I highly recommend Anderson Roofing and Repair! Here is my experience: I had four bids from recommended roofing companies for a completely new roof as our home still had the original builder supplied roof and after 21 years; it was time. I selected Anderson Roofing and Repair after seeing their work on a neighbors home. I have a good friend that owns a roof repair company as my superintendent. He was hired to make sure that I was getting the quality that I expected. His comment to me after visiting the work site Bob, this roof will outlast the both of us! They have done very quality work and I trust these guys to do my own home. Their crew is very efficient and work well together, very thorough This is pretty high praise from a roofing company owner who is semi-retired and is hard to please. Lexy and Regan made sure they kept me updated during the job as I was out of town. I am extremely pleased with their workmanship and their bid was exceptional. You will appreciate the piece of mind that comes with working with a company that is local and really cared about my concerns. Tempel Roofing just completed the installation of a new shake roof on our house.  We cannot speak highly enough of the people we worked with and the work they did.  From the moment that Nate came to our house to provide an estimate, we have been amazed at the knowledge and work ethic he displayed.  In evaluating our old roof, Nate discovered storm damage which he assured us our insurance policy would cover.  Although skeptical, we turned the matter over to Nate to deal with our insurance company.  He handled our claim and dealt with the adjuster.  His hard work and persistence paid off when we received a sizable insurance coverage payment.  We next proceeded to make the necessary decisions on replacing the roof.  Although we had shake on the house, we asked Nate to explore other types of roofing to make sure we knew what was available and what would work best for us.  He found other available substitutes and provided us information on them.  We also asked him to look into certain additional work we wanted done when the roof was being replaced.  He researched each request and came up with several good ideas.  When we came to the decision to have shake and certain other work done, we turned the matter over to Nate who worked very much like a contractor.  He ordered the additional item/work we requested and scheduled everything including the start date to correspond with a trip we had to take out of town. We then left town on the start date for 2 weeks and left the entire matter to Nate to handle.  Nate was amazing.  Whenever there was an issue he contacted us with questions and options.  He took care of everything.  His effort was amazing.  Everything we asked for was handled with results beyond expectations.  Nate is a true treasure.  His work and effort was amazing.  The actual roofing work was excellent as well which Nate oversaw as well.  The roofers were professional and diligent.  The roof looks great.  As stated above, we cannot recommend Tempel (and Nate) enough.

This is by far one of the best companies that I have ever had the pleasure of working with.  They were not only very professional but courteous and had terrific communication throughout the job.  They took several pictures before, during and after of the roof replacement. Send me the pictures kept me abreast of the progress they were making since I wasn't able to be there at the time. There was wood rot on my patio eves that I was aware of and other issues on the roof that came up.  They let me know right away what needed to be done and went above and beyond making me feel comfortable. They came out the first day that I called them to give me a bid, within a week all the materials were in and the job was started. Everything they did was above board. I can't say enough about their professionalism. The roof was completed in 1 1/2 days and looks amazing.  I highly recommend AZ Shingle Pros and will recommend them to my friends and family.

Superior Roofing is amazing. These guys sealed up my roof and provided a complimentary estimate to re-roof my house immediately. The customer service was excellent, qui and they are extremely knowledgeable in their field.

James called within an hour of finding MSW on HomeAdvisor. He came out the next morning and did an estimate, the pricing was much better than I expected. I needed my home's foam roof patched and resprayed with protective coating, they also did my shed. Everything was completed within four days of first contacting them. James did an excellent job, very professional and my dog liked him. He provided before and after photos and I have a 4 yr warranty.  I trust him and was happy with every aspect of the service. I would highly recommend James and MSW as a company for roofing (and they do house painting too).

Our neighbor referred us to these guys and I'm so glad they did. I can't say enough about Ron and his crew.  From start to completion they had an amazing work ethic and were diligent about cleaning up after each day. The workmanship is wonderful and we are very happy with them and the result!

Run, don't walk away from this company.

I'll try to make this short (I'm sure I'll fail though): I had a back patio cover with a flat roof that needed to be repaired. Called out three companies for estimates and decided to go with Lyons based on their estimator.

After I signed my contract and put down my deposit, the problems began. First, I was on the schedule for a certain date. Next, I received a voicemail from Lyons asking when I wanted to schedule the work (what?). I called back, confused, as I thought we already had a date locked in. Some excuse, we're sorry, etc. and we'll get you on the books for that date again. Okay, I really hope that's true because I have painters coming once you're done.

Skip forward to the night before work was to be completed- no call from Lyons to confirm the appointment, I STILL have no idea who my project manager is, or if the scheduling problem was fixed because nobody called me (again).

