I highly recommend No Worries Septic services. From the moment I called them for a quote, Jaden was incredibly helpful. I explained the challenges I was facing, and she not only provided valuable insights but also offered some useful recommendations. Her fun personality and extensive knowledge made the conversation enjoyable and informative.

When Dan and Chris arrived at my house, they delivered exceptional customer service. They were friendly and professional throughout the entire process. What impressed me the most was how they engaged with my 8-year-old son, who is always curious about everything. Started using to NO WORRIES about 3 years ago. Had septic alarm go off. day before thanksgiving. They came right out. (Phew! Hard to host Thanksgiving with a full tank.) Ended up being a couple issues. No problem they fixed everything. AND they called to make sure everything was still working! Thankful for a local company that actually cares about their customers!!!

Derek and Chris were the men who came to diagnosis and unclog my main line,  I have had two other companies come here to in the last 5 weeks!  They would rooter (not sure that a a word, but you get my drift I hope) it out and tell me I'm fine.  I wish I had known or called No Worries Septic from the beginning.

They had educated me and provided information on what I need to do to prevent my main line from clogging until they can can out next week to do the repair work.  After 30 years, ground settles and shit  happens.  Its part of home ownership.  But these guys know what they are doing and will fix it for me and I'm very happy about that.

Believe me when I tell you, call the folks, excellent, knowledgeable, courteous from the first phone call into the office to the hand shake when leaving.

We used No Worries Septic Services to pump and inspect our septic prior to the sale of our house. The buyers were present well No Worries SS did their thing. There were professional and fast, and gave our buyers peace of mind. They were also fun to work with, down to earth with a good sense of humor.

I will definitely use this company again. They sent two knowledgeable guys out to my house and very quickly were able to determine the problem with my septic system. One of my floats went out due to a wiring issue. They taught me a lot about how the septic system works and were not pushy. Their price seemed fair to me. I could not have been happier with the service, expertise and attention to detail I received. An easy 5 stars from me!

Was told by every other company we contacted that fixing our system was not possible. No Worries got the county to approve a repair that saved us almost $70k over what it would cost to switch to sewer. Cannot say enough good things about their service, will continue using them for our septic needs.

As someone that is in the sewer business I was impressed with everything! They got right out and fixed my problem. I've used them twice now and their people are professional, polite, efficient and extremely knowledgeable!  From Jayden who took my call in the office, and helped me every step of the way, because I know NOTHING about septic systems, to Derek who did my inspection and was awesome, to the two great guys that came to pump the system, I just can't say enough!!!  Inthis day and age where poor work ethics seem to be the norm, it was so refreshing to work with a company that provides quality service, with a smile!!!

My septic had a blockage this morning and I called around and nobody could see me today, but I finally got these folks on the phone and they assured me they would be out between 1300 and 1500. Derek arrived within the time frame and cleared the block. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to educate me on my system and some preventative steps I could take to help my system perform better for longer.

This is a great family business. I will use them in the future for any septic services.

I purchased a home in Puyallup in 2018 and had never been on septic before. After finding the lid it seemed a riser would be in order. I saw a pump truck and asked for an estimate and the guy took the time to take a look. He promised an estimate but I never heard from him. No Worries had sent a flyer so I also randomly picked them. First, Terra gave me a quote over the phone and based on the competitive price I scheduled the work. Derek and Branden showed up on time and got right to work. Derek also took the time to teach us about tank health and maintenance. I will use them again.

Fit us into their schedule when the big names wouldn't. Troubleshot issues and came up with solutions that the big names didn't. Did the work quickly and correctly at a very reasonable price.

Great response to initial inquiry. Guys showed up on time or early. They got straight to work, finished quickly, answered all questions and were polite. Paperwork was sent to me quickly and on the weekend no less.

Price was competitive.

I will be using them when the time comes to pump the septic system.

Came out next day and cleared a blockage in the line. They were clear about pricing over the phone, they called when the guy was on the way and they were within the appointment time frame ... A+.  

