Best Roofing Contractors in Arizona

We had a different company come out and give us an estimate of some roof repair work (broken/shifted tiles from a few previous storms). This guy had done some repairs on the house across the street. The guy got on our roof and proceeded to tell us that we needed a whole new roof, That is was irreparable. That guy gave us a ridiculous bid for a new roof. We thanked him and he left.

Fast forward to the next day. We called ECO roofing to come out for an estimate (We knew of ECO Roofing as they did a complete re-roof of a friend of ours-so we knew the quality of their work).

Rich from ECO roofing came out and did a thorough inspection of the roof and quoted us two different ways-one was to repair/replace the damaged/broken/shifted tiles and give the roof a tune up-and the other was to redo the entire roof. He had pictures of everything that he provided to us.

We opted to have ECO do the tune up and scheduled the work immediately. We were notified of the date and time that the crew would come out.

On the day that the crew was supposed to be at our place-a mix up happened (Yes, things happen!). The crew didn't show up at the scheduled time. The ECO office folks felt bad and sent someone out late in the day-and he started to do the work. We just had the ECO folks reschedule to the next week-when it was more convenient for everyone.

The second time, they were early and there were 6 guys-and they completed the entire project in about 3 hours. They cleaned up when they were done as well. We are extremely please and will use them when the time comes for  our roof to be replaced.

I highly recommend Anthem Roofing. Wayne provides great, honest service and made my small roof repair easy. It feels good to have a company I feel good about using for any roofing service.

Our roof had a leak after a pouring night of rain. I contacted RHS Roofing the following day and they were professional, knowledgeable, and timely. They gave me a free roofing quote to fix two areas that were leaking and completed the job shortly after. I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

Had my roof replaced by Castillo Roofing LLC. Ubaldo, the owner came out and provided a free estimate. He explained what he was going to do, provided a written quote. Scope included a complete removal, anticipated wood repair, replacement of sky light and shed.

Projected 2000 square feet. Told him where I had a leak and he explained what they would do. Work had a reasonable warranty. Never had a complete roof repair and got another quote to cross check cost.  Was very happy with Castillo Roofing price.

Work was schedule but we had a rain delay. Job took two days to complete. Three workers Day 1 and four workers on Day 2. Ubaldo checked work completed at the end of each day. Good clean up and very polite and professional work force.

My Brother-in-Law highly recommended Castillo Roofing. He was right. Ubaldo is now doing roof repair for Niece! Happy to find a reliable roofing company and a small family owned business!

They do not install gutters, despite what the yelp listing shows.

Great experience with this company. Had a tile blow fall off and had an area of dry rot on the facia which turned out to be from a leak. Curtis came out and gave us an estimate and looked at other areas such as our patio cover and pointed out issuewa that might need attention. No pressure at all to get it done. When our roofer came out he did the repairs and cleaned up very well. He even painted the small area where the fascia was replaced in a color that was very close to what we had. This was not something promised or billed for. I thought our pricing was reasonable. I will call them again if we have a roofing issue

Dave and his crew provided exceptional service.  They are prompt, efficient, and very professional.  Throughout the project, I was kept abreast of the progress of the work being performed.  Dave ensured to send pictures during each phase of the project.  I HIGHLY recommend this company for any and all roofing, and exterior painting needs.

It was wonderful working with this company. We found out our roof was leaking during a rainstorm and had someone out that very day. We got quotes from multiple people and they were by far the cheapest. They put a tarp on our roof and came back later that week and fully repaired. Very easy to work with and would highly recommend.

I could not be happier with their service. After contacting many people at not getting any responses I thought I would send a yelp message. They contacted me right away made an appointment to come out. As I am a homeowner that lives in another state communication is always key and he sent me pictures of some extensive repairs that were needed and did the job the same day for a great price. Rene, Jeremy, Jenna and their crew were all wonderful to work with. Jeremy's estimate process included videos and photos of the current condition of our roof. He took the time to explain the details of their process. The estimate was clearly laid out and very thorough, and competitively priced. There were no hidden charges or fees, and they even gave us a credit for unused materials that were included in the estimate. The roofing team were such a pleasure to work with. Given the nature of how messy this job can be, they worked to ensure that our yard and pool were protected and cleaned up at the end of each day. They took the time to answer questions as the project unfolded. Rene came out each day and took video footage with a drone to give us status on their progress, and even the final project completion. That was extremely helpful and unique to this company. They take ownership of the roof after the job and if we have any other contractors on the roof for any reason Express will come back out and check the condition of the roof as part of their warranty coverage.
We highly recommend this company for any roof work. They were all a pleasure to work with and it was clear to us they truly love what they do and value their client relationships.

We had used KY KO a few years ago when we had one leak and after the rain this past winter we didn't hesitate calling them again after we found another leak..  Our home is over 20 years ago and KY KO advised new roof.  They couldn't guarantee there wouldn't be more leaks if they only patched existing roof.  We agreed so we bit the bullet and had them re roof and replace any rotting wood and to use new technology materials under our stucco tile.  Every person we dealt with was professional, friendly and very efficient..  A+ business.  They might cost a bit more than other companies but they have been around a long time and will stand by their work.   They completed the work in a very timely manner.  We have one follow up issue and they quickly called us and scheduled a time to fix it.

The professionalism on this company is TOP NOTCH! They came out, gave a fair estimate and completed their work in a prompt manner. Even after the work was done and my HOA was petty about a very small detail that needed to be fixed, they came out and fixed the issue, free of charge. Can't recommend them enough.
