All Quality Electrical

Shai and his team did an outstanding job. A previous electrician supposedly updated our system to 200amp and rewired the whole house. He left us with a complete mess, full of code violations and fire hazards.
It took Shai's team 10 days to fix this disaster and for us to recover our peace of mind. His team was very nice, extremely knowledgeable, and very respectful. Their work ethic is impeccable.
I'm so grateful Shai and his business were recommended to us, and I recommend him without hesitation to anybody who wants quality electrical work done.

Absolutely amazing service. I had like 12 things I was considering fixing or improving in the electrical in my house - Shai came over and gave an incredibly thorough estimate with great advice and recommendations for all my questions. All the prices were in line with or lower than other estimates I got. He took a ton of notes and videos so I knew he and his team would be thorough and on the same page. My old built in microwave crashed and I needed an electrician to check whether it had caused a short in my electrical panel. A technician came and removed the microwave, tested it and determined that it was gone. Then in checking the panel he saw something wrong but decided to investigate further and went underneath my house, where he discovered the real problem and fixed it. I felt good about the way the issue was resolved and the relatively short time it took for it to happen. I will definitely consider using All Quality Electrical again, if the need should arise.

I had an issue my desktop computer keep crushing when I plug in other thing, even 5w which was weird & I thought it's electricity problem.
Shai heard me, tested & figured out it's APC machine's issue, not electrical! Plugged in to other socket of APC and since then, I never experienced crushing issue!

I had 3 quotes and AQE was middle.  
Shai was very Keen to the wording on Estimate, up-front honest & clear, all reflect what we agreed with & email on site. We were checking the estimate on iPhones, make sure all good. It wasn't rush but asked the date, he called immediately to the office, checked workers schedule.
I thought I'll think about a bit who I go with ( I left msg to couple more vendors but they didn't call back.) But I ended up shaking hand, awarded  to AQE at the end of the estimate appt.  

All communication by either call, email or text are all smooth & quick. The Invoice/ estimate PDF coming in very quick and good too.  For my work, it's basic element to start with but I realized Many construction industry vendors somehow doesn't, I don't know why. I'm sure u all know what Im talking about. AQE is legit, practicing the business very professionally.

We hard-held install schedule smoothly. Now, one of other tricky part for me is.. either owner or the estimate person are good but... how's their crew?
Is company/owner's spirit/work ethic reflecting workers too? Managing crew good?  I had few misses in my past, So I try not to expect high to avoid  getting disappointed or regret awarding that vendor.

Levik & Dillon showed up on time. Very professional but also very approachable. Organized, Listen and Answer all my questions. I'm very clear what to expect during installation, also how it'll look like at the end. & for this , most important when the electricity will be cut off, how long. so I can well plan as WFH days goes.

After installation's done, Label on new panels by checking make sure all good. Explained clearly what they did & what it is. Answer my amateur questions, Again, Thank You for being patient with me!  

Panel installed beautifully, Exactly what I expected. They also patched stucco which was also helpful.

They cleaned everything well, even including the tree stem blocking the side door that I was planning to cut for them in advance but failed doing so. I'm sorry and Thank You Levik & Dillon!

Another awesomeness is they gave me great suggestions/advices. Never pushy not trying to sell but it's genuinely coming from the concept of Safety &/or better electricity quality of life. not only that, these suggestion/advices could inspire us for the future plan, knowing what we could do & make things better.
I totally forgot about backyard doesn't have any outlet that we used to bring extension code when we had patio & was active in yard. Part of my future plan is getting more outdoor time but I even didn't think about it. Levik explained how its' gonna be & options, again, clearly &  I get another quote on site to add 1 outlet. I got it and very happy about it. It changes my quality of outdoor life better! I also asked other questions and got quote but this time, I didn't pursue but IF I end up going for, I will make a call to them.

I do really recommend having AQE work on your project.
Of course each person's need & expectation would be different. but all 3 people I met thru this process, Shai, Levik & Dillon are genuinely great vibe, very honest, professional person, practice great business, work ethic & deliver great work!  I didn't see any flaw or thing I didn't like. Whole experience from the beginning to the end (I still have DWP inspection upcoming), was such an amazing experience.

I bought an electric dryer, not realizing that it needs a 240 outlet. I called Shai, who was incredibly kind and helpful. We FaceTimed so he could see the dryer, the panel, etc. He gave me a quote and scheduled someone to come the next day, which was the day before Thanksgiving. Our house is old and has issues from being remodeled so many times, but Shai and his team were able to get the outlet working. They also identified safety issues including lack of grounded outlets in the kitchen and exposed wires in the attic. I am so relieved to have finally found an outstanding electrician who is local and taking new business. If you need anything done, give him a call, and thank you, Shai!

We are so happy to have found an electrician who did excellent work at a very reasonable price.  Shai came out to give us an estimate on some flood lights and to help troubleshoot a problem we were having with our fountain.  They returned to do the job a few days later, on time (always a plus) and explained everything that would be done.  After the job was completed, we were shown the work that was completed to make sure we were satisfied or if we had any questions.  We highly recommend All Quality Electrical for all of your electrical needs and won't hesitate to use them again when the need arises.

Some rooms in my apartment lost power.  All Quality Electrical came in, diagnosed and fixed the problem in one day.  Rates were affordable too.  I highly recommend them!