We also need the septic pumped...AGAIN apparently because of Costco toilet paper. After web searching and performing an independent test (glasses of water on the kitchen counter!) of our own, NW Septic is right. Costco toilet paper maintains its structural integrity in liquid quite well, which serves its primary purpose, but it's crappy for the septic tank.

I have used No Worries Septic multiple times at different houses and highly recommend them. A family owned and operated business with excellent service and workmanship.

We had a septic pump that kept tripping the circuit breaker intermittently, and when we called NW Septic they cheerfully assured me that this kind of thing was right in their wheelhouse, and they were able to get me on their schedule quickly.  Their guy arrived on time, and seemed competent if a bit grumpy.  Whatever, I didn't take it personally.  He said he tested the pump, and that it was failing and drawing too much current, which was causing the breaker to trip.  Okay, sounded logical - the pump was about 10 years old.  They quoted me a replacement pump of the same model, which was already pretty expensive ($1600), but then their travel time, labor and pumping charges would add on a LOT more.

They weren't able to get me on their schedule immediately, and I was concerned about all the extra cost, so I called another company that was nearer to us, told them the exact pump model we needed, and they were able to come over and replace it much more cheaply.  I'll review them separately.

Then, what I feared came true.  The breaker kept tripping even with the new pump, eventually to the point where it wouldn't stay on at all.  Emergency time.  After the second septic company checked their new pump and declared it fine, I called an electrical company, who came out and diagnosed a fault in the circuit leading to the pump, and fixed it for a few hundred dollars.  It's been fine ever since.

So.  It appears that NW Septic misdiagnosed the original problem.  The pump was fine all along - it was a bad circuit instead.  So I spent thousands of dollars to replace a working pump, because I trusted their diagnosis.  I now believe that the NW Septic guy didn't test the actual current draw of the pump - I think he just made an assumption, and it was wrong.  I think if you tell a customer that their pump is failing and it's going to cost a lot of money, you should be absolutely sure.

I have pretty high expectations for responsiveness and professionalism, and No Worries absolutely exceeded. Terra always sent me documents and gave me updates in a timely manner. They completed the work on time and were very friendly about it. Couldn't have asked for more!

No worries septic means just that. I  just wanted to say again thank you again my septic was overdo for pumping.  I called this morning, they had their people out this afternoon. Fast service,  reliable and just grenerally a wonderful company from the office staff to the guys that came out and pumped our tank.

We are selling our home and were in need of a septic company to come out and inspect, pump and advise us to what was required to pass our inspection. NW Septic came out and were pleasant, and highly knowledgeable as well as very friendly as they explained what was going to be needed. The fees for the work to be done was as they stated and was far less than any other company I had called. Best family owned company with morals and high standards I have encountered in a very long time.

Called No Worries Septic with a clog Monday morning and they were able to get someone out right away. Bill and his crew showed up on time and got right to work and got our septic system back to working order.

Terra and the office staff were very responsive and on top of everything from explaining pricing, the county county process and getting the inspection filed.

I appreciate under a stressful situation, there was no we'll get back to you  or anything like that. Very responsive. Highly recommended.

BEST PLUMBING SERVICE! I wish I could give this company 6 stars!  if you require plumbing, don't bother calling anyone else! I can't say enough how much I appreciate finding this company because they hit all the marks that anyone would want out of customer service and price!  

We had a septic tank failure and I called two other companies that never even called me back for a couple of days, so I found this company on Yelp.  I spoke with Bill late Thursday and we had two brilliant techs (Derek and Andrew) at 9:45am, the next morning. Not only that, but they even had a city schematic of my septic drain field (from providing my address to Bill) so they knew exactly what they were dealing with. They assessed the issue quickly and we're done within a couple of hours! And to make things better they are super reasonable in price!
 So to sum it up before you call ANY other plumbing service, give these guys a call first!

