Freedom Forever

I worked with Freedom Forever on a relatively complicated 18kw system that I fully expected would take a significant amount of time for many reasons. The truth is that any "upgraded" or large installation that involves batteries and ground mounted panels is going to take lots of time. Also, my property is very heavily treed so creativity in design was a must.  While there were some stages of the build that were delayed due to Freedom Forever being very busy, most of the delays were due to back ordered Tesla components and necessary re-designs based on "on the ground" challenges that came up as well as a very significant utility infrastructure problem. In the end, however, I have to say that nearly everyone I worked with at Freedom Forever was very professional and competent. In fact, there were two or three people on the team that I would say are actually pretty impressive in terms of going above and beyond to fix challenges and problems.  My project ended up many months delayed for the reasons I listed above, but TRUE TO THEIR WORD, they compensated me 100% for the delays.  In other words, they made ALL of my monthly solar loan payments until the system was working.  One Freedom Forever employee assigned to fixing issues post installation (his name is Casey) literally came to my property and camped out all day long monitoring and investigating a problem I had with my inverters turning off. Turns out he was able to identify the problem as voltage overload from my utility.  I had to have my utility fix the problem, which was a little complicated, but once it was fixed I had a fully functional system that is exceeding my expectations in terms of production and storage. I think people find it easier to bash companies on these review sites, but in the end what matters most is not the problems that come up, but the reaction to the problems. We had lots of challenges, but the company never abandoned me and delivered a monster system that looks pretty damn amazing too if I do say so myself.  Thanks to everyone at Freedom Forever for going above and beyond.

Panels were December of 22.  It's now mid April and they aren't turned on yet.  The system that was put on didn't match the approved permit so Phoenix failed the inspection.  New permit was filed, failed inspection due to the wrong amp being installed.  Was told a new permit was filed and we'd hear back by April 18th.  Can't get a response from anyone now.  Heading into summer with a system we got to save $ to have a roof full of non working panels.  If this is how install goes, what's going to happen if I need a repair? When I called customer service they couldn't give me any new information, just said they are waiting on the permit approval.   Use this company at your own risk.

This place will lie to you and tell you anything they have to for you to sign up with them. They are crooks and a scam and stole numerous neighbors identity and ruined credit. We went to the Attorney General and there is a current investigation on this company. BEWARE!!  On top of that they gave multiple people solar and ruined their roof with leaks and we are getting charged for solar and a utility bill more than we were already paying to begin with.

Still waiting for that refund promised in September!! I've emailed them probably 15 times and finally they said it was in process (5 months later) I'm not holding my breath!

Just like the other reviews, our Solar install went great and worked well for about half a year. In early July the system stopped working and is still not working. Freedom forever's customer service ignored us and just kept telling us they have no updates to fix it. I had to put a bad review and a complaint on the BBB to get someone to reach out. A guy looked at the system finally and told us the inverter is bad. He said he doesn't know when they will be back. That was a month back. I wonder how long it will take to fix....

Avoid this company.  Nothing but problems.  I would prefer to have my whole solar system removed rather than deal with the constant problems.

Horrible experience with the company AND with the coordinator. I signed my contact in August 2021. In December, after multiple daily phone calls, I tried to cancel but was still being billed. In January I finally got a return call.   They promised it would just be a few weeks to complete things. They finally installed the panels in mid-April. Then they dug up my yard and buried all my cacti. It gets WORSE.

I've had to make payments on this for 6 months in addition to paying TEP.  In a couple weeks there is another payment due. I made a complaint with the BBB last week and today I talked to a new person assigned to me. They said they are at a stand still and they don't know how long it will take.  ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

I'm friends with the person who sold me the installation. He left the company in October because Freedom was very difficult to work for. They were changing pricing after contracts were signed (exactly what they tried to do  with me in January).

There are other, better companies in Tucson that are locally owned, have better pricing, and can provide a better experience. AVOID FREEDOM SOLAR!

Horribly the WORST Company EVER! Completely Destroyed our roof and never said anything, it has been a mess since June we went from a custom roof to tarps and still nothing! No one calls you back but they collected there money, we've been having to pay for Solar since May and still don't have anything at either house to show for our investment and absolute messes at both this is very unprofessional and has been the WORST choice ever made.

