Best Roofing Contractors in Arizona

Eric, the Owner and CEO did a roofing inspection for us.  We recently replaced our roof with another company and had a leak right after.

There has been some confusion as to who needed to take responsibility, our roofer or HVAC.  Eric was hired to come and give his professional opinion on how to move forward to address the leaking roof.

Eric came out quickly and made a very thoughtful and thorough inspection.  He took time to explain it to all of us, as well as the two contractors.  I was beyond impressed by his patience and care.  He communicated clearly and helped us all understand the situation.  He communicated well with us from beginning to end; both in scheduling, inspection, and his thorough email.  This was most impressive.

We were so impressed by him, that we wished we would have hired his company to replace our roof.  I would not hesitate to recommend him and his company.  Thank you, Eric for a very positive experience during a stressful time.

Wayne came out to handle some roof repairs I needed taken care of for the house I'm selling. He was responsive, prompt, and had very reasonable prices. Saved me a good amount of money in comparison to standard roofing companies and did an excellent job on the repairs. I HIGHLY recommend Anthem Roofing!!

Finally getting around to leaving a review for these guys. We moved into a townhome in Tucson knowing that one of our walls had water damage, and  had been told that we needed to reseal the flat roof to mitigate any further damage. So we scheduled to receive estimates from three companies, and to be honest the estimate from RHS was actually the most expensive (by a fairly small margin), but we really appreciated how transparent they were about the cost of materials and the work etc., and their estimate was very professional. We even had an architect friend look it over and they picked RHS's estimate as the best as well. So we went with them, and they got the job done before the monsoons started so we felt good that there would be no further leaks...

Cut to the first heavy rain of the season, and we immediately had water pouring into the house. We were devastated and we went up to the roof and saw their work and it appeared they'd done their job right, so we started calling window repair people because RHS doesn't do windows, just roofs. So we had several people come down and give estimates on windows, and everybody wanted to charge a ton of money to replace all the windows, even though the glass itself was fine on all of them. So the last guy who came to see the windows, he pointed out some places on the side of the wall where the water could've been coming in, and it really wasn't the kind of thing that new windows would even address, so we called RHS, and we asked if they could come take a look because we didn't want to go up and start using caulking ourselves because that would've voided our 10-year warranty. So RHS said they'd come take a look and do a water leak test, they came right away and saw what we were looking at- to be clear, it wasn't directly on the roof but on the side of the wall under some really high up windows, and they did the test and confirmed where the water was coming in, then went ahead and applied some foam sealing, and totally took care of the problem and it hasn't leaked since. We really got the feeling that they genuinely care about their work and their customers' experience, and really went out of their way to take care of us, so I definitely wanted to come back and leave a positive review because we were very happy with them.

Oh, and to be clear, our roof was definitely bad and had lots of little patches from prior owners doing quick fixes, so even if that wasn't the immediate reason for those particular leaks, it definitely was something we would've needed to do at some point so I'm very glad we got it out of the way.

We had this company give us an inspection and quote on our roof.  After reviewing 5 companies we felt this is the company we could trust 100%.  They did a great job and provided quality work.  The entire staff was very concerned that we understood every step in the process and were happy with the quality of the work.  They believe on doing it right the first time , no cutting corners.  They were professional and respectful and we would recommend them 100%.

We are very happy with Arizona's Finest Roofing! While I never actually met Danny in person, working with April was very easy and we are so pleased with the end result. The price quote was about $800 less than another company we checked out and we couldn't be happier. We haven't yet had a crazy storm since the new roof has been up, but I'm crossing my fingers that we will no longer have shingles flying everywhere! Thanks!!

I sent in a request for a quote via Yelp and was contacted promptly. Tammy was very friendly and even followed up with me when we were playing a little bit of phone tag. I was able to get my work scheduled quickly and there were no hidden fees or charges. The workman came as promised and was very thorough in his inspection and fixing the work I requested. Hopefully I don't have to but I would use Johnson Roofing again!

