John and Jack, the two electricians that came to our house were a pleasure to deal with. They have the expertise to complete the work in a timely fashion and at a fair price. I recommend them.

I wanted an RV and generator outlets installed at my house. I got great service and it was done quickly. Called on Saturday got a quote on Monday and install on Tuesday I was impressed the team were nice and have some good instructions and advise on my new set up thank you!

I called this business because I needed a hard-wired smoke detector replaced.  My old one was malfunctioning and chirping 24/7. Driving me crazy!  Mark managed to squeeze me in between two other appointments on the same day.   Everyone else I called either was booked or didn't answer their phone.  Mark found a way to make it happen.  He was knowledgeable, courteous and got the job done.  Thanks Mark!

Gave a reasonable quote for reconnecting a light fixture. Some of the other electricians I requested a quote from wouldn't for what was a straightforward fix. Light is working now. Will call them for other electrical work.

I called Eric about a noise we were hearing coming from behind the kitchen outlet switches. He scheduled an appointment with me and even called me on his way to my house.  He is extremely professional and was able to figure out and fix the issue.

He charged a very reasonable amount for the work he completed. I will be calling him again in the near future for additional electrical work that I want done.

Had a water heater problem and called United on a Tuesday based on the reviews.  They said someone would be there between noon and 2 the next day.  I finally got a call about 2:40P and was told that it would be at least another hour or so before they could come.  I had other obligations that day and just told them to forget it, I'd find someone else.  If you don't have the time to do the job just say so in the beginning.  Unreliable!

Our house had an entire wall knocked down between the kitchen and living room. Needed multiple outlets and switches to be rewired and new wiring for lighting and island hood mounted through the ceiling. Leo is the model of patience and professionalism. Not only was the work correctly and meticulously done, but he also explained every aspect of what he was doing and why. Even fixed pre-existing wiring that could have posed a threat that was incorrectly done from a previous company. Entered the crawl space and attic multiple times to make sure everything was done right and helped make sure everything was flawless. Only electrician I would ever work with, period.

AWESOME!!!  These guys are great!  I hired the Handyman La Crescenta (sorry forgot his name) to do several jobs in my house including hanging of 2 ceiling fans, repair of large cabinet door, and some minor electrical work.  He came with his father and got the job done very very well.  They took every effort to help me to save as much money as possible without taking any kinds of shortcuts.  I would definitely recommend these guys to just about everyone I know.  BTW he has lots of experience in general construction and can probably handle just about anything.

Arin was 100000% the most honest and humble electrician I've ever serviced with. I had an issue where half my house wasn't getting power, but none of the switches was tripped. Odd.....

Prior to servicing my issue with Arin, I was in contact with 2 other Electric Service Companies that after one quick look at my breaker, told me that I would need to replace the entire panel because I had 3 dead switches. They were also very aggressive with getting me to sign their insanely high quotes. After a few checks on the panel, Arin confirmed that those 3 aforementioned switches were in fact FINE! Without going into too much detail, he was able to locate, diagnose, replace the one blown outlet that blocked power to the half of the house and BOOM...everything restored. (It was an empty fabreeze plug-in that I had plugged into the guest room for years without realizing. Sigh...be careful with those!)

Thank you for saving me from thousands of dollars on potentially replacing something that I didn't need to. Definitely saving your number for future projects and recommending to all of my friends and family in the LA area.

(Also apologies for my derpy German Shepherd that kept sneaking up and scaring you. Definitely not a good combo when handling eletrical work! haha!)

Ibrahim and his assistant did an excellent job completing the electrical work when my son bought an old house in Hollywood. He was honest about what needed to be done-- said some things that  other bidders had insisted on were okay as is. This was especially appreciated when there was so much overall to do in the house. . His price was good, and he did the work in one day. They were clean as they worked, and very nice. The experience of working with them was great!

We had a problem with our GFI switch constantly shorting out and setting off the breaker. I even had it replaced before and it still did the same thing. So I searched Yelp for another electrician and found J&M Electrical. And I'm glad I did! When I called the receptionist, she was very polite, professional and making an appointment to fit my schedule was a breeze. The Electrician showed up on time and was very professional, personable and polite. I told him what the problem was and he diagnosed the issue in no time. He did not try to up sell or replace unnecessary parts for no reason. He finished the job quickly and cleaned up any mess or dust. Everything has been working perfectly since! I'd highly recommend J&M Electrical to my friends and family, and I will definitely contact them for any electrical needs in the future!

context - bought a house built in the 30s. renovated the second floor.

problem - ancient wiring that needed to be removed and completely rewired. we did the removal, and mike did the rewire.

experience - only good things to say about mike. he's professional, honest, easy to work with, and does a solid, clean job. his expertise was clearly evident. mike helped us wire a new subpanel, multiple outlets per bedroom/bathroom/hall, light switches, and recessed lights in every room. we'll be hitting him up again when we renovate the first floor.

Ryan Turnbull of Eon Electric is my Knight in shining armor! After working late on Friday night, and having a fabulous dinner at the Attic in Long Beach, my car just would not start. Of course I had not jump cables, and every one I called had full mailboxes. I ran up to Ryan and friend and asked if they could help. I was met with the embodiment of the Eon Electric's brand, lighting, power and service. Ryan whipped out his cell phone to examine the calamity going on under my hood and provide light, plugged in the jumper cables, power charging my battery, then went beyond the service of a good Samaritan and checked my alternator. Ryan then gave instructions on what to do to keep the battery charged and get me home safely. I offered, but Ryan would not take a dime. Thank you Eon Electric for a man like Ryan Turnbull.
