Excellent product, wonderful service , and polite, professional customer service. We are so pleased with our screens and the entire experience.

Easy. I needed to replace a second story sunscreen that was installed by another company. The screen and blown off twice and was beyond repair. Patrick came out and gave me a quote the day I called. Brad came out one week later as promised and secured the screen, so it will no longer fall out. Will use again.

The experience was excellent. Brad was super responsive and helpful. The screens were ready early and they gave me the option of having them installed earlier. The price was a great deal. They installed the screens and a monsoon came along- the screens held fast. The temperature in the house is easier to maintain. I highly recommend this company and their products!

We recently had some of our windows replaced and our sunscreens no longer fit.  I selected Southwest Sun Screens to replace those screens based on Yelp reviews and neighbor recommendations.  I contacted the company and began working with Patrick who scheduled me for a quote.  During the visit, he took measurements of all windows needing screens and took the time to explain the options.  As these new windows have beautiful frames that are in an outside mount style, we did not want to damage the frames by screwing the screens into them.  Patrick explained that they have an alternative method of attaching their screens that would avoid any damage to the frame.  He also went over the different types of screens they offer and showed me some samples.  After we obtained our quote, my husband had some additional questions and Patrick called him so that he could explain everything in detail.  We ended up going with the 90% solar screens and wow, what a difference!  I was concerned about privacy with a new multi-story apartment complex under construction behind our house but these screens block the view into our home, even at night.  Our bedroom is south-facing and I know it will make such a difference in the temperature of the room this summer.  I already notice a temperature difference in my west-facing office. A few weeks after we had our screens installed, Patrick called to follow up and make sure we were happy with the new screens.  I really appreciated this phone call as it shows the company cares about its customers.  During the call he reminded me of the warranty in case I have any issues in the future.  If we replace our other windows I will be sure to contact Southwest Sun Screens for screen replacement.  Thank you Patrick and Southwest Sun Screens!

I am amazed at the service from the company. The sunscreens are excellent, and compliments are house colors. The temperature difference was noticeable. I was able to see the temperature difference using a Flir camera. My HVAC is running fewer hours, and it's so comfortable. This is a must when the house faces west. I wish I had done it sooner. Thanks for being professional and offering a great product.

The guys were out earlier than expected and everything looks great. They were on of five quotes. They weren't the cheapest nor the most expensive.

My experience with Southwest Sun Screens was nothing short of amazing.  I used Yelp to contact several different companies to quote me on getting sun screens for my house.  Within literally MINUTES, Brad from Southwest Sun Screens messaged be back about the request letting me know someone would be calling me shortly.  A gentleman named Ryan called me in less than 30 minutes, asked me some questions and scheduled an appointment to come out and take measurements and give me a quote for the very next day.  Ryan came out on time, called before letting me know he was on the way.  The price he quoted was absolutely reasonable and he was able to give me a firm schedule date that day on when the install could be completed.  Fast forward to the installation weekend, the crew showed up on the day they had committed, installed everything timely and beautifully.  The screens look amazing and they are already making a huge difference.  I can't recommend Ryan and Southwest Sun Screens enough.  Wonderful experience, highly recommend.  A++.

We contacted Southwest Sun Screens to come replace screens that were missing and damaged by a tenant.  The stress of having to deal with the damage left behind along with trying to manage all of the repairs from out of state was overwhelming.  In come the guys from Southwest Sun Screens to the rescue. Not only did they respond quickly, they came out promptly to survey and give us a quote, which was very competitive. They evaluated the damaged screens and didn't try to sell us more than we needed.  They came out as promised and within the lead time quoted to install the new screens.   When complete, they texted me pictures of the finished product and they looked great!  They never requested payment in advance, just upon full satisfaction of the completed job. We also had our handyman take a look and he commented on how good of a job they did.  It was so wonderful  to have found this reliable, quality and competitively priced company that we could count on doing what they promised when we weren't there to oversee.  We highly recommend them and will be sure to use them again when we need to add more screens.  Thanks for doing such a great job!

We received a quote a few weeks ago, what was great for us was that they came out and measured our windows and we did not have to be home. Brad gave us a quote same day and we scheduled for install which was today for our window screens. They showed up on time, we're professional. We are very happy with the way the job came out. Will definitely use this company again for any future projects.

I just renovated my backyard and my landscaper recommended that I get new window screens to protect the expensive turf.  I found  Southwest Sun Screens on Yelp and they were great.  They are extremely punctual and quick.  The screens look great and they cost less than I had expected.  I ended up having them replace all the window screens and the sliding door.

We are very happy we went with Brad from Southwest Sun Screens.  He came out a couple weeks ago and gave a free estimate.  This morning he and his crew came out at 8am and completed the install of our sun screens by 8:20am. They look great and very well made. It changed the appearance of our house very nicely. Brad is very courteous and on-time! Answered all my questions before starting and completing the install.