It seems to me I was given a used system.???  It has stopped working 3 times in just over a year.  Installation went fine but since service is horrible.  Currently my system has been down for several months.  No one answers the phone. twice the system has needed to be re started, once by the tech, the second time by me after the tech showed me how, now the inverter is bad and it's taking months to get one and replace it.  They don't stock any parts for the systems and there aren't any domestic parts houses to get parts from or maybe my system was used and old, and they don't stock obsolete parts for old systems.  When my system was working it has never produced anything near what the salesman told us it would.  Very crooked business.  There sales reps either, make, very high commissions on each sale or are under tremendous pressure by the company to sell there products forcing the reps to tell you what you want to hear.

 STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

We are updating our review, after posting previous 1* review. We were assigned a coordinator who got the system up and running pretty quickly and also compensated us for our losses.

Our frustration with Freedom Forever was that we couldn't get the companies full attention without posting a bad Yelp review!

We were very happy with the initial installation our troubles started after we decided to add additional panels!

Promised only one bill from forever freedom but still getting bills from APS and Forever freedom.   Didn't live up to either promise.  Beware bate and switch!!!

I made the mistake of only taking price into consideration when choosing this vendor. My sales representative was outstanding. He was patient, prompt and a great partner through the selection process. Once he turned it over to the company to deliver it has been a horrible experience. No communication. Abysmal follow up. I have had panels on my roof for 17 days doing nothing. When I reached out to understand when they will be put into service I was told they had not submitted the request to my power company. The customer support person said that could be an additional 30 days. This company hounded me to pay but once that money hit their account it was see you later. I referred my brother in law prior to my concerns and have since warned him to seek a professional organization.

Our Solar system has been down for over 4 Months. We have not produced any Solar Power since 7 July!
Freedom Forever added 4 panels in April to the system they installed in 2019. In July when we were out a Freedom Forever Tech came and switched the system off and derated our main breaker box. They also installed a new inverter and said the engineering details had been wrongly submitted and needed revision.
We have not produced any solar since despite numerous call, texts, emails and cries for help over the last 4 Months!
We received an email today saying someone will come out on 6 December.... By 6 December that will be FIVE MONTHS with NO SOLAR POWER being produced!!!!

Freedom forever team has been AMAZING! We literally had our panels installed two weeks from the date we signed up! They have been the only company we would actually save money with by going solar (we don't use a ton of energy) ! The Detroit tigers team was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable! They allowed me to ask questions and had answered! They cleaned everything up and were super courteous! Tate D our sells guy has checked in every step of the way! So glad we went with freedom and not just the first company that knocked on the door!!!

I hired Freedom Forever to add solar to my house because they agreed that it could be done without cutting strategic trees in my yard. At least 8 other solar companies had said that it wasn't possible. After quite a long wait, FF called me on March 1 to say that they had scheduled tree trimmers for the next day - less than 24 hours' notice. They said they couldn't change the scheduled time of 8 AM. I couldn't be there as I had to pick up a visiting friend at the airport, but I said they could come & explained 3TIMES which trees were not to be cut. To be sure it was clear, I also attached a note to each tree in the yard indicating whether it could be cut or not. I arrived home to find my giant front yard  pine tree being butchered. The note that clearly said "DO NOT CUT" was lying under a pile of branches.  My complaints to the company have resulted in NOTHING - not even an apology. They were only interested in finishing the installation. When I told them they couldn't come back on my property until the tree issue was resolved, they ultimately cancelled the project. I'm left with a butchered tree and no shade on the front of my house. Higher utility bills, no solar, butchered tree. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FREEDOM FOREVER!!  Steer w'll clear of this company.

I would recommend looking for a different solar company.  Freedom Forever did not follow through with getting HOA approval as we were promised.  There were weeks of delay in getting the solar panels installed.  The panel itself failed out first inspection by our local electric company - I'm sure everything was installed quickly and without much regard for the homeowner, as every new installation is more pocket money.   I have been waiting for a reimbursement from Freedom Forever for over a month.   I have had to email them on multiple occasions about a variety of issues and never have a received a reply to any of my emails.  Freedom Forever literally farms everything out, including monitoring of our solar panels.   For weeks and weeks our panels were generating energy (as seen on our electric bill), but the app wasn't working.  After multiple phone calls between Freedom Forever and the secondary company it was finally rectified.    Do yourself a favor and choose a different company after doing your research.