I will definitely call these guys again for any electrical needs in the future! I give an unqualified full 5-stars to All Quality. I've done a lot of electrical work myself but I no longer have all the tools to do it easily.  Still, I have a pretty good idea what it takes to do many electrical jobs and I was impressed that All Quality quoted me a very fair price and got the job done quickly (actually slightly faster than I expected it would take an experienced tech).

I needed to move 2 outlets 12 inches higher than their original location to accommodate new, taller laundry appliances.  As I said, All Quality's price was very fair and also the best price among the three firms I contacted. They also scheduled to come and do the job within two hours of my call. The tech arrived on time and got the work done quickly and perfectly.

Contrast that with another firm from NoHo with a high review rating that quoted me a price and scheduled a time to do the job two days out.  The price was a bit high, but I figured since inflation is raging right now I wouldn't haggle. Two days later, as the END of the scheduled time window approached, they instead called to say they would arrive an hour or so later - not to perform the job - but rather to merely confirm the estimate. Really? To move two outlets about 12 inches vertically in the same stud bay? It doesn't get much simpler. I sent them pictures of how straightforward the job was but they came back with an increase to the price without even showing up. Based on their lack of integrity, I canceled them and called All Quality.  All Quality's price was lower than the NoHo firm's original quote and there was certainly no attempt to increase the price before or upon arrival.

I understand customers can omit key details when calling for a quote, and it's only fair to pay the right price if a job is much more complicated than the customer initially suggests - especially if the customer doesn't know what details might matter. But there are also firms that lack integrity and try to take advantage of the uninformed customer. Avoid those firms and give your business to firms that have integrity like All Quality.

He came out to diagnose issues I was having with power randomly turning off in certain rooms.  I had three other companies inspect before he did. He was kindest and the most informed electrician. He spent an hour with me inspecting everything. He found issues that the other three companies DID NOT find or even think about checking! Shai is amazing!  Several years ago he and his team installed a 240v outlet in my garage for my car.  I had them install a special receptacle, but mentioned that I'd like to change it to a more standard plug when I eventually sold my place.  Shai told me that when the time came to give him a call and they'd replace it for me labor-free (I just needed to buy the part).  Well, 4 years later I'm ready to sell my house and I gave him a call fully expecting our word-of-mouth promise to have been forgotten.  That couldn't have been further from the truth!  Shai absolutely honored that promise.  Luis came out and did the swap lickety-split!  I can't say enough about these guys.  Friendly, honest, quick, professional.  You can't go wrong with All Quality Electrical!

These guys came out when I needed my outlet moved which also ran my pool pump. They figured out how to reroute electric to a new line and did a clean job. Couldn't be happier.

Was looking to put in a hookup for a hot tub and a 240V outlet in the garage for an EV.  Unfortunately my panel was on the opposite side of the house and the service had to be upgraded.  Shai came up with a great idea that I felt was reasonably priced and didn't require tearing up a huge section of stucco on the side of the house (like all of the other electricians that I had talked to said would have to be done).  His guys showed up the next week and knocked the project out in a few days.  They did great work and were totally professional.  Couldn't be happier with the result.  Highly recommended.

Had a minor electrical issue in my house and I decided to call Shai up for help. He answered my call/text really quick. I explained to him what happen and what I tried so far before calling him. Shai is an honest man, before just packing his stuff up and head over to my house, he walked me through the whole circuit breaker again. Within just a few second, power to my fridge is back on. Since the day we moved into our home, Shai and his team have been so helpful. We are first time homeowners, and Shai took the time to explain everything to us as he made initial repairs and updates to the electrical system. He even relabeled the electricity box, since it was missing switches and barely legible.

Over the years we have continued to turn to him with all of our electric needs including adding outdoor lights and converting all of our switches to LED compatibility. His prices are fair and he is always willing to go over any questions you may have. It's such a relief to have an electrician that I can trust, who knows my house and is here if I need him.

We called All Quality Electrical this morning because our space heater tripped electricity at part of the house. I tried flipping switches on the panel but that didn't work. We recently moved into a new home with a messed up electrical panel in the garage.  Reverse polarity and half-melted wires...YIKES.  

I found Shai on Yelp (thank you again, fellow Yelpers!) and my boyfriend gave him a call.  He literally came to the house within 2 hours and fixed the panel within 15 minutes.  He was also nice enough to diagnose 2 motion lights and adjust one of them for us at no extra charge.  The reviews don't lie...thanks, Shai!  We will definitely call on you again when needed.  P.S.  The price was right, too :-)

This is the second time we've used this company and we are very happy. They made great recommendations on how to set things up and even offered to mount simple things that were just plug and play to make it easier for us and to keep clean wire management. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Easy to reach staff for questions and scheduling. Highly recommended!

Not only that, but I had a small issue and Shai talked to me about 5 different options, all of which he said he would only charge for materials since I wasn't completely happy. I ended up going with the simplist fix, but I appreciate all the help he provided.

Recently had All Quality Electrical upgrade our service panel and put in a connection for a spa, with a separate box for adding lights and outlets in the future.  We were very satisfied with the price, the service and the quality of all the work, and extremely impressed by their customer service.

