Dan did a repair on our roof,  he did an excellent job.  He was professional and friendly and his price was fair.  I would not hesitate to hire Pride Roofing for any roofing needs!

They were very cordial, great communication and arrived on time.   The work performed was great, very professional and they took photos of the work performed.  Excellent job, very glad I found them.

I had a very bad experience with Daryl Cook and In-Ex Designs.
First of all they did not meet the dates promised in the proposal contract. Then they tried to tell me that I needed extra work done to up sell me, that I did not need, using scare tactics because I live out of town.
Then they refused to send my warranty until I paid.
After I paid, they did not give the warranty that they promised in the proposal contract. I now have to take them to court with the document that shows what they promised and are refusing to give.
They won't even return my calls, terrible experience all around!!!

I had a few companies that contacted to get my roof replaced, this was the only company to get up on the roof and inspect it to know exactly what needed to be done. They took the time to sit with me and go over the materials and make recommendations. My insurance didn't want to cover some of the damage and Jorge and his team went out of their way to make sure the insurance company knew exactly what the damage was so my entire roof could be replaced. I'm very pleased with the result I would definitely recommend!!

Very patient with my timeline. New homeowner with sellers paying for roof and the closing kept getting pushed back. Stayed in the budget, fast, and many compliments from the neighbors as to how well they cleaned up after and how great the roof looked. Came back later with the warranty. I signed a two page contract in March and was initially told my roof would be done in late April. On May 21st, I finally heard back and was told someone would be at my home in two days--I asked for a week delay because of household company and they agreed. I actually wasn't sure they were still going to perform the service. This is a busy company that rushed the contract signing (and we found an error they had to fix) but then took a long time to get back to us and schedule the work. The men showed up this week to work and were both friendly and polite.  They worked hard. I thought they went out of their way to be extra polite in fact. The owner had assessed the condition of my roof prior to signing the contract and giving us the final quote. However, after power washing my roof (BTW: which basically completely dirties your backyard and pool) and coming back to begin applying the foam, I was told that two spots on the roof had further water damage and some mold that they would have to remove for an additional charge, but at the end of the day they agreed to fix it without charging me. Let's say I wasn't happy and they agreed with me. While the employees were always polite, the less than five stars represents the need for better communications, contract oversight,  and the timely scheduling of their work. I do not have any reason to believe their work was inferior, however. And, again, the employees were pleasant to deal with at my home and came back to check and make sure I was happy.

Enrique came and gave an estimate to clean up my heavily overgrown backyard and remove a couple dead trees. He and his crew returned a couple days later and did a great job clearing out weeds from the dirt and rock-covered areas of the yard, and removed both trees without incident, one which was hanging over into the neighbors yard. He also cleaned up leaves in the front yard. I was very satisfied with the work they did and would definitely recommend for yard cleanup and maintenance.

Disappointing outcome. I called Phillips roofing yesterday to have someone come out and look at my roof and provide a bid for the work. After being told that I needed to provide my inspection report before an appointment would be scheduled I explained that the roofing report I had wouldn't be very helpful because they were not able to get on my roof because of the type of tile. With that said I did send a picture of my roof and they scheduled the appointment with the owner to come look at my roof today from 8-10. No show no call. I finally called the office at 10:10 and was told that I didn't send my inspection report in. How do people not understand the impact this can have on someone. A simple email last night canceling or even first thing this morning if they insisted on having the report would have prevented me from missing a half of a day of work. Or better yet not scheduling the appointment at all like I was told. It was a logic assumption that they were OK coming out to look at the roof because they scheduled the appointment. Unreal and a huge pain missing work this morning.

I should have written this right after we had our roof done.  Melvin, the owner, came out and estimated the job and gave us lots of great information. He has a lot of experience int he industry and it showed.  He took lots of pictures up on the roof of where our problem spots were so we could see what he was concerned about. WHen it came time to do the job, his people showed up on time, worked threir butts off, and cleaned everything up. He advised us that we could reuse all but a couple broken tiles and they did a complete new underlayment with up to date materials. I highly recommend Melvin and Monsoon Roofing.  It was a great experience.

I had a complete roof done by them and they were so expertly professional that I was completely satisfied. I am used to dealing with contractors and have been had by a few. This company was soooo up front, clean, and did an incredible job. They never tried to upsell me, but when I asked about better attic ventillation, they offered an esthetically pleasing yet effective solution at minimal additional cost. I can't say enough good about them! My roof looks fabulous!

Got a new roof with this so call roof company by them coming around and offering their services by using our insurance claim.  They installed the new roof in July 2022 and of course no rain but come the rains in October, we notice water coming through the ceiling.  I contacted their office and they were so extremely rude and kept giving me excuses on why it's not their problem.  It's definitely their problem because we never had a leak not even on the old roof.  But now we have a leak on the roof.  Anyways I have tried to contact them and they are just hard to work with.  They are super friendly till they get their money and then their true colors do come out.  Now we just had more rain in December 2022 on now we noticed other locations that are leaking.  The work looks very mediocre for sure.  I would suggest for anyone to stay away from this company and get a more reputable company that stands by their work.  My email is      [email protected]
