I couldn't be more please with their service.  Alex and Chris arrived a couple of hours after calling. I have an older circuit breaker and Alex diagnosed my problem right away.  He even shared some knowledge with me that would save me some money in the future. I really am floored with their services. They are my new go to for electrical work in the future.

They installed 4 recessed lights, relocated 2 vanity lights and added 2 new power receptacles.

I'd requested quotes from a few Yelp-enabled electricians.  I needed to have a garage circuit split up from our main electrical service, and put on its own breaker.  When Brandon came over, he looked at the situation further, and recommended that I put in a sub-panel into our garage to power that circuit.  It was more than I wanted to pay at the time, but in the end, I knew that it was the right thing to do.  Brandon *REALLY* worked with me on price, and got it way lower than the competition.

Brandon came by as scheduled to do the work, and completed the majority of it as promised until he ended up with a circuit which'd alway ground out and trip the breaker when one of our appliances was connected.  After hours of consternation, Brandon called it a day, leaving our electricity working partially, and promised to come back the next business day to take care of it.  This was all happening in the garage, so it wasn't a time-critical thing.  Brandon managed to make time in his day to come by on Sunday to sort out the problem.  Turns out the previous owner had horribly wired one of the junction boxes, reversed polarity, and grounded out the wrong wire.  Brandon found the problem, fixed it, and made it so that we wouldn't have to deal with it in the future.  All this, and he only asked his original quote - many hours of extra time were put in, trying to figure out the hornet's nest of the previous circuit.

Brandon was timely, sincere, and cared about the quality of his work.  We'll absolutely be using him again when we tackle the other parts of the house (which are wired just as badly).

First let me start off by saying that their customer service is what made me decide to use them for upgrading my garage electrical to support charging my Tesla. When I say customer service I mean Kirsten. She answered all of my questions and made suggestions when it appeared I didn't have any options. I live in a townhouse and so working with our electrical panel has many issues not associated with a single family home. I initially had Dr. Sparks' team come out and they determined nothing could be done to add a 220 circuit to my garage, without upgrading my entire electrical panel which would be a lot of money. One of the team members (Lance) even stopped by on his way home from work to see if he could come up with any options. He couldn't but again that is part of their customer service. A few months passed and Kirsten called me out of the blue to discuss a new option. This option adds a unit in the garage that allows the electrical system to charge my Tesla but if the electrical demand in the house exceeds the capability of my main electrical box it will cut the charge to the Tesla and let the house function uninterrupted. Once the house electrical demand is reduced the charge to the Tesla can then restart. We discussed this option and although the price for the unit is a little high I decided to go ahead. The team of Warren (Dr. Spark's) and Lance came by and performed the installation. The installation took about 6 hours but it works flawlessly. So now I am getting about 30miles/hr while charging.
If you live in a townhouse and can't get a 220 outlet installed in your garage call Dr. Sparks and ask about the DDC-9 unit I described above. They will walk you through the installation.

These guys are honest and trustworthy. I would recommend them for any of your electrical needs.

Horrific. A simple job turned into a nightmare. This company sent a man who could not fix outdoor lights even though it was a simple conversion to newer boxes. The wiring was already constructed. One of their employees wired the lights so that I could not turn lights on or off inside the house as was the original setting and he couldn't understand why that bothered me.
Duh.  I need to turn them on or off inside the house in case of power outage etc. I explained.

Then upon returning for the 3rd time they sent yet another person who fixed it but wired the outdoor light to a different switch inside the house.
They are simply incompetent and one should never use them.

Our appliance movers knocked our light, breaking it off entirely luckily wires still attached. We needed an electrician quick.

I was able to find MAG electric who was quick and responsive via Yelp multiple project search. A lot of other electricians gave boiler plate processes and/or high quotes even with the picture I sent them. I already knew what kind of job it is and problem it was, even had a material part ready - I was just needing someone to do the actual work.

Mark not only responded quickly but was very flexible, straightforward, and transparent with the communication and work needed to be done. The price is very reasonable, and these two guys came as soon as they can and fixed it perfectly under a 20 minutes.

