I could tell you stories about the problems I had getting an electrician to do our work but instead I'll tell you about the one that called me back, who was honest, who worked me into his very busy schedule, and who did a fantastic job in an efficient manner, and that would be these guys.  I actually called them by accident because they had a similar name to someone else a friend recommended (who ended up failing to show and then crickets) and I am glad I did.  They did a fantastic job.  They charge by the hour, and you know that price upfront.  They can also give you a general idea of the hours it will take based on the work you need to have done.  I was very pleased and highly recommended them.

I have had Nathan from Douthit Electrical in my home today to install a ceiling fan for me. Nathan had on a clean/properly marked uniform. He was very friendly and knowledgable about his work. He did a great job. I will be letting other people know about Douthit Electrical as well as using them again.

It took weeks for Foster's Electric to even respond to my inquiry.  When we finally connected, we set an appointment for the following day and they completely ghosted me.  They never showed up and wouldn't return my calls.

Great Service. They installed 3 fans with lights and are available to change light bulbs for high ceilings, too.

Our man Billy did an exceptional job adding a couple outlets & switching out light fixtures to fans. He of course did a great job in the electrical department, but also went above and beyond with tidying up his work space. He wore a mask & respectfully took off his shoes. And even was a saving grace with tips & tricks to help erase some marks the movers made on our walls. We love Billy the electrician!

Fantastic Job. I needed to move an electrical box to install a new light. They double checked twice to ensure work would be completed correctly and had the work done in no time.

Timothy was very professional and did a great job in wiring and installing my garage heater.

I just had the most wonderful experience with the Mr Electric crew. I had storm damage last week and lost power. They were quick to respond to my situation. An estimate was sent to my insurance company and power was restored quickly. I might add AES, the power company took five hours to get here and hook up the power lines after telling us they would be here in 1-2 hours. I've been telling everyone how great they are. Will definitely use again.

My go to for any electrical needs for myself or my real estate clients. They are quick to write up a quote for me. They usually can come out pretty quick as well. Definitely reasonable on price as well.

These gentlemen were wonderful! They came out on a Thursday evening to give us a quote, and we're back Saturday afternoon to do the job of installing an additional outlet in the garage. They were very thorough on the planning, and the checked a couple times to make sure they were doing what we wanted. They were very well priced, courteous, quick with their work, and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely use them again for future electrical projects.

Excellent service!! Noah and his team did a service change (single meter to dual meter base) at my house so that I could enroll in the IPL EVX program for electric vehicle charging. He installed multiple circuits for dedicated electric vehicle charging for my 2 PHEVs and also installed my chargers. He got the necessary permits and coordinated everything with IPL for the disconnect and reconnect. He quoted me an extremely reasonable price (I got 14 quotes for this job so I know that he charged a fair price). I would recommend him as an electrician and he will be the person I would call for my electrical needs.

I had an outlet in my house that burnt out.  I called them, they let me know what to do, and they came out the next morning and fixed it quickly and affordably.  The gentleman that came was polite, informative, and explained everything clearly for me.

The electricity went out in one of our bedrooms. Troubleshooted it myself, as I've done some very minor electrical work before, whiteout success. Replaced the breaker on the electrical box without success. I called Mark, who was recommended by my favorite plumber, Charles Hegewald, who showed up when he said he would, and got right into the problem. After going through the motions, he found the problem, fixed it, charged a fair price, and was on his way. Thanks Mark!

I should be a fan since I work here :)  I don't think that gives me grounds for a review, but I definitely enjoy working here and the people I work with.  Coming up on 5 years pretty soon.  Man how time flies.

GODBY HPE has always been there when we needed them- whether it's plumbing, electrical or heating/air related I know I can count on them to give me a fair price and diagnosis of the problem and that they will work to fix the problem quickly! I also appreciate their semi-annual HVAC check which assists in keeping our systems in top working order! I refer them to friends, clients, and colleagues- knowing they will be treated right!

I.P.L. said we had to upgrade our meter box to accept the new smart meter. After several quotes I decided to go with Ed, and I am glad I did. What can I say. The guy knows what he is doing. Job was done right the first time. I don't think anyone else could have done a better job ! We are very pleased.
Not only was Ed the cheapest quote, but he ended up charging $200 less than the quote. If I ever have electrical problem's I have a guy to call now. I would recommend Ed for all your electrical needs.