Engaged the company to come out and replace a grinder pump. They came out as promised, were very friendly / personable & respectful of my home, and everything appears to be working again. This was posted the same day as the job, but I'll plan to come back and update if anything goes haywire. I'm not sure where their price point stands with competitors, but it was within my overall expectation, and it seems like these guys knew what they were doing. There is a charge a credit card processing fee (I think it was 3%), so you'll probably want to expect to pay w/ cash or check if you can. Would definitely recommend giving them a call if you're interested in getting a job scoped.

I don't usually write reviews. This company is AMAZING! Our septic alarm kept blowing fuses and they were out at our home the same day. Unfortunately, our regular septic company didn't do their job by inspecting the other tanks through the 20 years we used them when we had it pumped. No Worries not only diagnosed our trouble(new pump) but scheduled us for an install within 2 days and a pump out ( so we weren't without septic) the next morning. Saved us stress, money and time. They are now our new official septic service company! Will be recommending this family owned, friendly, caring company to everyone!

They got the job done but the customer interactions could have used some polishing. I also would definitely get second if not third opinion on anything they quote you as you may come to find out it was unnecessary or over magnified due to your own lack of knowledge on the matter. Get quotes and compare.

Recently received quotes to have my septic tank pumped from those companies that service the Key Peninsula area.  Some were local and had used before but I decided to explore NW Septic Services because of it's five star ratings even though they operate out of Puyallup.
Even though their bid was a little higher than the locals, I decided to go with them after talking with Terra who took my call.  She was personable, knowledgable, and professional.  She quickly researched my records, explained that I had a 1,100 gal tank and said that she could have someone out the next day.My instincts told me to go with this company and I'm extremely glad that I did.  

Bill, the owner, drove over 50 miles from his first job to my home in Lakebay.  Terra called to let me know exactly when he would arrive.  He arrived on time and looked at the lids on the tank and informed me that I had a second compartment that I hadn't uncovered.  No other rep from another company had ever told me that and I've lived here 45+ years.  On the previous pumping, a rep from one of the other companies told me that I would need to replace an outlet baffle in the near future to the tune of over $600.  I asked Terra how much they would charge and she quoted me $125.  After Bill pumped both compartments he inspected the outlet baffle and said it didn't need replacing.  So in the past, I've paid full price for pumping both compartments when they only pumped the first compartment (700 gallons).  

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NW Septic Services even though their bid may be a little higher than others.  They've proven to be extremely thorough, knowledgable and more trustworthy than some of their competitors.

No Worries Septic just completed some work replacing the main line from the house to the septic tank and also replaced the UV bulb that wasn't working. They were extremely easy to work with throughout the entire process. They came out to provide an estimate, which was very competitive, and completed the work just a few days later.  Their crew was on time, very courteous, provided periodic updates and answered all of my questions. I wish all companies were run with this level of customer service.  I will definitely be using No Worries for all of my future septic system needs.

I contacted NO Worries Septic, Graham WA, had nice chat with polite phone staff- after reading the reviews here on yelp.com. It was a going to be great.

After thinking on their No Worries Septic visit .  I quickly realized I was never going to get a receipt and never going to receive an apology after noting an alarming lack of professionalism - I found a few items the yelp reader may want to know. First they were all very happy and in a remarkable hurry
CERTIFIED, and when visiting their  customer they must go over a lengthy list of parameters with the SOLD house owner.  Of course this company Employee was again not a Certified King County Inspector but his web site is chock full of expensive top of the list hot rods

