I have been an electrical contractor since 2000. I have led a life of service to others, and my community. I bring that same call to service to my business and the electrical industry. I come into the electrical field after a successful career as both an EMT and nurse.
In addition to running my business, I teach future electricians at a local trade school, mentoring my students to help grow their knowledge and confidence.
I'm a dad and enjoy spending time with my children and from time to time, having my kids help me with some aspects of my business. I work hard and take tremendous pride in all I do because I want my children to know the value of hard work and to leave them a legacy of honesty, hard work, and service to others.

We always have such a great experience with Inception Electric and they have become our go-to electrician. We've even recommended him to a couple of friends since they're always so reliable and honest.
This time, we had some issues with our outlets in our garage not working. We weren't sure why tripping the breaker didn't work so they came for a service inspection. It was a little tricky to figure out what was the reason, but Diego was able to figure it out. It was a tripped outlet behind our large shoe rack that needed to be reset. Usually, this probably wouldn't be hard to figure out, but since it was so hidden and he didn't know we had an outlet back there, I was surprised that he was actually able to deduce the problem and swap out the outlet so it wouldn't require it to trigger if one of the other outlets overamped. This shoe rack is pretty massive, and they went above and beyond to unbolt it from the wall and move it away to access the triggered outlet. Now, if there was a overage in electricity, it would go straight to the breaker.
We also had some issues with our Master Bedroom LEDs and he was nice enough to go into our ceiling to troubleshoot to see if there were issues. Finally, he also ended up giving us some really good advice and knowledge about our electricity overall. This is always nice to get so we can try and troubleshoot ourselves before we call them.
The owner, Marco, always hires really good people. This was our first time working with Diego, and although the people we worked with before have left his company (we asked and was told they started their own electric company), I'm happy that so far, whoever came on Marco's behalf has been incredibly knowledgeable, fair, and professional. Thank you Diego and Marco for helping us with our electrical issues.

I have to tell everyone about these guys. My first installation was a Ring Flood Light on the side of my house. They did a super professional installation at a good rate. The installer never had to bring the power down and spend a fair amount of time to ensure the picture and camera angle was just right. Fast forward a few weeks...I had Inception Electric come out and run CAT 6 network cable throughout my house, add conduit to my garage, cut wall plates for the wires and run wires through the walls. Once again these guys came out and laid paper throughout the house, wore shoe coverings, and were very professional. The job was done that day and was done exactly as I wanted it. Great company that I will use for all my electric and wiring needs in the future!!!
We once again hired inception electric to install lighting on our garage. It was done one time, on budget and the staff was super friendly to work with. The installation was very high quality, they cleaned up all install debris and they tested everything before they left. I would highly recomend them to anyone.

The team was knowledgable, patient, and very kind. They upgraded our main panel, installed an EV charger, replaced a chandelier, reworked our garage outlets, and removed our ceiling fans. Their worksmanship speaks for themselves and represent a high ethical standard. Not to mention, their prices are of great value.

They are quick to respond and are fast at their job. Overall their service was pretty well done. Minor issue is they are in the pricey side. Would try to find competitors next time and would recommend shopping around first.

We had an electrical issue, oven and a few more outlets stopped working so we called over Marco to troubleshoot and find out what was going on. He found a lot of potentially dangerous situations due to a really poor job done by another company about 1 year ago.
They did an amazing job, always showed up on time and fixed multiple issues quickly and professionally. I would give 10 stars if i could, Marco was a very honest and helpful person. I would definitely recommend Inception Electric!

I contacted Marco because there were some electrical items on my inspection report that needed to be addressed.
The entire team is great, from the lady who answers the phone, to Marco, the crew who came out (Freddy and the others whom I didn't ask their name).
I needed an electric vehicle charger installed. Marco and his team were great! They were knowledgeable, thorough, arrived on time and were great to work with. I highly recommend them for any electrical needs.
Great communication and professionalism! I contacted several electricians but Marco and his team were the most responsive and knowledgeable about what was needed for my repair. They set up the clearance, permit and inspection and provided emergency repairs to restore my hot water while waiting for the full panel upgrade to be approved. Very caring and professional business! Highly recommend!
They came out within hours, provided a quote immediately. My husband was the one that was home to give them access and he told me they were were professional and came to work. I think one of them was named Itzel ? At least that's who I coordinated with via text. They will definitely get my business again.

Found them through Yelp, they were prompt in responding to my messages. I ended up waiting a few weeks to call them to set up the estimate. When I called the estimate was scheduled within days (not immediately due to my schedule).
Estimate given was fair, they did not try to upsell anything. It took about 2 days for me to get the estimate, and I called a few days later to schedule the work. They were about a week and a half out. They arrived on time to do the work, and it was done quickly.
Paying was seamless, they email a bill at the end of the service and you pay online.

