Best Roofing Contractors in Arizona

One of the recent storms to blow through the valley did some damage to our roof. My husband made calls to several roofing companies, and Jose was the first to call back. He was able to come out the next day, assessed the situation, and quickly provided a reasonable estimate for the work. My husband was going to be away from the house, but scheduled the work for the next Monday at 7 am. Jose showed up when he said he would, fixed the roof, and sent along pictures to my husband showing the fixes. We'll definitely use A-1 in the future if we have any roofing needs - they were responsive, reliable, and did a quality job - with good communication and follow up throughout!

After the Oct 2022 hail-storm here in Scottsdale, our roof really took a beating. My husband contacted three different roofing contractors as per insurance instruction, but didn't have that 100% level of confidence that he likes to have. He was noticing one sign in most all of our neighbor's yards for TSM Roofing. By chance, he was outside and noticed a guy on our neighbor's roof; his name was Tyler and he was one of the owners of TSM Roofing. My husband asked him if he could do ours afterwards and we made an appointment for the following Monday.
He was on the roofing marking the storm damage, taking photos and writing the estimate for some time. When he came down he said that if we wanted to hire him, send him the insurance point of contact and he could take it from there. When he sent us the estimate later that night, his attention to detail was tremendous and his estimate was competitive. Due to his professionalism and his customer service skills, we hired him on the spot.
He started working with my insurance and a couple of weeks later we had a beautiful new roof and their cleanup was sensational. He was on site and his crew completed the roof in one day. When it came time to pay, he had exact figures from the insurance company and made sure that I did not pay a dime more than my deductible. Tyler was honest, had the highest level of integrity, and took great care of this military family. His office staff and his crew members were friendly and the crew did wonderful work. I got all new underlayment and had a couple hundred titles replaced .. all done in 2 days with all new valleys vents and flashing,, looks great and all cleaned up .. super efficient and caring workers,  I would highly recommend them

I collected bids from several painters, Charles the owner personally came out to provide a bid and educate me on the process from start to finish.  I can tell you there is not 1 thing I can complain about.  Fantastic customer service, crew was on time every day by 8am and cleaned up after themselves, quality Sherwin Williams paint used, no payment collected until final walk through with the owner Charles.  I would reccomend Arizona family Painting to anyone and everyone.  Thank you Charles for a job well done, you have earned a loyal customer and I will refer anyone to you with confidence .

We needed our patio roof repaired. The folks at Spearhead showed up when they said they would, did exactly what they promised to do and for the amount they quoted. They were wonderful.

I have no reservations about recommending Spearhead to anyone.

The Roof Medics performed an entire replacement of the underlayment of our tile roof and also replaced the flat roof of our covered back porch.  They were very responsive from the initial call for a quote through the end of the job.  The crew worked very quickly and efficiently and cleaned up well each day.  During the process, I called the office with questions and answers were provided quickly.  The owner even reached out personally to us to communicate next steps, when needed. The customer service we received from this company is second to none.  I whole-heartedly recommend The Roof Medics for any roofing needs.

We were in need of having cracks on our walk deck treated to prevent further water damage . After having several estimates by unsure contractors Zac came out and confidently knew what needed to be done.

We had a small leak this summer and realized the dreaded roof replacement was needed. Steve was very responsive even as he and his team were incredibly busy during monsoon season. We asked to delay the roof to allow us to get finances ready and he was very understanding.  He followed up with me a month later as discussed and quickly got us scheduled. His team has been great and they clean up very well every night.  He also sends daily picture updates in the evening which has been great to keep updated on the progress.  Give Steve a call and you won't be disappointed!

He quoted us the best price for the quality materials he used. He's even offering us a 10 year warranty on his work. He came in put a roof on two homes and was out of there before we knew it. I had my patio extended recently by Dean and his crew and that was one of the best experience I've had dealing with contractors! Dean is on top of all scheduling and the communications for the project. I didn't have to check on him like I had to with the other contractors. He constantly updated me with the progress of the project and also responded to my emails and texts right away. Dean is very straightforward with the scope of work and the pricing. He explained to me in details about how he'll get the job done, and he delivered!

Hired JTD to fix a single barrel tile that flew off during a monsoon. JTD was the only contractor willing to give an estimate via pictures I supplied.

His price was WELL below everyone else who quoted their minimum charge (often $500- 600 dollars for a 20 minute job).

We had an issue with our roof and called Allstate.  Chad came out and did a complimentary repair for us..something in my experience that is unheard of!  Polite, courteous and helpful.  I will recommend to anyone looking for an honest company!  Thank you Allstate Roofing.

Wow!! Thank you for installing my new roof!! The roofers were extremely respectful, communicative, and reliable. They stuck to the timeline we agreed upon and pricing was comparable to other companies. The difference with this company, that I haven't seen before, is there ability to communicate. With each step/day they asked if I had any concerns or questions and updated me on what was being done next. For me, I like to know what's going on and what time someone is going to show up... the worse part about other companies I've used is the lack of reliability and communication. Other companies just come and go as they please... playing loud inappropriate music, and not cleaning up after themselves. Truvo (Brad) was a breath of fresh air!! Thank you for taking such a big stress item off my mind!

I highly recommend these guys if you need any work done or unsure. I have a foam roof and had to get my a/c replace about a month ago and those installers had to cut some of the foam. I contacted right way roofing to come check it out. Gary came by and we went on the roof together to have a look. He was honest and told me that section is good and told me how to repair minor holes and what I need / how to recoat the sun protection layer. So I didnt end up needing them to work on anything but having them give an honest opinion and not just try to take your money was awesome. Great level of service.

Have used them now on three roofs and would never go elsewhere.  Their crews are skilled and reliable and the owner is readily accessible for questions.

Ultra Foam LLc did my 14x20 & 8x7 patio roofs on time and for less than the other two companies that I received quotes from. But the reason I gave them the job wasn't price alone. They offered 2 foam, where the others were offering 1 and they offered 2 coats of sealer, where the others only quoted 1 coat.

So all the way around I feel I got a good deal and a quality install from this company.

We had a similar experience that Randy noted below.  Garrett was going to come and give us a quote, but never showed and didn't call to cancel.  When I reached him, he noted car issues (which I totally understand), but then said he had forgotten to call and cancel with us.  My mother had stayed home and waited all day for him to show up.  A courtesy call would have made a world of difference.  After reading Randy's experience in this area also, we will be obtaining quotes elsewhere.  Unfortunate, as Garrett seemed really nice over the phone.  Too bad too many forgots are happening. :(
