Dan did a repair on our roof,  he did an excellent job.  He was professional and friendly and his price was fair.  I would not hesitate to hire Pride Roofing for any roofing needs!

They were very cordial, great communication and arrived on time.   The work performed was great, very professional and they took photos of the work performed.  Excellent job, very glad I found them.

I was selling my home and my Realtor suggested a roof pre-inspection to ensure the house was in tip-top shape. We don't like surprise repairs!  My roof was 25 years old and although we had never had any roof leaks(knock on wood), I knew I had a few broken tiles based some tile pieces I found.  I asked around for recommended roofing companies and I was shocked at so many poor experiences and high-pressure sales my neighbors shared.

Then I asked a neighbor that I really trust and he recommended In-Ex Designs for their years of experience, professionalism, customer service and craftsmanship.  The In-Ex Design team came out the next day to look at my roof and I am SO GLAD THEY DID!  

After a thorough inspection with detailed photos, the In-Ex Design foreman located two roosting birds in the corner soffits and the wood was completely rotted in the overhang!  This would have never passed inspection! They also found a dozen loose, cracked and missing tiles, as well as, most of the mortar packs(mud balls)were damaged or missing as they were not properly installed by the builder.  That evening we received a detailed quote with photos of all the repairs and a suggested date for when they could start.  I reviewed the quote with my Realtor and he too was surprised at the reasonable cost and how quickly In-Ex Designs could get the job done.  Within a few days they made all the repairs and matched the roof tile and mortar packs color perfectly!  My wife really appreciated the extra care taken to keep the job site clean of debris and no nails lying around.  The next week we got an offer on the house and the property inspection report came back with NO ROOF REPAIRS!  We were shocked! We are SO GLAD we used In-Ex Designs. They fixed everything and made it a stress-free process. I've recommended In-Ex Designs to all my neighbors and co-worker that have aging roofs or looking to replace their roof.   We even bought our trusted neighbor a bottle of wine for a great referral.  In-Ex Designs did an awesome job!

I had a few companies that contacted to get my roof replaced, this was the only company to get up on the roof and inspect it to know exactly what needed to be done. They took the time to sit with me and go over the materials and make recommendations. My insurance didn't want to cover some of the damage and Jorge and his team went out of their way to make sure the insurance company knew exactly what the damage was so my entire roof could be replaced. I'm very pleased with the result I would definitely recommend!!

Very patient with my timeline. New homeowner with sellers paying for roof and the closing kept getting pushed back. Stayed in the budget, fast, and many compliments from the neighbors as to how well they cleaned up after and how great the roof looked. Came back later with the warranty. I have an uncle who has owned a roofing company for over 50 years in my home state.  I know quality work.  I did not know of a good roofing company here in Arizona.  I was relying on reading reviews and requesting quotes on Yelp.  A Foremost Roofing was very responsive to my quote and my questions, drove past my home to take a look and provided me with a reasonable quote to repair the tiles that had flown off during a monsoon.  They scheduled the repair the same week; the roofer was prompt and quick and completed the repair before I left for work. The pricing is reasonable, their work impeccable; they did an excellent job; cleaning up afterwards and leaving the roof clean. I would highly recommend them!

Woo hoo, I bought my house a new roof! After dithering for far too long, I got a great recommendation from a friend and called Mike Domstead, 602-432-8733, at 1st Class Foam Roofing, 1stclassfoam.com . I can't think when I've had a better commercial experience. Mike was prompt and always available, gave me a detailed proposal and contract with what I considered a fair price, oversaw the efficient tear out of the old roof and  build up of the new one, and made so sure the cleanup was perfect that I canceled my yard service for the month. He provided copious before and after photos that made me very happy and he included a lot of not-so-minor things like building up an area where he could see there'd been water backup, coating my bare-metal a/c duct, painting the HVAC surround, and making sure the skylights were tight. If it ever rains again, I'm good!