I've had Inception Electric come out a few times already. They helped me check for electrical issues when I first bought my house. They've also installed a few outlets for me and upgraded some to GFCI.
Inception is always on time, they're very professional and they're super nice people- both the electricians (Julian and Abel are fantastic) and the office staff. They're also very reasonably priced. I will definitely work with them again for any electrical needs that come up.
The whole inception team was excellent. They gave us a very fair estimate for repairing our doorbell, then got us in the schedule quickly and the work went smoothly. We're very appreciative!
Had a car Tesla wall charger installed by someone that was not certified and I've been having a lot of issues with stopped charging and reduced charging speed due to connection is too hot. After being on the phone with Tesla, they asked for me to have a certified Tesla installer review the install. After looking at the list of certified Tesla installers, I contacted Inception Electric after checking out their reviews. They set up an appointment within a reasonable time frame and arrived during the indicated time window. The office even gave me a call to advise when they were about to arrive. Abel and Rodrigo diagnosed the issues within minutes of arriving and explained it in simpler terms to understand. I opted to have them fix the installation to see if it would solve my charging issues. They finished in a few minutes which makes me feel foolish for putting this off for months. We plugged in the charger to the car for 5 minutes and it charged without error or interruption. Thanks Abel & Rodrigo!
I had a problem with lights going out intermittently in my bedroom and living room. I had enough knowledge to troubleshoot to find that I had a wiring problem and came to an obvious conclusion I needed an electrician to further diagnose. Glad I was able to have Inception Electric help. I asked for a quote through Yelp and Marco wrote me back and said he would be in the neighborhood and he would be able to stop by and take a look. Good thing he did as he found the faulty wiring pretty quickly and problem solved! Marco is fantastic! I wouldn't hesitate getting service from Inception at all!
My circuit breaker stopped working during a heat wave we had no electricity or air conditioning. We were miserable and concerned about our food going bad in the refrigerator. We called Inception and they came out the same day and did a temporary fix so we could survive until they could replace the electrical panel. This was during a heat wave that lasted about three weeks and they were able to come out on the same day and get the electricity back on.
Super service and follow through on working with the city for permits and keeping me informed on what was going on. You can't go wrong with Inception Electric.
Had Marco and his team place ceiling fans in our home we purchased a year ago. Marco was responsive and quite reliable.
However, the workmanship of his team was spotty. A year later, one of our rooms was excruciatingly hot in this 90+ degree weather and we could not explain why. My husband went into the attic and found that there were left over tools and the insulation was just stacked on top of each other and not replaced after Marco and his team finished the job. The insulation was all over the place and the wires were all left exposed.
Would NOT recommend using this company for ANY electrical work.

Marco is the best! He's super skilled at electrical work and is very responsive. He really works hard to take of his customers. We are in an older home with older home problems. He has come out twice and solved the underlying problems. The first time we thought the problem was the clothes dryer, and the second we thought it was the microwave. It was a problem in the electric wiring both times. I wish I could give Marco even more stars!

We recently bought our first home, had more then a couple electrical issues going on upstairs. Marco came out, took a look, gave a very reasonable quote and solution to our problems. A week later his team installed an additional closed circuit and helped us with some wiring issues. They were on time, very courteous, and did a wonderful job. Highly recommend. We will definitely be using them in the future.
My wife and I recently purchased a home that was built in the 1950s. We needed to have quite a bit of electrical work done on the house (Grounding outlets, installing ceiling fans, adding recessed lighting, the list goes on and on) Marco & Vanessa were very friendly and made the process easy & fast. A week ago, the window air conditionerwould not start. I checked the electric plug and notice a brown scorched area on the plug. I checked out electrians on Yelp and decided on Inception Electric. Best choice ever! On Thursday Marco presented himself at the door. He checked everything out and decided it was the cord Sears had used when installed. He cleaned all the brown areas off, plugged in the A/C in and it works perfectly.
As he was leaving I asked him how much I owed him. He said nothing! Nothing!! I asked again and he said I didn't do anything! He could have charged me and didn't. Marco is a very honest, knowledgble man. I would not hesitate to recommend him. He will be my go to electrician in the future

Worked with Inception Electric by chance because I was selling my home. Called several electricians who were unable to respond on such a short notice. They took the job and did a wonderful job and inspection was passed.
Later, in my new home, I had several projects and each one was handled with care and enthusiasm. So far they completed about 7- jobs. Chandeliers hung, electrical outlets added and timers.
They have come to the house with one day notice. The skill of the electricians is exceptional. The electricians who have come to the house are personable, and they explain everything they will do before they do it.
No matter who is sent out they all are thorough, careful and professional.

I needed a car charger installed for an upcoming Tesla delivery. Got several quotes and Marco gave me a fair price. I called the number planning to leave a message and was pleasantly surprised he picked up the phone on a Sunday. His staff was good at sending out text reminders for the initial inspection and the installation. Marco came for the initial inspection, and the two electricians that came for the actual install were really professionals. I can tell they have done this many times over. Good owner and a good company to work with.
I wish I could knew Marco earlier! He is way too professional and trustworthy . Had an estimation with somewhere else and got an ridiculous amount for EV outlet installation, then I found Marco. Made the estimation appointment on the next day and he arrived a head of time after a quick check provided me with a surprised price which is less than half price of previous evaluations. He is being very honest telling me there is no need to pay extra for unnecessaries. Whole work has completed in 15mins and yes, everything is good to go. Plus Marco is licensed for both electrician and Tesla. You won't go wrong with his work!

It took me weeks to get an appointment.
The price is not reasonable either.
Inception Electric recently installed recessed lighting throughout my home. During the course of work, they had to cut out holes in the wall and ceiling in order to connect the wiring for the lights. While this is understandable because of the work that needed to be done, they were not transparent about how the 15 cutouts would be reinstalled once the work was done; all they said was that a contractor's phone number would be included on the invoice to call for the cutouts to be reinstalled. Once I called the contractor, he initially quoted $2,300 to reinstall the 15 cutouts and I talked him down to $1,300 and indicated that he would only be available on Sundays for the work. He recently informed me that he's unable to complete the work, so now I have to spend additional time and money looking for someone to make the necessary repairs. I would recommend that Inception Electric be more transparent to their customers about the potential additional costs for these types of additional services as this was not properly communicated at any point throughout this process. Additionally, I would also recommend that Inception Electric use different contractors for these repairs as the contractor provided in this scenario was unreliable.
Would give zero stars if I could. Scheduled an appointment for someone to come install new outlets behind my living room tv. Everything was perfect. Left work early to make the 2pm appointment. Waited over 4 hours for them to call to tell me they weren't gonna come. Waste of time. Terrible.

