Couldn't be happier! They came and did a free estimate, and their price was much better than quotes I received from other electricians.  They installed my recessed lights in just a few hours with no mess or damage. The guys were total professionals, and even fixed some other electrical problems I was having in the kitchen (which we discovered was due to improper installation by a handyman). I definitely recommend!

Peter was very helpful and came to my house within an hour of calling him. He explained the problem and was able to get it fixed quickly. Very friendly and helpful.

Excellent service on short notice. Gary and his assistant helped on a Friday afternoon and our kitchen lights are working again. Really appreciate the help and expertise and I'll keep them in mind for future electrician needs.

On June 1 2022 12:57pm we contacted Mike's Electric for a kitchen fixture repair. We heard from him on Thursday, June 2nd at 3.31pm asking if he should come later that afternoon or tomorrow. We said tomorrow would be okay. Never heard from him on Friday.  We let it slide due to the weekend.
We never heard from him again.  He did not attempt to arrive or to call us at all.  Terrible customer service.

Our house has very ancient wiring and we've experienced problems with particular outlets being out on a regular basis. We've had sceral electricans come to fix it, but today Patrick came to fix it and he patiently described the problem to us in a waythat we could finally grasp. We valued his knowledge, ideas and recommendations for the future and we just had a nicest time with him.

Steve did a great job in troubleshooting the multiple circuit issues in my property's kitchen all the way to the circuit box.  Lots of issues were quickly remedied and, with my help, resolved for just a few hundred bucks.  All good.

I met Chris a few years ago for an estimate to correct a back-fed circuit and adding some exterior outlets. Chris was very prompt with replies and patient with questions. He estimated a fair price with no pressure. I ended up fixing the back-fed circuit myself and decided not to add the exterior outlets. Since I had a good experience with Chris back then, I recently reached out to him for an estimate on a 200-amp panel upgrade. Again, Chris was prompt with replies and patient with my many questions. He was able to quote a fair price and a timeline that worked for everyone. Although Edison was slow with the meter spot process, Chris was on it with obtaining permitting and materials for the project. As promised, the panel upgrade was completed in one day (others quoted two or three days to complete). I will definitely turn to Chris for my electrical needs in the future.

I live in the condominium complex. Before I scheduled an on-site appointment this fact has been disclosed to the Electric Connection. The company claimed that they perform a lot of installations in the condominium complexes, and that should not be an issue. However, technician's visit will cost me $150. I agreed.

I waited for technician's arrival for a week and a half.
He arrived, I showed him around, he took measurements.
Then he informed me that his company will not drill a hole from the electrical room into garage, and I will need to hire core drilling company on my own. After that I was given a number electrical lingo, whether to impress me, or convey how difficult the work will be. When I asked for a promised estimate, technician claimed that he just takes measurements, the estimates will be calculated by company's engineers, and I should be provided with one within a day or two.

To make a long story short - it has been over a week since Electric Connection's technician has been on site. My check in the amount of $150 has been diligently cashed. Nevertheless, promised estimate has never been provided to me, nor anyone from the company contacted me with a follow up. I might be mistaken; however, the impression I have is that the entire visit of technician was to spend 30-40 minutes on site, collect $150 check, and leave.

In a meantime, I contacted a  different company. Technician came, took measurements, stated he will take care of everything - from A to Z, including core drilling company and city inspections, never attempted to impress me with his electrical lingo, emailed me his estimate the next day. Undoubtedly, I was happy to hire him, as I knew I was dealing with real professional.

Ron is a great guy who really knows his stuff. He diagnosed problems I had with a faulty three-way wall switch and a couple of improperly wired circuit breakers, and clearly explained what was needed to make them functional and safe. Along the way, he helped me understand how they work, and gave useful input on other wiring situations in my home as well. Plus, he's very personable, and put me at ease with what is maybe the scariest and most mysterious system in every house. I would not hesitate to call him for future repairs or upgrades!

Excellent workmanship. He went the extra mile to discover the issues. Prompt, good communication, polite knowledgeable and very, reasonably priced for the difficult work we had done. Highly recommend!

Victor was great. Gave me a fair price. Told me it could be in a range of beat case to worst case. At the end he stuck with his best case. Work was great.

I use Bryden Electrical for all our electrical issues at our house. We had a recesses light go out in our kitchen, and our two door bells (one at the gate and one at the front door) stopped working - again, this was after a handyman supposedly had fixed them.  Andre from Byden came out and quickly repaired the light, and quickly diagnosed the door bell problems, and recommended a reasonable and permanent solution. Thank you Andre - good job.

Would absolutely recommend. We had a time sensitive project repairing water damage in some drywall and he exceeded our needs in time, efficiency and quality of his work. His pricing was very affordable.

I'm so thankful Orlando and the family were able to work on our 1930s home. Their attention to detail, the genuine care, dedication to the craft, and professionalism made updating the house so much less stressful. They rewired the whole property, removed all the old knob and tube wiring and junction box, installed a new electrical panel, new light fixtures, sockets, attic fan, bathroom fan, outdoor lights, 240v outlets for the kitchen and laundry room, and prepared us for whatever we might need in the future. After all that work, they handled the city permits and inspections, patched up all the holes that were made in the plaster, and left the place in great shape. During the project Orlando was very accommodating to the needs of how my partner and I envisioned living in the house and made so many great suggestions for how we could make things more comfortable or logical when laying out the plans.
