Mike Tannous and his journeyman (Robert) exceeded my expectations in an electrical contractor.  Mike provided sound advice and a competitive estimate when my wife and I needed to replace our breaker panel on our 1952 house in Pasadena.  

Robert and Mike secured the permit, worked with city officials and diligently and expertly did the replacement and repair over a natural two week time-line.  They always kept me informed with phone calls.  

I could not say anything better but the best in terms of Mike's knowledge, expertise, care, attitude and integrity.  Thank you Mike Tannous (and Robert too)!

I highly recommend Accurate Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air Services! A few weeks back our furnace stopped working, the thermostat would read that it was connecting and the temp was lower than desired and we could hear the pilot go on in the unit in the attic but it would not start. Needless to say it was concerning as the weather was turning colder and our insulation is not the best. I called an HVAC vendor (not Accurate) that day (Saturday), and they came out about 2 days later (Monday). The tech did an inspection and recommended two parts for the furnace in order to get it working. I agreed to order the parts and have them come back out when the parts arrived. 1 1/2 weeks later the parts came in but 1 of them was not the exact part. The tech was then recommending to replace the furnace with a similar one (high end unit and pricey). I then called Accurate to get a second opinion. Jeff came out that same day and did his inspection, the furnace turned on and stayed on. Apparently the internal unit temp had probably reached its threshold and shut off automatically and wouldn't turn on until it cooled. Jeff found that the air filter was really dirty and needed changing. That, coupled with the low insulation and constant running of the unit lead to the internal temp threshold being reached (and thus unit not working). Jeff advised that the unit did not need the two parts that were ordered and that the unit did not need to be replaced. He recommended changing the air filter and cleaning the air ducts to have unit operate better and more efficiently. I agreed and he and Dante came back out the following day and did an excellent job! Furnace has been running properly since (about a week) and we'll be working on getting our insulation done next. The other vendor did refund me for the parts which was very much appreciated. Just goes to show one should always get a second opinion when dealing with a problem with a major appliance. I am VERY GRATEFUL to Accurate and Jeff for coming out on short notice and diagnosing the issue correctly and recommending the right service. They saved me thousands of dollars by not having to replace the entire unit!!

I'm also very pleased and impressed with the work he and Dante did with the air duct cleaning!! They were both very professional, courteous and helpful!! I highly recommend Accurate and Jeff and Dante for any issues you may have with your furnace or HVAC system!! Thank again Jeff for your expert work and help, we truly appreciate it!!!

It's Sunday, it's Easter, and we were without electricity. After 3 hours of texting with various companies who weren't able and/or willing to help at all on a Sunday, and a few who were limited to helping later in the evening, I received a response from Jay at JMJP through Yelp. 30 minutes later he was here assessing the situation and 30 minutes after that we had some new circuit breakers and, most importantly, power. Jay did what needed to be done in an emergency situation and we are very grateful! Five stars, two thumbs up, highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. Angel came out with his assistant Sergio the same day I called him. Angel had my problem solved within minutes. Amir and his team are solid and responded fast. We used him first for an inspection when buying a house. He was thorough and very communicative writing a nice report. After buying the home we've discovered problems with the sellers work that were in the walls. Amir sent someone out right away and is helping us. Didn't want to leave us without power. He's helped to point out the the shady things the seller's contractor did after our inspection. I'm so grateful someone is making my home safe. The city didn't! Thank you so much Amir and Lou!

I didn't end up using The Electrician but in providing an estimate virtually he was very thorough and asked good questions. He was also responsive with my questions and provided some good tips as well.

Next time I have a project for an electrician I know where to start no need for all the flurry of quotes that come when you start a project on Yelp.

Eric has helped us with whole house rewiring. The first time I met him I realized right away he has so many years of experience and he knows what he is doing. He was brimming with energy and enthusiasm working around the clock to deliver the project on time. His workmanship was one of the most clean and perfect house rewiring I have ever seen. We passed the city inspection on the first attempt. I highly recommend his work.

Pete went above and beyond for us! We bought and older home that had the original electrical panel along with a cluster of old wires and pipes protruding 6-8 inches away from the house. Pete came out and gave us a fair bid. He explained the entire process clearly and answered all of our questions. Pete was on time, clean and professional. We were doing some other remodeling at the same time and Pete was able to work with us and the other contractors to get everything completed on time. We will definitely call Pete when we're ready for the next phase of remodeling and need an amazing electrician!

100% will have AMG back for other projects! Our home owners warranty assigned us the absolute worst electricians. After 2 failed attempts to properly install a ceiling fan (which they wanted to charge us for) I contacted AMG. When the power went out in several rooms of our rental house, we needed to get someone out to the house right away. I contacted Sonner Electric via email after hours and Joe responded within the hour with an appointment for the following afternoon. He arrived during the arranged timeframe and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. He even offers a military discount (10%). We would use Sonner Electric again.

I needed to upgrade two really old thermostats to new Ecobee 4 models. I called Star Electric Energy and Roland was fantastic! He was able to work with my schedule, had the best pricing, answered all my questions, and was extremely professional. He cleaned up when done and made sure to stay until all my questions were answered. It's rare to find a certified electrician that is just so easy to work with! Without a doubt I'll use him again for any of my future electrical needs and recommend him without any reservation.

I needed a NEMA 14-50 installed in my garage for my new EV. I requested a quote on Yelp and New Quest Electric was one of the few that responded immediately. I sent them a picture of my panel and the distance needed from it and they gave me an instant quote.

When the electricians were running a bit late, but I was informed of their delay. When they got here, I was expecting an up charge, but they stuck by their original quote as promised and no up charge. Just a note, the other companies started up charging as we were communicating via text. They told me I needed another panel, a sub panel, additional wiring, additional hrs and material cost.

New Quest Electric was very easy and priced very well for the service and attention to detail they provide. The crew had masks on at all times and cleaned up very nicely.

I just want to let you know that I contacted Aldo this weekend. He gave me a quote over the phone and was able to complete the work  same day after his ealier appointment.

Not only did he do great work but I ended paying less than his ealier estimate. I will definitely be calling him back for more work.