These guys were incredibly helpful and good. They came to the house and clearly diagnosed the problem and gave me a very specific description of what they thought was wrong and how they would go about fixing it. They gave me a range of the best to worst case scenarios for the fix and the range of costs and gave me a clear choice on how to proceed. In the end they ended up finding a way to fix it for cheaper than what I expected. A+++++++++

Excellent experience with Inception Electric.
Response from Marco (Owner) and the Vanessa (Front desk) was always prompt and professional. The work performed by both Electricians was exceptional.
They installed 4 recessed lights, relocated 2 vanity lights and added 2 new power receptacles.
Also, after I gathered several estimates, Inception Electrical offered the most fair and competitive rates.
I look forward to continued business with Inception Electric.
Update: at 2am a few weeks ago we realized our couch, the carpet under the wall and the ceiling of our living room were wet. We went up to the crawl space and everything felt cold wet and damp in that area. I called the receptionist, poor Vanessa, at 5am and told her that we thought the electrician may have busted a pipe and it was now slow leaking. They had an electrician out a few hours later and took pictures assuring us it wasn't the pipe that the guy had tripped over that was broken. Thanks to their quick action we were able to get a plumber in and they found a pretty serious issue that could have really impacted our health. Abdiel and Marco were Real Pros and the whole process was very smooth.
I called them with a list of things like broken light fixtures and light switch installs and they were able to give me a quote over the phone and come by the next day.
They showed up in masks and were very professional. They knocked out everything on the list and then some. There was a loose electrical box in my backyard that was dangerous. Marco insisted that it get taken care of even if it meant doing it for free because he wanted to make sure we were safe. We paid for it of course, but it's that level of care that really stands out.

Great quality work from very knowledgeable electricians! They helped me change all my outlets and install 2 exhaust fans and canned recessed lighting in my bathrooms. Everything has been working great, and they will check up on their work if you have any questions about anything also! Don't call these con artists. I called and was told a time technician would arrive with a 4 hour window guy was late with no communication about the late arrival. I needed 2 outlets replaced the first quote they gave was 800 and I said no then they said we'll work with you we can do it for 700 still a hard pass the technician would go outside and speak in Spanish so you can't understand what is being said this kept going on till it got down to 400 which I still declined . They play their little game trying to see how much money they can get you for . I found a company that charged 25 per outlet do your homework and don't call these crooks.

Marco came right away in a very needed emergency.
My panel shorted due to a loose ac breaker. He had to change the panel and did it the same day. Life saver during the heat wave... I would recommend to everyone especially family.
Called Inception to take care of an electrical issue at our Townhouse rental. Julian was out the very next day and traces the issue to a GFI receptacle in the garage. Done are my handyman days. I may have figured out the issue in my own however the time would have been much longer. This FFI in the garage linked to an outlet inside the house. No wonder this company has five solid stars!!
Needed some minor electrical work. Electricians came out on time as indicated, identified the issue, presented a solution, confident in their work and satisfied with the service.

Excellent work! I needed to set up a 55 ft conduit with trench work for a nema adapter and Inception Electric did a wonderful job setting it all up! We even had no electricity for the day and they were able to finish their work quick and clean. Would definitely recommend Julien and his team for your electrical needs!
Look no further! We thought we had a short out by the pool and I had called around to different electricians who didn't give me the time of day. Marco responded quickly and was willing to guide me through it. I asked if he could please come out and look, no questions asked he came out and fixed the issue within minutes!

We replaced our panel. They scheduled everything with the city and took care of a few minor repairs inside the house too. Very nice, good communication, good value. I plan on using them again for my addition.
I had an electrical issue tonight - the power in two of the rooms in our home went out. Turns out one of the circuit breakers had tripped, but it wouldn't switch back on. I contacted several electricians through Yelp. Even though it was already after 8:00pm, a couple got back to me immediately. Marco at Inception Electric was one of those. He informed me that unfortunately he doesn't service my area, but suggested I try unplugging everything connected to the circuit and trying the breaker again - and it worked! It was a simple thing, but SO helpful! One electrician that got back to me wanted to charge me $150 and I almost set the appointment with him, so Marco saved me quite a bit of cash, even though he had nothing to gain from helping me! I can't say enough about that, in this day and age. If I was in his service area, I would definitely call on him for all my future electrician needs!

I sent out a message in June for someone to come at give us a quote on some projects I needed done. Specifically getting the light in the kitchen to start working again. He was prompt in responding me on the day I sent the email and he had someone come out that same day. He did ask if it was ok if someone came out who spoke Spanish as I would point out what was wrong and what needed to be done and they would let him know and he would call to give me a quote. I agreed (I am an English only speaker) and there were no issues with the guy coming out. He seemed sweet. However, I never heard back from them regarding a quote. I called them a few weeks later and got a text back saying I'll call you back. That call never came and I called again a few weeks later and got the same thing. I again, NEVER heard back from them. I am appalled by their lack of communication and professionalism.
I called Marco, the owner of Inception Electric because the outlets in the living room, dining room and bedroom don't work. Marco sent his electricians Julian and Abel to fix the problem in no time, they were courteous and professional.
I highly recommend Inception Electric. Whenever I have electrical problems, he never let me down. Their response time is always fast. You can count on them.

Marco and his team were amazing. They came in with a 3 man crew and finished numerous tasks in 1.5 hours. Very impressive work. The pricing was also very reasonable and they are honest. If a particular task turns out to be an easier fix, they will keep you updated and lower the initially quoted price. In the beginning, there was a slight coordination issue with the scheduling and start time but that was mainly due to trying to fit me in their schedule on fairly short notice.