Morning of the project start date and I have no workers at my home. I had to call Lyons again (huge surprise), and was told, Oh, sorry, we didn't call yesterday but you have a new project manager (not that I ever heard from the first one) and they'll be showing up around 10am. I was sick and had been up since 7am when I was told work would begin. Bang up job guys. Funny thing is, they were actually proud of the fact they could get a crew out to me that same day. The job had been scheduled for over a month.

I can't comment on the quality of work as I'm not a roofer (hence the hiring of one), but I can say I was home during the entire project with my two small children and even with that, I personally picked up about 20 nails from around the work area. The rest were brought to me by my kids. Nice.

Finally, I received an email survey about how the job went. I responded to the VP who had no idea that there were any issues with the job. Again, what? Do you not have a computer system that you use for notes? VP and I talked, I believe it was a Thursday and she was going to call me back about what could be done about the situation. Guess what, no call.

I called Lyons the following week about working something out due to all of the issues. I was offered a $100 credit on a $1700 job because they operate on such small profit margins and it was just a clerical error and there's no problem with our work, etc. etc. ad nauseum.

Bottom line: If you'd like a giant headache in conjunction with your leaking/ damaged/ old roof, these are your guys. Enjoy!

Luis and his crew did a fine job for a reasonable price on our home that we are selling to make corrections for the Buyer.  He was quick to respond on my first inquiry, here on Yelp, and got back to me when I messaged him.  He provided photos of work done and a complete invoice.  Better and quicker and probably cheaper than any of the other roofers I inquired to on Yelp.
I'll call on Luis again in the future.

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

Highly recommend these folks for gutters! Quality work- affordable- professional. Thank you!!!!

I called three different companies to get a quote on a Roof Repair. I had water stains on the ceiling in my living room.  German Roofing was available to come out quickly for a free estimate. Carlos looked at the roof, wrote a quote and explained the necessary repairs. He was very knowledgable and polite. I  hired German Roofing on the spot. They scheduled my repair within a week. I never did get the promised estimate from Right Roofing, and another company showed up at their convenience not mine and seemed annoyed with me.  So I spoke to Lu at German Roofing who was super efficient and friendly. On the day the work began Fernando came to do the work, with another worker. He too was very professional and friendly. A hard worker the work was completed with matching shingles and with all the right flashings and seals. German Roofing warranties their work. Their price was reasonable and I am very happy with my experience with them. From first contact to the last when the work was inspected no disappointments. I would highly recommend German Roofing.

Arizona Roof Rescue completed a new tile re-roof on my 25 year old Peoria home in April 2017, but I waited till now to post a review because I wanted to be sure it made it through the monsoon season with no leaks.   Well....after all the recent rains, everything is great, no leaks, no issues, no problems.  Even though some of my neighbors had damage after these August storms, my roof stood up to the horizontal rain and high winds.  Alan's top notch crew, and team leader Hector were great to work with.

Thank you John for the inspection and estimate on the same day. Scheduling for the root repair was easy and a followup to make sure all was completed was appreciated. Appreciate your professionalism and quality of work. Stay well.

A+++ Company!!! I have a balcony that was sagging, no longer draining properly and leaking water in to my living room so I got a couple of quotes and decided to go with Revamp. Immediately upon calling them for a quote they were able to squeeze me in that same day to have it assessed. A second review was done by the job lead the next day, a quote was sent out a few days later and they were also able to schedule the work a week later! I realize it was a smaller job for them, but the entire process was a total of 4 days in order to let things dry/seal before the next phase so it was a week and a half process from first call to finishing the job. They did exactly what they quoted me without any new surprises or extra fees. They replaced the small rotted plywood, replaced it, sealed it with a couple layers and then added proper sloping/grading so that the water now drains off the balcony (might be more to it, but from what I saw).  It looks amazing and they kept me informed every step of the way!  Would absolutely recommend them to anyone hands down!

Geremy installed floating wood shelves in the kitchen and did a good job. They're sturdy and look good, but could have been finished better in the end. Putty was left to dry and I had to have my handyman sand it all down as well as add more where there were some noticeable gaps at joints. I didn't ask Geremy come back to finish because it wasn't the end of the world to have to have someone else finish, it just would have been nice if he had completed the job himself. There was also an incident where he accidentally leaned against the stove knobs, turned on the burner and melted plastic on my brand new stove top that had never been used. It wasn't able to be cleaned up complete which is a bummer, but the worst part is he didn't tell me about it- I had to hear from my handman.

I hired him for a second job- a pergola over my back patio. After he rescheduled a couple of times and then didn't show up another one or two times, he finally came, but came so late in the day that he ran out of time and couldn't install my string lights. I went ahead and paid him the full amount for the job but I've never been able to get him to come back to finish the lights that he said he'd be back to hang the following day. After a lot of excuses, several texts and a phone call and continuing to tell me he'd come back to hang them, he still hasn't finished the job. I've been waiting since May 20th and now he isn't responding to my messages at all.

It's a shame because his work is good, but reliability and communication are terrible.
