I contacted nearly a dozen plumbers to disconnect my water well and attach my home to the county's city water line. Shane's Plumbing was the ONLY company willing to do the job and they did a stellar job. As my well started to fail I was stressed about how to keep running water in my home. Shane gave me a number of options and was always willing to answer questions and walk me through every step. What I anticipated being an overwhelming amount of work (and cost) need up being an easy job for Shane's Plumbing.

Had a new faucet installed in my kitchen and had a GREAT experience with this company. Have used them in the past, always with perfect results. Technicians are professional, efficient, and very careful. Do not hesitate to put your plumbing needs in this company's hands. I give them my highest recommendations!

Friday night our toilet clogged and stayed clogged no matter what we did (our other toilet had been removed for a remodel). Over the weekend!  After speaking to several plumbers on Saturday morning, we selected Byron McDaniel simply because he could get here the soonest. He arrived right on time Sunday morning and installed a new one. He was pleasant and very quick. No mess left behind and his price was very reasonable. We discovered the leak on a Friday.  We called our regular plumber for help, but they said they couldn't come until the middle of next week!  We called a few other plumbers, but everyone was too busy to help.  We then contacted Cathedral Plumbing based on its rating in Angie's List, and, after hearing me explain the emergency, Brittany in the office sent someone right away to help.  It was Robert, who looked at the ceiling and promptly went into action.  He discovered the source of the leak -- a tiny hole in a pipe in the attic, and fixed it.  He worked very hard nonstop and communicated with us about the problem and what he was doing.  We were deeply grateful for the fast, excellent service, and will now send all our plumbing needs to Cathedral Plumbing.

John responded immediately when we had a leak and took care of the problem quickly and professionally.  He has been our plumber for a number of years and would recommend him to anyone.  He is our first and only choice whenever we have plumbing issues.

There was a water leak coming up through the sidewalk in front of my house.  I had a couple of guys come out and dig on both sides of the sidewalk and they found that the leak was not sprinkler piping but in fact the water line from the main to the house.  And now with the leak detected, I called Blue Star for an estimate for repair.  Kevin Orr from Blue Star  showed up and spent a lot of time walking my front yard and talking about various aspects of water lines and their material make-up.  He asked a few questions to ascertain my level of plumbing knowledge, and when he was satisfied with my lack thereof, proceeded to upsell the job.  His bid for the job was 1800, and the next day two guys showed up and replaced a 6' section of PVC pipe under the sidewalk... It took them about 2 hours.  Material and labor should have been well under 500 dollars.  I was smoothly led to believe this would be an involved piece of work, all the while Kevin knew that it would be a simple and fast job.  And to make matters worse they gave no warranty on their work.
