Best Roofing Contractors in Arizona

Four peaks did amazing work on a roof that had been neglected for 25 years. They are very responsive, reasonable, and polite every step of the way! I would highly recommend Four Peaks Roofing.

They did an excellent job.  Tim is the owner, and he personally provided the estimate, which engendered trust.  The team was punctual and clean.  It wasn't the cheapest option but I feel the quality is high.

In preparation for installing solar panels on our roof, I invited 4 roofers to evaluate and improve the condition of our 27 year old roof to ensure optimum function and durability for the life of the new electrical system.  

Complicating factors included 5 existing skylights and the proposed addition of 3 solar tube light fixtures, to be integrated into the layout of 52 photovoltaic panels.  Also, due to the age of the roof, the original concrete tiles are no longer available on the market, so existing materials had to be recycled and supplemented with current tiles in such as a way as to be aesthetically unobtrusive.    

Clyde Hardacker's analysis and proposed solutions were the most practical.  His pricing was not the lowest, but was quite reasonable in the wide range of responses from the other contractors.  Going with the lowest bid would have certainly entailed sacrificing some degree of confidence in the quality of outcome.

Work was performed quickly and skillfully by his competent crew, with first-hand involvement by Clyde at critical milestones.  Clyde also personally performed finishing tasks to ensure the job was done to our complete satisfaction.  

We are very pleased with the outcome and would enthusiastically recommend Clyde Hardacker for any roofing project.

I had my roof replaced in August last year. the storms had caused leaks and I could wait no longer. The fellas doing the job were prompt and courteous. I was given a date of completion that was met, and they did a pretty good job cleaning up after themselves. The bid had a few things that I thought was a bit beyond what the other companies bidding didn't offer, considering their price was very competitive to the others. To my joy, the upgrades I was a bit warry about receiving, were all installed and the roof is a pride for me at 6 months now. I can say that to this point, I will whole heartedly recommend Mikku and Sons to friends. They were on time for the bid. And when other company showed up while he was still here, he was very- actually more professional than the other company.  All calls were promptly returned. All in all, A very pleasant experience. I've never done business with such an honest person as Steve. I originally thought I needed metal roof coating to stop leaks but he took the time to investigate and said the leak was elsewhere. Suggested I call the roofing company that recently reshingled my house and have them fix the flashing... under warranty too. Wow!

My wife and I have been Zonies for almost 20 years now.  At least two of the things we learned over those years were Arizona roofs are different and home contractors (in general) can't be trusted. It's sad to say, really, really sad,  but a quick search on tha AZ Contractors Registration Site will show you thousands upon thousands of unregistred and scamming contractors that have been caught in the act. And thats not to show you those that have yet to be uncovered.
So, with that consideration in mind, we did some research and found Arizona Roofing Systems to be highly recommended, licensed, and free of complaints.  And to top it off they are on The Home Depot list of 'suggested' roofing contractors in our part of the East Valley. That does not mean they work for the HD, or even use HD products; but they are referred by HD and HD keeps track of their record. A big plus!  Just like YELP!
So far, they answered the inquiry quickly, showed up for the estimate exactly on time looking and sounding like a professional contractor. Todd (the estimator) answered all the questions properly and (with a huge consideration for sticker shock on our part) gave a fair estimate and a logical starting time.
So, as a long ago retired east coast roofer myself (from an era when ladders were made of wood) and an avid YELPER........we will certainly keep you all posted on how the job goes. From estimated starting time to actual starting time to finish time,  helpers, cleanup and quality of work.  K?

..2nd report:  They were actually one week ahead of their promised arrival schedule. That was a big plus because we are getting the house painted on the inside and we wanted to repair the ceiling ( from a leak) before the painters came. And with Monsoons peaking around the San Tans it was double important. So here they are, the whole crew neat and very, very professional working in the blazing sun and baking heat. They did a beautiful job with all the edges and keys lining up and without too much booming and ruckus. Cleanup was perfect and bushes and grass all left in good shape.
Now, lets wait for a rain......

Jon Blanc came to my home to look at my roofing problem and gave me a estimated cost of work that needed done. No high pressure to get the job. Very easy man to work with. I signed the contract and he sent out a very excellence roofing crew. they were top notch. kept area very clean and when done made sure everything was back  and cleaned up .They did everything that was promised. The McMillan team is unbelievably good.  We found each other accidentally, but the transaction and job was done perfectly!  They painted the exterior of our house and fixed problems in the roof and recoated.  Nelson, our estimator and crew chief was friendly, straight forward about costs and ensured that our satisfaction was priority one.  

Can't say enough good things about McMillan Brothers, and when it comes time to paint the interior, They will be the only company I call.

Luis and company came to our rescue when my Dad's roof started leaking in July. They came out and assessed quickly that he needed a partial new roof (half the house). They did a great job, and the grounds were left in very good condition.

We noticed a couple days ago that a piece of the roof near the front door had come loose. Luis sent someone out to replace it right away!

They are very responsive, and I will use them any time I need roofing help!

Ok, if you're tired of contractors not showing up, call SF Roofing. This company came out in the rain, climbed up on the roof, did some clean up and didn't try selling a thing that wasn't necessary. Fantastic pricing, prompt and professional. And, bonus, ladies, they don't talk to women like they're brainless!