Less than 24 hours after the job was finished, we had a partial power outage, and our pool pump and our AC unit quit working.  Shai came out right away, but AMAZINGLY the DWP showed up at the exact same time!  When is the last time the DWP made it anywhere in 30 minutes?  The DWP workers immediately started blaming the work we had done, and treating Shai poorly, when they found out he was our electrician.  Shai stayed cool and professional.  

After a few minutes of testing, and nearly falling off the roof, the DWP deduced it was their line problem, and went to the pole in the neighbor's yard to fix it.  Poor Shai got served a ton of attitude, and handled it like a complete pro.  He kept reassuring us that whatever the problem was, he would stand behind his work, and he would make sure everything was alright.  He even offered to stay while DWP was fixing the line, down the block!  Excellent service that you can trust.

I had a 10 am appointment with another electrician who no showed and never cancelled. By 11, I called for a new electrician and found this company. Jenny got my information and we began texting. The technician, Levik, was here by 12:30. He was friendly, patient and focused.  Very much appreciate them.

.... I had All Quality our for another small job and again on very short notice - to teplace outdoor GFI  outlet, delete a indoor floodlight and replace a switch. As before, everything went smoothly.
In the end Shai asked that I pay him LESS than what we agreed upon -- how often do you hear that?

When do you ever call a company and they help you without any compensation for themselves? Well, it just happened to me when I called and spoke to Shai from All Quality Electrical.

I called and left a message about a breaker on my electrical box not working. Shai called me right back and we set up an appointment, but before the call ended, he said to me Want to try something and possibly save yourself a service call? I said sure! He had me go to the box and gave me instructions on resetting the breaker.....and it worked!! How crazy is that? He even stayed on the phone with me while I was doing it.

Well, now I know that I have a very honest and knowledgable electrician to call whenever I have an electrical issue in the future. Every once in a while people just surprise you in the best possible way and today that someone was Shai :))

Had a partial power outage happen one night.  The next morning, I contacted Shai, and he was able to fit me into their schedule pretty quickly.  Benny arrived shortly after and handled my issue with no problem whatsoever.  

Apparently due to the recent rain, water had collected inside an outdoor outlet and caused a short.  Benny fixed + future proofed the issue, and quickly restored the remaining affected outlets, all within a very reasonable price.

I will definitely contact these guys again for any future work on my house.

Shai came to help me figure out why a side light wasnt working. Did the job and charged the fee I was expecting but whilst he was here, he gave me a ton of free advice and fixed a couple of other lights I didnt even realize were'nt working for FREE! Top guy and a joy to work with.

I pretty much never post reviews but had to this time. We installed an above ground pool and I needed an outlet installed. I reached out and they came out on time. The entire team is amazing and I ended up having them do the backyard wiring, yard spotlight, wiring and installation of planter lights around the property and installed a dedicated circuit for the pool itself. The All Quality Electrical Team is really amazing. Their office staff is on top of it and responds very quickly when emailed. The Electricians that came out were all polite, professional, understanding, detail oriented and were all about our being satisfied. I mentioned our just being laid off do to the Virus and they added a discount to help us out. As far as we are concerned All Quality will be the only Electrician we work with moving forward and I will refer them whenever possible.

Needed electrical work done in order to accommodate a new dishwasher installation.  We called and within hours, the job was completed.  Thank you Shai!  Highly recommend.

Awesome workmanship, crew, and value for my money.
Shai came out to give me ideas about how to hang string lights in my backyard and conceptualized what is needed and what it will look like.
The finished product is 1st rate professional quality, neat in appearance and tidied up for a professional final finish. They dug underground 12 to put electrical wires in pipes to bring it to the back of the yard retaining wall, with a metal pipe attached to the wall then a dimmer switch and 4 GFCI outlet sockets and covers to protect it all from the elements. String lights were LED and hung from metal cables for durability and stability. All wires looped nicely and tucked out of sight or professionally managed to minimize dangling wires. It works great, see my photo.

Second, I had an issue with the office and family room 3 times in past 1-1.5 years turn off and then within a second turn back on again automatically. I asked Shai to troubleshoot. He supervised his crew to open up all outlets and switches in those rooms, pull out guts and inspect everything for tightness, cuts in wires, screws tightly on and connections are all there, including grounded wires connected etc. He then asked his crew to install a new breaker in case the breaker is the issue. I did not ask for a new breaker so I was impressed Shai thought of this and did not cut corners. He wanted to make sure all bases were covered to resolve my issue. Short of opening up drywall there is not much else to check, but wait and see if the off/on power issue comes back again. Hopefully with his troubleshooting and installing new 15 amp breaker it fixed the issue (he knew that a 20 amp breaker cannot be installed since the 15 amp wiring is not compatible).

Shai is also a nice guy to deal with, offers advice on electrical stuff and what could be a hazard around your home (he pointed some stuff out to me). I have other electrical projects, including landscaping and perhaps more safety inspections and fixes by him and his crew and will keep him in mind.

Just had All Quality Electrical's excellent workers tackle three different jobs in my home (installation of one fan, repair of another, and installation of four spotlights) and they were fantastic. I found them via yelp to get a mix of indoor/outdoor electrical work and right from the first phone contact we got the best customer experience possible. We moved into our home which was built in 1964, so there's work to be done.

I called 3 or 4 places that I found online.  All Quality Electrical is the only company that returned my call, and it was either the same day or the next.

