Wayne from Anthem Roofing is top notch. He is the owner and came out to do repairs on our roof here in Anthem. I called him and he came out the same day to assess my issue. He was on time, very professional and very honest. We scheduled the repairs which were very reasonable and he came out for the appointment on time. I will always use him for any of my future roofing needs. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and is very honest

Provided a rather timely and affordable quote. When inquired about synthetic underlayment, quick and simple response without further explanation. Plus no inspection of roof to provide an accurate quote. Overall the response time and quote price was excellent. Just felt a little lacking in personal touch to assure client makes best decision.

We had this company give us an inspection and quote on our roof.  After reviewing 5 companies we felt this is the company we could trust 100%.  They did a great job and provided quality work.  The entire staff was very concerned that we understood every step in the process and were happy with the quality of the work.  They believe on doing it right the first time , no cutting corners.  They were professional and respectful and we would recommend them 100%.

I got five estimates. I only dealt with companies that were highly rated in Yelp. Arizona's Finest Roofing had the lowest estimate. That's who I went with.

This  business is owned by the Clark family. They have years and years of experience. I dealt with David Clark, a really nice guy. Very knowledgeable and very particular. The job took four days. When they left, the place was clean and neat.

During the roofing job, I was also dealing with Cox Communications, a national company. I gave Cox a terrible review, which is lost in a sea of other awful reviews. What a difference in dealing with David!

When my mother's roof leaked after the last storm, I looked around and this company had excellent reviews on all the sites I went to, and a great BBB rating. I can see why. Even though they were busy after the storm, Charlie came out promptly to estimate the job. We'll likely need a big job of new underlayment done in the next few years, but he did not try to sell the big repair. They gave us a reasonable price for fixing the leak and some cracked tiles. The estimate included photos showing what needed to be done. Charlie answered my questions in email and then called to make sure I was satisfied with all the answers. The work was done by a 2-person crew within a week and Charlie went out and inspected it. Of course, not knowing anything about roofing, I can't say much about the repair, but the work is warrantied, so I have no worries. I would definitely use them again. Thanks, Charlie!

Dave McMillan - Arizona Roofing and Remodeling resurfaced my tile roof and did the Kool Deck surface on my patio to match the Kool Deck around my pool.  Dave responded quickly and his crews were efficient and cleaned up at the end of each work day.  I am pleased with the results and highly recommend this company.

It was wonderful working with this company. We found out our roof was leaking during a rainstorm and had someone out that very day. We got quotes from multiple people and they were by far the cheapest. They put a tarp on our roof and came back later that week and fully repaired. Very easy to work with and would highly recommend.

Kyle and his crew were a pleasure to work with.  We received a total of six bids, and Kyle did offer a competitive bid.  Kyle went over all the work needed which we already knew would be a roof replacement and a new gutter system.  Our home is a Santa Fe style, flat roof home so the roof is a bit tricky.  They nailed it!  Roof is properly sloped, and now there is spray foam for insulation, and two coats of elastomeric.  The new gutters look fantastic as well.  I couldn't be happier with the results.  They were always on time, and respectful.  It was great to work with a company with such great values and high standards of work.

They were prompt and handled everything with my insurance company, which made it so much easier and less stressful for me. We recently had Express Roofing complete a re-roof on our house and could not be happier.  I had three companies come out but only Express followed up with additional roofing information to consider before making any decisions.  In addition they recommended some additional attic venting no one else mentioned.  Did it cost me more money?  Yes, but it certainly made sense and I didn't feel at all that I was being gouged somehow.  Express was flexible with our scheduling needs and their basic warranty is better than the others I reviewed, which was the final decision factor.  Jeff, Jenna, Jeremy, and Rene took every opportunity to thank us for our business, and prove they wanted our business, even after they already had our business.  Once the process was underway - the crew was there at 7:20 every morning, even on Saturday, and didn't stop moving except for lunch.  They cleaned up every day and left very, very, little debris.  We received daily phone calls from the project coordinator, and narrated drone videos from the owner.  The final invoice had no surprises, and the level of communication and responsiveness was exceptional.  I know, I'm gushing over a ROOFING COMPANY, but really - they were fantastic and I have no qualms recommending Express Roofing to anyone.

I had a leak in the ceiling of my garage.  I called Ky-Ko to have them inspect my roof.  Phil came out and made an assessment.  The price was 1/4 of the price of another well-known roofing company in AZ.  8 weeks later, job was complete.  I am hoping things are repaired.  I won't know until next monsoon season.  Everything is under warranty so I'll be sure to contact them if I find another leak in my garage.  I had Alan (superintendent) come out to inspect the job because I wasn't home when work was completed.  Everyone (including office staff) was very nice and professional.

When we bought our condo in Sept 2019, it was disclosed that there had been a leak in June and it had been repaired by Renco roofing. It turns out Renco did not repair the roof at all, and it has continued to leak whenever it rained while we were gone (only lived in the condo part time from Sep-Feb when we moved in permanently). How do I know this? Because when we moved in 2 weeks ago I saw red-brown streaks (from the tiles I'm guessing) going down the white closet doors in our guest room. I now know after all this rain what it is. When we realized that the leaking was coming from the very same area that was supposed to have been fixed last year, we called the mgmt co for our HOA to get the roofers number. They came out quickly but sent a young guy who said he saw no issues and everything looked good except one tile was askew. He put that tile back and said to call the next day if any more leaking and they would come right out.

Well, it rained like Seattle, and of course we had more leaking in several areas of the closet and when we called (several times) we got ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE. Our carpet is wet, our closet door is bubbling now, and we ARE NOT going to pay for repairs to the interior that the previous owner paid for after he thought they had repaired the roof. Unbelievably poor service. Will update later if they get this mess fixed.

It seems there are a lot of one stars on here. Not good....
