Wish I had found these guys at onset of my search. They will now be my go to.

Long of short: copper pipe sprung a leak between bedroom wall and bathroom shower a day ago. Had to shut main off to prevent more internal water damage. One agency initially committed, then went sideways. Was left at square one, searching for a plumber again. STAT answered their phone, finished their current job, and came straight over. Chris and his partner, fixed the problem, cleaned up, and did an excellent job. The price was very reasonable and the work was on point.

I've said it before, but customer service is a dying thing. Chris and his company STAT still have it. Much appreciated.

Chris did a great job from beginning to end. He responded quickly when trying to get an estimate. He was detailed in his explanation of things that needed to be done. Finally he did great work when installing our hot water heater. I am certain we will use him again

Chris is now my go-to plumber moving forward. I contacted multiple plumbers on Yelp, and Chris was by far the most responsive and reliable. He came out as quick as he could, and not only did he fix the problem but he also referred me to another company for some non-plumbing related work that have also been really good to work with.

I've worked with many different plumbers and tradesman over the years, and haven't written a single Yelp review about any of them but felt compelled to write one for Chris considering how good of a job he did, how fast he was, how well he communicated throughout the entire process, and how fair he was with his fees.

Had a kitchen drain clog - you know how that goes, it's pretty much something that needs fixed right away, and everything in the house grinds to a halt until it works again.

I contacted Chris via yelp based on all the great reviews.  This was on a Saturday night, when other places were closed or unavailable here in Portola Hills.

Chris was on the job Sunday morning, brought the right tools, got it done quickly and correctly, and even recommended some ways of keeping the drain free and clear in the future.

He showed up when he said he would, did what he said he would, and charged what he said he would.  The guy was professional and workmanlike, with a great attitude to boot - answered all our questions right away.

Highly recommended.

I called Chris at 8pm on a Saturday night on Easter weekend when my kitchen sink completely stopped draining. He responded quickly and gave me some thoughts on what he anticipated the problem to be and came out the next morning and fixed the problem quickly. His quote stayed the same and no up charges for weekend or holiday. He wore a mask and was very professional. Highly recommend.

15 year old water heater finally died and decided to say goodbye by flooding our garage on Thursday at almost midnight. Spoke to Chris by 7:30am Friday from my Yelp inquiry at midnight and sent him pictures of my issues. By 1:30pm Tiffany was at our home to do a quick look-see and quote. We decided on tankless water heater with circulator pump. Saturday 10am Marty came to start the job and by end of Saturday, we have  a beautiful tankless water heater, almost instant hot water running whenever we use the faucets/shower. Everyone we encountered throughout this process were pleasant to talk to, straightforward, competitive pricing and just great customer service overall. Will recommend again and again!

During the busy holiday season we noticed a leak in our faucet. It also needed valves installed as the previous faucet had been installed backwards/not up to code. Thankfully without a lot of notice Chris was able to come in and took his time to install it correctly. As well as remove some buildup. He did a wonderful job and was friendly and great to work with.

Thank you Chris for helping me out with my rental property in Aliso viejo. Chris did a fantastic job replacing an old blown out water heater. Chris is a very professional hard working guy and most importantly extremely nice and educated in plumbing and as I found out many other things. Great guy. Great work. Highly recommend. BTW Chris is owner and operator, which is a far better choice than the large plumbing company's sending out employees who really don't care as much as Chris did.

My old hot water heater died and they were able to get a new tankless system installed the next day. The price was very good but more importantly, the new water heater is awesome. Chris was very accommodating and cleaned up any installation dust. Very painless process.

Arrived on time, analyzed the problem, quickly came up with a game plan to solve the problem and fixed the leak in a few short hours. Very courteous and would definitely recommend Chris to any and everyone!

I had an excellent experience with STAT. My shower drain was clogged and within an hour of posting a message on yelp, Chris contacted me. He was responsive, reliable and solved my drain issue quickly. In the end, he also charged me less than originally quoted. We needed new stoppers for three tubs, and having three tubs and 4 bathtub sinks snaked. Chris did an efficient and thorough job. He was polite and a great worker. We'd trust him again for another job.

EXCELLENT, HONEST, REASONABLE & RELIABLE. I am always skeptical when using a new plumber or electrician, but I was pleasantly surprised by Chris at STAT Plumbing.  We are so relieved to find someone we can trust, who is reasonable and calls you back.  Chris was busy, but made contact with me for two days until he could get to us.  When he arrived, he had his mask on and did a thorough job at finding the root of our leak problem.  He ran his cameras through the pipes to make sure there was not another issue and to our surprise, there was not as much damage as another contractor previous told us.  Thank you Chris, you are now our go to plumber.  We are so happy our neighbors recommended you.

A very professional team that showed up on time, wearing masks and gear for safety. Our boiler broke down so in a few hours they not only ordered and delivered a new one, but also installed it. The only plumbing company I will use in the future so definitely recommend it!