Lihi set up an appointment to have Shai come out to see what was needed and to give us a quote.  We liked him, and his quote was fair so we decided to use them.  

We scheduled an appointment to have the work done.  The scheduled appointment was confirmed by Lihi via e-mail.  A few days later Lihi called and said they had someone reschedule so an earlier day came available if we wanted it.  I accepted the rescheduled date.  That same day I received an e-mail confirming the new date.

The guys came out to do the work (ceiling fans and can lights in 2 bedrooms).  They showed up on time and the work was done beautifully!  When they left, you'd never know anyone had been at our home doing that kind of work ~ the place was immaculate.

We were so happy with what was done so we called Shai again to do more work, and that was done professionally, quickly and cleanly like the previous job.

They are coming out this week to do more work for us.

What more can I say?  I highly recommend them.

Shai came to my home and give me an estimate of work to be done at my home. Electrical panel box work, ground rods relocated, plugs and switches inspected and grounded,  wired smoke alarm system, checked for circuit overload and corrections on hazards. They also checked the bathroom fan and relocated a ceiling fan.  Many of the problems were created by an unqualified sub contractors that were hired by a local general contractor. If you need wiring done for an AC unit, they are great for the task.The staff at Shai's office is professional and excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company to you. They are the best and do quality work!

This review is long overdue. I used Shai last year to install the most beautiful landscape lighting plan at two investment homes I own in Studio City and Woodland Hills. He did a phenomenal job and the lighting Shai stragically installed was dramatic and gorgeous. This week Shai  completed a larger landscape lighting job for me at my personal home in Malibu. Once again he created a unique and beautiful lighting design everywhere. Thank you Shai for your creativity and professionalism. If I could give you more than 5 stars, I would.

Great service. Fast response. Shai was great. He fixed a number electrical problems I had with recessed lights and changed outlets to safer plugs. Did a bunch of work that he didn't even charge for. Would highly recommend.

I needed to install a power outlet so that I can install a dishwasher. I called Shai and he gave me a set price over the phone. I had called someone else who gave me a price range instead of a set price. He came over the next morning and had it taken care of within one hour. Why 5 stars? Fast scheduling, friendly service, easy to communicate with, pricing was within ballpark of my other price range quote, he swept and cleaned up afterwards, does good work.

Set up an appointment to trouble shoot our home security cameras. Only 1 of my 9 cameras were working. Shari arrived on time and diagnosed and repaired the problem within 15 minutes. It was a simple problem but I hadn't figured it out for months. On top of that he didn't even charge for the service.

On one of the hottest Encino days we called Shai of All Quality Electrical to come over to our house to troubleshoot an electrical issue that had made our AC inoperable in 112 degree weather.  He was courteous and well dressed, but most importantly came that same day.  After asking questions and inspection he was quickly able to determine there was a hidden switch that our roofer had inadvertently hit while in our attic.  We didn't even know the switch existed so we had no idea that it had been turned off.  Shai charged us nothing whatsoever for his half-hour of effort.  We would highly recommend his company for your Electrical projects.

Shai from All Quality came out to my place a few weeks back and was very helpful. I had a few minor issues and possible a few major ones but mostly everything was solved and was done so pretty quickly and for a fair price.  I also got a quote for some possible future work which seemed very reasonable.  Once I am ready for that project I will definitely use them again.

The reviews were not unfounded, the service and their communication were EXCELLENT! I received a very quick call after my first inquiry, and a very quick visit for an estimate.  The estimate was accurate and fair. We set an appointment for the installation. I received a reminder text the evening before, and the crew showed up exactly on time. They were polite, professional and pleasant. Benny explained the whole process, was patient while I prepped the house for the power to be cut, and did everything in a top-notch manner. They patched and painted the stucco where they had to make a small hole, and even washed out my paintbrush when they were done. Getting ready to put my house up for sale. Had several issues to take care of.
I had a great experience with Shai and his team last time about 1- 1/2 years ago . Didn't think it could be any better. It was! Had Carlos work on my home for 1-1/2 day. Great service! Shai responded immediately and even offered to give me a solution to my electrical problem before coming out, in an attempt to help save me some money. Unfortunately, my issue was more complicated and required an electrician to come out. I had to get the electrical work done within 2 days, but due to our schedule that we week, we were only available in the evening.  Shai himself was willing to come out later in the evening to help fix my electrical problem after short notice. He stuck to the estimated price range he gave me over the phone, which was lower than the other quotes I receive in the area. He worked quickly, he was nice, and professional.

I performed due diligence to the best of my ability using several sources and got three bids for the work to be done. All Quality Electrical was by far the best value. They were on time and stayed till all the work was performed. Their work crew were neat and professional.
I will be using them again for any of my future electrical work.

Shai outdid himself!  Stunning lighting at my daughters home. Shai and his guys are so creative and professional. A pleasure to work with too. Highly recommend this company for stunning lighting effects.

I moved to the area a few months ago and needed to find a new electrician. I was happy to find Shai and Gus team. They've fixed multiple issues in my house I purchased, cleaned up the prior owners questionable lighting remodels, and helped me mount my TV over my fireplace (even installed a plug right behind where we mounted the TV). Does very good work and follows up with you to make sure everything is functioning properly.