The individual MR. D, not King County Inspect to certified also did not provide any paperwork, no email and worse he provided no receipt.  He was quite humorous but only spent total time of 3-5 minutes with me in a rush to leave.. (i am 72)  I again asked for my receipt, I also wrote a professional email to the Lead manager in No Worries Septic Office, and have not only never (still) not received a receipt, (mandatory for my taxes) ..seems they take cash under the table only?
D. was missing many of King County mandatory inspection list tasks, Their crew quickly pumped-out my septic tank and quickly ran off, did i yet say after I paid over 1300.00 in cash- again NO receipt no documentation. Where is my RECEIPT?
They provided nothing from King County for me to read, and gave no discussion about filing a report to King County.. (i half expected them to provide goodwill to they customer and provide some support as to next steps .. ) Terrible customer care. I have called and email the office and get remarks like: If you want to call ,,etc.
Only then did I find out their man in charge at office went ahead and  reported the inspection, but said nothing of that to (me) the customer. My home is Sammamish is very nice and there are no leaks no backup while i was not told any of the findings no receipt and no follow through with customer.   He painted a circle saying he could not see (with an LCD underwater cam), the Distribution box. He was in a mad dash to leave .. and left the tank lids off. He was pleasant though
Its been - over a week since No Worries Septic worked on my property and again , I had asked  requested a receipt for my payment & multiple times, (also in email ..but nothing has been sent.  
I have sold  my KING County -Sammamish home and property requested King county mandatory Inspection by a Certified King County Septic Inspector .. Note: buyer beware. pay in cash, No receipt, ask and ask, & email them, no receipt in emails is attached_  With so many great reviews, I have to admit, they are quite good!

You also have a great customer skills set, Bill does what he wants and is not concerned it would appear. I love taking care of my customers needs and building relationships with good people.
Regarding a report to KING County sent by D and off to Bill, there is some consideration to customers needed in this situation, Perhaps notification of steps going forward, and again building customer support and strong reliance on No Worries Septic procedures inactively with customer base is needed. Bill is no doubt a great guy and leader. Make no mistake building customer relationships requires caring about others. Self can get in the way of that at times, we all eventually learn to do better .
Bill received my email last week with questions about procedures at NWSeptic.  Bill did not address them nor my request for a receipt in reply. The first response from No Worries Septic, or any enterprise of success with customers & providing customer service to customer questions, is to address directly and promptly, an answer to their questions AKA  we are sorry for the delay & busy working on your receipt and it will be sent to you promptly This typically standard response was not sent, nothing was sent about any of my questions. Perhaps Bills poor customer concern and poor people skills overall need work.  He is not easily social nor conscientious in reply ..

No Worries septic... totally! I spoke with Tara(?) when I called and she was so friendly, knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. I felt confident that they were the right company to go with.  
Derek and Bill were great! We had a lid that was cracked and it instantly worried me that the cost was going to be outrageous but they had a solution that worked without increasing the cost too much. They were kind, honest and affordable. It was great to meet you guys- Thank you so much for your help today!

I called NW Septic up to diagnose/fix a septic problem at a rental house. They came out a total of 4 times. The first time they determined they needed to pump it. The second time they pumped it. The third time they came out to diagnose it, but the renters hadn't reduced usage and it needed to be pumped again. The fourth time they came out to pump and diagnose it, but after pumping it this is what I was told:

There's too much liquid, we can't scope it. There's even standing water in a pipe that's sticking up. The next step would be to bring out a mini excavator, but I would say there's a 75% chance your system is completely failed. A mini excavator will probably cost around $3000. Your best option is to contact a designer.

The next day I had someone from Flohawks come out and give me an estimate. He did some sort of water test and said this:

There's no reason to assume your system is failed. It could be as simple as a pipe being off kilter.  The next step is to bring out a mini excavator and that will cost around $1500. There's a very good chance we can fix your system. Also, that pipe with standing water is just the base for a basketball net.

I feel like I wasted a lot of time and money on NW Septic Services. They were too lazy to take on a big task and strongly discouraged me from doing so. For small tasks they may be just what you need. But seriously go with FloHawks if you have any problem of significance.

Love that this a family owner company. Blown away by customer Service from start to finish. They are able to get you in quickly and reasonably priced, scheduler very nice and efficient. However the techs that show up are really the show stoppers. Provided education, answered questions and really took the time with us first time septic home owners. They have earned a customer for life- We recommend them for all your septic needs!

No Worries Septic was great to work with! We had them out for a septic inspection and pumping. They made it clear that we would need to have the septic system totally dug up before they arrived, and got us scheduled promptly. When they arrived, they were quick and professional, and showed us how to clear out a filter that had gotten clogged and would likely clog again if it wasn't cleaned every year so we can do it ourselves in the future. They noted that our distribution box was quite old and would likely need replacement soon, but they were clear that it was in acceptable shape for the moment. I would absolutely work with No Worries Septic again in the future.

