I wish I could do negative stars but I cant because this keeps getting better. Had someone out today because I am not longer getting water through the hose that connects the valve to my back yard. Somewhere there is a kink in the line, but when I was the company that came out to try and fix this nightmare I noticed that the line was spliced just before it went under the wall going into my back yard. They didn't replace the line going into my back yard line I asked them too when they first installed the system. They cut corners just like before. At this point I am about to have the whole system ripped out and replaced. I should not be having this many issues in a system that is only a few years old.

P.S. Nathan (owner) I haven't had a fucking drink in over 15 years. Your business cuts corners and does not stand by their product. I am a 20 year decorated Veteran and your comment is absolutely Disgusting and will never recommend your business and I will post this review on every single review site I can find as well as every Veteran board, Veteran organization, Facebook ect.  You should of NEVER made that alcoholic comment. Just goes to character I guess. Have a wonderful day.

After watching the Yavapai crew install our neighbors backyard and seeing the beautiful end product, we hired Yavapai to design and install our backyard.
The business manager Ted Farris worked with our budget, designed our backyard to accommodate our vision. His crew immediately started the work. I have to say I have never seen such a cohesive crew working together.
The crew worked from early morning into the evening for several days. I was so impressed how they cleaned up the job site before they left for the day. We never worried about the job lingering due to lack of employees. Their meticulous performance and end product is impeccable! They stand behind their work and are truly landscape professionals. I highly recommend Yavapai Landscaping!

Very professional!  Gave me a better idea, which was great, but several of their competitors came in with a much better price.

Wish we'd paid more attention to this company's reviews on Yelp regarding poor customer service. Called them, an estimator came out and spent almost an hour reviewing our landscaping needs, including water management, which we figured would cost more than $12k. When casually asked when we would see a quote, he replied By the time you wake up tomorrow. Wow.

It's now several weeks later. We never received a quote or any other contact from Yavapai Landscaping, despite two follow-up phone calls answered by a woman who told us she would let the estimator know we had called. A simple Thank you for your interest but we've decided not to quote would have been fine. Once we realized we had been stiffed, we contacted another landscape company (better rated on both Google and Yelp), received a quote and engaged their services. Suggest anyone interested in good service do the same.

We worked with Ted Ferris to design and install our landscaping in the front and back of our home in April of 2022. We live in an HOA community, therefore we have some semi-strict rules that needed to be followed, and Ted and crew were more than happy to accommodate.  

You can tell that Ted is super passionate about his job, which made me feel at ease, that I wasn't just being sold some product mix to increase sales. I felt that Ted genuinely cared that Yavapai Landscaping understood our vision for our yard front and back, and after some design change edits, we ultimately decided to go with Yavapai.  

Ted's installation crew was extremely professional and cared very much about making sure I was happy with the work they were doing throughout the process. Im very pleased with the end result of this landscape install. If I have to install new landscaping again the future, the first call Im going to make is to Ted.  

Lastly (and probably most importantly), I felt the cost was extremely competitive, especially compared to some of the quotes we got from other installers.

We hired Yavapai Landscaping a few months ago in Prescott Valley.  They did exactly what we asked them to and we could not be happier with the work they did.  They listened to our vision and gave us suggestions when we needed guidance from professionals.  We highly recommend Yavapai Landscaping to anyone who wants an excellent landscaping job done.