The company itself seems legit. It is their sales reps that do a terrible job. If only they would screen the independent sellers, then they might have a great company. Brandon Ewell of Caliber Solar LLC tried to sell a 18Kw system to me. All of a sudden there was a change order and now it was going to be a 14.94 Kw system. Brandon stated that both systems would produce exactly the same amount of energy. If that is true, then why did he try to sell the more expensive one first?  I'm glad I decided not to go with him. Unfortunately for Freedom, this sales rep screwed the pooch.

Dishonest. I've never had a worse experience with a company...I hate that I have to give them one star. Do not trust a word their sales team says and do not sign a single piece of paper with them.

When the sales rep knocked on our door back in March and sat down with us, he assured us multiple times that nothing we were signing was final and that we would not be locked into anything until we APPROVED the final designs. We called and canceled within a week of the sales rep being here. Then all of a sudden on 7/20 I get an email saying that the loan has been approved and funds have been disbursed, as well as the final design is starting.

I spoke with someone in customer support who confirmed we canceled in April, but said our rep went back in and pushed it through anyway. The CSR said he assumed that we had approved the restart of the project and that he would re-cancel the project and let all appropriate parties know, given the sales rep pushed the project through without our approval. (I have transcripts of this conversation)

I reached back out to your support team yesterday, only to find out that the project had not been cancelled. Not only that, I was never notified it had not been canceled... It was just quietly pushed farther through the process. The CSR yesterday said the sales rep had "denied" our cancelation because it was outside of the "3 day right to cancel" window. So in other words, he sat in my house and lied to my wife and I repeatedly, rushing us through this process, ensuring us it was just a formality and now tries to force us to proceed by citing something that is the polar opposite of what he told us.

This is not okay.

We live in Tucson so when we called for an appointment to meet with someone from Freedom Forever they sent someone down from the Phoenix area.  His name is Andrew Lyman. He was on time and seemed nice.
We liked him even after his 3 minute brag session about his self driving Tesla!
As it turns out, he "hooked" us into purchasing which is fine because we wanted solar however, we are now realizing, 7 months later that many, many things he told us were lies.  Total BS!
He spoke to us regarding financing which is ridiculous because as it turns out they do not finance the loan and can not speak for the actual loan company.
The installation didn't happen anything like he said it would.  That turned out to be a bit of a cluster but, eventually, it was completed.
The tax break is NOTHING like what he quoted us and lastly, he said to contact him if we ever had any questions. Laughably and I guess what should have been predictably he hasn't helped us with a thing.  
He's moved on like any good, smarmy Sales Person should.
I take some of the responsibility because I really didn't do my due diligence in double checking what he was saying so shame on me.
However, shame on him for adding lie after bold faced lie.  He looked my Husband and me in the eye and lied.
If you like being lied to by all means use this company.  If not, then go elsewhere and please don't make my mistake...double check their promises.

We just had freedom forever instal our solar system today.  The fellows they sent to do our installation did a wonderful job. Omar and his "Yankees" used all the proper safety equipment and we're very professional in their installation. All the conduit was run in a manner that was inconspicuous and we'll routed to the inverter,shut off, and electrical panelthey cleaned up after and explained any questions I had. I was very happy and impressed.
The whole experience with this company has been nothing but spectacular. They took care of all the permits and everything else needed and kept us informed at every juncture.
I would highly recommend these people for a solar installation

The installation today was neat, professional, and superb. Giovanni and his crew were tops and I highly recommend using this company for your solar needs.

The salesman chandler was professional, answered all my questions. The process was easy, I didn't have to do much. The best part I feel is the 25 year power product guarantee. I recommend these guys if you are thinking of going solar.

Freedom Forever is a joke. They use 3rd party sales groups/ vendors to sell their services and must not monitor their performance. We were sold by Bryant Shoemaker - Apricot Solar. I got two of my friends to sign up the same day. I recommended other friends and he offered them better pricing. This sales person did not give the usage information - bills that we had given to him or the correct electric company information to the installer - Southwest Electric. Since then he has gone dark not responded to our issues. Southwest Electric installed the conduit - visible - clear across our street side roof - against our community code and broke several tiles of our new roof. They finally came back and installed the conduit through our attic. They were supposed to come back on Saturday 2/5 and complete the panels and the rest of the installation and repair the roof tiles. It was a no show - no phone call - no roof repair. Again no response from Apricot Solar. Still have not received a call from Southwest Electric
This has been a horrible experience - not sure the savings even justify - doubt I will see the money promised for the referrals