I can't vouch for their work but I can vouch for their integrity - I'll definitely use them in the future. Called two other highly rated places for a quote for annual inspection. Both places looked up my address and knew our septic system was only two years and gave me price quotes. No Worries looked up my address and informed me the company that installed the system should be covering the inspection for free for the first two years. They even looked up the company for me. Saved me $280-$400. (She gave me a quote anyway in case she was wrong that was the lowest price quote.) Will be using No Worries next year.

I called about 9 companies and these guys were the only ones able to come the same day for an alarm on our septic and willing to dig to locate it as this is a new house to us. They were all very professional, personable, honest and forthright and had us fixed up quickly! Highly recommend!

We were selling our house and I called around to get some estimates on getting our septic tank inspected and pumped. We were on a bit of a time crunch, but they were able to get us in within the week. They were also extremely knowledgeable and friendly... my husband and I dug the hole to what we though was the entrance to our tank, but when they came out they said that was just the (vent?). He showed us exactly where to dig and said he'd come right back after we called. True to his word he did. Very quick, knowledgeable, friendly and reasonably priced. They even offer to file your information with the city for an additional fee, but worth the convenience!!

No Worries Septic Services is a first class operation.  I had scheduled a routine pumping.  When Bill arrived we discovered my Septic System was clogged and backed up. After pumping he provided me sound advice and a recommendation to fix the problem. Terra provided me a solid quote and scheduled a date to have the clogged septic lines replaced.  Derrick and Dave showed up at my home on time and as scheduled.  Derrick explain the process and quickly got to work. After jettison the leech fields and installing new septic lines, we discovered the waste water was not draining due to the harden condition of the soil around the leech fields.  Derrick provided two course of actions to solve the problem.  I opted for the Terra Lift which broke up the compact soil around the leech fields using compress air.  This process solve the problem and saved my Septic System.  Derrick and Dave cleaned up the entire area.  After the clean up was completed my yard looked untouched.   From start to finish, the No Worries family was professional, user friendly, and looking out for my best interest. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs any type of Septic Services.

My friend was in tears nobody would even return her call. So I called around and when I called here he really cared.  He immediately called her, went to her house and fixed it the same day. Don't call anyone but these guys I wish I could give them a 10 star rating.

I hired a different company to service my septic tank in order to sell my house.  This company ended up causing a huge headache for me, telling me they couldn't find my drainage field and that I would need to pay to have one put in, even though the septic system had been working properly for years with no problems.  They tried charging me $1600 for 8 hours worth of flushing a random pipe that led to nothing.

I searched for a different septic company for a second opinion and found NW septic services.  They promptly started to look into the problem, even looking up the paperwork filed with the county online while on the phone with me.  Terra was always very friendly and helpful when talking on the phone and she told me up front that they would take care of this problem for me one way or another.  This was a HUGE relief after dealing with the other company who seemed like they didn't know what they were doing and just wanted to take my money.  Derek went by the house on two separate occasions to check out the septic and to assess what could be going on and did this free of charge.  When it came time for them to go out and possibly dig, he told me upfront that they have a limit of 2 hours and then if they didn't find anything they would stop (unlike the other guys who took 8 hours and didn't even let me know or ask if that was ok).  They ended up not having to dig at all because they found a second lid to the tank that the first company didn't find and were able to find the drainage pipe and flush it successfully.  

This has been one of the BEST experiences with a company that I have ever had and I highly recommend them.  They took what was becoming a huge cause of stress and anxiety and completely solved it.  I can't thank them enough!

Great Customer Service from Bill who answered the phone.  I was not able to schedule an appointment during my call, but should I need service in the Future, you will be the folks I come to first.

Even though They were unable to come out today ( Totally Understandable), Bill did refer me to another company in the area that is doing well and I have emergency service schedule with them today.

As of now, I will be coming back should any other plumbing / Septic service be needed.

