We had this company give us an inspection and quote on our roof.  After reviewing 5 companies we felt this is the company we could trust 100%.  They did a great job and provided quality work.  The entire staff was very concerned that we understood every step in the process and were happy with the quality of the work.  They believe on doing it right the first time , no cutting corners.  They were professional and respectful and we would recommend them 100%.

Came home from vacation with tiles falling off our roof...called and Danny had his brother there pronto.  Repair was minor and price was extremely fair.  So glad to know to look on Yelp to check out reviews and get the best.

I found Legacy Roofing online and decided to contact them about my roof based on their reviews. They did not disappoint! Frank and his team were quick, efficient, and professional. They went above and beyond when a can light popped out while the roof was being repaired by coming inside and putting it back in place! What I liked best was that Frank gave us options. Other roofing companies wanted to intimidate us into doing more work than we were prepared to do. Frank was understanding and gave us good options for right now. I can't say enough about how pleased we are with our experience. I HIGHLY recommend Legacy Roofing to anyone and EVERYONE!!!!!

This company will try and screw you out of the warranty.

He coated, patched and fixed a roof just under 5 years ago that his company gave a 5 year warranty on. Had him out last week due to leaks, he identified it and quoted me $1500 to patch it. When I asked if it was covered, he said no that he only coated the roof and never did anything else. It's literally right on the invoice that he patched the leaks. After I realized and asked why he lied about it, I got crickets. He started saying that the warranty is non-transferable (I'm a new owner). I asked for the paperwork showing that but nothing. Then he said someone got on the roof and did work which voids the warranty.

Moral of the story, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, they will NOT stand behind their work.

It was wonderful working with this company. We found out our roof was leaking during a rainstorm and had someone out that very day. We got quotes from multiple people and they were by far the cheapest. They put a tarp on our roof and came back later that week and fully repaired. Very easy to work with and would highly recommend.

Best price out of 5 other quotes I receive for getting the exterior of my house painted. Was able to paint my 2,000 square foot 2 story house in one day. Workers were respectful and returned everything exactly how it was prior. Left me the left over paint. Were very detailed and made sure there were no mistakes left. Just had Rene and his crew replace our roof. First and formost, I can't say enough good things about these guys. I did alot of research before choosing them and was so happy I did. They were very competitively priced, the job they did was outstanding and attention to details was impeccable.  They used the highest quality materials, they replaced all hip and ridge boards and any facia boards that needed it. They color matched and painted facia boards, etched, primed and painted all flashing and roof vents. These guys do alot of the extra things at no extra cost. Again, I can't say enough about how pleased I was with the job they did. If you are looking to have your roof replaced, give Express Roofing a call, you won't be sorry.

I had a leak in the ceiling of my garage.  I called Ky-Ko to have them inspect my roof.  Phil came out and made an assessment.  The price was 1/4 of the price of another well-known roofing company in AZ.  8 weeks later, job was complete.  I am hoping things are repaired.  I won't know until next monsoon season.  Everything is under warranty so I'll be sure to contact them if I find another leak in my garage.  I had Alan (superintendent) come out to inspect the job because I wasn't home when work was completed.  Everyone (including office staff) was very nice and professional.

I called several roofing companies in February during the heavy rains here in the valley. I got quotes from a couple but Shane @ RENCO was the most responsive. His prices were on par with the rest of the quotes - not the cheapest and not the most expensive (not including Lyons Roofing was $4K more than the rest). I chose RENCO because he was the last one I met with and I was leaving for Europe for a month so I had to make a decision. They patched the roof to hold it until I returned from my trip and scheduled the full work when I returned. They did a great job and I'm very happy with the results. Thank you Shane!
