Established in 1977.
Roger Osborn decided to make a career change from full time Math student to full time Entrepreneur over 36 years ago. He embarked on his adventure and never looked back. He has successfully owned and operated Osborn Plumbing Inc. since 1977. James Skip Lowden, has been the backbone of the company for over a decade. His strengths include providing excellent customer service as well as a top-notch skill set allowing him to better serve the Greater Bastrop Area. With the return of Roger's youngest son, Michael, after graduating from Texas A&M University, they are anticipating what the future holds for this business. The Osborn Plumbing mission is to provide, you the customer, the best possible service for the dollar value. This is to be accomplished by striving for excellence in every aspect of service. Called Osborn this morning and James arrived at noon and the leaking toilet was repaired by 1 pm. Amazingly good service. We'd been waiting a week for repair by USA Plumbing (1 rating out of 5 with BBB) which was referred by the Old Republic Home Warranty. Both USA Plumbing and Old Republic are now history for us!
Osborn has been excellent every time we've called when other failed. We will go to Osborn first from now on.
Quick, professional, friendly and knowledgeable repair. Couldn't ask for better service.

My shower had been clogged/slow draining forever. I finally made the decision to call and received same day service. Skip was amazing. He was very polite and personable. Not only did he fix our drain, he also gave me a great gift idea for my boyfriend who happened to be grilling when Skip arrived. Thank you Skip!!
I want to thank Michael Osborn for not giving up! I had a water leak that was SO hard to find, but he just kept looking until he found it. So grateful for his persistence. And the price was so reasonable! I have absolutely no complaints about the quality of the service. And glad he practices safety and more a mask.

We had a repairman come to our property yesterday to check a leak under the house and to repair 2 toilets that would not stop running. So he looked under our house (did not crawl under house), said he didn't have any plastic to lay on to go under and repair leak and he would have to come back out. You would think that they would be a little more prepared but whatever. Did replace 2 stoppers in the 2 toilets. The charge for this service was $250.00. We thought that included coming back to fix the leak under the house but no that would be a completely new charge. He was at our place for maybe 40-45 minutes. So I recommend you check your pockets when they leave. What a rip off.

We have used Osborn several times in the past year for our irrigation system, shower repair, and most recently our tankless water heater. In each case, they have been extremely professional, prompt, and courteous. Their work is well done, no re-do like we've had with other companies. I highly recommend them.

The main waterline pipe (bringing water from the street to the house) broke over a holiday weekend, and Osborn Plumbing sent guys out on Labor Day to fix the pipe. They explained why the pipe had burst and took care of it quickly. I was very stressed out about not having water and how much it would cost to fix, but they charged a fair amount that matches a quote from another local plumber.
Unfortunately, I had a lot of debris in the line that got into some of the house lines and caused secondary problems. But Osborn Plumbing responded quickly to my follow-up calls, explained what the problem was once they got out to my house, how they would fix it, and how much the charge would be. Some things they fixed for no charge, and the other charges were very reasonable.
It's hard to be happy when you have to call someone for plumbing issues at your house, but I am happy with the services I received from Osborn Plumbing. I would definitely recommend them!

This company is the best, at first we were going to have to wait over a day before they could get to us. They later called and told us a job had finished early and could work us in, yea! The guy that came, James Clanton was super polite and nice, he got us up and running in no time. We highly recommend them.
They came 200 miles all the way from Bastrop at 5:30 pm. to fix a broken waterline on a holiday weekend. Keep in mind that they charged us $675.00 to replace this one pipe fitting after we had dug all the holes. On a lighter note you will receive a key chain with a bible quote about Jesus for free.

I called Osborn plumbing to rework all the plumbing in a house that we are do a complete remodel job. Every person that has worked at the house is very professional and does very good work. The price quoted was reasonable, the company adheres to code, even if it is not a requirement. They do not cut corners which is very important. They will work hard and fast and they are very busy as a company but they show up timely to work. Additionally, Roger who met with me to do the quote referred me to K&M Contracting to be the General contractor on the job and that company is just is outstanding as Osborn Plumbing. I am so very thankful to have met both of these companies as we are thrilled with the quality of work, the price, the quick timeline and they are a pleasure to work with on the remodel!!

This company rocks..short handed today and yet they made sure my hot water heater was repaired today....they could have easily blown me off until tomorrow, they will always get my recommendation!!
We are new to Bastrop, just moving into our new-to-us home. I noticed that our kitchen faucet was dripping, so I looked up local plumbing companies and found Osborn. Being such a small job, they could very easily have put me off a few days, but instead they were at my house in 15 minutes, and 10 minutes later had the problem fixed and were gone. Very polite, very professional, and did a great job. I will definitely be calling them again for any future problems, and recommend them highly.
Reached a live person at 6am and the guys were here before 9 to clear my drain. Very polite, great service. First time customer but will be back!
Roger's plumbing is terrific!!! After having two extensive conversations with Roger, he was able to send guys out first thing Monday morning!! Skip and Bryce detected an issue that has been plaguing us...Completely missed by another plumber. The situation was solved in a day.... Septic and plumbing issues are not fun, however, this crew is excellent. Highly recommended.
I have had nightmare experiences with other plumbing companies, but Osborn was nothing but professional. I would highly recommend and will definitely use them again in the future.