I knocked half of the outlets and light fixtures in my house out when I was using my blow dryer one night. I had a handy friend come by and take a look at things hoping it was an easy fix, but he went around testing things and told me I needed to call an electrician.
I knew I needed an electrician to work on other things around the house so it was a great opportunity to get everything done at once. I reached out to Inception via Yelp and Marco replied to me soon after to schedule a phone call with me the following day. I explained my current issue and explained the other things I would like done. He came out the next day to take a look at the project and provided a quote a day after.
I called his office to schedule a day for his team to come out. I wasn't in a rush or anything as all the important lights and outlets were still working so I was on the schedule for about a week and a half later. Abdiel, Richard, Kim, and Abel (I think that was his name!) all came out and worked on various things. They were very punctual, professional, and friendly. I would occasionally pop in to ask a question and they happily explained what was going on.
I felt bad because I kept on adding things here and there for them to do because they were already here and the team reassured me it was no big deal. Once everything was complete, they went through and explained everything that was done. Now I can blow dry my hair in peace! Thank you Inception!
I posted a request for a quote after 7 pm and Marco responded within the hour to call him. I called Marco after 8pm and he picked right up. I explained the problem and he diagnosed it immediately and gave me a fair estimate with conditions that would affect the price up or down. Very up front.
He told me he could be there by noon the next day. I was able to fix the problem myself, based on his diagnosis the next morning. I will definitely call him next time I have an issue I can't fix.
I worked in the house flipping business and good electrical contractors are hard to come by. Marco is the real deal. Thanks Marco.

Marco and his team are great!
Timely, personable and gets the job all for a very reasonable price. No B.S. We have other projects lined up and will be calling Marco and his team out again.
We are currently in the middle of a garage makeover and our electric work (e.g. old equipment, outdated subpanel, bad wiring) was in bad need of some TLC. Its safe to say from every company we got a quote from said it was a major fire hazard. Ek!
Contacted Marco at Inception Electric for a quote and he was quick to come out and give us a competitive quote. We immediately decided to go with Inception and were not disappointed! When making an appointment we asked to be contacted if any last minute cancellations occurred and we would take their spot - we were so lucky to get a call the same day for a next day appointment.
The job was completed in the amount of time we were initially quoted. The workers installed steel boxes for the outlets (opposed to the cheap plastic ones) and had clean work throughout the whole garage. Prior to leaving they cleaned up so well you would have never known they were there. Plan on calling Inception for any electric jobs we need in the future.

I need to replace old aging exhaust fan in both my bathroom, inception respond fast and schedule at my convenience. Two electrician show on time on the schedule day. They check out the area and get the right fan. They finish all work less than 2 hours. I would recommend inception if you need

We live in a house in Pico Rivera that was built in the 1940s and it had the original panel and wiring so it was time for a total rewire and panel upgrade. Marcos and his crew worked very efficiently and were very professional. Vanessa who is their secretary was really on top of things and communicated with us on a regular basis and was very clear about everything. The crew themselves were very nice and respectful of our home and never left a mess and always cleaned up after themselves. We really liked how Marcos who is the owner showed up to our house on the first day of the job. He was very friendly and professional. Throughout the job I asked Marcos a lot of questions and the whole time he patiently answered every single question. He was always available by phone if I ever needed to ask him something. Overall, I would not hesitate at all to recommend Inception Electric to anyone who needs electrical work done at your house.
Fast, friendly and reasonable! My family and I purchased a solar panel over a year ago and it has been giving us problems. Out circuit breaker pops every 5 minutes after 7pm. Got in contact with the solar company, got nothing but the run around. I finally said EFF this and finally gave in called Inception Electric and they figured out the problem within 1 minute. They said the breaker was sensitive that's why it kept giving us issues. They switched out the breaker and it was all done in less the 30 minutes.

My, disposer and dishwasher outlet was not working, it trip the Electical breaker when I would turn the disposer. I would reset the breaker and turn on the disposer, it would trip. I replace the outlet and switch, but it would do the same. Finally call Inception Electric, and Marco, showed up as promised, he asked to explain the problem, after explaining the problem, he asked if I broke the bridge tab on the new outlet, I said no. Within minutes, he diagnosed the problem, correct it and problem was solved. Marco's price is fair and reasonable, not like the the three other quotes.I highly recommend Inception Electric for great service, and now will be using them for my next project, replacement of under cabinets fluorescent light fixtures with new LED light fixtures.

Inception were recommended by our home inspector, so we contacted them to replace and ground some of the outlets that were flagged during the inspection. Gave them a call and scheduled service within 2 days. The electricians were very professional and clean. The price was very reasonable and the service was excellent. We had a scheduled appointment with a one hour window from 1pm-2pm. By 1:45 the electrician didn't arrive yet so I called them to ask for an update in which the receptionist told me she will call be back with a better ETA. When she called me back she told me the electrician was finishing his previous appointment in Los Angeles and heading to my residence in Covina but there's traffic. It's understandable that some jobs may take longer than expected and of course it's understandable that there's traffic, however...at what point was someone going to call me to let me know they will be running late? She told me the new estimated time was at 3:30. Guess what....3:55 rolled by and still no arrival and no courtesy phone call. I called the receptionist back to cancel the appointment because they didn't even have the courtesy to let us know they will again be late. We waited TWO hours past our appointment and they didn't care once to call us and update us. we wanted to keep our business local and support local businesses but they fell short of their Yelp reviews. I do no recommend if what you expect is great customer service.