I am updating my 5 star review of All Quality Electrical and would give them 6 stars if I could. AQE came out to help service the timer for my exterior lights, which have been a nightmare due to the prior homeowner trying to take shortcuts. Shai and his team did a great job getting the timer replaced and the lights working again. Unfortunately, a few weeks later, the lights didn't turn on one night. I contacted Shai and he quickly sent out one of his guys to address the issue with the GFI that the timer was connected to. It was a simple fix, but it still took about 30 minutes to resolve. The AQE worker also took the time to explain the problem to me so I can address it in the future if need be. Much to my surprise, I was NOT charged for this visit. Most electricians would have charge for 1 hour of work - not Shai. AQE continues to be my go to for all issues electrical and I highly recommend them for their fair prices, efficient work and willingness to come back and resolve issues on their prior work, even when the issue was not their fault. Shai and his team are simply the best!

I had a great experience with Shai today. I called him at 8 and was at my house by 9 he fix the problem I had in 10 mins and charge me a reasonable price. I would use him again.

These guys went above and beyond to bring my house up to code. I'm really pleased with their work.  Super professional and thorough.  They completely rewired my kitchen making almost every outlet dedicated.  Now I can sleep at night knowing my house is electrically sound.  Me and my tenants got along famously with Shai.  Shai was so sweet, he broke bread with my military boys, tenants, sharing his fresh caught fish and warm bread..who does that?  A real mensch!

All Quality has been the best electrician company for us by far.  They are my 5th and final choice for electrical work on the house.  Some of the things they have done are:

1. Upgrade panel box.
2. Install Landscaping conduit for future lighting.
3. Install transfer switch for generator power.

They explain everything with patience so that we can understand all the lingo, etc.  
They are always prompt, professional and their work area is clean.
One thing we like best is that they have fixed some of the harzards left from other electrician's work.
They definitely live up to their name and will always be the first electrical company we call for future projects.

1) Communication - not only is Shai great at following up with you and working around your schedule, he does so via text, which I find to be super convenient and efficient.  How often do you have a contractor text you pics of the canned lighting while he's buying for you while at the store to get them?

2) He cares about your satisfaction - Shai asked us multiple times if we were happy with the design and implementation of the recessed lighting he did for us.  After the initial design was put in and we sat with it for a day, we decided we wanted one more light put in and he was able to come back two days later to get it done.  

3) Honest and fair - I always felt like Shai gave us options and didn't try to oversell us.  He gave us a fair quote and came in exactly on the mark.

Overall, we were really happy with our experience and will be using them again in the future without hesitation (we JUST started a home remodel).  

The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because there is a small amount of patching /cleanup we have to do around a couple of the recessed lights that were installed.  Its a minor thing since we're remodeling and will be fixing a few other patches in the ceiling not related to their work anyway, but it would have made the experience flawless for us.  

That said, don't hesitate to give these guys a call.  You won't need to call another electrician again.

Just called because my power was out in half of my kitchen.  Shai answered and walked me through my problem on the phone.  A+ customer service.  I will be using and recommending All Quality Electrical for all my electrical needs from now on.

Shai and his team were wonderful at fixing our electrical needs. We needed our power restored in a wall, a new outlet made for our microwave, & new fixture in the dining room. He even told us about hazards that we did not know about like needing protected sockets in our kitchen. They replaced them and the bathroom one. They were nice and on time and gave us reasonable prices and even when they ran into weird problems with our electricity they kept to their quote. Really good company full of knowledgeable people.

I thought Shai was great initially.   I had Shai install bathroom fans in my new house. I told him I just wanted a fan and a connected switch, something simple. He ended up talking me into these expensive high end fans.  He said they were quieter and more efficient. Partially, into the job he said that I needed to add extra circuits to handle these fans. I had inexpensive fans installed at my old house with no issues. I should've seen this as a red flag but, he seemed like a nice guy.

He also recommended to put a light inside the shower.  He said he was already here and it would be cheaper than to call him back if I changed my mind.  He cut into tile to install the light and dust and debris were every where.  The dust even got on to my brand new washer and dryer that I had spent $3000.00 on.  After wiping the washer and dryers down we noticed that they were full of scratches.  I showed Shai and he did not apologize. He said his guys didn't realize there would be so much debris.

Upon Shai's recommendation, I had him upgrade my electrical panel.  He actually did a good job and I had other electricians verify.  He charged me too much but, that is my fault I should have gotten 2nd and 3rd quotes at the time.  The issue I have with the panel upgrade is that he did not follow up with the permit.  It was months after the install and I asked him several times what was going on with getting the permit.  He said that he needed to follow up.  Then, later he said I needed to follow up with the permits.  I asked other electricians and they said this is their job.  This is what you pay them for and that I shouldn't have to call and follow up on the permits.  Anyhow, that is how I found out once the job is over and Shai has your money he doesn't care anymore.

Shai is expensive.  I have found great quality electricians that charge a lot less.
I have asked Shai for quotes on the same projects at different times and his prices fluctuate.  If, he was honest his price would be the same every time.

Shai is a great salesman and uses fear based tactics.  He'll make sure and find issues that need to be taken care of right away that are not even really issues.  He said that I needed Arc Fault circuits put in, attic fans, and hardwired smoke detectors. These are all luxuries and not necessities.  I already had brand new battery operated smoke and carbon dioxide detectors.