They were nice humble courteous folks. I could not be happier with their work. I would hire them again for any electrical need. Great guys would recommend!

I m writing a review for the first time my life. I just moved in and a part of my house got out of electricity. It seemed to be a problem when remodeling the house was mistaken. My family was very surprised and hard times. Two electricians from southbay area came to my house, but they are't found fault and reason. However, ADAJA has found and fixed the error and solved other wrong problems too.

They were quick to respond to my Yelp quote request and communicated well.   I needed 2 GFCI outdoor outlets installed.  They showed up immediately for service the same day and finished quickly and professionally.  The electricians were knowledgable and offered good advice for other home issues I had.  I highly recommend them.

I called Arman at 1pm on Labor Day after a previously lined up electrician canceled last minute. I needed to get some things handled after a tenant moved out and another was scheduled to move in tonight. They reprogrammed a new remote for one bedroom ceiling light/fan, replaced one puck light, tried to fix another remote and fan and ended up replacing the whole unit. They were both super professional, honest, cleaned up after themselves, and even smelled good! I was thrilled they could do the work, even as my tenant began moving in, especially on a holiday. I gave them some extra money on top of the total and they even pulled over as they left to tell me I paid them too much (I made them take it hough!). Will definitely use them again!

BEWARE- Alberto charges $100 just to come out for an estimate and then comes back with super inflated quotes. What a racket. He wanted $650 just to install vertical blinds and $5,000 to install 2 bathroom doors!!! Insane. I don't know about these other reviews but he will not hesitate to try and take advantage of you. You've been warned.

They showed up wearing masks respecting all covid regulations. They showed up on time with a respectful and cheerful attitude. Issues always pop up and they were very helpful in showing me options. They never insisted on anything. They let the customer make the choices they wanted. I would totally recommend them to my family, friends and anyone who doesn't want to get ripped off.

The electrician team that came to put in recessed lights, bidet GFCI outlets and change out our 2 prong outlets to 3 prong GFCI ones were excellent. They are timely, communicate options of placement, clean up, and insure COVID precautions are followed. The pricing is reasonable and payment and invoice process is seamless. The reason for only 4 stars is the owner, John. He forgot our appointment and then rescheduled us 3 days later (no apology). Then he wanted to reschedule us again. He is extremely arrogant and rude on the phone and has poor interpersonal communication skills. Luckily the actual workers are fabulous and worth it.

our home insurance company asked us to take care of some issues with the electrical main box.  he was very polite and was careful to use shoe coverings so as to not leave foot prints on our floors.  he felt that one of the requests from the insurance company was inaccurate and unreasonable so he wrote a letter of explanation to the insurance company which saved us a lot of money.

he's very responsive and kept checking back with us to make sure the insurance company accepted his letter.  :-)

George is a Friendly, Honest, Fantastic Electrician!  His personal philosophy is to do everything to make the customer happy, and indeed he lives up to this!  He has done several electrical jobs for my family, and there is No One we would rather have doing this work for us!  We are beginning the New year with new, eco friendly electrical products, which will make for a safer Home!

Great! Prompt accurate communication and estimate and solid work. Can't ask for any better than that. Will definitely use again and recommend. They installed 2 exterior outlets with appropriate weather cover as well as fixed a last minute add on interior outlet repair. Felt the price was fair and right on target for work done.

Chris is the consummate professional!  I was getting shocked in the bathtub for reasons I couldn't begin to understand.  Chris came out and inspected my fusebox, conducted some tests, got suited up and crawled under the house to find the problem.  The source of the problem eluded him (we'd have had to have gone into the walls in the bathroom to further the investigation), but the Chris DID solve the problem and even provided pictures of the fix.

I'll definitely be calling Caldera Power Services for any future electrical needs!

I had Evgenii come out and mount two televisions. He called and set up a time that was convenient for both of us. He showed up on time and knew what he was doing. The televisions took him about 1 hour and went up perfectly. He even helped with some other problems we had around the house. He was helpful and courteous and I couldn't have been happier.