I had a great experience with No Worries Septic. Terra is wonderful on the phone! Super helpful, knowledgeable, and prompt. We called originally to have some shoddily installed risers fixed that had water pooled around them. Terra got us on their schedule asap and Derek came out to take a look. Turns out the extra water didn't have anything to do with the riser job. He suggested a plan of action and explained the why's and how's and answered all of my questions (this is our first house *and* with a septic, so we are learning as we go!). I got an email proposal asap and Terra was very understanding when I called to ask more questions. They came out again at the next first availability and was able to troubleshoot our issue, get it fixed and made sure everything was in good working order. A pipe had corroded and wasn't effectively pumping water out. Derek took photos documenting all findings and work done, explained everything clearly and made me feel reassured I was in good hands. I was admittedly quite stressed due to the fact I'm currently not working due to COVID and was on a budget! I feel like they really want to take care of their customers and I didn't feel like any work seemed unnecessarily expensive or were trying to upcharge or upsell in any way. I've talked with some of the bigger companies in other situations and have really been taken aback at some of the numbers they've thrown at me. I will 100% be sticking with No Worries as a go-to for any of my needs! I'm also going to give a shout out to Sterling Septic, who referred me to No Worries when they didn't have any appointments in my area. I had a wonderful interaction with them as well and have filed away both companies for future reference and I suggest you do the same!

Very disappointing, considering the overall rating--We had a septic emergency and turned to Yelp to guide us. I called and left a message and also sent a very descriptive/informative email message as well--I wanted to be as efficient and expedient as possible. Now, two weeks later, we still haven't heard anything from these guys. (Good thing we tried Lee's Sanitation Service--they answered the phone and came out on the same day to take care of us.)

We got an appointment within a week. They were very professional and helpful even though we didn't know a lot about our system. The tech was quick and was nice enough to let us know what we should do to be ready for the next time. Rate was competitive. Would absolutely use NW again with our future needs.

Our alarm was going off this morning for the second time within a few days. Hmm, time for help! I immediately asked my neighbor who they used for their septic, and without a doubt, I was told to give No Worries Septic Services a call. I got them on the phone right away and Terra was great! I was able to snag a same day appointment, too! Derek and his partner came out to service it (pump had seized up with something), taught me everything I needed to know about proper maintenance and what to look for (I was asking lots of questions). Everyone was knowledgeable, professional, kind and just really great to work with. Great folks, great value, and great service - highly recommend!

The company  that put the risers in already pumped jt.  I will continue to use them in the future. By the way, they charge for digging by the foot which makes sense. When it is only an inch or so, they don't bother charging.

The bill was changed after they left and they didn't tell me..on credit card....add that to charging us for water repair we think they created...and orig estimate for baffle system going from $200 to $235 +$125 ... ask for everything in writing.   The guys working were great.   Sorry I can't say that for the rest of the experience.   Thought because reviews were good...beware.     Later....dispute revolved: my fault for not reading the small print...  seems it has all been our fault. ..   just beware. ...

I contacted NW Septic Services after research and reviewing many other similar businesses and decided to contact them for septic pumping.  Tera from NW SS promptly communicated with me thru email for price quote as well as appointment setup.   They came on the day of appointment as promised even though emailed me the day before will be a couple hours later which I had no problem.   They did the service as promised and charged as promised, no surprises!  They also followed up with emails and gave me extra information and answers to my questions and recommendation for future services.   I am very happy with NW SS's responsiveness and professionalism.  I highly recommend their services and will definitely will use them again in the future!  Thanks NW SS, keep up the good works!

