Best Roofing Contractors in Arizona

I called George Keith, because I had a leak in my roof.  He came out right away, immediately identified the problem, and explained how he would fix it.  He also identified other roof issues that could lead to leaks in the future.  Turned out that I really needed my roof resealed.  He had his crew out the very next day, fixing and resealing my roof.  He's very professional, prepared, and responsive.  This is the man you want to trust with your roof.

Terry and his team did a marvelous job on our very large roof.  His team was on-time, professional and kept the work area clean.  Not only did they do a great job but they extended services beyond the scope of their work due to our immediate family crisis (a death in the family).  Terry, seeing that I was overwhelmed with decluttering the house and preparing it for sale loaned me a flat bed trailer to haul items away.  His kindness and generosity during an extremely difficult time meant the world to me and will never be forgotten.  In addition, his associate Ben was extremely courteous and helpful during the week-long process of repairing the roof.  Their rates were entirely within reason and they did not try to inflate any aspect of the work that needed to be done to prepare our house for sale.  Thanks Terry and team!!

We just had our home painted and it looks absolutely fantastic. We selected our painter from the recommendations on Nextdoor and Yelp and also my community prepared a list. We live in Westridge Village in Fountain Hills . Adam came over the very next day he gave us an exceptionally great price and  he was very prompt. His crew was clean, efficient friendly and knew what they were doing. Now we're going to  have him paint the inside. After reaching out to several contractors and either getting no one to return my calls or put through a customer service center and talking to a robot I was very pleased when I heard the owner answer the phone (george) who answered my request within minutes. George came to my home at a scheduled time. And was very understanding of the work I wanted done (complete exterior remodel) including roofing,gutters, and exterior painting. He gave me a fair estimate with a price breakdown for each of the three projects . He was very accommodating with my schedule and very prompt and professional with the project. I have and will recommend GPS to everybody who needs roofing or painting done to there home or business!!!

Save yourself the time.  They want money up front to give you an estimate - every other roofer in the city will do this for free.

Had our roof leak in 2 places after a heavy rainstorm. Overson Roofing came out and found both areas that water could enter. Gave us a fair price and scheduled the work in a timely manner. Showed up on the day promised and did an excellent job. Will definitely use them again.

I had the same experience as Ron P - and my appointment WAS confirmed. They were supposed to come on August 19. This was confirmed with Tyler, the same guy who looked at my roof and provided the estimate. They did not show. I called both numbers I had for this company, went to voice mail and said voicemail was full. Finally got a hold of Tyler, he said the crew had a problem with their work vehicle and had not reported it. I was very unhappy as I had scheduled painters to come after the roof repairs. Asked to speak with the owner - Tyler said he'd send me Brian's contact info. Nothing. I texted the other phone number asking to speak with the owner. Someone responded to say they would have the office/owner contact me. Nothing. I messaged through Yelp asking to speak with the owner. Nothing. No one even followed up to reschedule the missed appointment.  
My best advice to anyone looking at this company?  Move on!  Don't waste your time like I did.

I had a little storm damage from the east valley storms in early August, my insurance adjuster said not to bother with a claim because it wouldn't cost enough.  I got 4 quotes from folks in the valley, Dunne came in about $800 under the other rip-offs in the valley.  Mark was wicked easy to work with, worked with me on scheduling, and did great quality work.  I wish more of the Arizona service industry was more like these guys.

What a wonderful and reputable company this is. Not only is the work of the highest caliber but the workers clean up every day and even take pictures. We had two roofs worked on by this company, one a flat roof requiring a coating and a tile roof needing a total replacement. The latter was lived in by a renter, whom D and M roofing was very respective of, appraising them of their schedule and meticulously cleaning up afterwards.

Arrow Roofing is a top notch company !  I highly recommend them!! They are small family run business and take things very personally.  In my experience they did warrant work on my home even past the two year labor warranty deadline.  You can tell they take pride in their work past or present.  It has been very easy to communicate with them and I would highly recommend them!

Patterson roofing was fantastic. William is detail oriented and thorough when inspecting the damage. He gave us a few options to do a partial replacement and whole replacement of the roof. We went with a full roof replacement, and couldn't be happier with the results. His crew worked diligently to finish the roof replacement well. They also cleaned up the entire area after the completion of the replacement. I would highly recommend using Patterson Roofing.

Five Guys were quick to come out and take a look at my roof. Before I knew it there was an email for my estimate. Nice lean job and reasonable.

Garbage company... came to give me a quote and went on some MAGA Trump rant for 25 minutes. Won't be going with this goofy guy since he seemed more worried about politics than my roof.

Make sure to read the contract fully before signing there is no way for a client to get out of it without having to pay this company 33% of the total I was fully cooperative with all they asked for my side of the bargain so they could have an easy install when the install was ready I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way when I received a call saying they have all my products ready for install come to find out my order was never placed after 3 months and the windows they brought were not the correct windows or even the correct sizes for my house it was a different clients I called the next day she said it will take about 2 weeks. the lady that I was speaking to was fired due to messing up other clients orders. It has been over a month since I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way (which it's still like that because there's no point in putting them back)  I have not received a call or even heard anything from the company about my windows and doors so I called to cancel my services due to not fulfillment to the contract and Miscommunication on there side and to let them know that I just don't want the windows and doors anymore and immediately the guy said that is impossible due to the contract and they have the high attorneys for this situation and as a company we will not lose
I did not read the contract fully but there is NO EXIT CLAUSE for the client to have the right to cancel after the company has not hold up there bargain so just make sure you read the whole contract because this company only cares about one thing only and that is scamming people into contracts that only benefit them and could care less about a client I knew right away as soon as the guy I spoke to started bringing up attorney and lawsuits right when I said I would like to cancel the order than he also told me that it was my fault that I should of been calling them everyday because in his words and I quote if it was his house he wouldn't put up with that shit (laughing) how is it my fault as company you should of called your client and communicated with them of what's going on