I just got done doing about $60k in renovations to a house in Laveen Arizona, involving new windows, new landscaping and irrigation, new carpet, new countertops and new underlayment for my concrete tile roof. About a year ago, after a strong storm, I noticed a leak and decided I needed a roofer to take a look. After reviewing websites and reviews across the State and web, I chose 5 reputable companies to come out and give me a bid. HANDS DOWN Craig, Jesse, and Debbie at Browns Roofing, even before they came out to give me a quote, were different (and better). Jesse came out to give me a quote and was actually the last company to do so. This was more so that they just happened to be the last company i called of the group. Of the 5 companies, Brown was the only one to actually really talk to me about my issue - a leak I noticed after a strong storm. Most of the other companies showed up, threw a ladder up, and gave me a generic quote based solely on the size of my roof - none of the other 4 asked me about my issues or even talked to me above I will email you a quote in a few days. Jesse took some time with me to ask what i was experiencing, then after reviewing the roof, actually told me he might have fixed the problem for free. He had noticed a tile that had slid slightly out of place( I had thrown a tennis ball up on the roof for a puppy and didn't realize i had actually damaged the roof in doing so) and created a small pocket that was catching water behind the tile, and thus caused the leak over time. He advised that that might have fixed the issue, but to call him if i had any other issues. I didn't for about a year, until another strong storm hit and actually damaged the other part of my roof. Remembering my great experience, I called Brown Roofing again, and asked them to come out again and that I actually for sure needed repairs this time. They were happy to hear from me and set up a date to come out and give me a formal quote. As I still had the quotes from the other 4 companies, i was surprised to see that Brown was actually the best deal as well. With my great experience with them so far, and their stellar reviews online, I felt confident in moving forward. As they are really good at what they do, it was a month or so wait until they could get me on the schedule, as the same strong storm that hit my place, hit a bunch of other houses as well, so every roofing company was quite booked up. Once they came out, they made quick work of the job which took a total of 3 days. Every day, the team cleaned up before leaving for the day - very thoroughly. Other than when they were cleaning at the end of the days, they were basically in the front of the house and on the roof, and so my dogs were still able to go out in the backyard to use the bathroom, which was nice. After the job was done, Craig came out to do a thorough inspection and even found a few more nails and such that I didn't even see when I looked, that the crew had left after their last cleaning. I was amazed at how great their customer service was throughout the whole job, and even after. Of all the contractors I have ever worked with, I must say that Brown takes the cake. I only wish I had more jobs to give them, or that they did more than just roofing! Just use Brown Roofing - they are the best.

John Baker & John Baker Jr. are awesome guys and they do great work! Have used them for a couple years now as my go to roofers for myself and my clients. They just re-did all the underlayment for my client in Glendale & are going to be doing some foam roof repairs for a client in Sun City after escrow closes. I highly recommend them if you want the job done right and reasonable pricing.

Jordan was on time for every meeting, from quote, start time and completion meeting. His crew did a fantastic job. We needed a remove and re paper on our 15 year old roof. They placed 2 layers of paper and did the replacements a great price. They did a great job. Guys did cleanup every day and were very respectful of close by neighbors.

Total professionals and genuinely nice people.  Showed up on time each day and kept me updated on the work they were doing.  The real kicker was that they came in under their estimate, something that quite honestly shocked me.  You'd be wise to consider them for your next roofing job!

They were very quick to respond to my request to have somebody come out and look at my roof as well as very quick and responsive to get me my quote. It was a difficult decision for me to make but unfortunately I didn't get to use them due to the cost, but highly recommend them even though I didn't have the opportunity to use them.

I met Juan when me came to our home for an estimate after damage to our roof from a micro-burst.  He was on time and very professional.  On the day the work was done, the crew completed the work in a very timely manner.  Everyone was very pleasant and a joy to work with.  Thank you for repairing our roof.

I reached out to State 48 Roofing after having a poor repair job completed by another roofing company's subcontractor. Jason (the owner of State 48) listened to my issue and stated that he was going to make things right...Wow, what customer service. In total over the next couple of days I dealt with Jaden and Josh for the repair work and Shannon, Dory, Miguel and Jessi from administration. OMG, I can't thank these folks enough. Had a roof in need of repair out of area. They did a great job, sent before and after photos, very pleased with the results.

Alex and Spartan Roofing was the reason I didn't lose out on purchasing a home during this crazy market.  During the inspection period, our inspector showed us the roof had issues.  I called Spartan Roofing to provide a roof inspection.  He did so and recommended we completely redo the underlayment, add additional tiles (as the builder tried to stretch the coverage) and redo all the flashing.  I had 5 other roofers out for other estimates.  Alex was by far the best price and was very responsive to questions and making sure this was going to get done.  The plan was for the roof to be completed after the closing of the house.  Well, last minute (2 days before close) the lender required the roof to be done before.  This forced our closing date back by 4 business days.  Well, Spartan Roofing was able to start immediately and completed the roof in those 4 days.  The guys did an incredible job!  The roof looks amazing and if he wouldn't have been able to make the roof job happen before closing the sellers were going to 'cure' the deal and I would have lost the house.  Alex is a stand-up guy and will do right by you.  He doesn't beat around the bush and will tell you how it is.  Believe me when I tell you, I did my thorough research when trying to find the right roofer for this job.  Look no further, Spartan Roofing will get your roof job done right.  A huge thank you to Alex and the Spartan Roofing team!
