Best Roofing Contractors in Arizona

5 years ago I had my roof done by Mike. He said if you call us 5 years from then they would redo the roof for a lot less money. 5 years went by,  so he came out and looked at the roof and said it could go for one more year.  Mike said there was a few areas that could be patched up and would set something up for next week.  That was 2 months ago and he hasn't returned any of my calls. WHO DOES BUSINESS LIKE THAT!  Just call back and say you don't want the job.

Bought an online deal to have my roof inspected and gutters cleaned.  Ken provided me with a very thorough overview of the condition of my roof (which was fairly new and he didn't try to sell me on things or services that I didn't need).  I felt like I was being treated very honestly and I appreciated that.  I will certainly call them again when it's time for another cleaning and inspection.

We  would  totally recommend Mc Bride roofing.From the initial bid to the job completion everything went smoothly and as planned. The project manager (DJ) on our job always  returned my calls promptly and was knowledgable answering my questions.

AWM just completed major work on my flat roof & I was very impressed as Alex & his son Alex Jr. were very professional, honest & did the job quickly at the quoted amount.

This is THE Company for your roofing needs as honesty & integrity are crucial components when selecting a roofing contractor. I wouldn't think of using anyone else‼

As. a final note, I'd like to commend Alex Jr. for the great job he did & how professional he was......an outstanding young man.

Axis did a great job with our new shingle roof. Shelby was great to work with so we're Shania and Shawna. There was an accident that occurred on our property during the tear off (a water line had been broken) and Kevin and the office made sure to get it taken care of. They were thorough and took care of our roof. Our roof looks wonderful now! And am so proud and happy of it all! Thanks for a great job axis roofing!

Joe/Tony/ Showtime Roofing just got done with putting down a new roof for us in Pleasant Valley. It looks better now than when the home was purchased. Underlayment and broken tiles were replaced. Leaks in 2 areas were corrected. Will be glad to provide an update in 6 months,
But the job looks exceptional, both from the ground and drone views.

I just used Radiant Roofing for our roof repair. During my working career, my company developed huge industrial laundries utilizing hundreds of subcontractors. I wish they all had been as knowledgeable, trustworthy and pleasant as Jeff and Matt. They've got my highest recommendation.

Donnie from Zobec Construction came out ASAP and fixed a bunch of roof tiles on our roof. I'm happy with the service I received from Donnie and Zobec Construction and will always turn to them for all my roofing needs. These guys are truly honest and care about doing the job right the first time around. I was able to take a few before and after photos as well. Again, I'm happy to know that I can always count on Zobec Construction for all my roofing needs.

Taylor at Mesa Roofing came and gave me and a couple of neighbors a quote. I found him to be a decent chap. He offered us a competitive quote. While not the cheapest, we found him to be honest and dependable. They did all our roofs. I would recommend them for their great service.

America's Best Roofing was very quick to respond to my assessment needs. Our tile roof was not yet leaking but after a couple of our neighbors were experiencing leaks due to age, we decided to be proactive with ours. Sergio, the owner, came out and did a drone inspection and thoroughly explained our options and held our hands through the entire process. I will mention, this company was not the cheapest of the 3 quotes we had received; but we feel completely satisfied with out decision to hire them based on the experience we had from beginning to end.

We've never had to replace a roof before, so we had no idea what we were in for. Sergio and his staff were very courteous and professional, having answers to every question. We had no issues with our project, no delays, and the owner himself managed the crew and checked in with us daily with progress photos and details. Its been storming and raining quite a bit since the work has been done. They've followed through with all promises and check-in periodically, still, to ensure the roof is seal tight. My husband and I will most definitely be recommending America's Best Roofing and crew to all of our loved ones.

I met with a sales consultant from Scott Roofing to get bids on repairing roofs on two houses,.  He seemed nice, but shocked me when he presented me with a $30,000 bid for one house & $33,000 for the other, claiming that I needed to replace the entire roof on each house.  He was extremely pushy & told me that the roof on one house would be ripped right off by the first monsoon of the summer!  Well, we had several monsoons & the roof is still there.  Scare tactics are NOT a smart sales tactic.  

