Excellent service all round from Jose and team! Came through when we needed last minute job that was identified on inspection report for the sale of our home. Jose holds the utmost professionalism, has amazing communication and responsiveness, and does quality work - but is most of all HONEST. We received lower quotes from other companies, but A1 was by far the most professional company we interacted with. Jose was great at explaining why simply putting a bandaid on a larger repair is not the right thing to do. I would recommend Jose and A1 above all roofing companies I have researched in the valley.

Awesome family owned and operated roofing company. I called TSM Roofing because I needed to get an inspection done on my roof for my home owners insurance. I spoke with Carolyn , who was a delight to talk to, and explained to her what I need and she was able to get Wendell out to my residence the next day to do the inspection.

Wendell gave me a call before heading out to my residence and explained to me what he was going to inspect and how long the inspection was going to take. My insurance company needed a minimum of 6 photos of the roof from different angles and some details of the roof with the estimated age of the roof, which I asked Wendell about and he said that would be no problem. After the inspection was done, Wendell gave me another call and went over all of the details from the inspection and sent me an email with the pictures and documentation that I needed.

At the beginning of working with Justin at All About Roofing I would've rated these guys a 5 star (hence why we hired them); now, not so much. We had storm damage at the end of July 2021 that left us with two different leaks on opposite sides of the roof. After getting quotes from 3 different companies, we chose All About Roofing because Justin seemed the most trustworthy and we felt we would be getting good quality materials for our money.
Getting the roof refelted went smoothly. The crew was fast and cleaned up the back, front, and side yards impeccably. Up to this point, we received paperwork when we were told we would and they did our roof a month sooner than they originally said they'd be able to.
Since then, I haven't been able to get them to work with me regarding our previous roof's warranty and documentation I need to be able to file a claim against it. I also have had trouble getting them to call me back, answer my emails, or respond in any way. It was brought to our attention a month ago that the tiles that don't match AT ALL were all installed in a rectangle on one side of the roof instead of being peppered in like we were told they would be. I called once I found out about it and was reassured by Maya that the crew was supposed to pepper the new ones in and she would talk to her manager about when they could have a crew out to fix it. 2 weeks went by and I heard nothing, so I tried calling. I called 3 times during business hours and only got voicemail. I tried again their next business day and still got voicemail so I left a message. Several days went by and I still didn't get a call back, so I wrote an email. Still nothing. I called again today and was told this time that it's been too long and we were told the tiles wouldn't match. I reminded her of our previous conversation, how long I've waited to hear back, and that both she and Justin told me the crew was supposed to pepper in the new tiles so it wouldn't look like crap. She said she'd have the general manager call me by the end of the day. I still haven't gotten that call. I'm highly disappointed in their customer service and worried my HOA will fine me if they notice the tiles don't match. I'm also concerned that if I ever go to sell the house the new owners will think there's been a leak I'm not disclosing. I do not recommend this company.

We recently moved into a new 2500 square foot home and after living here for a bit we started to notice that the exterior of the house was definitely in need of a refresh. We discovered through talking with neighbors that our house hadn't been painted in at least 15 years. On top of that, our home was the model home in our development, and had a very different paint color to every other house on the street. Charles was really accommodating as we had to schedule fairly far in advance as we were waiting on a new garage door to be installed before painting the house. Charles took it all in stride and had no issues with some of the requirements of our HOA. When it came to the painting, the team was prompt, precise and respectful of our home. They did a fantastic job and the house turned out great. We would definitely recommend Arizona Family Painting!

We needed our patio roof repaired. The folks at Spearhead showed up when they said they would, did exactly what they promised to do and for the amount they quoted. They were wonderful.

I have no reservations about recommending Spearhead to anyone.

Getting great service can be a challenge these days.  We had a roof tile come loose over the winter and expose our roof deck to the elements. We needed a simple repair.  Roof Specialists responded to our call and did a complete inspection. They found several other tiles about ready to come loose and several broken tiles.  The next day they had one of their guys on the roof doing all the repairs.  Highly responsive!

Originally I was going to get a quote from 2 roofers, one of which I used before and one recommended to me by a neighbor, after having rain damage several months ago. But the contractor who was going to do the inside repair suggested I contact Roof Medics so I got a quote from them, too.  Their quote was very competitive and being the analytical guy that I am, I created a table to compare the quotes, showing additional factors besides price like Yelp rating, years in the business, BBB complaints, materials and warranty. The Roof Medics stood out as the clear winner in my evaluation.

The Roof Medics team was outstanding; I especially appreciated the thorough cleanup they did each day to remove debris and nails.  Daryl was friendly and professional, and always answered my questions. They were there when they said they'd be and finished on time.  I'd highly recommend them.

We called Steve for help with a roofing issue we are having. He didn't put our roof on our house but we wish we had used his company. He was very knowledgeable, professional, fair, and, ethical. We will definitely be using his company for any and all our roofing issues in the future.

