They came out to look at the building and never responded with a quote or a no thank you. Even called them twice to follow up.

Unprofessional business.  Made appointment and couldn't find tools for job and didn't call to inform me.  Left me waiting for them.  I wouldn't recommend.

My basement flooded and they showed up.  Guess it's part of the Doan group when you call for water help. Started out ok. There were so many people it was hard to keep track of where these people were coming from. I only called Doan. The rest of them just show up.   They packed out my things are the water was removed.  I can't say I was impressed.  I bought all the plastic tubs to get my things out of the basement. they didn't pack things together. 1 example: my tv still doesn't have the cables/cords or remote controls. I saw this happening and told Ethan the items will never get back to each other. He promised they would. Well they have not.  I'm still missing things. I hurt my back and then got covid and more delays trying to find product and people to put the basement back together too way too much time.  While waiting Ethan came back to my house THREE times to say he left someone elses things at my house. I still had not gone thru my tubs they brought back. I just wanted my things at my house.  He went thru EVERYTHING 3 times and couldn't find what he was looking for or what I asked him to find while looking.  I still don't have my things and I am missing things that were in my basement. Ethan implied I had these things when he had full access to everything before I even started unpacking.  My things were packed wet and things were ruined. I still have found tubs with water in them and they went thru my things 3 times. I don't like being accused of their error in recording my things or the other individual that can't find their things either. They have not answered my concerns about the items I am missing or the items they broke. I am still waiting. Be careful; watch them

Martin has always been dependable and very personable! I am a REALTOR, and anytime my clients have had roofing needs, he has always made himself available to help us. He's very honest and trustworthy. Occasionally he's made quite the drive to tell us the roof is in great condition.

We had a leak over our laundry room because of the APS connection to the house. Victor came out and assessed the situation, got us a quote in 24 hours and came out to repair the very next day before more monsoons hit.

Also, we really appreciated the attention to detail with before and after pictures calling out what was done and showing us what to keep an eye on in the future.

Awesome guy!  I had visibly lost a shingle after a storm.  I'll admit he was the second roofer I called as he was second on the search list with a 5 star review.  The first company I called said they were booked out 3.5 weeks.  Ernnie came out same day to take a look at my roof. After looking it over he explained I had three shingles total that had blown off and he could get us squeezed in between appointments 3-5 days later, but he would do the best he could.  He called the next day and asked if we had time to have him fix it that day.  After the storm the night before, and concerns of more of the same in the coming week, he didn't want to make our roof wait.  While on our roof he found a few shingles starting to lift, and noted our tree over hanging the home had damaged a few others.  He tacked down the loose ones while he was up there, and used the few extras he had that matched our roof to replace the few the tree had damaged, at no extra charge.  I will be referring him to our neighbors who have also lost a few shingles, and be calling him in the future for all my roofing needs.

We used AEL to replace our roof after we had storm damage. They replaced our fascia as well. Their work looks great. They were able to also install a new skylight for us while replacing the roof. They made sure all the old holes from vents that were no longer in use got properly covered. They replace all the caps on the vents and even installed caps for the range and bathroom vents. Overall they did a great job and I've recommended them to friends and family.

Had Jimmy out with Thompson Brothers Roofing and he and his crews did a full roof replacement for us back in May (underlayment and tile). Jimmy is like the uncle you never had. He's super responsive, always answers your calls and works with you to get a fair price for your roof repair/replacement. Highly recommended if you want someone who won't swindle you into paying the highest price just because of the pandemic. And someone who doesn't sacrifice workmanship because of price. You will have to wait for tile/materials however since that's just the way to world is these days.

I had a priority roof issue that needed attention and Seth was incredibly responsive and excellent to work with. Quality of the job is an A+ and he was communicative throughout the entire process, keeping me updated as he went. Price was competitive and work was completed in very timely fashion. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

PRICE: Not the cheapest but more than fair. Average to others: Middle.
PROMPTNESS: exceptional.  After initial inspection and throughout prep and actual repair they were timely and responded accurately to all inquires.  Everything was completed as scheduled.
WORKMANSHIP:  I was told by another contractor that was finishing another project for me that my Halo Metal roofing roof work was impressive.  He said the way they attended to details and latest technology my roof should last 15 to 20 years...maybe more.
CLEAN UP:  They made quite a mess but was cleaned at completion.  Nothing was damaged and everything they had to move was returned to its original location.