He is an electrician only but, he will say he can do anything.  He will say he can put in an A/C system, Security System, Sky Tunnel, etc...  Wherever he can make money he will try.

Every time, I would hire him to do a small job.  Shai would push to add something to it.

Shai did a horrible job installing a security camera system for my home. He could not get the DVR to have online access.  He said it was my router.  He said it was my laptop (which he installed a virus because he wanted free dvr access software).  He said it was Time Warner that had the port blocked.  It turned out that he did not know what he was doing.  I purchased a much cheaper DVR from Costco and was instantly able to watch my cameras online.  
The install of the cameras were horrible too.  He used poor quality Balun that some actually shorted over time. He ran several lines of low quality computer networking cable 5 ft into the attic from the DVR and then cut the line there.  Then, he butted the lines together with crimp connectors.  This is something an electrician would do because he is used to working with high voltage.  He should have ran the cables from the DVR directly to the cameras. These are low voltage devices and the adding of connectors and extra connections just adds loss of quality to the video feed.  This is just laziness and lack of knowledge of security system install.  I found Audio Video specialists that are far more knowledgeable and cheaper than Shai for security cameras and home entertainment systems.  
Shai put one camera for a 180 degree view of my backyard.  The problem with that is the camera does not support a 180 degree view.  
Shai also charged me $275 for a 19 monitor that sells for $99.  The problem with this is that 19 is way too small for an 16 channel system and the inflated charge for the monitor should give an indication of how over priced Shai is.

I have attached some pictures of the poor workmanship of Shai's work on my security camera system.  I paid a premium price for the installation, unfortunately I did not receive a premium installation.

Lessons Learned:
1) Always get several quotes per job.  Just because a person is cheaper for one job doesn't mean he will be cheaper for all jobs.
2) Always get a specialist for the job that you want.  Don't get an electrician for Security Cameras, A/C, Skylights or Home Entertainment.
3)Just because a person seems nice doesn't mean they are honest.
4) Ask the cost of equipment being installed. It might be cheaper to buy the equipment yourself than to have the installer provide the equipment and install.

I bought ceiling fan from amazon  to instal myself, when I opened the box  I noticed the hanging bracket is  bigger then electric box so I went to home depot to get advise or buy the bigger box they didn't have it .I decided to hire electrician  I found all quality electrical on the yelp has good review ,I called  them  and I spoke  to Shai he scheduled me  same day ,later on Benny  came on time very nice guy  and professional I explained  the problem to him  he looked  at it and got picture and he told me  has to buy the fan bracket  then he scheduled me for next day morning . next day shai came of course on was right on time  very nice guy professional and knowledgeable, he came with the new bracket  but it was the same size means smaller then the fan bracket and he told me this is standard  size in USA, shai came up with solution ,what he did he made new hole on the fan bracket that fits with electric box, during his work he noticed my living room light is flickering  and he came looked at chandelier and switches he told this switch is not for LED light to make long story short he installed my fan and he changed living room switch to LED without charging. I am very happy and satisfied with his work.  if you want quality  and safe work I will recommend this company  special thanks to Shai and Benny. Thank you so much

I called Shai and his team a few days ago and they were out at my house within a few hours. They spent hours with me, going over all the various aspects of my electrical situation in a new house.  Shai had not only practical help to offer, but also design suggestions.  His repair person was efficient and very friendly too.  After a few hours with me, I feel I have a much better sense of what I can do on various projects.  And when that time comes, I'll be sure to call Shai and All Quality Electrical back again.  They are fantastic.

Talk about service! I called in the afternoon late and told Shai about my outside sign problem and he stopped by within 30 minutes. He was back at 9 am and replaced all my burnt out bulbs and reset the timer. A pleasant experience all around: nice guy, fair price, fast service. I highly recommend.

This is a really good place and Shai is a really nice guy; also pretty smart.  Shai was able to fix our electrical problem quickly and told me, happily, that I could not have fixed the problem myself because it was too dangerous.  Calling Shai was a really good call and we intend to use his services again soon, I'm sure.

Came out on a Sunday morning to replace a dryer outlet that had burned.  Seemed honest, fair, and informative.

Shai is so professional and easy going.  He has an artist's eye and can take your landscaping, or whatever project you are working on, take it to another level, and make it look magical.  He shows up on time and his crew is respectful and professional.  My property looks stunning and has a warm and welcoming glow thanks to Shai and his All Quality Electrical team.  It's all quality.

Shai is easily the most professional and best communicater there is.  We had him install 4 LED 4 lights in our master, they look great and it was all done with no mess and no holes in our walls to fix.  He draped all our furniture so that nothing would have dust or any damage.  

We also wanted to install 2 power outlets for our TV so that we didnt have to have wires around our furniture and room.  I had 2 other guys come look at doing this and they both said they had to cut holes in the wall at every studd to get the wires over.  Shai was able to get it done by going through our attic and finding the area where the wall is and dropping it in.  No mess, no holes.

He is very good at his job but also is very professional, shows up when he said he would.  I would recomend him and his company to everyone.

All I can say is that All Quality Electrical is fantastic! My wife and I recently bought a big fixer upper and have had a string of disappointing contractors come through our doors. Shai and his lead electrician Benny who handled our electric panel replacement were exceptional. First of all, Shai's quote was well below other estimates I had received and also included additional work others hadn't even pointed out was required.