P.S. Yes, that's an old TV antenna photobombing the pics, and yes, I still use it. Mike made sure it survived the roofwork.

Gardiel and his crew are fantastic!  I needed a bid for grass and pavers and he was able to come that afternoon and his prices were unbeatable.  Better yet, his work was amazing!  I highly recommend!

First, let me say I am unsure if the repair is leak proof or not - we have not had rain since the work has been done.

I can say that the appearance is not up to the quality I expected. The side (edge, quarter curved tiles) do not sit flat and have a wavy appearance.

The main frustration has been scheduling. The estimator (Dale) was early for his first visit. I had rushed home to be there ten minutes early. He was already there and had already been on our roof.

Then, Dale was early AGAIN when  he came to get the contract signed the contract and make a down payment.

I understand early is better than late, but trying to for things into your schedule can be a challenge and the fact they did not keep times well should have been a red flag. At a minimum, I would have expected a call, but received none either time.

When the work was done, we set up appt. for walk through. I was very specific that I had to be out of my house by a certain time, and received and appt. to suit that. Since the work requires some fixes, I spoke directly to the person scheduled to come by (NOT the same guy who sold it, which should have been another red flag - feels like working with car dealership where they pass you off from person to person). When  I spoke with that person (Bill) directly, I specifically mentioned my concerns and he said to wait until he came by and we could talk about it. I confirmed I'd see him on the day and times I had been told and thought that was that....

Of course, it wasn't.

Bill never showed up. I waited until twenty minutes past the scheduled window, at which point I had to leave... I called Bill and received attitude that he had a larger window than I was told - this despite the conversation I had with him directly earlier in the week.

No apology, just that I must be confused. I tried explaining to him the previous issues with Dale that added to my frustration - he ended up hanging up on me...

I then called the office and, for what it's worth, got a very half hearted apology at the end of the conversation after mentioning that THREE different times appointment times have bee been missed....

Time will tell how everything plays out, but even if everything is perfect from here on out, be aware that this company has scheduling and apparent work quality issues (which should be fixed after the walk through - but that is the appointment they totally missed...)

On a side note, this company was recommended to me by someone I trust. It almost seems as though they have outgrown their abilities....

UPDATE:  I was hoping I could update this review and improve the rating. Sadly, they have proven my initial assessment correct.

Bill did make the second appointment and did agree to fix the issues brought up. However, the appointment to fix it was missed...TWICE...  The second miss Bill DID call to let me know - but the call was an hour into the scheduled window.

If you can handle a company that does not keep appointments and time well , this may be a great company for you. But I view it as appointments as a commitment. And a company that will not keep such simple commitments is a concern.

UPDATE: After some rains, their work does seem to have fixed the leak, so I upped this to a three star company....

Monsoon Roofing was a referral from one of our neighbors who recently had their roof redone. Melvin and his crew exceeded our expectations with communication and hard work. I made several comments to my husband how it was 2-3 pm in the blazing hot summer with 110 plus degrees and we still heard them hammering away.  The foreman and/or Melvin connected with us daily to give an update on the job. The crew arrived on time and cleaned up the jobsite everyday; even walked our property to make sure nails were picked up for our dogs so they wouldn't get hurt. Would strongly recommend Monsoon Roofing for your roofing needs.

I first used New Life Roofing a couple of years ago when I had a leak.  Of the four companies who came to look at it, New Life was the only one honest enough to say that it could be repaired.  Every other company tried to tell me I needed a new roof.  When I ha storm damage this week, I called on Tuesday morning.  Richard returned my call promptly.  He was at my house first thing Wednesday morning and had a crew out early Thursday morning to do the repairs necessary to make sure the roof would hold if there was another storm.  His crew was polite and accommodating.  I would not call anyone else for roofing repairs.

I was so happy to see Adjust Pro Solutions knock on my door they are Angel's in disguise I needed a roof real bad and they saved me the hassle with Insurance they handled everything I just had to pay my deductible,  hands down the best roofing company in AZ.