We originally had Brad come out and put sun screens on three windows but recently had him come back out to install a few more and the service was still top notch. Still highly recommend!

We had an excellent experience with this company. They were quick with install and the quality of shades couldn't make me happier. I recommend southwest sunscreens if you're in the market for sunscreens.

Ended up getting another company (competitor) out to my home instead and they were lower price than this company so will not be using this company.

The whole process was very easy and Brad was great to work with. Once we were ready to go for it and order the screens it was done in a very timely fashion. Having the screens on my east windows has made a huge difference in comfort and temperature. I would use this company again and recommend to friends.

I was in the market for solar screens for our house. We have a Southwest exposure so we have total sun from noon to sundown. It gets bright and warm in the living room and kitchen. I had read the great reviews that Southwest Sun Screens had and gave them a call.

I spoke with Ryan and he was extremely personable on the phone. We scheduled an inspection. He arrived on time and quickly measured the windows, gave me great price and I scheduled the install. Ten days later they came out and did the install in about an hour and a half.

I couldn't be happier. We went with the 90% black on all of the windows and they look great. They also keep the house MUCH darker. I would absolutely recommend calling them if you're in the market. We did all of the windows, but you can do only a few if you want. I'll probably have them out to put a new screen on the sliding back door now.

Called Southwest Sun Screens on a Tuesday and they were out giving us a quote right away. Very professional and timely service and the screens look incredible. Even came out to install them earlier than expected. Price was very reasonable as well compared to other companies. Will do business with again!

Brad was great to work with. Due to my busy schedule the whole transaction was done over email. I gave him measurements and my address and he was able to give me quote immediately. He got my actual measurements of window by my address so he didn't even need to come and measure. He answered all my question in a prompt matter. When he came to install all the screens all fit perfectly. I got 90% and wow they block out alot of light.  The color matched my existing screens. The price was reasonable and fair.

Phenomenal company and great customer service. Was able to come out the next day, after the initial call, and do measurements and offer a quote. They were super friendly, on time, and knew their stuff.

The day of install came and they were right on time and ready to get to work! Everything was just as we had expected, and was installed in a timely manner. They even locked the gate on the way out!

I will definitely be using them in the future as I need to upgrade some other screens that I have, and have already referred them to a couple people!

Brad was awesome!! He came out, measured and gave us an estimate all within an hour. He is extremely knowledgabe and professional. We accepted amd agreed to his awesome quote and we had our new window shades installed within a week and a half. The screens look fabulous and look better than my expectation. We needed a new sliding screen door after a burglary caused our old one to be damaged. I got quotes from two companies and chose Southwest Sunscreens.

Brad came by to measure things and for us to choose the color. I had noted in my first contact with the company that the color and appearance were important to us.

While looking at the color samples, Brad took them from me and suggested what he said seemed to be a perfect match. I agreed and scheduled the installation.

The installation seemed to go well enough, but when I looked at the new screen door, it did not match at all what we had agreed to. Also, the latch was installed poorly at an angle, causing the opening for the door latch to rub against it whenever it was closed.

He did finally admit that the color he showed me was not even available in the door we had agreed upon. This despite the fact that he recommended the color...

If the door was not available in the color we chose, a reasonable thing to do would be for him to call me and let me know. Instead, they went ahead and made and installed the door hoping I would not notice, I guess.

So now I am stuck with a mismatched screen door. And the mismatch is painfully obvious, as the frame they put in has a glossy finish that really makes it stand out...

Brad did offer to exchange the screen door for one that he freely admitted was not the same quality,  but the correct color, restating that the color we chose what not available in the door we chose. But... HE is the one who suggested the color, AFTER he knew what door we wanted...  And, he said he would have to drill new holes in our frame for new screen door. After seeing the poor workmanship the first time and knowing the quality of the new door would be less, we opted to keep what we have.

Either way, we did not get what was agreed upon for our money....

Also note... This company seems to manage its web reviews and Yelp is no exception. Note the lack of ANY problems mentioned with this company and the presence of a LARGE number of hidden reviews here on Yelp. If you look at them, they are ALL 5 star perfect, never mentioning how he responds to any problems or anything going awry... Never even a mention of a problem that they fixed.

In hindsight, that should have been a red flag to me, as it should be for anyone.

I did give two stars instead one, as the door itself seems reasonable quality.

But...

I never got what we agreed upon and Brad knowingly installed the wrong color door. It is that seeming intended deception that really should be a concern about this company.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Brad and Southwest Sun Screens. I suppose you hope that you'll only have to 'screen' your home once in a great while, so I'm a bit disappointed that we won't see Brad and the crew for some time, but I'm confident that the outstanding experience we had was just his regular routine.