I signed a legal agreement with Freedom Forever wherein they guaranteed the production of my solar system within a certain threshold. After the first production year, the system failed to meet the guarantee. After nine months of having to call customer service twice a week and being passed off to 10 different "resolution specialists" (I was only contacted by 4 of the 10) I was told that Freedom Forever refuses to live up on their guarantee, claiming that "there's nothing they can do". Freedom Forever has presented a financial resolution that greatly benefits them and leaves us to payout additional energy expenses over the next 3 decades as energy prices continue to rise. The big thing is that they wrote the contract and are now refusing to abide by their own rules. They expected me to just roll over and let them do whatever they want. I have been forced to file for arbitration as a last result. I do not recommend that anyone do business with Freedom Forever

AVOID Freedom Forever.

We canceled our solar project back in April, but apparently our cancelation was "denied" by our sales rep, who worked for a contractor called Livsmart that sold solar projects through Freedom Forever. Without notifying us, they quietly continued the project behind our backs. The only reason I even know the project wasn't actually canceled is because I received an email from a finance company saying my loan was finalized and funds had been disbursed to Freedom Forever. I immediately contacted their customer support and they explained that the sales rep had gone in and pushed our project through even though we canceled and never let us know. They agreed that this shouldn't have happened and said they would cancel the project.

Another two weeks go by and I log in to check the status of the cancelation. Not only do I find out they didn't cancel the project, but they actually pushed the project further along. They finalized the design and then submitted it for permitting without notifying us. Even if we weren't canceling the project, we were supposed to approve the design before permitting. I again asked a support rep to cancel, only this time I am told that I cannot cancel and that the rep can't do anything else for us.
We have since tried to contact multiple different departments within Freedom Forever, but never get a response.

If you are looking for solar in the Phoenix area, avoid Freedom Forever at all costs!

I am writing this review about my history with Freedom Forever. Initially, I was happy to start the process of installing solar. Shortly after the process began i was not happy with the Customer sevice. There was little or no communication and sometimes incorrect information given to me. I actually got to the point of regretting starting this process. However, I made contact with Mary Anno. She was kind and honest. Because of her interaction with me I was glad that I started this process. She got the project to the point of submitting to the utillity company and was proactive in making sure that things were done in a timely manner. She saved the day!!! I have greater confidence that this was a good investment. I would give her a 6 star review. If your company could be more user friendly, like Ms Anno it would greatly improve your reputation.

Best production guarantee and company I've seen so far.  The sales rep was knowledgeable and professional and I will be saving tons of money right away!

Beat solar company to deal with. I was shopping around and landed with these guys. The process was easy and professional. I love the 25 year production guarantee

I contracted with this company to install a residential solar system which included two batteries in mid January of 2021.  I gave them $1000 deposit to get the project started.  I informed the sales person that I wanted it installed before summer time.  I asked for a copy of the layout and single line plan pages to review.   I found an error on the SLD which had omitted a subpanel I requested.  They said that they would correct this and have it approved by the local utility company (TEP).  A couple of months later, this had not been done.  It was at that time I found in nearly impossible to contact them.  They use a contact center that forwards messages to the company.  On the rare occasions where somebody picked up the phone, they said that they would send the message to the appropriate company contact person and I would receive a call back within 48 hours.  After 8 weeks and several calls, nothing had been done.  The call center spokes person would tell me the same thing over and over; that is was still in redesign department.   It was the middle of June after seeing that nothing had been done that I finally canceled the project.

This company is impossible to contact.   Even the call center would not answer their phones.  Pathetic.   I am out $1K and have not received any feedback regarding reimbursement.

Buyer beware.  Do not do business with this company unless you want incompetence and headaches.