Jose and his crew have serviced my roof 2 times now and always do a great job at a more than reasonable price.  While several other companies wanted me to pay upfront just to come and do an inspection of the damages, Jalisco showed up the next day to assess the damages, gave me a very reasonable quote and had the leak fixed the same day....I didn't even have to be home as they sent me all of the before and after pics.

We had a significant interior leak as a result of a heavy rain, and were referred to BCS by our original builder. Dean personally responded quickly to our request and promptly set up an appointment. He checked our roof and discovered large holes in the surrounding stucco resulting from extremely poor work done recently by another contractor, as well as several repairs needed on our existing roof from 10+ years of wear. He quickly provided us an estimate of all required repairs, set up a convenient time for the necessary work to be done, made the required repairs on time/budget and returned to perform a water test to ensure the leak was indeed fixed correctly. Furthermore, Dean came during the weekend in-between providing his estimate and making the repairs to plug the stucco holes so that the possible rainfall that weekend wouldn't cause further damage. We couldn't have been more pleased with Dean's work quality and timeliness, and would certainly recommend him to others.

Hired JTD to fix a single barrel tile that flew off during a monsoon. JTD was the only contractor willing to give an estimate via pictures I supplied.

His price was WELL below everyone else who quoted their minimum charge (often $500- 600 dollars for a 20 minute job).

My house had the original 60 year old tile roof so I couldn't complain much when it needed replacement. I had Allstate and two other well-regarded roofing companies come out for an estimate. Chad from Allstate was the one that seemed to be the most knowledgeable straight-talker. They really lived up to all these outstanding ratings. Every step along the way was pleasant and professional, from Veronica in the office to Nelson as the on-the-job supervisor. I hated to give up the tile, but these shingles are really beautiful. Come the monsoon season, I will be really glad I made this purchase.

Wow!! Thank you for installing my new roof!! The roofers were extremely respectful, communicative, and reliable. They stuck to the timeline we agreed upon and pricing was comparable to other companies. The difference with this company, that I haven't seen before, is there ability to communicate. With each step/day they asked if I had any concerns or questions and updated me on what was being done next. For me, I like to know what's going on and what time someone is going to show up... the worse part about other companies I've used is the lack of reliability and communication. Other companies just come and go as they please... playing loud inappropriate music, and not cleaning up after themselves. Truvo (Brad) was a breath of fresh air!! After waking up on Christmas Eve to two leaks in our 22 year old home, we decided it was time to get estimates on replacing the underlayment on the tile roof.   After a thorough investigation of the on line reviews and the ROC web site, we decided on 4 roofing contractors to obtain estimates.   Right Way Roofing was the first to come out and provide us with an estimate.   John was our estimator and he sold us right away on this contractor.    John was a roofer so he was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining his estimate.  The next 3 estimators from the other 3 roofing contractors were clearly salesmen and couldn't answer most of the questions we had.  After we decided to use Right Way, Heather was on the phone scheduling materials and then Mark followed with a call to confirm the start date.  The crew that did our roof was professional, courteous and did a great job.   Jeff was the project supervisor who came every day to ensure that the job was getting completed to our liking and to answer any questions we had.   The crew cleaned up every day covering the ground with tarps and ensured that there were no nails left on the ground after each day's work.  Jeff came back and spent 2 hours on a Saturday walking/inspecting the roof's completion and walking the property with a magnet to again ensure that no nails were left behind.   This Company is run like a well oiled machine and the customer service is like no other.  I highly recommend Right Way Roofing for all of your roofing needs and commend them on doing such a great job from start to finish which is a rarity in this day and age.  Thanks Right Way!

Rick and his team do an awesome job each and every time. His team has taken care of my roofs for three different homes and I never worry after that are done. I feel that their prices are fair and their work is outstanding.

We have three flat roof sections and a walk deck that we have had coated every 5 years. After 19 years we wanted to do more than the coating paint and started researching roofers and foam products. We saw a couple of Ultra Foam company trucks in and around our area shortly before we started getting quotes. Ultra Foam Roofing had great reviews, but our final decision was when another roofer was out and said foaming was a good idea for the three flat roofs and then he recommended Ultra Foam Roofing who he had used himself. We got a quote and scheduled the work. Our tech was on time, explained what he was going to do, did the work and it looks great. Highly recommend this company.

My parents used them to fix their leaking roof recently. The roofers were very professional and knowledgeable, price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their roof fixed.

Circle G replaced our foam roof years ago and at the time showed up promptly within 24 hours and did a great job. No leaks now, however there was a leak in the metal part of our roof (which was replaced 15 years ago by another company, before we owned the house). We called Circle G again as we'd had such a good experience, and they called back during a terrible stormy week, arranged an appointment, showed up on time and fixed the roof the same day. They are courteous, professional and reasonably priced. We highly recommend.
