have since added additional features as I've needed them. I am a demanding customer with very high standards; B&J Plumbing have far exceeded my expectations every time.

Fantastic Service - Came exactly when he said he would come - same day as I called! Fixed the septic discharge pump. Very reasonable price. He will be my permanent plumber!

The man from Rapid Rooter was nice but I did not like how he wanted to protect my carpeted steps with damp towels (damp from a previous jobs' sewage???) and did not have a bucket for the tree roots that he got out of my pipes. I will look elsewhere the next time I need roots removed.

I didn't get water on one of my outside outlet, couldn't figure out why, the plumber came by fixed it in 5 mins, super knowledgeable and polite. Would recommend and use their service again.

I can't recommend Kyle and the team enough! We had a fun surprise leak found where our water line met the main and they were able to come through and get everything dug up and a new line installed in less than 8 hours at a price that didn't make me think about having to sell an organ.
They provided such great service I immediately called them when our drains started acting up last week, and yet again they delivered five star service; showed up exactly on time, got right to business, then took the time to explain what the issue was and made sure we had a video to send to the sewer district. I hope we don't have any more sewer/drain/water drama, but if we do I'm glad that we've got the gang at Steady Flow to call to help us fix it ASAP and correctly!

Very sorry to submit a low rating for Butterfield plumbing after our recent experience. The service has significantly dropped in the last 1.5 years.
We first used Butterfield when Adam came out in July, 2014 to clear our root-clogged side-sewer and take a video for inspection. Everything went great at that time.
Very unfortunate for us, Adam has started his own business and no longer works for Butterfield!
On 12/8/2015, we had Paul come out to deal with another round of roots clogging our line. Although our clog had started to drain on its own before the appt., we decided to go ahead and pay to get the line cleared to get an updated video so that we could get estimates for installation of a liner. BAD DECISION! We were charged for 2x the amount of time, however, our side sewer is still not fully cleared. Paul used a 100 ft snake to try to clean our our line which is 110 ft to the city pipe. In addition, he was not able to get the 100 ft snake to cut an obstructing root at 93'. As a result, he could not push the video scope past the root at 93'. Worse still, when Butterfield posted the video, it started at 90' and out of focus so that we could not even see the remaining obstruction. As posted, the video is worthless for for obtaining an estimate for installation of a liner.
Initially I thought we could just get a trenchless repair company to take their own video when preparing for an estimate for lining, Since the line was draining, I thought I would just move on from Butterfield. I realized later that night that any repair company that tries to video the line will now run into the same obstruction left by Butterfield.
When I tried to follow up with Butterfield to ask them to finish the job with the 150 ft snake, they did not call back for a week. After multiple phone calls to the office, they stated that Paul would call at 8 am the next day. After no call, we again called the office and they said they would get in touch with Paul. 2 hours later, after we had given up and left the house, Paul called and left a garbled voice mail message of which only the first half could be understood, claiming that he needed a new cleanout closer to the obstruction to cut the root at 93 ft. After leaving a responding message with both Paul and the office staff, asking that they use the 150 ft snake, we have not heard anything.
So, after $487, I am now stuck starting from scratch paying a new company to finish the job that Butterfield could/would not. Butterfield claims that they can't get the root cut out unless we pay to have them install a new cleanout that would let them start the snake closer to the root. But last time Adam used the same access point, cleared the entire line, posted a great video and all within 1 hour. I suspect Adam used a 150 ft snake so that he could actually get the full line cleared!
It is very disappointing that we can no longer recommend Butterfield. They are definitely not the same company as they were before. Charging twice the price for half the service is not a good business model. Very sad.

Absolutely, fantastic! Excellent quality of work, reliable, fair pricing, shows up on time.
Pete moved some plumbing for me in my bathroom as part of a remodel. I understand that he does primarily repair work, but he was nice enough to come out and help with this remodel plumbing yesterday.
At work this morning, somebody asked how the plumbing went yesterday and I began singing Pete's praises. My coworker stops me and asks, 'Pete from Forest Ridge? Oh yeah, I know Pete. He's the only guy I use.
I highly recommend Forest Ridge Plumbing!

What an amazing experience! I called to have my garbage disposal replaced and toilets checked. Blaine was the plumber assigned to the job. Rather than charge me to replace the disposal, he reset the disposal and it magically worked again. I had tripped the disposal switch. He took the time to explain what I had done, how to reset the disposal in the future, and how best to care for the disposal.
Blaine also inspected the toilets and said all was in working order and, again, explained how best to care for the toilets.
Perhaps the most amazing thing is that he didn't charge for the job.
This is an incredible company, and I highly recommend Plumbing and Drain Company and will use the company in the future. Wow!

While I didn't use Seattle Drain Service (ended up needing a service they don't provide), I am giving them this rating as an integrity rating. Rather than telling me I needed to replace a sewer line when I didn't, he recommended a cheaper option, and referred me elsewhere.
When I read reviews, I pay as much attention to didn't try and upsell me comments as I do input about the work itself, so wanted to pass this along!

Scary person who harasses random LGBTQ people on social media calling them pedos. I would think twice before letting this person into your house.

Josh and Julie where fast and did the job they were hired to do. They replaced the water line from the meter to my house in under a day worth of work. I would recommend King Plumbing to a friend.

I had a leak in my bathroom, so I called Leak Masters, who is a division of Beacon Plumbing. They were a bit backed up due to emergencies because of flooding, but made it in the timeline I was given when I called. Gio helped me determine I needed a new toilet which stopped the leak I was concerned about. I'll be calling them for another plumbing need.

Don't waste your time.
I have a thermastat that is not working. I called on Saturday to make an appointment for repair and was able to get a window for Monday repair. We were stood up on Monday and rebooked for today, Thursday. Again, the 3 hour window has passed, no tech has arrived and no courtesy call has been made. I just got a sob story on voicemail from one of their reps saying they got too busy - well, perhaps they should do a better job scheduling or inform their customers of being late or perhaps offer a discount for service. Again, don't waste your time. Terrible!
