I had a leak in my main water line and also needed two outdoor faucets replace.  I chose Aubrey based on their reputation.  I have not been disappointed - I purposely waited several weeks so I could accurately report on the quality of work.  The work done has had no residual problems, no leaks and no issues.    I will not hesitate to call them for any future plumbing problems.  I highly recommend this company - they are fair, honest and take pride in their work -- they simply are the best.

I have used A2Z for years and would never call anyone else. I have used them in my home and on a commercial building that I own, for both repairs and new construction. Honest, dependable, reasonably priced, they have never let me down. I'm glad I found them.

Talk about a great plumbing company in Mesquite, Great Service Plumbing is awesome. Our sewer line was overflowing into the yard. These guys came out and repaired our water / plumbing lines in no time - even though they had to dig 8 feet down into the yard. This quality plumbing company did a great job and I highly recommend them.

My boiler broke up in the freezing weather and this company's plumber broke me advice over the phone which meant I could fix the problem myself-but I knew he 'd come out if I really needed him to. Super fantastic!

Questionable customer service here. I think we got the short straw on our salesperson. I spent a lot of money on hardware here but I'm not really being treated very kindly. Curt answers to my questions and two different answers on return policy. I really wanted to buy local and I was considering lots of other home upgrades that they display (bathtubs, sinks, faucets, doorknobs) but I'm not getting good enough customer service to return here. They do have a lot of cabinet hardware on display if you want to come see in real life before you buy it online.

Friendly technicians that came and turned on my unit.  They didn't fix the problem, which is all I care about.  The wires in the unit were exposed and they just said I had a bad compressor.  The issue for me was the technicians I had spent most of the time pretending to work because all they did was turn on my break and the cap on my backyard unit.  The rest of the time they spent selling me on some service plan.  I spent almost 300 bucks for them to come out and not fix the actual problem.  There are better techs in DFW.

Came out to look at a leak at the meter in the front yard.  Quoted $700, $400 to dig a one foot square hole and $300 to fix a leak in a plastic pipe at a union.  I declined.  To their credit they didn't charge for the ridiculous estimate.

Classic installed a new faucet in the bathroom at our business.  They were ahead of schedule, reasonably priced and did fast / great work!  I would use them again if the need arises!  Adren Savitch Titan Auto Glass

I had a hot water heater burst in my home in Allen.  I had just used Classic to fix a faucet at my business 3 days prior.  I liked the service and price so called again for the hot water heater repair.  Classic came out promptly and professionally just as you'd expect.  Aaron did a very thorough job and was very nice to work with!  Overall great experience and top notch service!

Me and my family had some warranty work done Chris was on time and throughly explained everything that would happen on the job so I wouldn't be in the dark was great around my kids and respectful. I also got his number for any future job and shared with my family and friends. Oh and you know how it is really annoying when contractors don't clean up after! Everything mess they made was cleaned up. Such a relief after working all day and wanting to relax.

After moving into a house built in 1924, we found ourselves with far more plumbing projects to work on than we would have liked. I have been able to find every piece, fixture, & thingy that was needed here.

They even let you text a picture of your old part to them to see if the can find it for you but it can be a little intimidating with the amount of plumbers & professionals that are shopping there.

Also, the selection of clawfoot parts they have is far more than you will find anywhere else in the area.

I wish there were zero stars.  I had a sewer blockage in October.  A nice young man came out, used two different augers to find the blockage.  He couldn't.  I actually had to find the two cleanouts for him.  Nothing worked.  He pulled my toilet, and tried again, with no success.  He told me to call the city.  They came out within the hour, determined it was clogged at the tap, and the next day, the city repaired the tap.  The toilet the plumber pulled has leaked sjnce, even though he replaced the wax seal.  I called them today, and a guy named Dennis was completely rude to me. The rudest person I think I've ever spoken with. I'm a reasonable guy, but  when I originally called, the plumber should have suggested I call the city first.  That's what the city recommends.  It would have been without charge.  Second, this guy Dennis' rudeness to me was inexcusable.  I paid this company $185 to do basically nothing, which the city did for free.  The young man replaced the wax toilet seal, but it started leaking soon thereafter.  I didn't use the toilet or any other plumbing until after the city replaced the tap the next day.  This guy Dennis...beware.  He's rude, and didn't care one wit about the situation.  I would not recommend this company to anyone.  Do not use this company.  They are scammers, and are not honest, and apparently will not back up their work at all.  Buyer beware.

I have had them out before to do a line clearing.  Took about an hour and it was $460.  That's fine.  I am well off enough that it's not a big deal.
But...
When I call to have you come out a few months later to price gouge me on changing 2 shower valves and a toilet ball stem, because I'm willing to pay it, you don't even show up. No phone call or text.  No email. Nothing.  Til about 4:35pm. Appointment was for 12-4 with a $65 service fee.  They call at 4:35 to tell me Good news, we have a tech in the area to take your service call. Well it's too late.  Do you want to reschedule?
Well, if there is no service charge then sure. Oh, no we can't do that, but if you change your mind give us a call back.
Uh...no thanks.  You lost out on easy money and could have charged the full amount or maybe more but no no no. You couldn't even do common business protocol. That's too bad.  I'll call Belkeys! Lol.

I hired this plumber based on the good reviews.  When I had a plumbing emergency he came right away and everything seemed off to a good start. I told him I was afraid of leaks and he said I don't do leaks.  Ok so he said he would come back the next day because the faucet was a bit loose.  He no showed.  I finally got a hold of him after calling non-stop and he said he would come.  He no showed and did not call.  I tried for 3 straight days with no response.  Now a couple of weeks have gone by and I have a leak.  He will not answer his phone.  I told him I was going to write a review every day he does not answer me.  I think his reviews are good because at first he seems nice and seems to know what he is doing but he does not.  I checked and he has complaints filed against him with Better Business Bureau and these complaints are exactly like mine.  BEWARE.