My water heater decided it was going to start leaking one day and I didn't realize until it had flooded my bathroom completely(the water heater is right next to my bathroom). I called STAT and Chris came out same day to replace the heater and even gave us agreat recommendation for a contractor that could re-tile my bathroom. Our water heater started leaking and we needed someone fast, but didn't want to be ripped off on price and/or have someone do a half ass job. Chris was recommended by a good friend and he was amazing!!! We reached out and he responded quickly and he was upfront and informative. This company provided an excellent service during our time of need. Our water heater went out and we needed to get it back on so we could bathe our baby that evening. They responded right away and sent a technician within a couple hours. The young man, Chris, showed up on time with a mask and was very polite and courteous. He was professional and took his time to assess the issue. He diagnosed the problem correctly and was able to solve a problem within minimal costs. Within the hour he left with our water heater up and running. We couldn't have been more pleased with the service they provided. I highly recommend these people if you are in desperate need of a quick plumbing solution.

Chris has helped us many times over the years always solving the problem. Most recently he installed three toilets and soon he will be installing a tankless water heater. He is everything you want in a plumber: Skilled, dependable, reasonable, responsive and very personable. There have been several occasions where he has walked us through a problem on the phone and did not even charge us.  I recommend him highly,

First off if there was a button for 10 stars....I would push it twice! I can't say enough great things about this company and the employees.  Secondly Chris is just a stand up guy. He was very quick to respond to my initial request for a quote, straight, to the point and let's you know what you need and what you don't (not trying to upcharge you for random things). 3rd when there was a manufacturer error on a valve that started to leak (at no fault to Chris), Chris was back the next day to replace it. I wasn't even home, but had no problem trusting him to get the job done, but Chris went above and beyond to text me pictures of the replaced valve, and even willing to facetime all the proof of repairs.  All of this was about 3-4 weeks ago....and today I had an emergency with a cut gas line due to a trencher going to deep. The very first person I thought of was Chris @STAT PLUMBING! He was able to diagnose the problem through pics that I sent him. He calmly lowered my heart, helped me address the issues and set up a plan of attack. What a legit guy and company, willing to talk me through my issue with advice and even offered to facetime for better clarification!!!! This is the type of company you keep in your rolodex (contacts for you millenials/y/z/coronials.....forever!!!  FYI I've been on Yelp for years and this is the guy that made me write my first review! Just Great!

We have just moved into a home to lease and within 5 days of living here our master shower starting leaking and raining through the ceiling in the downstairs family room directly below the shower. The landlords first contacted a different plumber than Stat Plumbing Services that came out and did less than half the job and we never saw him come back. The landlords looked for another plumber to come out and finish the job so that the restoration people could start their work after the leaks were fixed. Chris from Stat Plumbing came out and assessed the scope of remaining work. Chris said that he would be back the next morning by 7:15am with all of the parts he needed and sure enough he followed through with his word.  Chris is very professional, works clean, has attention to detail in his work, and is efficient. If any new issues arise, we will be calling Stat Plumbing Services. Highly recommend.

Our toilets were in dire need of replacing.  Called Chris and he not only showed up on time he went out of the way to pick my toilets for me.   Talk about service.  He was quick and efficient but didnt cut corners.  If you ever need a plumber and want to pay your respects to a veteran, call Chris.   You wont regret it.

Yesterday, Chris replaced an existing water heater (that had suddenly stopped working after a 9 year run) with a Navien tankless unit. I had been contemplating switching over to a tankless for awhile now, and Chris answered my numerous questions promptly. He was professional, on time, had good communication skills, and stayed within the timeframe he stated beforehand. I was able to be on time for my online class, which I appreciated. Good job, Chris!

My water heater had to be replaced and I called around on a Friday to see who was available and get quotes, I got no responses !!! My son told me about thumbtack, so I got the App and contacted 4 companies in my area but again nothing except for Stat Emergency Plumbing Services, one I hadn't contacted because Chris was not in my area !!!! I am so glad he did !!!! He drove 2 hours to replace my water heater and he was on time !!!! Amazing ! He got right to work and I had hot water an hour and 15 minutes later !! He is very professional and polite. He knows what he's doing and his prices are reasonable !! I would highly recommend him and I would hire him again ! Thank you Chris -you are the best !!!!

I contacted Chris at STAT Emergency plumbing after our rental property flooded out.  He was fast, responsive, worked well with my tenants and acted very professionally.   I will contact STAT Emergecy Plumbing again when the need arises. Recommended...

I was installing a new kitchen faucet and discovered that I needed to replace the hot water shutoff valve. Unfortunately, I was unable to remove the brass connector ring because it was bent out of shape and I did not have the proper tools to cut the pipe to get it off. At this point it was 3pm on a Saturday and the Coronavirus had shut most businesses down, and I could not turn my water back on until the shutoff valve was fixed. I tried the top result of a google search, and after waiting 30 minutes without a call back from the contractor, I found STAT on yelp and gave Chris a call. He was able to come to my house in less than an hour and fix the problem (while wearing a facemask, thanks to the pandemic). I went ahead and asked him to install the faucet while he was there, and he didn't charge me for the shutoff valve repair. During the installation, he discovered that the control box for the motion sensor on the faucet was defective, and said that they tend to break down a lot. I have since received a functioning control box from the manufacturer and it was as easy for me to install as Chris said it would be (I never would have guessed the original box I received was defective had I installed it myself that day). Great fast / local service at a very reasonable price, I definitely recommend!