His bid on that one house was at least $10,000-20,000 MORE than any of the other bids that I received.  The other house only has a few small leaks & does not even need to be entirely re-roofed, just a few small areas.  He was so far out of the ballpark on both bids, it was a joke.  Perhaps he thought that he could take advantage of me because I am a woman, but I knew that his bids were both so ridiculously overpriced, unless he was using pure gold!  No stars from me!

I would highly recommended using Rhino construction for your remodeling needs. We had to completely remodel our entire bathroom and we felt at ease as they communicated and walked us through every step of the way. The owner came over frequently to check on the project and make sure we were happy. Our bathroom turned out great and we get so many compliments. The quality of work was great and the prices are reasonable. We couldn't be more thankful that we chose them.

We had Pinnacle fix an area over the garage.  They were on time, professional, quiet, and left the yard as tho they had never been here.  Scott and Nichole are very professional and personable. A great experience!!  I would recommend Pinnacle Roofing to everyone!

I have no idea what to expect with roofing companies as I have never dealth with roofing companies. However, whatever I experienced was not expected. I'll just break this down by the dates:

06NOV18: Signed contract.
14NOV18: Contacted JBS to ask what was going on.
15NOV18: Received paper bill asking for 1/3 down payment. No instructions on how to pay so I called them and paid.
03DEC18: Emailed them and had them cancel contract for lack of interest/communication on their part.
03DEC18: Replied with canceled contract and money refunded.

So you don't have to do the math that is:
9 days to go from contract to down payment
18 days to go from down payment to me canceling
27 days from from signed contract to me canceling

To me this is unacceptable. There is no way that it should take a week before taking payment. There is no way it should take two weeks (business days only) to set me up with an appointed date.

What I expected was that at the very least they contact me and ask what time frame I was looking at doing my project. Then getting back to me when I scheduled. I would have been OK with this, especially around the holidays. However, I received no communication whatsoever.

So what was good? Out of the 6 companies or so JBS was the best at getting back to me with options and questions I had. Which makes this entire thing even more disappointing because now I have to go back and wade through all the no-shows and people who dropped off the face of the planet when I started asking questions.

I do NOT recommend using this company.  In february 2020 we noticed a leak in one of the ceilings in our home. We contacted them and it was found the roof was put on incorrectly with incorrect materials on the entire back addition. The restoration department referred us to their roofing department to have the roof fixed before they completed the interior. The roofing department send Pete to inspect the roof. They were unable to complete the work until 4/15. On 4/14 the crew arrives unscheduled and a day early waking this healthcare worker whom works 13 hour night shifts. Pete was well aware of this nighshift schedule and needing to schedule around it. Pete and his crew didn't care and showed up a day early in the middle of my night waking me 3 separate times. I was told the job would all be done that day (4/14) after having woken me they worked 1-2 hours and left. They arrive again the next am so 2 days of no sleep to work another 1-2 hours. They left a giant mess in the driveway, in the dog run, and tar and roofing chunks on my lawn furniture ruining the fabric. There was roofing matter all over the clothes and shoes in my closet. Pete further did not see a larger than fist sized hole in the roof which caused further interior damage and despite being aware of it he did not fix it. He now wants another $400 to complete the roof that should have been noticed by a so called professional or anyone with eyes for that matter. His utter incompetence and flippant attitude towards customers is appalling. I contacted the office and was told  they will make this right. That did not happen there was no apologies or attempt to make it right for lack of professionalism, severe below quality of work, and disregard for customer care and customer property. We most certainly overpaid for this service. We had many projects in line over the next year to 2 years and Zona beyond being fired for the restoration work you will not be getting anymore work from us. We will be sure to educate others of your appalling business practices in order to spare them. You are shameful!

We just closed on our house and when all of the rain hit, we found that we had a roof leak.  I noticed that Koala T Roofing had a high rating and so I called to get an estimate.  Deanna the owner came out when she said she would and gave me a competitive estimate to fix my roof. After the estimate, her crew came out 5 days later and fixed my roof.  They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and very clean.  I have a pool and they got nails and debris out of my pool.  Deanna is great to work with.  She tells you exactly what she is going to do and there are no hidden costs.  I would recommend her company for any type of roof work!
