Best Roofing Contractors in Arizona

I called George Keith, because I had a leak in my roof.  He came out right away, immediately identified the problem, and explained how he would fix it.  He also identified other roof issues that could lead to leaks in the future.  Turned out that I really needed my roof resealed.  He had his crew out the very next day, fixing and resealing my roof.  He's very professional, prepared, and responsive.  This is the man you want to trust with your roof.

Terry and his team did a marvelous job on our very large roof.  His team was on-time, professional and kept the work area clean.  Not only did they do a great job but they extended services beyond the scope of their work due to our immediate family crisis (a death in the family).  Terry, seeing that I was overwhelmed with decluttering the house and preparing it for sale loaned me a flat bed trailer to haul items away.  His kindness and generosity during an extremely difficult time meant the world to me and will never be forgotten.  In addition, his associate Ben was extremely courteous and helpful during the week-long process of repairing the roof.  Their rates were entirely within reason and they did not try to inflate any aspect of the work that needed to be done to prepare our house for sale.  Thanks Terry and team!!

We started off by hiring them to redo our roof and they did such a fantastic job! We talked about a few other projects in the house as far as remodeling and those jobs went smooth as can be taylor Blankenship is very communicative and understands the thoughts and puts them into action, thank you taylor i have many more projects for you in the future!

Desert Sky did an awesome job painting our house.  Adam was upfront with all the charges and everything was finished in a timely manner. The painters were hard workers and super customer service oriented. Very pleased!

We needed help on a roof....crazy long story but this company saved us! They were professional, quick, on time, accurate and most of all HONEST.

George was extremely honest and very helpful. Our job was minor and not major like we expected. We reached out and he responded to our house the following day. He showed us exactly what we needed to do and how to do it, saying it would be a cheap TLC project. He was a rarity in today's world. Thank you for everything. Highly recommend.

Overson roofing did a great job on my roof. I had some tile damage, Overson did the repairs quickly and were very professional, after the roofer finished the work and leftt, his supervision came over and rechecked the work that was done. I was very impressed w/ this company.

I had the same experience as Ron P - and my appointment WAS confirmed. They were supposed to come on August 19. This was confirmed with Tyler, the same guy who looked at my roof and provided the estimate. They did not show. I called both numbers I had for this company, went to voice mail and said voicemail was full. Finally got a hold of Tyler, he said the crew had a problem with their work vehicle and had not reported it. I was very unhappy as I had scheduled painters to come after the roof repairs. Asked to speak with the owner - Tyler said he'd send me Brian's contact info. Nothing. I texted the other phone number asking to speak with the owner. Someone responded to say they would have the office/owner contact me. Nothing. I messaged through Yelp asking to speak with the owner. Nothing. No one even followed up to reschedule the missed appointment.  
My best advice to anyone looking at this company?  Move on!  Don't waste your time like I did.

TLDR: RUN AWAYYYYYYY!!!...

I called D&M Roofing and was told to call Alex who would schedule me and come take a look at my roof.
So I called Alex and i asked him: Do you work for D&M Roofing?
and he replied: YES.
So, i asked if Monday at 9am worked for him and he said: YES
Me: Great! see you then!

So Monday rolls around...
9am - no show.  - okay maybe he's a little late, no worries its my day off which is why i scheduled it this day.
10am - no show. - maybe he hit snooze a few times and caught some traffic on the way up. no worries, its my day off, which is why i scheduled it this day.
11am - no show. - maybe a family emergency came up and as he ran out the door to attend to it, he forgot his binder where he writes down all his appointments that he schedules with people, the moment they call him on the phone so he will be on time for the appt or God forbid, maybe even 15 minutes early...?
so I text him: Hey Alex, you still coming out today to do the estimate?
he replies: Refresh my memory plz

...and that's when U know, its just not worth doing business with ppl like that.

Arrow roofing replaced the roof on a rental of ours. Price was reasonable. Work was awesome. Right on time. Large crew. Done in 5-hours with minimal disruption to tenants.

William and his team were prompt and very professional!  Conducted some maintenance on our roof and replaced some tiles.  His price was very fair and he provided pictures for the before and after.  We would recommend Patterson Roofing for your next roofing job.

Never called back with an estimate. Sent emails with no response. I'm sure glad they didn't do the work I needed.

Spending a ton of money on a roof isn't appealing to me so I'm at least thankful that the overall experience was extremely pleasant. I believe Pat was out to do a quote in less than two days, and as soon as we were ready to commit, they were ready to start working. The work was completed as promised, and I'm pleased to be able to put our roofing woes behind us. Should we need roofers in the future, I'd call Stapleton first! =)

Make sure to read the contract fully before signing there is no way for a client to get out of it without having to pay this company 33% of the total I was fully cooperative with all they asked for my side of the bargain so they could have an easy install when the install was ready I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way when I received a call saying they have all my products ready for install come to find out my order was never placed after 3 months and the windows they brought were not the correct windows or even the correct sizes for my house it was a different clients I called the next day she said it will take about 2 weeks. the lady that I was speaking to was fired due to messing up other clients orders. It has been over a month since I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way (which it's still like that because there's no point in putting them back)  I have not received a call or even heard anything from the company about my windows and doors so I called to cancel my services due to not fulfillment to the contract and Miscommunication on there side and to let them know that I just don't want the windows and doors anymore and immediately the guy said that is impossible due to the contract and they have the high attorneys for this situation and as a company we will not lose
I did not read the contract fully but there is NO EXIT CLAUSE for the client to have the right to cancel after the company has not hold up there bargain so just make sure you read the whole contract because this company only cares about one thing only and that is scamming people into contracts that only benefit them and could care less about a client I knew right away as soon as the guy I spoke to started bringing up attorney and lawsuits right when I said I would like to cancel the order than he also told me that it was my fault that I should of been calling them everyday because in his words and I quote if it was his house he wouldn't put up with that shit (laughing) how is it my fault as company you should of called your client and communicated with them of what's going on