The guys came out from Inception Electric, and relocated two outlets, an old overhead fan/lamp, installed a new ceiling dome light. They completed the work quickly, efficiently, and very professionally. After they left, due to some unskilled mucking around, I happened to disconnect something I shouldn't have. I'm trying to remodel the room for my elderly mom who lives with me.
They guys came back without fuss, and repaired my idiot wrench, with no charge! They even provided very good electrical information on how to complete the remodel. I am so happy to have called Inception Electric and recommend them highly,

Met Marco who provided me a super reasonable estimate for installation of four flood lights and outdoor outlets. I can't say enough about the work they did. The work is super clean and professionally installed. I'm very happy with the lights and placement of the outdoor outlets.
As they were working on the lights, the main lead had called me out to ok the upper gfci placement and we noticed there had been some arcing happening at the sub panel level, upon further inspection he noticed the cable run was the main cable from main to sub panel and for some reason it had been spliced and jammed in a junction box, as soon as he unscrewed the box, the cables arced like if was 4th of July. He got on the phone with Marco and asked him to schedule the job urgently, Marco came by and took a look at it, he consulted with his lead who told him he wanted to run a brand new line as he didn't trust the old one. Marco got back to me with a price a date same day.
His lead man said he would run a brand new line, he did not want to use anything from the old set up. He kept his word and ran the new line and finished the job super clean and mostly safe. I have to say the price was more than reasonable, and Marco worked with me every step of the way.
I had a week to test the lights before the emergency job took place and I preferred the front light to be brighter, Marco checked in with me to see how I liked the lights and told me to let him know if any issues came up. I asked him if I could get a brighter light and he came through with a brighter and better light. Thanks man!
Lastly, i needed an outlet inside the house, the wiring was there but had been covered with a plate, I asked him to add the light to the estimate and he just told me, bro I'll do it for you feee of charge, to top it off he gifted me the outlet and was done just as promised.
I'm not to be one to write many reviews, but felt compelled to give credit when credit's due.
Marco was fantastic. Immediately responded to my Yelp request and jumped on a phone call to diagnose the issue and even tell me how to fix it myself. I ended up wanting professional help as I didn't want to burn the house down and he and his provided it exactly when and how they said they would. Our electricity started flickering. Going on and off by themselves if too many lights were on. I honestly was afraid it was going to cause an electrical fire. This exceptional electric company in the San Gabriel Valley provided outstanding electrical service and outstanding customer service. Each member was prompt, courteous, responsive, kind and excellent with follow through. At the point of service, the two electricians doing a number of tasks, were receptive feedback and sharing of ideas. This was especially important to us as this old house has great foundations (built in 1893) and we wanted to respect the integrity of the architecture as we installed lighting. Needed to install a 14-30 plug for EV charging, so we talked to a few companies over Yelp and got some quotes. Marco was pretty fast to reply to our messages on Yelp and was easy to work with. He clearly explained to us how he would get the job done, and his price was fair! Despite the fact that the two crew members got here 40 minutes late on the day of the appointment (due to delay at the supply store), they were very professional and got the job done in about two hours. Recently repiped our water lines in the house and the county inspector required that we run a grounding wire to the cold water main pipe. Reached out to several electricians and appreciated how familiar Marco was with the process and how he was able to give me a range of cost over the phone. Worked with his office manager to schedule out a time for him to come out and they were able to accommodate a next day visit. Marco and his crew showed up on time and wearing masks, which I appreciated. Here's the best part- after taking a quick look at the current electrical panel, he helped show me that a main ground wire was currently in place and that installing another one would be redundant. I am not sure what is going on with this company. They came out and I told what I wanted to do. They said they are going to send me a quote on how much it would cost. I haven't heard from them since.
Sunday lunch time and I decided to be ambitious to use the microwave, small oven, and a heater (because it was cold), with plugs all on the same wall. Did I mention the fridge was also plugged into the same wall? Of course I overloaded the wire and it all stopped working. Ran around the house trying to find the breaker box but all of them look the same!! Called Marco and he very professionally, nicely and efficiently told me where to find the breaker box for the type of residence I was in and what to do! An expert in his craft. Really appreciate that advice was free and now I have my go to electrician!

The crew that came out was so nice, professional and gave us honest and accurate information and their professional opinion when we asked for it. They would have done whatever we asked in regards to the project, but told us why maybe we wouldn't want to do it as well (building code for resale, etc). I was lucky enough to find inception electric on yelp. I loved the reviews and comments of people who had been helped by this company.
I got in touch with the owner Marco who was very quick to respond to my request. We agreed to meet at my house next day after work and he was very nice to accommodate to my schedule.
Unfortunately he was stuck at another job and didn't get to meet him in person. He explained the situation and offered to send one of his employees to which I agreed.
Juan showed up on time and ready to work! He was also very knowledgeable and helpful. (He also speaks Spanish).
He answered all of my questions and got the job done quickly and effectively.
I will definitely recommend and use inception electric again for any electric needs.

Marco is an ANGEL! While I was having work done on my property the electricity went out. I called Edison and they said it would be 24 hrs until they came out. I called Inception Electric and they sent someone within the hour ! Unfortunately, the problem was with my TEMPORARY POWER POLL, and the problem is to be dealt with Edison! I appreciate Marcos honesty, and help! He's definitely the man to call for any electrical needs !
I wanted to make outlet in our pantry - the owner responded right away and arranged to send his technicians to take a look. They came within few hours and gave me a quote of $150. I thought the price is reasonable and they installed within 30 mins. On the other days, the outlet wasn't working and I called. They again arranged someone right away and came to fix the issue. Love their professionalism and fast service. One thing I learned is that you need to have someone who is bonded, insured, and licensed when it comes to electronic. I will definitely ask their help again if i have further project

Super impressed! On a Sunday, Marco the owner personally responded and based on my issue asked if I would mind working with him over the phone to see if it could be fixed. By golly we were successful. His obvious knowledge and willingness to help saved me time and money. After such great service naturally this is, and will be the company I call for future issues.
I contacted Marco and he responded right away. He came to my house the next day and had the project done within a few days. I had contacted someone else highly recommended from the community and he never bother on calling or replied to my messages. I will never do this again. Marco installed a whole house power surge protector, which I recommend everyone do, and repaired loose wiring around my house. Marco will not disappoint and he is licensed and bonded.
We've had Marco and his crew out for two jobs now (fixing a bad doorbell chime, installing fans and LED lighting), and both were a fantastic experience. Fair pricing, knowledgeable technicians, great service. Highly recommended.