BUYER BEWARE!!! I had a small leak and hired Legacy Roofing LLC to fix my roof. They opened my roof and left to go do a different job.  They Left my roof completely open and the storm came that day and rained hard on my open roof for almost 1 hour!!! Not only that! But once they finished the roof completely they gave me a five year warranty. The roof repair that they did didn't even last 11 days!!! Storm came and I had so much leaking it was as if somebody left the hose in my attic on full blast for hours!! don't be fooled when they give you a warranty!! I had to chase them through the ROC (Registered of Contractor's) because they wouldn't come out on their own to fix it. Finally the judgment fell on Legacy Roofing LLC after almost 2 months of my time being wasted. Not only that I had to open up a large insurance claim of over $20,000 worth of damage that Legacy Roofing LLC caused on the inside of my property from their lack of workmanship!!! Not only that, but Legacy Roofing did not take any responsibility for the over $20,000 worth of damage!!!! My insurance company contacted Legacy Roofing LLC and the contractor would not give up his insurance information so that they could take responsibility for it. DO NOT use Legacy Roofing LLC they are very dishonest people!!! My wife and I went through the hardest time with this company and I would hate to see another family go through what we went through.

It was wonderful working with this company. We found out our roof was leaking during a rainstorm and had someone out that very day. We got quotes from multiple people and they were by far the cheapest. They put a tarp on our roof and came back later that week and fully repaired. Very easy to work with and would highly recommend.

Kyle and his crew were a pleasure to work with.  We received a total of six bids, and Kyle did offer a competitive bid.  Kyle went over all the work needed which we already knew would be a roof replacement and a new gutter system.  Our home is a Santa Fe style, flat roof home so the roof is a bit tricky.  They nailed it!  Roof is properly sloped, and now there is spray foam for insulation, and two coats of elastomeric.  The new gutters look fantastic as well.  I couldn't be happier with the results.  They were always on time, and respectful.  It was great to work with a company with such great values and high standards of work.

Sure have loved all of the storms our valley has been getting this summer, but the wind finally took its toll on the roof of my patio and needed to be replaced quickly before any rain got in. Charles and Henry were quick to respond and were able to come give me a quote the same day as my incident. Materials were acquired very fast and the job was started within a couple of days. One of the guys from their crew was supposed to come back the following day for some final details and didn't show -- Charles was just a phone call away and fixed the issue immediately. These guys value their clients.

Admittedly I did not do any other shopping around for quotes due to the delicate time constraints of my situation, but the price seemed fair. Some of the wood in my roof was rotting a bit too, and Henry was able to work with us on our total cost just so he could make sure the job was done correctly.

KGJ Roofing came highly recommended and I can see why. They replaced my roof on my home in Overgaard. Great customer service. Shirley was very kind and responsive.  My estimate was very detailed and included pictures which was very helpful. Shirley kept me updated on the progress of my roof replacement. I take my hat off to this company. Express Roofing, From the Palomino family all way down to the roofers are a class act. Very seldom do I believe anyone or any company deserves a perfect score because growing up as a kid I know and have learned there's always room for improvement. This company deserves a 5. I got 4 bids for putting a new roof on my house (flat roof).  2 bids for a replacement of a built-up, hot-mopped type and 2 bids for a poly-urethane type.  After discussing the features of both types, I decided to go with a poly-urethane roof.  The KY-KO salesman was very professional and had all information with him.  He answered all my questions and gave me a very good price for the job.  I knew other people in my neighborhood that used KY-KO and everyone was very pleased with their work. My roofing job went very well and the installers cleaned up everything. After they left, you wouldn't even know they were there. The office staff were also very professional and were easy to deal with for scheduling or any other questions I had. All-in-all a very smooth transaction from salesman to completion.  Thanks KY-KO

We would totally recommend Renco. They showed up on the day agreed upon and finished most of the work in 2 days with final clean-up on the third morning.  We had two separate agreements; one for the flat roof which included tremoving the existing roofing, insulating and replacing 3 skyights and a separate agreement to remove the existing tiles, clean and restore and then replace the existing tlles to the roof.  All work was done in a professional and experienced manner and to specification.  By noon of the third day, we had a new roof with no trace that workers had even been on site.  Great job!
