I contacted nearly a dozen plumbers to disconnect my water well and attach my home to the county's city water line. Shane's Plumbing was the ONLY company willing to do the job and they did a stellar job. As my well started to fail I was stressed about how to keep running water in my home. Shane gave me a number of options and was always willing to answer questions and walk me through every step. What I anticipated being an overwhelming amount of work (and cost) need up being an easy job for Shane's Plumbing.

They are the best. They go above and beyond each time I need something. On top of that, they are reliable and very skilled.

This plumbing company is amazing! They helped me with a clogged drain and provided exceptional service. Their team was knowledgeable, efficient, and always kept me informed. Highly recommend!

I met with Carey about relocating laundry service. He showed up on time and with a smile, gave me a no BS quote for the job in a matter of minutes! I am going to use him for this, as other quotes were anywhere from 50% to 100% higher!

Friday night our toilet clogged and stayed clogged no matter what we did (our other toilet had been removed for a remodel). Over the weekend!  After speaking to several plumbers on Saturday morning, we selected Byron McDaniel simply because he could get here the soonest. He arrived right on time Sunday morning and installed a new one. He was pleasant and very quick. No mess left behind and his price was very reasonable. I would recommend McDaniels plumbing to anyone and will definitely use him again. Thank you Byron!

These guys are great. I called and they immediately had someone on the way. Very polite and professional, easy to get ahold of, honest, and charged a fair rate for the job. I'll definitely call them again next time we need help.

This company is the worst. Unfortunately they are the company that installed the plumbing in my new home. The first time I called them out because they installed my tub downspout way out of level so it leaks and the plunger doesn't work properly  they refused to fix it saying my warranty was void because I changed the shower head which literally has nothing to do with their hack job installation. Also, it took them no call no showing 2 appointments before they finally came the third time. This time we got a leak and they were scheduled for an emergency to come out today between 12pm and 5pm and they again no call no show.

We are new to the area and we needed a plumber to fix our guest toilet. I choose these guys based on the glowing reviews I saw online, and the reviews are spot on. John and Sal were able to fix my issue the same day I called and arrived on-time and were super friendly. They were quick and thorough and explained every step in detail to me. I will definitely be calling these guys if I ever need plumbing work done in the future!

These guys are the best!  After calling 20 different companies I decided to try another company and had them out to run a leak detection test.  After they came out and found what they said was the leak and me paying them $250 I didn't even get a written report and the quote they gave me seemed high. I called these guys and they were out that day to look and give me a quote which was significantly lower than the other and a completely different approach to repai. They are super busy and told me it could be up to two weeks before they could get to us but they were GREAT and got me in that next week.  You do not realize how much you love hot running water until you don't have it.  Thanks Christian, I will text you when your home made pasta is ready.

Originally contacted Hedrick's Service Now to repair a water leak inside a wall behind the hot water tank. I agreed to the quote and repeatedly called trying to schedule the repair. I gave up on them after several days of no show and called Blue Star Plumbing. They showed up on time, repaired the leak and installed a new water heater with new copper connections and emergency drain. Great job, very disciplined and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend.
