It was almost 12 midnight when we figured out our water heater was broken. We tried to send a request to Sean, and to our surprise, he responded right away. He came over and checked our water heater. We found out that it was already the right time to change our not so good quality water heater provided by our home builder. He gave us multiple options to help us determine and decide based on our budget and what is best for our home needs. His kind, patient and reasonable price lead us to choose his best quality product. He even replaced some poor quality parts like the tubing that was provided by the builder. Thank you Sean for your good service. They are highly recommended!!

Shawn was really responsive, he was the first one to get back to me for an emergency water heater breakdown on a Saturday night and showed up first thing Sunday AM. He asked pertinent questions and came prepared, was in and out in 2 hours. He even came back couple days later to check in on a minor issue I flagged to him on the new heater. Strongly recommend.

My wife and I had a unique situation. Long story short, around mid-December our lovely grandson clogged our toilet flushing one of her massage rocks down it. Yep! Lol (but keep the estimated date locked in.)

Anyway, we contacted two well known plumbing companies that advertise in this area (that shall remain nameless) and contacted our Home Warranty company. The companies we contacted were uncomfortably slow in responses and solutions. It was the holiday season, so we understood. Our home warranty company sent a servicer out from a third company pretty quickly. The downside is he came out just to inform us that he couldn't fix it. And that cost us $75.

So by mid January one of the companies stopped returning our calls, and we were still stuck with this problem. All quotes we received from plumbers required replacing the entire toilet. Although we didn't think the entire toilet needed to be replaced, we were just about ready to give in when my wife reached out to these guys.

The NEXT DAY, they came and retrieved the massage rock. No replacement toilet needed. Our toilet is fixed. Costed is HALF of what we were quoted from other companies. Contact these guys. Super professional. They'll get the job done.

Oh my goodness!  1 guy wanted 3800.   1 guy wanted 850.   I called Shawn, literally crying and looking for another estimate.  He came to the house, found the problem right away and told me to call the city as the problem was actually at the street level.   The city fixed it for free.  Shawn charged me nothing to come give his expert opinion.  And what a nice man he is too.   Thanks!  I'll be calling for more help!   And it's my pleasure to recommend him!

I had some water leak from upstairs onto the ground floor. I called several plumbers and everybody was giving me different days to come and take a look at it . Finally when I called Shawn he was ready to come and see within the next one hour . He is so efficient and the most ethical and moral person I have ever met . He is the first plumber who even said that after I finish the job see if it doesn't leak for a week and then you can pay me. Who says that in this day and age .  One thing I will say is I got a plumber for my lifeTime.

I haven't had the opportunity to work with Shawn yet, but I'll have his number on standby for sure. I ran into a huge water leak with my sprinkler system and he was generous with his time, kind enough to facetime and try to help resolve though he was busy. We weren't able to resolve the issue over the call due to the existing faulty setup of my sprinkler system in my home (which was set up by another company) leaving a review because it's very hard to come by helpful people these days.

Wow! Finally, a plumber who knows what he's doing, takes pride in his work, and charges reasonable prices. Shawn is deserving of his 5-star rating. He lived up to all of the positive Yelp reviews. Over the years, I've hired a few plumbers. Shawn proved to be the best. What a relief.

I needed an urgent water heater replacement and called Shawn. He responded quickly and gave me some options for the replacement, talked through some details and he assured me that it would be fixed the next day. After confirming all the details, his price was the best out of all the other plumbers I called, plus he has a ton of experience so I trusted him to do the install the right way.

Next morning Shawn showed up promptly and did everything to get it installed and working in a couple hours, plus provided some unforseen services. He answered all my questions and checked up on the other plumbing fixtures in my house. I'm happy with the result and glad I hired him to do the job!

Water heater went out on a Sunday. Couldn't get anyone out on Sunday but scheduled an appointment with a different plumber and they advised they'd call me Monday to schedule. Without receiving a call I decided to look elsewhere. I called All City and they responded out very quickly. They located a similar water heater to what I had, picked it up and swapped it out along with associated pipes/tanks/valves. The owner is local and made himself available to returning if there was an issue. Very helpful and provided lots of advice. I should've called All City originally on Sunday. I'll likely use them in the future if I need to.

I had a water leaking under the sink and I requested a quote to multiple companies at night on Sunday. Shawn picked it up right away and gave me the time slots he was available. I wasn't available any of these but earlier than these, he became very flexible and scheduled one in the morning on Monday.

He came to my home a bit earlier, and looked into the area. It was a difficult area as it was behind the dry wall right next to the cabinet.

He told me he needed to drill/cut the drywall and some portion of the sink cabinet before moving forward, I told him to do so.

After taking a few minutes he finally found the area leaking. He gave me the estimate on the cost and time which were all reasonable.

He fixed the leak, and refilled the cut drywall/cabinet. He gave me some recommendations on the faucet and the disposer that were old as well.

I am writing this review (a month after) just because I wanted to make sure the fix he made actually fixed the leak. There is no leak at all - so the fix was perfect.

Overall, he was very knowledgeable on the plumbing, made precise inspections, did a great job on fixing. These are I am sure all the customers with issues are looking for.

I strongly recommend Shawn to anyone having the same/similar issues that require intensive knowledge.