My wife had called for a free estimate and Shai was there the same day. He spent a lot of time diagnosing the issues with our system and the best, safest and least expensive way to replace it. He scheduled us for work two days later and showed up on time with Benny at 7:30 am ready to go. They spent the first day just prepping to make sure everything was in order and there would be no surprises. The next day they were on time again at 7:30 am and then put in a long work day to conclude the project. They even came back the next day just to walk through and match up all the new breakers with what they corresponded to in our entire house (we don't have a small house, almost 4,000 s.f., 2 stories and a lot of circuits). They labeled each circuit with a label maker so it was clearly indicated what each one corresponds to. Shai even noticed we had a safety issue with some old underground wiring and remedied it for no charge because he saw our 3 year old son and was concerned about his safety.

Shai and Benny treated our house like it was their's, they were not messy, cleaned up after themselves, were courteous and polite to my wife and I and didn't leave until the job was done right. Shai is the owner of the company and I could tell he was busy with other work as his phone rang often when he was hear, but he was still on the job almost the entire time to make sure everything was done correctly. I already have a quote from Shai for additional work (again, lower quote than I anticipated) and I will be using them again and again.

Bottom line: Best price and best service, do not waste your time searching for anyone else.

Amazing Service. My husband and I had a number of electrical repairs and troubleshooting that was needed on our new home.  We called All Quality Electrical and Benny got back to us right away and tried to squeeze us in despite having a full schedule.  Although he was on several other jobs all day long, he came over end of day.  He continued to stay to work through repairs and troubleshoot on a number of issues.  My husband and I truly appreciated Benny staying to make repairs, troubleshoot and providing us detail on the required fixes.  His knowledge on the issues, his ability to come after hours and stay late was amazing customer service.  I would highly recommend the service we received at All Quality Electrical.

I was so pleased with Shai's work today! He was quick, neat and made sure I was completely happy with the results. Very nice, and great work. Plus, I called Friday evening and he came out to do the work on Sunday! So accommodating. His customers are definitely his priority.

Whenever I hire someone, I always check the reviews to make sure that I am hiring the best person for the job.  However, I don't usually WRITE reviews (I always talk about doing it, but never had time).  I made time to write this review though, to make sure that others knew how professional, knowledgeable, and great Shai is, and how much I appreciate his hard work.

A couple of months ago, I bought a ceiling fan (with a light in the center) at Lowes, but my husband didn't know how to install it.  I checked Home Advisor to obtain bids for the job, and received three bids, all from licensed contractors/electricians.  I figured that if they were licensed, they were all the same.  However, I found out later that this wasn't the case.

From the bids received, I hired the lowest bid (a company with initials M Electric).  The owner of that company (the licensed guy) came to my house with one of his workers (I don't think the worker was licensed).  Turns out that the unlicensed worker did 95% of the work.  Regardless, I again figured that this was how it was done, and that the owner would supervise.  Even worst, M Electric ended up charging me more, saying it was a more difficult job than they thought (which ended up making him the most expensive of the 3 bids I received). Long story short, M Electric finished the job, and I paid the owner.

About a month later, in March, I decided that I wanted a dimmer for my newly installed ceiling fan (and light in the center), and so bought a modern one online.  I called M Electric again to install this dimmer switch, but he never called me back.  Finally, after 2 weeks, I called Shai (the next lowest bid, which ended up being the actual lowest after M Electric raised its price).  

When Shai came to my home, he told me that M Electric did a lousy job installing my ceiling fan and light switch.  He listed exactly what was wrong.  First, M Electric used the wrong electrical wires (Romex cables instead of MC Shield cables).  Second, M Electric didn't connect the grounding system (I'm not sure what this means).  Third, M Electric didn't use the proper electrical box to hold up the fan (it was not sturdy enough and was wobbly).  Fourth, M Electric used a broken cable connector.  Fifth, the cable wires (which were wrong to being with) were placed UNDER the studs (instead of over the studs), which meant that the wires were resting on the ceiling and were touching the ceiling.  This is a big liability because if I (or my husband) later wanted to hang something or drill into the wall, the nail could go into the electrical wire and electrocute me (or my husband)!!!  Ultimately, I double-checked everything online, and SHAI WAS CORRECT.  

At the end of the day, Shai corrected all of M Electric's shoddy work.  He was professional, very knowledgeable, and explained everything to me in detail.  Unlike M Electric (who had his unlicensed worker do all the work), Shai actually did all the work himself (truly QUALITY WORK).  He was absolutely great, and did everything he promised (and was really nice the whole time).  His estimate was clear and straightforward, and Shai didn't increase the price later.  He even discounted the price because he felt bad that I was paying twice to essentially have the same ceiling fan installed.  He was on time, and cleaned up afterwards, and explained everything along the way.   Again, I highly recommend Shai for all electrical needs.  I will never use anyone but Shai in the future.

