The first time I used them, was for a disposal replacement.  The installation went okay, but within a few days, my dishwasher started backing up into the sink.  I thought it was a different problem, but after hiring an appliance repair company, i found out that Big Blade had not taken the cap off the disposal line and it was causing the problem!!  They cost me $100 and when I called them about it, their response basically  'too bad'.....  So, a year later, I thought I would give them another chance.  I had a broken faucet outside.  They said they had to cut a hole in my Sheetrock to access it.  Well the hole they cut was 20 from the corner.  The faucet was 14 from the corner.....  I am a 60 year old woman and I could figure that out..  because they could not access it that way, they then chipped out the brick.  The faucet was fixed, but they left wet concrete on my patio that dried and now I cannot get it off.  When I asked about fixing the sheetrock hole, their response was to get a sheetrock guy to fix it.....  there's another couple hundred I will have to pay because of their error.  I'll never use them again.   Their plumbers take no pride in their work and obviously neither does the owner.  A reputable company would have done something to make their errors right with me.

Nathan was very honest with me and did leg work to determine what I needed which was a thermopile for a State unit water heater. and he offered alternatives and options. I would call them again.

My bathroom sink was all backed up and I called Pure Plumbing! They were so efficient and were able to come out later in the day! They explained everything and were so neat with all their work! Their price was very fair ! They also checked a concern I had before they left!  Be sure to ask for Chase and Uriel!

Tiho provided quick and professional service when we needed our water heater replaced.  I called him after hours and he set up an appointment the next day (an appointment, not a 4 hour window like most!)  He was on time, professional, and explained everything very thoroughly.  We will definitely do business with him again and I would highly recommend his services.

I call them for a leak, they give me a quote over the phone & send their guy next day to check it. They did excellent job for repairing the leak.

What a wonderful company... I had some electrical work completed at my house and the technician that came out was phenomenal... James was knowledgeable, thorough, kind, and was so very helpful... my home now looks like amazing!!! I highly recommend Landers Plumbing Company. I called this morning about 8:00 am and they told me that they would be here about 8:30 am.! I was  amazed. I never get service that quick. We had a leak in the pipe connected to the water heater. It was only the size of a pin hole, but there is extensive damage. Anyway, Landers showed up as scheduled. They did the work in a very timely manner. I cringed when handed the bill.... But to my surprise, it was very reasonable. I am very happy in my choice to use Landers Plumbing and I would certainly recommend them to family or friends.

Chris was simply fantastic!! Responsive, professional and thorough! He was the third plumber we tried to fix an issue with our kitchen sink and faucet. He will be our first call from now on!

Great service! Bob really talks you through things and is happy to teach you about things you can do yourself. Obviously an honest guy. It's refreshing!

If you're lucky to live long enough, and you live in the same home for several years, you'll encounter lots of problems with fixtures that you might take for granted.

Generally, I'm a do-it-yourselfer and don't rely on someone else to repair stuff unless it's major, like jacking the foundation.

I've replaced the water shutoff valve to my house twice.  Not the one at the water meter (which belongs to the city), but the one in the ground just outside our front door.  And, yes, they do wear out.  Deposits build up on the inside and rust takes it's toll on parts on the outside.

One of the fittings started leaking just a little, possibly due to the Texas snowmageddon a few months ago.  Doesn't take long for a drip to turn into a trickle, so the time came for a fix.  Digging in our sticky clay soil is a real chore and I've reached that point where I'll let someone else take over this task.  

After plenty of research, we decided that Legacy Plumbing was our best choice for the job.

Alex and Tyler showed up on time and ready to get their hands dirty.  After confirming the quote that we were given over the phone, they were obviously ready to get started.  We were impressed at how friendly and thoughtful they were, explaining what they planned to do and answering our questions.  Then, they dug up and replaced the valve and back filled it in about an hour.  They left the area so clean that you wouldn't know that they've been here.

I've got a good friend who's a plumber and he isn't as nice to me as Alex and Tyler!

I mentioned that rust causes valve failures.  My new one is a 1 stainless ball valve.  Even the handle is stainless, so no rust problem.

Bottom line: the bill was very reasonable, the work was professional and we're very satisfied.

I had a gas leak in my business that forced me to shut down.  The fire department and assessed that is was the water heater causing the problem.  I called Force Home Services and  lady who answered the phone told me one of their technicians, David, would be out as soon as he finished the job he was currently working on.  David arrived promptly, had the piece I needed on his truck and fixed it asap.. He was incredibly friendly and they will definitely get my business from now on.
