Bruce knows plumbing and he is an honest plumber. I had a blockage issue and I called Plumb Pros. Bruce was the one that got back to me. I am very skeptical of plumbers based on my last experience with Fox Plumbing. Bruce was able to tell me what he would do over the phone. Right away he confirmed what I suspected all along when I had Fox come in two years ago for the same problem. The same blockage issue happened two years ago. Fox came in and said the clear out access was bolted tight and they would have to access it from the toilet. They ended up removing the toilet and spent 5 hours on it. I ended up with a huge bill. Bruce told me over the phone that he would just cut the cap and easy. Toilet was not the right way to do this. Bruce came and did exactly as he said and done in an hour. Bruce not only cleared the blockage, but he also identified where the problem is and how we can fix it. I highly recommend Bruce and Plumb Pros.

Hands down, the best experience I've ever had with a contractor - can't recommend them enough.
Paul and team at Allied Waterproofing put in a new sewer liner for our house. Things that made my experience great:
1) Professionalism: Paul, our Estimator, was incredibly responsive. He quickly provided a quote for the work that provided a very detailed explanation of the work that was needed. Other contractors just gave me a number (no details). Paul also replied to my questions via e-mail quickly and thoroughly.
2) Cost: Paul's bid came in at 30% less / thousands of dollars lower than bids I received from other larger plumbing shops. I was worried that the lower price point might mean low quality work but other online reviews reported fantastic work so we chose to move forward. I'm extremely happy we did as...
3) Quality of work: Most important of all, they got the job done right and their attention to detail was excellent. They got the new sewer liner in quickly and with minimal disruptions at our house. When the team found an unexpected break in our sewer line, they dug right in and replaced the broken piece of pipe instead of leaving the problem to fix later. Despite having to dig several large holes in our yard, they restored everything perfectly - I literally think our yard looks better now than when they started.
In all, if you need sewer / drainage work, go with these guys. Very professional, great price, great work.

Josh came out today and was super helpful. He listened to what I needed and took the time to explain things as he went. No upsell, just the facts. I recommend these guys and suggest asking for Josh. He's a good guy. I will use them again.

This is the third time I've called Ben's Plumbing, twice for our own house, and a few days ago for our rental house. It is clear that Rueben knows what he is doing - how to solve the problem. Rueben is a very helpful guy, helped us troubleshoot an unusual problem in an vintage home. From our three experiences with Rueben, each being a completely different problem, he has resolved each professionally, completely, quickly, and for a reasonable rate. We intend to call on Ben's Plumbing for all our plumbing problems in the future.

Thomas added a new water line for our new fridge. He was professional, prompt and very communicative. On top of that he gave us the best rate out of several quotes and offered his professional opinion on the options we had available. Highly recommended as it's clear the customer matters to him and his team.

Terry's awesome to work with. He came out to scope out the job for free and was super easy to work with when we agreed to go for the install on our odd-sized water heater and two of our toilets. He went above and beyond when I asked him about a little trouble we were having with a shower.
Completely agree with other reviewers that they're knowledgeable and professional. I'd recommend Terry and his small biz any day.

I had been struggling to find a plumber for my basement remodel & tankless hot water install - Sharif at Watertite was a great communicator, got me a quick quote and got the job done as requested and on time- had a few challenging spots with my 1925 house, but Sharif talked it all through with me and found great ways to work with what I had. I was happy with the quality of the work, the price and the process of working with Sharif and his crew. Would be happy to work with him again and to recommend to anybody that's looking for quality residential plumbing work. Thanks Sharif!

This company was once reputable. NOT ANY MORE! The new owner & manager are flakey. They gave me a quote that included a wallboard install. 3 weeks after the quote I called and asked why no one has scheduled the wallboard installation as my cove install date was just a few days away. They told me they fired the scheduling person. I said I would just do the wallboard myself and please subtract the labor and materials from the total. Jeremie agreed. As he hung up the phone I could hear him screaming profanities. I did the wallboard myself and the following monday the installer came and installed the cove. Now they tell me the quote never included the wallboard installation. He is a bold faced liar. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

We have a two story home and found a small leak in our kitchen ceiling (coming through a cabinet). There was no water staining visible. Either on the ceiling or in the bathroom above the kitchen. Additionally, the leak stopped. Long story short, the Plumbing Joint came promptly, not weeks out like many other plumbing companies we called. The technician gave us good suggestions should the leak occur again instead of making random holes in our structure to find the leak. Particularly as it could not be determined where the leak could be originating. We liked the approach as it wasn't invasive and it wasn't expensive. He also suggested that should the leak occur again, we should try to determine the source ourselves before calling the Plumbing Joint. It was cost us less overall. We will call the Plumbing Joint in the future should the need arise.