I've worked with a lot of different contrators and trades. Trades Unlimited just re-foamed my roof and they did a great job.  The set the benchmark for what you would expect from the industry - fair prices, good communication, good quality of work and the area where most seem to fail or have a hard time... they show up at the date and time when they say they will!  We had a slight disagreement about a wing wall and weather or not it should have been foamed.  Rather than argue the point or try to needle me for more money, they just came back and happily completed the work to my satisfaction.  It's a novel concept to be sure, but Warren R - the president - understands what customer service is all about.  I'd bring them back again.

Jason and his team are the best! They put on a new roof on my historic home a couple of years ago, but the latest interaction really just reminded me how good of a choice it was to hire him and his crew for the original roof job. I had a chronic leak on the roof overhang on the back of my porch, which my painter found. I called Jason, and he happened to be in my area. He came over right away, fixed the issue himself, and told me if I ever had any problems to contact him. Who has caring follow through in their customer service like this anymore? I really appreciated it, and choosing Jason and his team really was the right idea. The roof they installed has been solid and has been problem free other than the above mentioned. Pick these guys if you're in the market for a new roof for your home, and you won't be disappointed.

I feel compelled to share my experience with Rain man roofing. I am huge on reviews and the ones for this company are great but they do not fully show how amazing this company is. Where to start?! From the first request for an estimate the business was prompt, professional, detail oriented, and provided the highest quality of service. They arrived on time and left no mess when they were finished. You cannot go wrong with this roofing company. You can expect detailed estimates with pictures and explanations for every item they find in need of repair.

Great response time, courteous, professional, dependable, and honest.  Angel went out of his way to check out my roof for several concerns that appeared on my home inspection report at closing.  He was honest in telling me my underlayment would last me a few more years and the other issues were minor and no repair was needed.  Wow!  He could have given me an estimate for any amount and I would not have known any different.  If and when I do need some work done this is my Go To company!

I opted to have Reyes Roofing remove my old roof (2 layers of asphalt shingles) and reinstall a new roof.  I have a single story house roughly 1800 square feet, apparently the rough was double in sq/ft of what my actual floor plan.  My list of contractors that quoted me was approximately 10, some responded quickly, others not so much - the criteria I used to select those ten were as followed:  1) Registrar of Contractors (AZ ROC) in good standing with no previous or pending complaints, 2) A member of the BBB of AZ - also with no pending or previous complaints, 3) More than 5 years in the roofing industry as listed by AZ ROC, 4) listed by either Certainteed or Malarkey Roofing materials as a contractor for residential installations - the two shingle manufacturers I choose as suitable materials.  

Ultimately most of the bids were very close; ranging from 16,000 - 12,000 dollars to complete the job.  Reyes Roofing was my choice for several reasons; 1) simple and precise contract (some contracts had added fees - first layer of roof included, second layer would be billed at a per sq/ft basis, etc, etc), 2) the length of guarantee on workmanship - many contracts only quoted a guarantee/warranty on labor/workmanship of one year (something I felt was a palsy sum since the two types of roofing are lifetime warranty architectural laminated shingles (laymen terms multi-tab 30 year shingle) {Reyes offers 10 years as part of the quote}, and 3) Price.

I was not disappointed, my quote was exact, included taxes, fees, and there was no limitations or expressed loop-holes that other quotes I had received had.  Scheduling was simple, albeit not on my part - I had specific requests to prevent messing with my work schedule that other bidders did not promise any type of possibility to adhere to.

Removal of the two layers of roof was relatively simple, all and any debris that fell on the ground was picked up at the end of each work day.    Installation was just as simple, they took roughly two and a half days - first day removal, second day completed removal and applied roof to about 75% complete, third day completion and removal of trailer full of debris.

Contact was simple, any calls were answered promptly, and the only one time I left a message, it was returned in a timely manner.

Knowing now what I know and if I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't hesitate to choose Reyes Roofing.

We had our original 70'd clay tile roof completely replaced thru them. There were a few items that needed to be addressed on the installation. These items were taken care of in a timely fashion and Matt was always there to make sure that we were happy with the final results.