It's been three months and nothing is happening. They blame it on APS (our electric provider) but it can't be all on them. Freedom forever has to take some of the blame.
At the recommendation of a friend I let them into my home with a favorable outlook. They gave their presentation and I ordered what I wanted. A solar system with the Tesla batteries like the one I saw advertised by another company on TV. I would have waited to do this but the payback rate for excess solar is dropping from 9 cents per Kwh to 8 cents per Kwh very soon and I was told I needed to have panels on my roof before the end of August (now it's September, maybe it always was). That statement wasn't true but I didn't find that out until later.
I paid them my deposit of $1,000.00 on 7/7/21 and they left. A gentleman showed up a few days later to do measurements (called a site assessment). The site design was done and the next step is the approval to put it on the roof.
On 7/28/21, I received an email from APS (our power company) that an application to add solar to my home had been submitted.
On 8/5/21 I received an email from APS that there was a problem with the application. It needs to be corrected and resubmitted within 30 days or I lose out on the higher payment rate for my excess solar.
On 8/20/21 it was resubmitted to APS and
on 8/30/21 it was rejected again.
On 8/31/21 it was resubmitted to APS and
on 9/8/21 it was rejected again.
So I called my salesperson on 9/9/21 who told me his boss is getting involved. Then everything stopped. I called a few more times for updates and I was told that they were working on it. The last time I called I was told it was a priority and being discussed on 9/30/21. I thought I would hear something on 9/30 or 10/1 with a status update. Did I get a call or text or email? No! All I hear is crickets. Today is 10/2/21 and Freedom Forever has only days left to get a corrected application in to APS before everything turns into a heaping pile of dog poop.
10/2/21 - I just got off the phone with my salesperson. He stated that he was told it was being resubmitted to APS on Thursday after his meeting but upon review he could see it hadn't been done.  He swears that it will go to APS on 10/4/21 and that he will call be before the end of the day to confirm what he just said. We will see.

If this system gets approval and turned on before the end of the year I'll get my tax credit but it isn't looking good today.

I had solar panels installed last year; however, there were a few hiccups. Due to the City of Mesa's permit requirements, and requests, the installation was delayed. They also requested to remove the extra panels, which delayed the setup even more. The positive side was it lowered the amount of my loan. However, due to the miscommunications, I ended up with two different loans, which were profoundly concerning. I spent weeks of calling and going back and forth with the loan and solar power companies. I'm glad I documented everything! I was going to give the company fewer stars, but after I received my electric bill for the past few months. I had a change of heart! I am pleased that I made the right decision to get solar panels. I haven't had any electric bills in the last few months, and I'm getting credits from the power company. Not only has it helped me during this pandemic crisis, but I'm also getting a huge tax refund this year because of the tax credit incentives.

Freedom Forever is exceptional with their customer experience till solar system install and after. Customer satisfaction is their top priority, and that's why they have the only legit power production guarantee on the market. Would definitely recommend if customers are looking for a company that's been around and is going to be around for a long time.

Two words: Buyer beware. I had agreed to a system at $20k. The Rep. called me a week later and said, " I made a typo and the new price is $22k, to please sign new contract".  I did not agree and declined to sign, putting this in a no contract status.  The Rep called and continued to pressure me into signing  new document and I again told him to rescind my acceptance and to "call it a day." That I do not do business that way.

Apparently, that was not sufficient as he had the audacity to come to my home unannounced to argue the issue. He accused me of taking advantage of him, that I knew the cost was 22k. He said, " I thought we bonded" and you are doing a Trump thing. (Which I told him was a "insult") .I told him not to come to my house again.

I reported all of this to the main office and BBB and cited fraudulent means as my reason for declining new contract. He also did not give me a copy of the " Truth in Lending" document which is required by law.

Saying this was a unpleasant experience  is a understatement.

Warning do not use this company! The customer service does not even deserve 1 star! After the contract was signed, the communication was non-existent.  The system was sold to us in June. We were told it would take about two months to complete the process. We were also assured that no payments would be made on the loan until our system was operational. Lies on both counts. The loan company began taking payments in September. Our panels were not even installed until September. Then, I could not get anyone to answer me by phone or email about when this process could move forward.  After countless phone calls, texts and emails, in October they informed me by text that there was a module layout change and the permit team needed to do revisions. When I reached out again for a timeline, nothing. Finally, on November 20, I received a text saying that the city is going to conduct a final inspection on December 10. After that I was told it can take several weeks to get permission to operate. If the system is not operational by the end of the year, we will not be eligible for the tax credit that they use as a huge part of their sales pitch. We have had to make 3 loan payments so far on this system. The payments have been submitted for reimbursement, but nothing so far. The whole process has been so frustrating, so if you are looking into going solar, please do your research, I wish I had.

they installed panels on my home in arizona city az last year. i questioned why they only put 17 in when all my neighbors had 25 to 35. i was told they followed specifications and measurements. before my aps was $300...now its $200!!! aps advised my bill is high because my panels are not producing enough!!! plus i didnt get  the $7000 rebate!!! because um poor in social security! they are liars and corrupt!!!!!

