I contacted nearly a dozen plumbers to disconnect my water well and attach my home to the county's city water line. Shane's Plumbing was the ONLY company willing to do the job and they did a stellar job. As my well started to fail I was stressed about how to keep running water in my home. Shane gave me a number of options and was always willing to answer questions and walk me through every step. What I anticipated being an overwhelming amount of work (and cost) need up being an easy job for Shane's Plumbing.

They are the best. They go above and beyond each time I need something. On top of that, they are reliable and very skilled.

This plumbing company is amazing! They helped me with a clogged drain and provided exceptional service. Their team was knowledgeable, efficient, and always kept me informed. Highly recommend!

Carey came out to replace a water heater. He gave me fair pricing and was in and out with no issues. Very professional and will recommend to others.

Friday night our toilet clogged and stayed clogged no matter what we did (our other toilet had been removed for a remodel). Over the weekend!  After speaking to several plumbers on Saturday morning, we selected Byron McDaniel simply because he could get here the soonest. He arrived right on time Sunday morning and installed a new one. He was pleasant and very quick. No mess left behind and his price was very reasonable. I hired Make Ready Repairs to patch drywall on the ceiling and a wall after plumbing repairs, and while unfortunately the first crew did not get the finish correct the first time, they were professional and returned to finish the job correctly.

I gave them 5 stars for their professionalism in handling the matter and I'm happy with the final results.

We had a plumbing emergency in the middle of the night.  Cathedral Plumbing did the plumbing when our home was built.  I called them first thing in the morning.  Dispatch was very friendly and helpful.  They sent someone out right away to fix the problem.  I am keeping their phone number handy!  It is such a pleasure to deal with a company that actually cares about their customers.  :)

WOW! - we just had a pipe under our house freeze and break. We have an old farmhouse in Roanoke that we are restoring, so everything is old! I called several plumbers, some were VERY ridiculously expensive, others didn't want to crawl under a house that had a leaked pipe. I happen to see this man's name and number in one of the neighborhood post...John at Advanced Plumbing...good review so I called.
First off HE answered the phone! Second he was VERY professional, polite, and concerned (asked me if I needed him immediately due to kids or health issues etc), and third he showed up EXACTLY when he said he would...the next morning! I live in the Oak Forest Area in Houston, and I used Accurate Leak and Line to repair the sewer lines on my kitchen and washing machine. Accurate leak specializes in trenchless repair of sewer lines and water lines, which is how I heard of them (even though I went with the conventional method in the end). I wanted to avoid digging up my backyard and under my foundation to replace the sewer lines under my kitchen and washing machine. The cost of trenchless was slightly higher than doing the work the conventional way, but the guys at Accurate Leak and Line worked with me to avoid digging under my foundation which I was afraid would cause foundation issues due to settling.

They routed the drain lines from the kitchen and washing machine out through the exterior wall and then down into the ground all the way to the sewer connection. Stone pavers make up a decent portion of my backyard, and I have a little bit of grass. The guys at Accurate Leak minimized the size of the trench to avoid digging up a large portion of my backyard. The plumbing job was top notch, and they went above and beyond to ensure that the entire drainage system was leak free, and working properly.  

When it came to repairing the area in the brick where they routed the sewer lines, they did an excellent job and worked with me to make sure I was comfortable with their repair job. The repair of the landscaping was also done very well, and I have no complaints about the way my backyard looks after the work. The guys that did the repair of the landscaping were very polite and made it clear that if I didn't like something they would fix it.

Overall, Scott (the owner) and the guys at Accurate Leak did an excellent job repairing my sewer lines and were very professional and courteous during the work. They were patient with me when I had questions and went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with the work. They were competitively priced as I received three quotes for this work including theirs. I would recommend them to my friends or anyone who needs their sewer or water lines replaced in Houston.

The value and quality of work for my service was poor.  Blue Star charged me $650 total for work they completed within 15 minutes.  The plumber justified this prior to starting the work by using scare tactics stating they may need to engage a third party for brick repair.  The plumber informed me afterward that the part they replaced I could buy retail for $45. Finally after completion of the work they left my water meter open while the temperatures were below freezing.