Marco was punctual, polite, and realistic. He was able to diagnose the problem, find and replace the blown breaker, and get our fridge and AC up and running again within thirty minutes of our calling him. To top it all off, he even closed an open light switch that controlled our Ring system from our front porch (so strange?!) for free! I mean, who just works for free just to be nice nowadays? He's exactly the reason my family chooses to support local businesses as often as we can. I booked him again on the spot to replace and power an old outdoor wall sconce and another 2 Ring cameras around our home. Definitely recommend this guy for any of your electrical needs!

I really appreciated Marco and his team for their excellent service. When I was having trouble with my GFCI outlets which kept tripping and turning off my appliances in both my garage and kitchen, I called Marco and he was able to resolve the issue within the same day! Furthermore, on another visit he and his team mounted my 75 inch TV onto my living room wall and installed my video security doorbell within a matter of hours. I highly recommend his services as he is a fully licensed electrician who is incredibly responsive, and does a quality job at very reasonable price!
Marco responded to my yelp inquiry promptly. He tried to see if I could solve the problem myself by suggesting I do a few things on my own. He didn't want me to have to spend money unnecessarily. After I tried what he suggested, and it didn't work, he came over the next day (on a Saturday) with his assistant and fixed the problem in less than 30 mins. He was professional, helpful and diligent.
Marco and his team did an AMAZING job installing our Porsche EV Charger. Their installation was clean and the workmanship is excellent. They care about their work and take great pride in their installation and customer's satisfaction. The team was super friendly and finished the installation much quicker than we had anticipated. I highly recommend the Inception team for any electrical work. We plan to use them again and again for whatever electrical needs we have.

After much procrastination and complaints, I finally upgraded my electrical panel. Marco gave me the lowdown on the whole inspection process. It all went very smoothly. I even had them mount a few TVs got me. Marco and his team are great. I would totally recommend.them.
Had a few issues with our outlets and gave Inception Electric a call after previous companies didn't resolve my issues. Marco arrived same day and fixed everything. Gave me a few quotes on future projects I was looking at without the upsell of doing unnecessary work now. I will definitely use again.
After an initial quote by phone immediately, the team at Inception Electric were able to come out first thing on the following day to install an EV charger. When they arrived, they discovered that the work was simpler than originally quoted, and were able to get everything installed within 20 minutes. Great service!
Marco was punctual and very professional. I hired Marco and his team to install a wired doorbell and doorbell security camera for our home. The price was very reasonable and the work was done very quickly. Marco was very helpful in explaining the process and the work that was going to be done.

I can't recommend this company enough, they helped me solve my complicated issue and every employee was kind and professional. I know not all jobs are the same but I'm very glad to have came across this company and will keep them in mind for future jobs or recommendations.
Marco is technically good and honest. He came for installing two porch lights and fix some wire problem. The estimate was $335. After completion, he only billed me for $300 even he had to reinstall a light for aesthetic reasons. I will use Marco from now on.
I contacted Inception Electric to install a replacement ceiling fan on the morning of Monday October 19. Marco, the owner responded within 30 minutes and we scheduled an appointment for 1 PM the same day. At 1 PM Kimberly arrive with mask on ready to work. She was very personable and professional and 45 minutes later she was done.
She explained about the remote options and even helped me take the old fan and boxes outside to the trash.
The amount that Marco charged was very competitive. Next time I need an electrician, I know who to call!

Marco the owner was unable to fix the Casablanca fan but he troubleshoot it and then took the motor to a reliable source however they were unable to help me as well. But long story short answer is I was able to find someone who actually used to work for Casablanca and he came out and was able to bring the parts and do the work and now I have two working fans. Hooray!
Marco went out of his way to come at the end of the business day before the weekend. We were having flickering in different parts of the house and power would go out for maybe a minute. We needed the electric company to give us access to the meter. Once the electric company came out, he returned the following day and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. I had Marco come to install a new outlet for my bidet. Communication w him was easy, he gave me the best quote out of all of the businesses I contacted. He also seemed like he truly care for his works and customers' satisfaction. He even said I could call him if I have questions on a DIY project. Not like I will ever DIY with electricity but it was nice to know someone is willing to give me professional advice for free. Couldn't recommend this company more highly. I had a broken light switch in my attached garage. I called at 8:00 a.m. and was scheduled for an 11:00 a.m. visit that same day. The nice young lady arrived 10 minutes early wearing facial mask and gloves. Within 25 minutes she had removed the broken light switch and replaced it with an even better model. I will not hesitate to call these people again for any future electrical problems.
I contacted Inception Electric via Yelp to arrange for a time for them to come to my house and repair 3 outlets that weren't working. Marco replied right away and after a brief exchange, he suggested some simple fixes that I can do (and thus save me money) prior to him coming over. I did what he suggested and it worked...the 3 outlets were back online!! What was really cool, Marco contacted me later to ask if my outlets were working again. Great follow-up!! What a flake!
I spoke with Marco (the owner) about my little project to install a GFI outlet. He said he would call me the next morning to arrange a time to come to my house. That was three days ago. Haven't heard from him. Not even some lame-a%% excuse? When you need something done you want to depend on a vendor.
I'm guessing he found another job that would pay him more that $175 for an hour and a half's work. A little honesty would have helped. All he had to do was tell me he had a better offer. I could have called another electrician.