If you have an option to go with another solar company, I would recommend doing it. I wanted to like this company since they made it seem so great but I just can't. We have spent the last 9 months trying to figure out why we have been paying so much with no help from them. Phone call after phone call, talking with agent to manager and still no explanation as to why our electric bill is still almost $400.00. The last conversation we were informed that our panels were installed based on ONE months of data, not several months as I should have been. We were only asked to provide one statement from our electric company to show our account information and were never asked for any other data. Since I am not an expert on solar nor am I employed by the company, I would assume if you did not have all of the information necessary to install the solar, I would ask for the missing info. Now we are again waiting for another manager to call us back(it's been 3 weeks or more), since they are now blaming this on their sales rep. But as we have been told, since they are not employed by the company this is probably going to get us nowhere again. Don't expect to actually get a call back though, they have never actually called us back. Do yourself a favor and find another solar company. It will save you time and money.

Worst decision I ever made. I lose money instead of making money!! I can't sell my house because no one want to assume the payments when it doesn't even save you money.

Worst solar company ever. Constant lies . Changing stoies. No one has a clue. They promised i could move my solar pannels when my new home was built. Then wouldnt do it. And said if i had another compamy donit my warranty would be void. Also lied about how much the bill  would be. DONT USE THEM

2019 me & my wife decided to switch to solar for environment and to save form the high electricity bill. i had a meeting with the sales personal rayan angeles (do not trust a word he say). since i live by the golf course my questions was where the solar panels will be placed/ what will be the process for golf ball damages for the panels/ what will be the warranty/ how is the durablity. he convinced me & my wife that the solar panels will be put on the front roof to avoid the golf course and also insist on cutting down a giant tree we had in the front. when i got the solar panels placing plan it was plan towards the golf course. i immediately asked the sales person ryan angeles this is a very vulnerable side what if the panels get damage. his answer was don't worry it is covered under warranty for 25 years. also he said he spoke to his operation manager and he was told the panels are sturdy for hail and it should not be a problem. with my limited technical knowledge i asked him wouldn't the planners want to put some protective layer against the solar panels or foresee the damages that can happen. according to the sales person everything is good. solar panels are sturdy and should not have any trouble. the installation was done in two days andjanuary 2020 it was activated. srp sends me an ill for using there power grid i ask the sales person you told me there is no bill. he tells me ''ooh they would have change the policy and sorry' i though it was ok since it a smaler mount. i walk in coule of days ago i see a whole lot of golf ball damages. i reach out to the customer service and gentleman at the customer service tells me after couple of email exchanges that their management had point out the contract shows that they do not cover that type of damages. but the solar panels have 25 year warranty. also they want me to provide a written document of the conversastion i had with the sales person. they did not understand the future possibilities of the panels getting damage or offer a solution but just said that there is nothing they can do. numorous email of just saying noting we can do. i reach out to the sales person ryan angeles and he is quiet and teres is no steepign in to resolving for the customer. there is not after sales follow ups or visits or any ntervention of bringin resolution.
i have had coupl of other companies offer me quote even freedom forever solar offered a higher prices i was assuming that their product is durable. it looks like they are not. solar panel shoul dbe able to with stand a 1inch hail with 50mph imapct. now i'm having a $ 25,500 solar panels that is expected to get more damage in the winter when golfers are out there but the vendor cannot do anything. i rather go back to srp rather than dealing with borrowed strees. there is no freedom working wit this vendor (company) it is borrowed trouble right now.

04/05/2020 -1st review ***it was a fantastic experience. all the planning was communicated timely. within a week he panels were installed. all the service crew and staff has been very helpful, courteous. i have had a chance to interact with the customer service for the after installations so far. as time pass by i assuming that is a five star experience as well.****

worst experience ever. its always lies and differnt stories from everyone at this company. no one knows what they are doing or what they are talking about and the story constantly changes.  i bought solar pannels for 2 homes. they promised it would be a tax write off on both. ( it wasnt) they also promised i can move my solar panels from one home to the other when i moved and then they changed their mind on that.  complete lies and ignorance all the way around with this company.