My water heater stopped working over a holiday weekend. Shawn responded and showed up promptly on Saturday evening and tried to repair it by replacing a part. Our toilet leaked and All City Plumbing came out on a Sunday and fixed the problem.  All City was very responsive and arrived shortly after confirming.  I would definitely recommend All City Plumbing!  Also, very professional, reasonable and followed all Covid protocols.

We needed some work done on our loose shower heads, and to fix an uphill discharge pipe from our hot water heater. We made an appointment with Shawn to come by and give us a cost estimate of the work. He had very competitive rates and was able to simply explain how he planned to fix our plumbing woes.

Day of, he arrived early and was ready to work. He completed the jobs quickly and efficiently, and was able to fix everything we had specced out during our walkthrough. He had to open about 1 square foot of drywall in each shower, and after fixing the shower heads, he put back the drywall he had originally cut. It was done in such a way that I could spackle and paint the edges myself. It saved me a few hundred bucks, not having to hire a handyman to do that for us!

Needed to replace a toilet, posted my job and multiple responses appeared in my inbox.  What I'll say is make sure that you get multiple estimates as the prices vary wildly...from $100 surcharge to dispose of old fixture, to order it yourself, or I'll have to charge $50 for delivery.  

Thank goodness Shawn at All City Plumbing wasn't any of the above.  He responded promptly, arrived on time today for the job, was clean and did real nice work and in a short time.  Most importantly, he was a nice person and had a fair price quote.  I will using him again soon.

Shawn was great to work with. I called in the morning to replace two leaking shower valves and a leaking kitchen faucet. He responded quickly and was able to complete the repairs the same day. He had the replacement valves in stock and completed the work quickly. No issues at all.

My water heater was not igniting and soon it was discovered that the unit was leaking water as well. I called Shawn and he responded immediately, very courteous, knowledgeable and in a professional manner. He explained what my options were and provided very feasible pricing. I chose to replace my. My tenant reported water leak from first floor living ceiling. Exactly on top I had my second floor master shower is located. I have called up few plumbing companies and upon looking at the picture all of them were saying me the same solution which is they have to make multiple cut to ceiling drywall to see the leak and fix, however they can't fix the drywall. Well some one says they can but with additional charge it was a super huge amount. I looked at All city plumbing review which is very low but somehow I decided to give the new comers an opportunity (in spite of having very good but very few yelp comments). Just over phone he informed me an easy solution (most likely) which doesn't need those big cut but an observation was required post fix if any further leaks happen or not. I liked the idea, which no other plumbers were offering. Shawn came to the property and did exactly what he said to me. He in-fact didn't charge any money un-till few days when I confirm the leak is no longer present. Very helpful and this guy rock. I would like to give a super rockstar badge and in future I would like to call him up.

Bonus is: He can work through out the bay area. He is not having limited service are.

I am so lucky today that I found this plumber (Sean) to fixed my house water leaking issue on garage ceiling. He did quick inspection and found the root cause in a short time. Due to my house is under construction for replace drywall, the problem need to be fix ASAP before repainting next week. Sean provide his great response from my urgent call, and provide great and quick service. I recommend give him a call at any situation for the plumbing service. Shawn was responsive and diligent. He was able to repair the leaking faucet in the tub (bathroom) without cutting thru tiles and the wall which is what another plumber said needed to be done. I will call Shawn again for other plumbing needs.

I had an issue that water didn't come out of a shower, I requested quotes to several companies. Shawn was the first one responded in minutes. He gave free estimate and quickly identified the root cause of the issue. He got it fixed in half hour and asked for a reasonable price. My bathroom's shower faucet is broken and I asked him to go replace it. He couldn't fix it and made it worse. The water is now leaking and the only way to stop the leaks is to turn the water valve off. Then he asked me if I want to fix it with a more expensive approach which cost $1000 dollars. He basically made things worse and left.

They were able to fix the bathroom leak within two hours of the initial phone call, on a Sunday no less.  Thanks!

Happy with the installation! I had a toilet changed out and two bidets installed. I am impressed that the job was done very neatly and quick. They also took away the old toilet of course. The bath room was left spotless. I'd keep his number handy for future needs for sure.

We called Shan to snake our sewer line because we had back flow from the sewer into the house.  When he arrived I mentioned that this had happened before (but not as severe as this) and that he needed to snake from out front to the sewer.  He considered the situation and told us that he needed to take out our toilet and snake from the bathroom to the front.  He charged us $400 to do this.  Upon leaving he told us our toilet was not good and that we needed to replace it.  He quoted $750 for the toilet and installation.  The next day he returned to install the toilet and a bidet for $1,000.  The day after that the toilet started to gurgle again, we called him back which he came quickly and he snaked the front 4 times at no extra charge as he warrantied the work for 30 days.  After 4 more days the toilet again started gurgling and water started to rise.  We called another plumber because we didn't trust that Shan knew how to handle the situation.  The new plumber said that this was a city issue and that we needed call them to fix a line that had broken in 2 places.  He then snaked at the front of the house and charged us only $199 for his service.  He gave us an invoice for his work (Shan did not) and was very knowledgable of how to handle this situation.  We will be using this new plumber from now on as he was very conscious of how to manage severe plumbing issues in a cost effective manner.  Shan is overpriced and took advantage of our emergency situation.
