I contacted nearly a dozen plumbers to disconnect my water well and attach my home to the county's city water line. Shane's Plumbing was the ONLY company willing to do the job and they did a stellar job. As my well started to fail I was stressed about how to keep running water in my home. Shane gave me a number of options and was always willing to answer questions and walk me through every step. What I anticipated being an overwhelming amount of work (and cost) need up being an easy job for Shane's Plumbing.

Had a new faucet installed in my kitchen and had a GREAT experience with this company. Have used them in the past, always with perfect results. Technicians are professional, efficient, and very careful. Do not hesitate to put your plumbing needs in this company's hands. I give them my highest recommendations!

Friday night our toilet clogged and stayed clogged no matter what we did (our other toilet had been removed for a remodel). Over the weekend!  After speaking to several plumbers on Saturday morning, we selected Byron McDaniel simply because he could get here the soonest. He arrived right on time Sunday morning and installed a new one. He was pleasant and very quick. No mess left behind and his price was very reasonable. I would recommend McDaniels plumbing to anyone and will definitely use him again. Thank you Byron!

These guys are great. I called and they immediately had someone on the way. Very polite and professional, easy to get ahold of, honest, and charged a fair rate for the job. I'll definitely call them again next time we need help.

The plumber from Cathedral Plumbing just came and left.  J. Shane Fulmer was the plumber who visited my townhome.  He was rude and inconsiderate throughout the whole ordeal.  When I explained to him the situation, he replied that the water drain was not to be used that way and acted like I didn't know how to properly flush the water heater.  I tried to show him the video of the leakage and he didn't even bother to look at it.  When I asked him if I'm supposed to just carry 5 gallons of vinegar while climbing down the ladder from the attic (the water heater is located in the upstairs attic) once I finish flushing, he sarcastically answers yes.  J. Shane Fulmer lacked any form of customer service and was a waste of my time.

Very professional and kind people. We were having toilet drainage problems. They worked for 3 hours flushing out lines. Turned out it was a city issue . Appreciate their attempt and hard work.

For your sake, I hope you never need to call these guys because plumbing work just sucks and it's expensive.  However, if you are looking for professional, trustworthy, and friendly plumbers who will do the job right and cost MUCH less than your big corporation plumbing company, then you better call Scott.

Scott walked me through every step of the way, showed me exactly where my line was broken and how he could best fix it at the least expense to me!    

He worked with the foundation company so that he could assure that the line was intact after the foundation was repaired and even helped me clean up a little mess.

They were always on time, always clean and professional, and best of all, he calls you back or emails you back fast!  

I hope I never need to call him again but if I ever need these kind of repairs, he will be my go to man forever!!!    I could not recommend them more.    Believe me, I shopped around and got estimates, he saved me a lot of $$$$$ from start to finish!   Thanks Scott

Do not recommend this place at all! Prices are ridiculous! Called them out to fix our toilet and spent over 450 dollars for it just to stop working the next day. Such a scam. I called a different plumber and he was able to remove the whole toilet and fix the issue under 200 dollars. The plumber said this was his 5TH house he's had to work on after Blue Star Plumbing tried to fix it. I do not recommend this company at all!!