I can't speak highly enough of Don and his son Christopher's work.
Situation: Friday morning 7am, getting ready to go to work. I found out from a courteous neighbor that water was gushing out from our yard onto the sidewalk by the street. Long story short: I learned that the galvanized water supply line to our house was leaking water. I figured out how to shut off the water meter to the house, which stopped the leaking, but left us without any water going to the house. Not a fun way to start the weekend!
I called our regular plumber (who I like) but they were booked up a week. They gave me a few other names, but when I called them, they were also booked for a while. Not good. I went to Yelp to quickly try to find a reputable plumber who might be able to come out sooner to take a look at the situation. Fortunately, Don was one of the first I stumbled on and I would soon be on the path to restored water service.
Don answered just before he was heading out for the day (you get Don, not a receptionist when you call), and stated that while he was pretty booked for the day, he would be in the area and given the urgent situation, he would try to stop by to check it out. He gave me a ring early in the afternoon saying he was on his way, so I headed home to meet him.
He quickly assessed the situation, and said that he could try to patch the galvanized line, but given how old it was, he'd recommend replacing it outright. This advice was consistent with the research I had done in the intervening hours. I was worried that this meant he'd have to come back in a few days or weeks given the magnitude of the job, and that it would cost a ton. But he said they could start right then - given the urgent nature, he ended up calling his next job (with a contractor) to reschedule that. As for cost - it wasn't cheap, but it was several thousand less than I was expecting to pay based on what I had heard, and as will be pretty clear, I think it was extremely fair for the amount of work that Don and Chris did. Excited that I might be on the path to having water again, I gave him the go ahead to start.
As soon as I gave him the go, Don and Chris started to work middle of Friday afternoon, digging up a three foot deep trench in my yard. He concurrently called the city water team to come in and replace their old connection line as well (which the city likes to do and will do for free if a plumber is replacing the homeowner portion of the line). They worked non-stop, minus a quick dinner break and a trip to Home Depot, in 95F weather for about six hours till about 8:30pm. The digging was slower than they anticipated due to the dry/rocky soil. They had most of the trench dug but didn't yet dig underneath to connect to the house. But, they were able to create a temporary water line by connecting the new PEX line as an intake into our outdoor hose faucet, which I had no idea you could do, but it meant that, except for the short period of time the following morning when they finalized the job, we now had restored water service!
Don and Chris came back early the next day (8am on Seafair Saturday). Over the next five hours, they finished digging the trench, and drilled underneath our sidewalk into our house to have a new copper line connect from our main water inlet to the new PEX water main. At that point, the job was pretty much finished, except he left the trench open over the weekend and called the city to come in for an inspection on Monday (not required, but a nice thing to do). After the city OK'd the work, Don and Chris came back late on Monday afternoon to fill in the hole. Job done!
I knew the work had gone over the original estimate Don had given, but he stuck to his original price. I topped it off a few hundred because I was grateful that they took on this work despite having a very full schedule and worked overtime to get it done quickly. Throughout the entire process, Don was taking great care to make sure he was doing the job right, and doing it without being disruptive to our house. The only leftover work we had was to mud up the drywall that was cut out to do the inside pipe connection work, but that was very easy since the piece that Don had cut off was cleanly cut/replaced. I chatted with Don a bit throughout the project, and you could tell based on how he selected materials and how he approached jobs that he took a lot of pride in his work and didn't cut corners (and you could see him instilling that discipline in Chris!).
So, within 36 hours, on a Friday during the heart of busy plumbing season, we went from having a leaking water main line (and the threat of no water, or a high water bill) to having a brand new PEX water line replacement, and a new city connection as well. If you're looking for a hard working, honest, professional, friendly, highly skilled plumber for a reasonable price, you'd be hard pressed to beat Don and Chris. He'll be the first I turn to in the future if I have a plumbing problem.

Last spring after doing an extensive landscape project, our sewer backed up (of course). We discovered it was due to the main line disconnecting from the septic system pipe. At that point we decided to bite the bullet and connect to the new sewer system that the city recently connected on our street. We needed a new sewer connection, involving a pressurized system and decommissioning a septic system. Can you imagine my thoughts of destroying the yard to put in a new sewer line and pressurized tank system after an extensive landscaping? The Drain Doctors did everything as promised, on time, and within budget. Bob met with me on schedule to discuss, gave me a detailed bid, and spent time learning the permitting requirements and the specific pump system that the city requires. He brought in his own electrician and took care of all permitting. Truly a turnkey operation. He did the project on time, keeping me informed every step of the way. His father Gary who works with Bob also put in a new concrete step that cracked during the electrical trenching. Better than new. And the yard looks great, even after trenching with a backhoe and backfilling the soil during our recent thunderstorms! I have dealt with many contractors and Bob and his team at the Drain Doctors is the best there is, period.

I called Nate in the morning about a running toilet and the first thing he did was offer to walk me through fixing it myself. I had him come out and he came right on time, was professional and personable. Finding an honest plumber is awesome. And as a bonus, he's really funny.

I don't know what to think with this company. I called to discuss having a technician come out for a relatively large ($25K- $30K) furnace replacement and ducting job and was turned down. I was told they are not taking any heating or air conditioning jobs or calls at this time. I let them know this is a large job (in our opinion) and we aren't necessarily looking to have the job done right now and would like to keep Bee's plumbing on our list of potential businesses to work with. I asked if we should call back when we're closer to ready to see if they are taking those jobs and was told, I don't know, we don't have a timeline.

Thanks for doing a difficult dirty job in my house's crawl small space on bid. Plus the price was reasonable.
