Called to get a quote and he asked me to send my address and he would text me a time to give quote and never got a text back. Gave another chance asking if I could get a price and still no answer so moving on

I had an appointment scheduled with this company and they failed to show up.  They didn't even bother to call me. Very unprofessional and unreliable.  Hopefully, this doesn't happen to you.

Baudelio is a great landscaper and very fair, honest and communicates when he will be there and what will be getting done.  Handles the irrigation and even getting ready to start adding more plants.  Its great to get someone that takes the job serious and gives the customer service.  Garnicas Landscaping I would very much recommend!!

I contacted Garnicas Landscaping to clean up our yard on May 5, they responded they could be here in the afternoon or the next day.  I said either day would work, they choose the next day which would have been May 6.  They never showed.  Contacted them that evening, they said they could be there on May 7, I said that would be OK if it was before noon.  They never showed.  I had given them my contact phone number and ask them to please call if they can not make it.  Didn't hear a word from them.  I told them my yard was not that big, I can understand if they did not want to do a small job, but at least tell me.   I would give them a minus rating if I could, the least they could do is contact the customer and tell them they would not be able to do the job.  Very bad way to conduct a business.

Randy is a certified arborist.  He did an excellent job pruning our overgrown mesquite tree.  He explained everything very well.  He is reliable and his work is very reasonably priced.   Highly recommend him.

My rental home in Peoria required tree and shrubs trimming in the front and back of the house on a small lot.  I was originally quoted $400.00 then the quote grew to over $700.00 or a 57% increase for a higher quality job.  Upon completion and payment it was found the the work was substandard yet, Twilight (Tony) will not stand by his work because the house is kind of outside his service area.  Now we will be forced to pay another landscaping company to complete his work.
I would never use this company again and further would caution anyone who is considering.

They responded first to my message and answered all my questions. The price was right so we ended up taking two trees down and grinded the stumps. The workers were nice and did a good job. They had it all complete within less than a week of first inquiry. Not to mention he used pictures for a quick quote. Other companies said they couldn't even come out for a quote in weeks. I recommend and would use again.

Twilight Landscaping does a fantastic job!  They come once a month to trim and take care of the weed etc.  They are reliable, friendly and very knowledgeable.  Tony really knows his stuff!  I highly recommend them for any of your landscaping needs.

We recently completed our landscape project with Yavapai Landscaping after considering several companies to do the work.  Ted who was our contact for the project listened to what we wanted to create and helped us fine tune all of the details we wanted included.  Hugo and his crew were TOP TIER Artists and their workmanship was 2nd to NONE!!!  I have done many landscape projects over the years and by far this was the most satisfying and finely executed one I have ever done.  I would not hesitate to recommend Ted and his team to anyone looking for PERFECTION!!!  Thank you Team Yavapai!!! :)

We are so happy!!

Just moved to a new build in Chino Valley and needed our entire acre landscaped to help with the quicksand mud that was present. When calling around to get quotes, Nathan got right back to us and was able to come out a couple of days later to discuss the project. He was able to give us a preliminary quote on the spot along with providing a visual of the design via drone photos which was so helpful!

As we are new to the area and had a blank slate to work with, we were a little overwhelmed about what should happen first, how we should prioritize, which plants/trees would thrive, best material options, etc. Once we had our design, he brought out various samples for us to choose from along with the education on differences between products and allowed us to choose pressure free. He really listened and incorporated our wants and we are super happy with the outcome.

Walter and the team were phenomenal! Their #1 priority was to make sure we were happy by having us review the work at various steps. They ALWAYS had smiles on their face and were so pleasant. We implemented a specialty item that was thought about halfway through the project and they took our changes in stride. They asked if it was ok to work from sunup to sundown, (we gave our permission of course) and they were never in our way or bothersome which was much appreciated. I have never seen a team work as hard as they did AND enjoy themselves while doing it!

When missteps happened, which almost always do in projects, either Nathan or the team would bring it up to us before we had a chance to notice and would let us know what they were going to do to remedy the issue. Very trustworthy and accountable.  

It was very important to us to bring in the right trees and plants that would thrive in our area, have diversity and bring in pollinators. Cheyenne took the challenge head on and brought out a plethora of options. After educating me about each plant, she didn't bat an eye when I said no to certain ones or pushed me to accept others.  

We are actually going to miss seeing the guys now that the project is over!

If there were minus stars I would check those. The owner Nathaniel is an arrogant man who does not keep his word. Last June, his crew was sent out and did an unprofessional job without knowledge of proper pruning techniques. They also chopped off 5' Lilac bushes that were beautiful and ones my mother had planted many years ago. When I called to make him aware of that and many other unfinished issues, he said he would have new Lilac bushes planted. He failed to do that and when I recently confronted him regarding that, he said he wouldn't follow through. Can't trust this company or their expertise or lack of. I spent $4600 on the job and am terribly dissatisfied.

Very professional!  Gave me a better idea, which was great, but several of their competitors came in with a much better price.

We chose Yavapai Landscaping upon the recommendation of our neighbors.  We had a large L-shaped lot which did not lend itself to an easy design.  Despite that, Ted Ferris, the business manager and a true visionary, developed a beautiful design within a few days and he incorporated every specific request I had made, e.g., artificial turf and a small pool for our dog, planting areas and a gazebo oriented toward a lovely view of Glassford Hill.  The masterful design included infrastructure to handle water runoff, irrigation, landscape lighting, beautiful handmade trellises and an extraordinary water feature.
    Once we had approved the design, Mr. Ferris put his team to work immediately under the supervision of Hugo Sandoval, and what a pleasure it was to watch their team working together seamlessly.  They worked tirelessly, placing huge heavy boulders and landscape rock and plantings exactly where Mr. Ferris had indicated, often working from sunrise to after sunset.  Candidly I had never seen a team work so hard yet at the same time so efficiently and in such harmony.  They were completely reliable, meticulous and perfectionists in every aspect of their work.
    We could not be happier with the result and would give Mr. Ferris, Mr. Sandoval and Yavapai Landscaping our very highest recommendation.

I met with 3 landscaping companies. I met with Ted Ferris from Yavapai Landscaping. We selected them to do a large landscaping project including removing old railroad ties and replacing them with Versablock and and underground tree and plant watering system.  A team of skilled workers and equipment arrived and the blocks were cut precisely and fitted perfectly to form uniform steps to a side yard. The drip system was set up with 3 stations to water trees once a week and plants more frequently. The job was done professionally on time and on budget. We are thrilled with the results.

Randy did a great job reshaping some very large ficus trees for us. I definitely recommend him, he will not ruin your trees. He is a certified arborist. The price was good for the amount of work done.

Absolutely NO complaints.  From the first phone call, they are professional, have a quick response and do excellent work.  Better than expected!  I've had many compliments on the driveway pavers that they installed.  The foreman put in a beautiful arc around my plants, that I didn't visualize.  It turned out beautiful.  The foreman also came back the second day to finish when he wasn't feeling well, but he wanted to get it done before it rained.  He certainly went the extra mile in his work and dedication.  Would recommend them absolutely!

Didn't end up using this company due to scheduling conflict on my end, but they were very quick with response time. I will definitely look at this company in the future when I need this type of service