I called Southwest Sun Screens mid-day on a Saturday after having called several other screening companies. We were looking to have bug screens placed on all windows after the previous owners took all of the sunscreens they had installed.

No one answered when I called though a recording directed me to leave a message. I didn't bother figuring I'd just move onto the next company on my list.

I'd say roughly 4 minutes later Brad called back saying that he had missed a call-- and I'm sure glad he did!

I explained what we were looking to accomplish and without hesitation Brad said he'd be able to setup a same day meeting to visit our home and scope out the job. This was a stark contrast to two other companies that I called, one of which wanted me to measure all the dimensions of the windows and then call them back and the other that provided a quote without seeing the job.

Brad showed up on time, spent 15 or 20 minutes surveying our home and produced a price quote on the spot. After agreeing on a date we were setup for installation the following Friday.

On Wednesday afternoon I received an email with a reminder of our scheduled installation as well as a formal invoice for the work. Having viewed the PDF invoice, you'd have thought it came from a Fortune 500 company.

While I was away at work Friday morning, Brad (and according to my wife a crew) of people showed up to install the perfectly sized screens on the windows-- no access to the house necessary!

For the first time since we moved in, we were able to open all the windows, let the cool AZ evening breeze flow in and not worry about all the outside creatures making their way into our living space.

You can tell the materials, craftsmanship and installation are all top-notch and of the highest quality. We're lucky to have found Southwest Sun Screens and Brad and would now confidently recommend this company to my parents if asked!

Southwest sunscreens is great to deal with. Brad is just the best! They are very responsive graded discussing what your needs are and they deliver excellent products. I've had them do my security door, which is absolutely beautiful. And they have done slider screens for my patio windows and solar screens for the back of the house. Their prices are more than reasonable. They deliver what they promise. They're on time and they clean up after themselves. You can't ask anything more for a contractor. I highly recommend them.

This company was great to deal with. They came out when they were supposed to, showed us the samples and answered questions and were gone. In 1 1/2 weeks we had our sun screen! I would definitely recommend them!

We contacted Brad on a Saturday to get info on sun screens for our home; we are fairly new residents in Sun City and was unfamiliar with the local businesses. He not only came to the house that same day, and after educating us on the necessary facts, took measurements, showed samples,  gave us an immediate quote and delivered and installed the sun screens the next Saturday!! His 2-man crew were on time and completed the entire job in less than an hour.. The price was exactly as quoted, the screens fit perfectly and look fabulous!  Brad and his guys are totally professional, friendly and efficient..we would highly recommend Southwest Sun  Screens to anyone in the market!!!

Brad was great to work with, kept his promises, and the screens look awesome. I had purchase a few window screens last year, loved them so much that I called and finished up the house this year.  When I got the invoice (which he sends prior to installation so that you can see it), I realized he had them all in white frames, which did not match the windows I had done the previous year.  But, I called right away and he happily made the change.  It ended up being no big deal, the switch was made and they were installed as planned, but would have liked to see them look at what they did for me the year before and be sure they matched (or at least asked) their previous work.   All in all, I would recommend them to anyone.  They look fantastic, and the house seems cooler already!

I was looking at replacing and adding sunscreens to my house to help reduce the heat in my upstairs. Brad was excellent to work with. Together, we found a combination of both 90% and 80% screens that did the trick. Price was fair and quality was great. Quick turn around time. I highly recommend southwest sunscreens. We had them put in Anti golf ball screens on several windows a few months ago. So far, we couldn't be any happier. Highly recommended. They were recommended to us by friends, and we plan on passing the recommendation on to others.

I would recommend this company to all.  Brad (owner) at SW Sunscreens is one of the best!  What  could have been a lose for my family and a lesson in business dealings, turned out.  I had my and my mother's windows cleaned.  The cleaner (owner) gave a pitch about a sale that he had going for sunscreens.  He told me he was the owner and that he had been in business for 27 yrs.  There were numerous red flags but I gave the guy the benefit of the doubt...big mistake!  I had also paid for the screens upfront, which I just wasn't thinking that day.  I had some questions and concerns during the month I was waiting for my order.  Didn't get any call backs or email response.   Waited a month and then called SW Sunscreens directly to see if this window cleaner was a salesperson or distributor for him.  I was told that there was no order and here it was the day I was suppose to get my order.  Lucky for me, Brad at SW told me he would look into the matter and he would make it right no matter what.  Well he did that!!  He made sure that we got our sunscreens and it only took a few days to have everything done and complete.  Can't thank him enough for being such a great and honest person to do what he did for us!!  :)  The screens look great and I want everyone to know what Brad at SW did for us.