Last night we had a power short in 2 of our bedrooms that share the same circuit. We had an electrician come out and look at the circuit this morning, he said the circuit is fine but we'll need new wiring so he'd have to come back with an estimate another day. It's Summer...it's 90+ outside and no power to run our A/C...Then a few hours later Marco came did a similar inspection, but he had a meter...flipped some switches, tightened up some wiring, checked all the circuits and in less than 10 minutes our power was back on! He was efficient and honest with what he did and what we can do in the future ourselves! Thank You again!
One of our dimmer light switches went out in our living room. I found Inception on YELP and sent for a quote. First of all, no fees or charges for in-person quote as they need to physically see and get the details of the scope of work. Quote for 50Amp, NEMA 14-50 outdoor outlet for detached to a patio adjacent to garage to charge Tesla M3, about 60~70 feet of 3-6AWG & 1-8AWG ground wire was the lowest quote I have gotten from at least 5 different electricians. They are willing to work within your specifications as well. I appreciate that they are willing to schedule it on the weekends. The overall work was completed within 3 hours, clean, tidy and less than 1 minute power disruptions. All the communication, scheduling and payment are all done via e-mails and online. Painless and stress-free experience. I believe they are the best in overall value for the scope of work they did. They will be my go to electrician for my future needs and would recommend to anyone who needs one as well. It has been 18 days of usage and no issues so far.

Once in a blue moon you find someone who will give you free advice over the phone, has excellent communication skills, gets a job well done, charges you below your other quotes, and has integrity in his work and as a person to boot. That guy is Marco! I got quotes from about 10 electricians wanting to charge me $300+ for researching and fixing a side of my house that has no power due to plugging in a heater. I contacted Marco through the Yelp app. I had an issue with outlets not working and porch light electrical not working. I had hired a handy man to replace my bathroom vent fans. Marco showed me pictures of the mess in my attic that the handyman made. Marco gave me estimate and told me he would help fix problem. We set up time and he came to my house. He was able to fix it all in a few hours. I didn't have to rewire my whole house. I felt comfortable working with him and will use him in the future when we are ready to get central air and any other electrical issues. I liked the clear communication and direct quites before actual work was done.

I had something wrong with my breaker....i would turn it on and still had no electricity. I called and made an appointment. 2 gentlemen showed up and I showed them where the breaker was. They had it fixed in about 25 minutes and I got my power back on thanks guys work well appreciated. Their prices are very reasonable don't hesitate to call.
I feel very lucky to have found inception and Marco. Very polite and honest. On time, got to work done very fast, and did a great job. He only charged me for the work he needed to do. While other people I spoke to tried to push extra services Marco didn't have any surprise charges, and even fixed a light fixture by simply looking at it. But seriously, I asked him if he could take a look at a different problem I had, I figured it would take some time, so I was ready fo schedule a different day he could come out for the second job, and he looked at it and idk what I was doing wrong, but it worked. I was watering my lawn and my garage lost power all of a sudden. I requested an appointment ASAP but Marco asked me to call him instead. He mentioned that I might have to reset my GFI. He was right! This review is purely based on the interaction I had with Marco. I contacted inception electric for a price on various projects from hanging my TV and recess lights and ceiling fan/light install. I initially contacted them through Yelp and was informed I should call to make an appointment for an estimate, which I duly did. On the day of the appointment, he did not show at the agreed time so I messaged him and he informed me he was on his way in 2 mins from Covina. After 15 mins he sends another message telling me he is on his way now. And he will be there in 10 mins. Marco arrived and went over the things I wanted doing and informed me he would have a quote by that night. Well, I didn't receive a quote until 3 days later after asking him if he was still working on it. When the estimate came, it seemed quite expensive, even though there were items we had discussed that were not on his quote so I questioned whether it included all the services. I received a reply saying that he would send me another quote that day. 2 days later, he sends me the exact same quote but added $200 onto it and said he would call later that evening to discuss. I never received a call from him. Given what I had gone through in just trying to get a quote from him, I decided to move on and pass on his quote. He really did not seem interested in doing the job which is fair enough, but it would've been nice for him to let me know he is either slammed and can't do it right now or tell me it will be a couple days before he can get back to me. Instead I was left hanging and wondering if I was ever going to get a response from him.
Was raining good then all of a sudden some electrical problem happens. Got help from these guys, they were nice to talk to, giving you some trouble shooting tips before sending someone, and they did a great job. Will call them again for future needs and would recommend to friends and family.
Marco provides a quote that was very competitive compared to others. Crew came on time and explained everything. Staff was very friendly. The crew left with everything cleaned up and working. Everything you would want when hiring a contractor. I'd used them again for my next project.

Marco came by last week and checked all the dead outlets. He couldn't find the problem and with all screws left out of the outlets, he promised he'd let me know when he will come back to finish the job on Monday or Tuesday. Late in the day Monday when he did not respond to an email, I called him. I could tell in his voice that he didn't want the job but he said he'd either email or call me by the end of the day, Monday. He never emailed or called. He never finished the job leaving a dark bedroom and office I need working for my printer and computer. At least he should have been honest instead of having me wait almost a week since the problem began. Today I had another electrician fix the problem by a guy who honed in on the problem within the hour and even said I should pay him what I thought it was worth. His review will appear in his area on Yelp. Who conducts business like this?