My septic pump burned up and caused my tank to fill and back up into my house.  The guys from NW septic service came out within 2 hours of calling and had the problem diagnosed, cleared and fixed in an hour.  Fast professional and respectful guys.  As a in home service technician myself.  I was very impressed with these guys.  Highly recommended

Once again, No Worries Septic Services was the right choice for us. We were on vacation when we got the call that we had some liquid bubbling up from our drain field. We asked our local family to call NW Septic to get on the schedule to assess the issue. The were here the next morning and in no time we had a plan. We were provided a written quote and the worst case was explained in case they found more than they expected when they dug into it. Derek and Brandon were great as usual and got right to work. It was more involved than expected, but they worked within the quote and got the drain field repaired and up and running. They even took down and replaced the fence sections necessary to access the entire drain field. From Terra in the office, to the guys in the field NW has the best people. Family owned and operated, they take pride in their company and in their work. We had phoned them with an emergency septic back up a couple years ago and they were equally as professional and trustworthy at that time as well. They are our septic company for life.

After several visits and high charges to clear our septic system, Derek and his partner came and started actually digging to find our problem!  Thank goodness and they found the problem right away. So grateful and they have very reasonably priced services.  Will use them again!

My toilets started over flowing and bath tubs started filling with water. I called and they were out within two hours! Fixed the problem in 30 minutes, explained the issue and the gentleman was so nice. They turned a very stressful situation around in no time. Fantastic service!

I can't say enough good things about NW Septic.  I had a flooded area adjacent to my laundry room which led to many frantic phone calls.  Unfortunately, Flohawks was the only company not booked that day who could get out to help me immediately.  First guy came out inspected, diagnosed a blocked main line to the septic system and went out to dig and snake it.  He did eventually determine the septic pump was out and that snaking the line wouldn't help.  $300+ to him.  Had to have tank pumped for relief until work could be done, $600+ to second Flohawks guy.  Estimates were vague about costs to fix, replace pump Depends on what pump you have blah, blah.  I called NW Septic the next day.  Terra was so helpful & clearly knew what she was talking about.  I knew before they got here that I wanted them to do the work for me and I was not disappointed!  Derek came out, checked it out, determined the scope of work needed AND cleaned up the mess the FloHawks guys left in my yard!  I got a detailed bid from Terra quickly and got my job scheduled.  Derek & his team were so pleasant to work with, respectful & efficient.  They left the area clean and tidy and the job came in a bit under estimate.  I'd hire them again but hope I never have to ;)

Bill was AMAZING!!!! We had an emergency backup in our system on a Saturday, and he came out to help us within 2 hours of calling. So fast! And Bill is so knowledgeable! He showed me how to fix any problems on our own in the future and how to properly maintain our system. He is also very affordable! I highly recommend him to anyone in the area.

I had an issue with my septic tank filled to the rim. I called and talked to Bill and he helped me trouble shoot my issue before having to bring him out. I found that my output baffle was plugged.  It was an easy fix. If I every have any major septic problems Bill will be the guy to call. Awesome Company!  Keep up the great customer service.

I am in the process of selling my home in Covington and relied upon NW Septic Services to do both the required inspection and pumping. Nobody ever really wants to deal with septic responsibilities--you're guaranteed to have a crappy time (chuckle). Bill made it easy. He completed the inspection and pumping within days of my initial call which was convenient as I dilly-dallied in getting it done and allowed it to become a rush situation which he handled with ease. I'm not overly familiar with septic pricing, but the rate was lower than was quoted elsewhere so I felt it was a bargain. And, this is the best part, he did it all without me there--coordinated the work, accessed everything he needed, and took payment over the phone. Solid... no pun intended.

Good honest people. Highly recommend. Derek came out on Saturday to confer with us - yes, Saturday. Terra was so very good and organized in scheduling the project. Knowledgeable, prompt and honest.

NW Septic service was hired by me to send a certified technician to complete a simple inspection in January  2017. Derek from NW Septic came to our home and did the required inspection and found $1500 in services and repairs needed and reported that information to the county. I have spoke to Bill and he refused to confirm Derek (Bill's Son) was certified to do this inspection. If He is the father of a certified tech then why not shout it from the rooftops. Instead he said it was none of my business if he is certified or not. Wow Bill...the county and the attorney general will be contacting you soon if not already. Give me my $250 back immediately. Another Septic company was hired with minimal repairs not found by Derek and confirmed other repairs unnecessary.  Always confirm the certification with the county. Pierce County has no record of Derek being certified to date.

