Streamline Solar

We came into contact with Streamline a year ago, immediately after moving into our home in Az.  We were very interested in Solar and it didn't take long to convince us this was the company for us.  
The entire process went smoothly.  Our awesome sales rep, Eli, helped us choose the package that would be right for us.  The installation team was really great as well.  They are quick and efficient.  And so far we are extremely pleased with the coverage we're receiving.  
If you are considering solar I highly recommend this company!!!

We used streamline solar. They were late in the install. Came on a Monday. Had a different work lead then whom I was told was coming. They were unable to finish the job so said they'd be back the next day. Called later and said they had another job to do and would return on Wednesday. After inspections no one came to turn it on when I called for tech support to turn it on they couldn't help as had no pics of my system. Finally called a worker who walked me thru it after I had been told there was a crew in Tucson who would come do it. The first rain discovered my patio was now leaking. They had used it for walking across and putting the panels and roof tiles on. The wore away the coating on the patio. Filled a complaint with the BBB they haven't even gotten back to them let alone responded to any of my calls. Just had an electrician out the other day because half my house was without power turns out when then we're moving circuit breakers around they left one ungrounded that shorted out part of my house. Don't recommend them as if your a small job our was only 32,000 you're treated as if your business doesn't matter

Kyle was great. He has been out twice. The first time he took a part out of stock and the second time he had the part he needed. Both times he came out the same day I called!
He is a complete professional and the Co is lucky to have him!

These guys were great, from the original consultation to the installation and startup.  Everyone I interacted with was very responsive and straightforward.  They took care of all required paperwork and permits, and installation was done in one day.  Even months after installation, they are very quick to respond to questions.  My system is working great and I couldn't be happier with it.  In fact, I just recently ordered a system upgrade with a backup battery from them to get me though power outages.  I wouldn't even consider any other company.

Great company to do business with. I found them thru word of mouth because a few neighbors had their solar installed by Streamline. Also want to make a recommendation get Fred to come out to give you the rundown and quote. This is not a fly by night type of company. My system has been up and running for one year as of this month. Today I reached out to Fred to get some information about batteries added to my system. About a half hour later of chatting I brought up what I perceived as a issue with one of my panels underproducing. Fred is in sales and even though I decided not to buy a battery system he took the time to address my concern about one of my panels. Come to find out I have a roof vent creating a shadow on that panel. Since it was only a small percentage different than my other panels in output I see why that panel is a little lower. This is because I maxed out my roof with solar panels and not because of anything that Streamline missed. Very pleased to have chosen the right company. Thanks. Keep up the good work.

CJ and Kyle came to my house because my solar had gone out. They took the time and commitment to diagnose the problem and fix the issue. It was a bit tricky but they did not give up or make excuses. They did the work till it was complete and I was happy!  CJ also took the time to explain to me what went wrong and gave me in laymen terms how the system works! Their customer service was excellent. Their work was though row and the price was fair if not better than fair! I highly recommend StreamLine Solar for all your solar needs!!!!!

Installation was fast and the workers were friendly.  The company even applied for our HOA approval for the panels on our behalf and once the panels were installed they also helped us determine which APS plan we should switch to.  Our first power bill for September was cut by almost half!  

If we could use them again, we would.

I have a purchased Sun Power system that was installed by another company. The owners of that company retired and no longer in business. I have had two problems with my system. DJ the service manager has been very helpful both times. Both times he was able to help over the phone. One time I had to reprogram my inverter and this he talked me through it over the phone.  I was back up and running within minutes. Streamline Solar is now my service provider for anything I need done. I trust DJ to take care of things and not over charge me or pad the bill. Thanks DJ.

I have a system that was installed by this company and I am totally satisfied beyond my expectations from the sales department and all the way to the installation team it could not have been a better experience. I had the system installed in April 2017 and had a slight issue recently and they have again beat any expectation of service beyond belief. I don't think anyone can find a better company pertaining to Solar systems as this company. Every single employee that I have dealt with truly cares about their customers even after the sales and installation process. It's great to know that they prove there commitment to their customers. You can totally trust Streamline Solar to do you right.

Streamline Solar has changed our lives.  We can still enjoy the 72 degree coolness in our 2900 sq ft home without the $500+ electric bill.   Thanks to Andy and his crew we cut our summer bills in half and enjoy low monthly cost the rest of the year.  Andy accessed our needs and got right to work on the installation without disrupting our daily routine.  Love these guys.

We did a 3 week interview with 10 solar companies. We were concerned about getting a reliable honest company that stood behind there product. Marc was our sales rep from streamline solar. He was one of the first we talked to. So we had lots of questions and needed educating on solar. Marc had lots of patience took the time to answer everything we had. No pressure sales, just honest answers. After much consideration we decided on streamline . Albert was our account manager, he was absolutely great too. He worked with us until we were satisfied with the layout, he was with us through the process and continued to answer our questions. We had a issue and streamline solar was great! They  took care of the problem quickly and throughly. The quality of people that work for them speaks volumes. We have been throughly impressed with streamline and would highly recommend. I would ask for Marc he is excellent and will help you thru the process.

This review is long over due.  Streamline Solar installed solar panels on my roof at the end of last year and I went "live" in January of this year.  Everything has been working great for the last 10 months.  So happy we switched over to solar.  I am saving over $50 per month over the equalized payments I was paying to APS and not having to worry about APS's time of use nonsense.

When considering a lease of solar panels I was concerned about what would happen if I needed to sell my house before the lease was up. Streamline solar also understands that this is a concern and they have specific marketing material to convince you that transferring a lease is not a potential problem. From my experience nothing could be further from the truth, and I think I was misled. The solar company streamline sold me a lease with is called SunPower. Dealing with them has been a nightmare, and even now escrow has closed on the sale of my house and I am still getting bills from SunPower and they claim they have never received the documents they need to transfer the lease to the new homeowner. It is just not true. They have everything they need, and it has been sent twice. Leasing makes good financial sense if you are sure you won't be moving. My experiences with CJ and streamline solar have been very good in terms of the quality of the product and the service they have offered, but if there is any possibility that you might need to sell your home before the lease is up I would urge you to think twice before leasing.