Our AC stopped working and the AC repairman said it was an electrical issue, so I found Marco through yelp. He was one of the first to respond to my yelp messages and he was able to quickly schedule a time to come see what the issue was. He explained everything to me in detail and was able to quickly fix the problem. Marco is trustworthy and a good communicator. He used to be a nurse, and I am a nurse, so we got a discount which was a plus :) definitely would recommend him to my friends and family.
We lost power to a few of our kitchen appliances, including our full refrigerator late in the afternoon . I called Inception Electric because they are listed in Covina at an address not far from us, hoping that they could stop by on their way back home. God bless 'em, that's exactly what they did. After ruling out a circuit breaker issue, they found the culprit in one of the receptacles, which they explained, was causing other receptacles in the chain to lose power. They replaced the bad receptacle, and sure enough, the other appliances on that chain started working again. What a relief! In addition to the electrician's fast response and quick resolution to our problem, I greatly appreciated the professionalism of the gal who answered the phone, listened well, and called me back to update me on the status of the electrician's availability. I will certainly call Inception Electric when we have another electrical problem, and I will whole heartedly recommend them.
Marco's service was excellent. He sent 2 technicians to our home to check the trouble issue. It turns out that the issue went away when they turned on our 220 volt. Although they made a trip to our home, they did not charge us . Very fair and honest. I requested a quote for complete install of 3 ceiling fans which required new wiring to be ran in each room as we had no light fixtures in the rooms. The owner Marco responded very quickly. I received several quotes and all were close in pricing. I decided on going with Inception because they had the most reviews and were highly rated. We scheduled the appointment. The receptionist was very friendly and followed up eith confirmation of the appointment the day before. My appointment was scheduled for 8 am. The workers showed up promptly at 8 am. Tbey had all of the tools and materials needed to perform the work. They were professional and did great work. They also made sure that they cleaned up. I'm extremely happy with the work performed. The celing fans work great, are quiet and installed properly. I would definitely recommend Inception for all of your electrical needs. I will definitely use their service again.

First off let me say Marco is awesome. He is honest, efficient, respectful and very knowledgeable. My cat urinated on my kitchen counter and got urine in my electrical outlet and caused it to short circuit. Marco came assessed the outlet, changed it out to a GCFI outlet, tested my other kitchen outlets, checked my circuit breaker and help rewire an outlet that hasn't been working since I moved into my house in less than an hour. I did enough troubleshooting to know the main breaker was bad and I needed a professional to handle the hot wires. He was the first one to contact me and was clear in communicating what my options were. I needed power ASAP and he just happened to have a compatible breaker with the same amps as the one that went bad (rather than waiting days to order one since the local hardware stores didn't have one in stock). He quoted me a price I deemed reasonable and agreed. He came over later that day and had everything done in about 30 mins. After he was done, he lowered the price to what he considered fair given the time, work, and materials used once the job was done. I wouldn't have known any different and would have been happy to pay the original price because the A/C was back on. Very happy and will definitely use his services in the future!

We needed some new ceiling fans installed. I contacted Marco and he answered really quickly. They were here on time (they even got here a but early which I really liked) all polite and left the rooms clean! We will for sure use them again in the future!

I cannot emphasize how professional and amazing Marco is and how knowledgable he is. We had issues with part of the house not having functioning outlets and thought we would be spending a ridiculous amount of money trying to get it fixed. We had a few recommendations from family friends for different electricians, none of which were able to figure out what the issue was. I decided to give yelp a shot to find an electrician and I am SO GLAD that I did. Marco was able to figure out the problem and even fixed one of our malfunctioning lights in one of the rooms. I'm usually pretty skeptical about businesses without having heard of their work but trust me when I tell you, you will not be disappointed with their work. Hands down the best electrician you need to call for all of your needs. I was on the hunt for a good electrician who was honest and fair, and I'm so glad I went with Marco. Marco is very reasonably priced, and truly cares about making his customers happy. Marco even communicated with me while on his family trip! No one ever does that. And he explained everything that could possibly be wrong and what needed to be done. He came a few days later after the consultation and fixed it with Kim within minutes. He quoted me waaaay less than what others wanted to charge me. If you want an electrician to take care of your needs, and make you feel safe knowing that nothing will go wrong then you need to call Marco! You definitely won't regret it.

Marcos and his team was super professional. Came right on time and finished the job super fast. They installed a nema 14-50 outlet and quoted me the best price out there.
Had problems with circuit breakers blowing every time we used certain appliances. So many other places were suggesting I change out my whole circuit panel ($3000-5000) Marco came and found my problem immediately. Less than 10 minutes later, problem was fixed and it only cost me $150. He also gave me some suggestions to upgrade a few things, which I will definitely schedule with him. I was blown away with how honest and professional he was. I will never use another electrician again!

Marco was so awesome to work with. He was on time and very knowledgeable. He was super helpful and honest, I could tell he wanted what was safest for our family but didn't advise us to do extra things that weren't actually needed. He was fast and charged us a fair price for all the work done. Will definitely be using him again for all our electric needs as we continue to renovate our home.

I am very impressed with Inception Electric. I am selling my home and needed my electric panel inspected. They came the SAME DAY did all of the testing and found everything to be working exactly as it should. And amazingly - didn't charge me! I would definitely call them again. Marco is extremely professional, kind and honest. Inception Electric's team met all our requests and more, while being safe and efficient. They were much faster than other services and had much more reasonable rates ! My son had used Inception Electric to install an outlet for his new Tesla . He found Marco to be honest and very fair with his pricing and he explained in detail what was needed to get the job done. The work was done promptly and neatly. Upon my son's recommendation, I gave Marcos a call to come by and give me a quote on adding to my electrical panel. He stopped by soon after and what I was quoted was a very good and fair price and I hired him to return to do the job! He and his two-man crew came today, arrived at the agreed-upon time and completed the job neatly and timely! I even asked if they could figure out what breaker belonged to what and note it for me which they did gladly (believe me it took some time with one person inside and one outside both on their phones to get it straightened out (my breaker box had been so mislabeled)! This is the kind of thing that they do; they go the extra mile for their clients (and at no additional charge to me)!