We recently renovated our back yard and we needed landscape lighting and some electrical work. We are so glad that we found shai ! He really is great at his job and made sure it was all done to the highest standard. our home insurance company asked us to take care of some issues with the electrical main box.  he was very polite and was careful to use shoe coverings so as to not leave foot prints on our floors.  he felt that one of the requests from the insurance company was inaccurate and unreasonable so he wrote a letter of explanation to the insurance company which saved us a lot of money.

he's very responsive and kept checking back with us to make sure the insurance company accepted his letter.  :-)

I recently had an unexpected electrical issue that needed immediate attention.  I am so glad that my roofing contractor referred me to Shai Mesika at All Quality Electrical, Inc.   My roofing project was put on hold until the wiring could be re-routed in the ceiling.  Shai had a busy schedule, but was able to squeeze me in on short notice.  He was very thorough in explaining the problems, and what our options were.  After giving me a reasonable quote, he and his associate immediately got to work, and even stayed into the evening to make sure the job was done properly and the roofing repairs could begin the next morning.  Shai is very personable and knowledgeable.  I feel confident that his work is up to the highest safety standards and I will be sure to hire him again for future projects.

Shai provided excellent service from the beginning until the end.  He called me back quickly after I inquired about a quote.  Within two days, he came over so that we could go over what needed to be done.  He we very thorough and provided me with options without trying to upsell me on additional items.  I wanted 4 outdoor lights, 3 switches, and 5 outlets.  Him and his team took about a day and a half to finish all the work and the price was definitely fair and reasonable.  He made sure to explain everything he was doing I felt very confident that things were being done at a high quality.  They are knowledgeable, fast, clean, and friendly.  I really couldn't ask for better service and would highly recommend to anyone.

Shai is great.  He came out to take a look at some of my old landscape lighting that had stopped working.  Even though he had come to just assess the situation, he ended up fixing it on the spot.  One reasonable charge.  Not only that, but he also showed me how to do it myself in case the same problem came up again.  The guy is really honest, reasonable, and gets the job done.  He's based out of Woodland Hills but came all the way out to Culver City to help me out.  So, to all Culver City residents in need of some electrical work:  Try Shai.  You'll be happy you did.

I have been in my house for 3 years and first dealt with Mr. Electric when I needed some work done. After having to have the electrician come back three times to get the work up to code I decided to look for another electrician when I had to have work done to my electrical panel.

Shai and his team were incredibly nice and did quality work to get my panel to code so that I could have solar panels installed. I also mentioned some things that worried me about exposed junction boxes in the attic and they looked over everything, explained what was wrong or dangerous or ok and fixed everything that needed to be fixed.

They were on-time and had great contact before and after the job, checking in after the solar panels were finished being installed.

I was working with an extremely tight budget and not only were they very fair, I think I got a pretty good deal and will definitely call them in the future as I'm planning to upgrade my outdated panel.

I have been in my house since 1974 and the wiring was in need of an upgrade to say the least. Shai had done numerous small jobs for me with good results so when he gave me what I considered a very fair estimate on upgrading my circuit panel I agreed and he did an outstanding job. His work was done when he promised, the clean-up was done and I'm pleased with it all. I have no need to look for another electrician; as long as Shai is in town, he's it!

Shai did a fantastic job. He came to see if he could install my new tv and 3 hours later he left and it was installed. It was an awkward set up with a new tv and older equipment but instead of giving me the hard sell he informed me how it could work if I bought newer stuff and then made my old stuff work. He was polite and professional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Oh and his prices were excellent.

All Quality did a great job installing recessed lights, bathroom vent/light, ceiling fan and outdoor lighting.  The quote for the job was very reasonable and the guys showed up on time and always cleaned every area each day.  The job took a full day longer than expected but they were able to find solutions to a few more challenging areas.  Very satisfied with the work and crew.

We did a complete renovation of our kitchen and Shay made it about the smoothest part of the experience. He and his crew were always on time. They were on budget. They were clean, fast and efficient. We passed inspection no problem. This renovation was rather stressful due to other unforeseen problems. but even when we were stressed out, Shay was patient and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied and happy. I can't recommend All Quality highly enough. I would trust Shay with any future jobs for myself, my friends and my family. Shai's quote is probably not the lowest or highest you'd find, but I believe that a little extra expense to have quality work and great customer service is well worth it in the long run. You are the customer and Shai wants to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the work he and his crew do. He will go over everything with you and discuss your options to make sure you are getting exactly what you want. My wife and I had ceiling fans put into several rooms as well as some new light fixtures and re-working of existing wiring. Shai and his crew are friendly professional and timely. Because my wife and I are exceptionally picky (or in-decisive) when it came to some light fixtures, Shai was willing to come back in the following weeks to finish the job once we finally decided on some fixtures. I will definitely call All Quality in the future and pass on their number to friends and family.

What can i say about Shai and his men! They are true honest and caring people who want to do good work time and time again. 2 Months after having work done on my home, both cosmetic and electrical, he still came back after to fix the issue that was giving me trouble free of charge with a little extra too... I needed my 3 smoke alarms replaced on the weekend, so called Shai to make an appointment.  He answered the phone and set up the next day appointment for me.  I'm very happy that I found him.  He had his job done quickly.  At the same time, he was giving me some useful information about the smoke detectors.  He also checked on the fireplace turn on switch and quickly found the solution to the wiring.  For all the work he's done, he charged me a very affordable price.  On top of his good work, he is very informative and knowledgeable.  I think he is the electrician I can trust.  Most of all, he is very pleasant and friendly.  I will definitely call him again for any electronic issues in the future and want to recommend him to my friends and neighbors.
