Best Roofing Contractors in Arizona

They came out after we had heavy rains to look at and advise on a leak in our roof, and they advised they needed to come back out with a drone to get a better look at the roof. They never called us back or followed up. Definitely not a reliable company.

This is way overdue. I had TSM out in July to do a full roof replacement. They fit me into the schedule in about 5 days. Not kidding. Within 1 week, I had a brand new roof...in the middle of monsoon season. Absolutely stellar job. When I reported a skylight leak, Carolyn sent someone out within a few days to fix the area on a Saturday and he reviewed the rest of the roof as a precaution. Super responsive, pleasant, and just all around good people. Thanks to Carolyn, Tyler, Courtney, and the guy I like to call flat roof guy (never got his name, but he was great too).

If you need a new roof, I recommend ALL ABOUT ROOFING because like the name say's this is what they do and they do it well without any fooling around and with honest, competent salespeople who mean what they say and follow throughout the process.
I couldn't be any more pleased with the new roof they did in one day as promised, with top brand materials and expert workmanship.

I collected bids from several painters, Charles the owner personally came out to provide a bid and educate me on the process from start to finish.  I can tell you there is not 1 thing I can complain about.  Fantastic customer service, crew was on time every day by 8am and cleaned up after themselves, quality Sherwin Williams paint used, no payment collected until final walk through with the owner Charles.  I would reccomend Arizona family Painting to anyone and everyone.  Thank you Charles for a job well done, you have earned a loyal customer and I will refer anyone to you with confidence .

We needed our patio roof repaired. The folks at Spearhead showed up when they said they would, did exactly what they promised to do and for the amount they quoted. They were wonderful.

I have no reservations about recommending Spearhead to anyone.

We had Roofing Specialists do a couple of roofing repair projects for us. Kim, and his dedicated team, were professional and did a great job.  I would highly recommend Roofing Specialists.

The Roof Medics did a great job on my roof.  The man that came out was professional and did a thorough job.  My roof was in great shape when he finished up his work.

I found Icon Roofing through a recommendation on the Arcadia Living Group on Facebook. During a monsoon a tile blew off my roof, I wanted someone to check for damage and replace any broken tiles. Icon roofing was very easy to contact, came out to inspect the roof, and booked the repair within a week. Zac sent an email with the quote that included pictures of damage. Everyone was very professional. I'd definitely recommend Icon Roofing!

We called Steve for help with a roofing issue we are having. He didn't put our roof on our house but we wish we had used his company. He was very knowledgeable, professional, fair, and, ethical. We will definitely be using his company for any and all our roofing issues in the future.

Jose was very professional since the first time I spoke with him. Very good at communicating and always available. He lived up to his price and work. He quoted us the best price for the quality materials he used. He's even offering us a 10 year warranty on his work. He came in put a roof on two homes and was out of there before we knew it. We had a significant interior leak as a result of a heavy rain, and were referred to BCS by our original builder. Dean personally responded quickly to our request and promptly set up an appointment. He checked our roof and discovered large holes in the surrounding stucco resulting from extremely poor work done recently by another contractor, as well as several repairs needed on our existing roof from 10+ years of wear. He quickly provided us an estimate of all required repairs, set up a convenient time for the necessary work to be done, made the required repairs on time/budget and returned to perform a water test to ensure the leak was indeed fixed correctly. Furthermore, Dean came during the weekend in-between providing his estimate and making the repairs to plug the stucco holes so that the possible rainfall that weekend wouldn't cause further damage. We couldn't have been more pleased with Dean's work quality and timeliness, and would certainly recommend him to others.

Wanted to say Thank You, to JTD Roofing. Reached out to JTD after noticing some drips on our ceiling from the last heavy rain. Everything from the scheduling to completion was pleasant. Everyone showed up earlier and everything was anticipated to take one day. JTD came close except for a minor hiccup which they overcame. Juan explained the process as they were removing and installing replacement materials. I researched the Boral Seal they utilized and was pleased. Once completed any questions we had Juan answered. The tiles and everything looks cleaner than before, even room to brush debris and keep the drains from clogging. Everything was cleaned up before they left for the day and once the job was completed. Thank you for a great job!

Allstate Roofing is a first class company with integrity!  After a recent hail storm we contacted a few roofing companies and quickly found out there is a huge difference!  Allstate, from the first contact by Chad, owner of the company to the friendly and helpful office staff and then to the removal and installation crews and then Nelson who supervised the job each day were all efficient, experienced and very customer oriented and dedicated to doing the best job possible.

We are very satisfied with Allstate Roofing and highly recommend them.

I was shopping to add more solar panels to my system; and indicating that on Yelp, several companies contacted me one way or another.  One company offered me a fantastic deal!

Josh of Truvo was one of the companies that contacted me, and he was eager to get a deal together.  He called me on the day of our appointment to say that adding more panels on my roof would not be economical for me for a number of reasons which he explained very well.

I know that Josh wanted to sign me up, but he could not move forward in good conscience.  Though Josh won't be installing panels for me (and nobody else will either), I admire his concern for my best interests.  This is exactly the kind of person/company you want to do business with.  I am confident that Josh will be straight with you as he was with me.  A very trustworthy person!

How can I make your day? was the first words I heard from Wanda the office manager.  I felt this was a refreshing start to my initial contact with Riteway Roofing Comapny.

Lori (co-owner) runs a first-class operation.  It was nice to see the attention to detail to assure the project performed met or exceeded code requirements.  For instance, I was informed the original fascia board material needed replacement.  I wanted to have the board patched, rather than incur additional costs.  John, the project manager convinced  me to replace the entire fascia board because he could not in good conscience allow shoddy workmanship.  He was right in what he had suggested.  The project looked great.

I extend kudos to Sergio and crew for work on the tile underlayment.  I want to recognize Vicente and crew for the excellent foam roofing job.  Finally, I want to recognize Jeff who stayed on top of things and performed the final walk-through inspection.  

For those considering a roofing contractor, Riteway Roofing Company is the way to go.  They will do their best to make sure that you are a satisfied, happy customer.

Contacted this company by e-mail.  No response.  Called and arranged a roofing inspection with Kyle.  Inspection never happened.  Called to complain and spoke to Rick.  Rick was not interested in resolving the matter, simply passed the phone to Kyle who made some excuse then hung up the phone..

In terms of customer service?  There clearly is none.  

Be wary of a company that fails to respond to e-mail, schedules appointments but fails to follow through and is totally unresponsive to the resulting customer complaints.

We have three flat roof sections and a walk deck that we have had coated every 5 years. After 19 years we wanted to do more than the coating paint and started researching roofers and foam products. We saw a couple of Ultra Foam company trucks in and around our area shortly before we started getting quotes. Ultra Foam Roofing had great reviews, but our final decision was when another roofer was out and said foaming was a good idea for the three flat roofs and then he recommended Ultra Foam Roofing who he had used himself. We got a quote and scheduled the work. Our tech was on time, explained what he was going to do, did the work and it looks great. Highly recommend this company.

This family company was truly a pleasure to work with. Needed roof repairs completed on house I am selling while living in another state. Joe took pictures of the before and after, daily communication and fair price for work completed. I never had to ask for anything which is rare for me when dealing with companies. Joe emailed, texted and updated me every step of the way. They we prompt, pleasant and attentive to my needs. I would say that not only did they exceeded my expectations, but in my opinion, created a new category for how you run a company and treat a client. You will not be disappointed.