In and out 30 minutes. Know exactly where to look after I described to problems. Problem solve! This is place to go! another happy customer!

We have a rental house in Bonny Lake. Our tenant called and said that both toilets and all drains were backing up. It had been four years since septic was pumped prior to us acquiring property. Didn't know who to call so I turned to Yelp. Contacted No Worries Septic because of good reviews. I explained what was going on to Terra and she correctly diagnosed the problem. She had a technician out to property the next morning who located our septic tank, dug hole, and removed access lid. Found that as Terra suspected the inlet baffle was plugged with toilet paper. The debris was cleared and all drains were flowing again. Terra was a pleasure to work with and supplied pictures to me for documentation since I couldn't be there to see for myself. Technician said that septic tank didn't really need to be pumped for another year or two so we are on schedule for full pumping July next year. I will definitely call Terra again if we have and septic or plumbing needs.

Bill came out to my Eatonville property, and affordably took care of my system and gave me a complete break down on the conditions of each part and fixed the clog. I finally found a trust worthy septic company.

We called this company after we had another larger company come out and not follow through with their plan or even call us to schedule. I am so thankful that I followed my gut and found this family owned business online and called them. Terra was wonderful and knowledgeable about septic systems and immediately started trouble shooting over the phone with Bill. Bill also has a lot of experience and put us at ease with his plan. Bill came out same day and looked at it septic and confirmed we need to dig it up. I'm so happy with our outcome. Even though it was a good chunk of money we are 100% satisfied with the knowledge everyone we encountered (Bill, Terra Houston and Derek)from this business, the timely manner they responded to my frantic call, the FOLLOW THROUGH on the plan, and most of all their kindness through it all. My pump went out.  I called NW at 8 and had a new pump installed by noon.  You rarely meet people as positive and friendly as the techs that did the work.  I talked with Bill.  There was none of this I just run the office. I'll have a tech or salesman call back. Bill has been in the trenches so to speak.  He said he'd call back within 10 minutes with a quote and he did.  I recommend these guys without reservation.

We had our septic alarm go off Sat night, something that had never happened in 17 years of owning the house. We of course tried all the trouble shooting techniques and failed.  We have had our septic pumped twice before and were told we only had 2 tanks. So after getting prices  from several we decided on NW Septic. I had told Bill of our issue and to my surprise had someone come the same day. Derek was a young guy but well versed and experienced on septic tanks.  We thought we had the tanks all ready for him (2) but he said there is a3rd tank, (to our surprise) not only did he locate it he dug it out for us. My husband had been injured and could only use 1 arm. So we were quite happy, felt sorry for Derek though. He certainly was a fast digger and found our problem quickly a faulty float- and wiring. The cost was quite surprising as most companies would of said we needed more and then the cost would have been higher. Derek was honest and let us know in the future the pump would need to be replaced but it wasn't today. We would not have known the difference. This young man was very kind in answering and educating us on our septic.  We will certainly utilize NW septic in the future for all of our septic issues. Our anxious minds were put to rest that was fixed at a very decent rate.  Thank you Derek and the owner who put people first over trying to get everything they can. Septic flooded the basement so I called them in the morning after reading lots of good reviews. They came by around 11am, had the tanks (2) pumped by 3pm (so I could now use sinks/showers/washer etc.. They came back the next morning and and by 9:30 the collapsed plumbing & baffles were fixed/replaced and the lines cleared of calcium buildup (wow, it looked like bricks!). Very polite and recommended.

I have a complicated property with existing but retired septic systems and we are trying to figure out how to get it ready to build on again. Bill's guidance, and his referrals to other service providers, have been so important in keeping us moving forward on our construction project. He is quick to respond when we call, and shows up when he says he will. He is always happy to let us know when we need something that he can't provide (again, complicated property, requiring lots of different roles), and to refer us to someone else. All of his referrals have also been good. To quote another reviewer, both Bill and his son Derek (sp) have been reliable, honest, and very fair, as well as just generally good guys. Will definitely hire again.
