Just want to give Addam Galusha a big Thanks for his hard work!  we were having issues with our sewer clogging . called PlumbServe and Addam responded immediately he took care of our backup.  we continued to have problems with it. the timing was bad. we had a loss in our family and then the holidays.  but Addam helped us get through it. and later he ran a camera down our cleanout and found the problem.  long story short he came back replaced the line with new abs.  and now everything is flowing good!!  if ever in need I know who I'll be calling!! This company is great. It is not often that a plumber makes such a good impression that you (I) save the business card and say, next time we have an issue, this is who we are calling. Trevor Talbot came out to my house last October at the recommendation of my regular landscaper--they quickly and economically fixed my valves and sprinkler heads. This week, I found myself with another water problem: the company that renovated our pool absolutely slaughtered our drip line. I called an irrigation repair company, but they couldn't get anyone out for almost two weeks just for the estimate; the work itself would be weeks (months?) after that!! At a loss, I called Talbot, which sent Cameron and Alex out, and they quickly sized up the situation as a landscaping issue, and therefore beyond the plumbing scope. We need the pool reno company to come back and fix their damage (we also need/want a whole landscaping/irrigation overhaul). Still, Cameron dug up the damaged line, identified and marked the observable leaks, documented the damage and his professional opinion of its cause, and gave me an invoice (with photos) that will help me to get the original company to fix its mess. This second interaction with Talbot representatives was like the first: they were prompt, helpful, communicative, and eager to help me. (I want to point out that the person who answers phones and schedules was all those things, too.) Incidentally, the Talbot family also has a landscaping company--so you can bet I will call them ASAP!

Once again, these guys saved the day for me.  Was out of town and came home to water pouring out of my meter box in my driveway.  They came out immediately, stopped the leak, managed to hook up water to my home for a couple days until they could come out and put in a new copper water line for me.  (Another company came out, looked, and left.  Never offered to hook up water for me.)  Maloney managed to replace water line without tearing up my cement driveway.  This company has very skilled plumbers.  I would never use anyone else.

I recently renovated my condo and changed every faucet in the place. Upon completion of everything I realized my hot water was not working correctly. I called a few plumbers and explained what was happening. Some right away just assumed I needed a new water heater. Simon was my 3rd call to a plumber. After explaining to him what was happening .. he offered to take the time to speak with my handy man over the phone to check some boxes off before I'd even have him come out for a service call. I respected that so much that I just asked him to come out anyways for a 2nd opinion. To make a long story short something was installed incorrectly when my water heater was originally installed and basically Simon discovered the issue right away. Unplugged something and got my hot water to work properly. In todays world and for my lack of knowledge in plumbing I feel like someone could have 100% took advantage of the situation and made this a more costly fix for me ... however Simon was honest and explained everything in detail to me. For that and the fact that he originally offered to take his time on the phone prior to even coming out, Simon has earned my trust for any future plumbing issues and I will recommend him to everyone.

I can't say enough about Estella Mountain Plumbing!  We were new to the area just purchased our home about a year ago and of course, issues.  We had a main that broke by the home side so it was our responsibility and of course we are out of town when this happens so the neighbors called and we start searching Tommy came out immediately sent us pictures, had the water off and called with an estimate. Within less than an hour  from our frantic call to him leaving, the problem was fixed as if it never happened, he saved us hundreds of not thousands of dollars,  because if it wouldn't have been handled so quickly we would have had an enormous water bill!  He was fast was knowledgeable and provided customer service that just doesn't exist anymore and did not take advantage of after hours emergency service. Eddie was great and has years of experience! He answered my call for dryer help on a Saturday and arranged to come Monday. He was early and very knowledgeable on what was wrong with our dryer. Immediately he presented us with our options and even expressed how we could save money. He quoted us an honest price and didn't add charges in the end. Eddie actually left our house and got the part we needed very quickly, returning and finishing the job the same day. He was very friendly and trustworthy. We will definitely be calling Eddie first, next time we need a handy man.

Called Hickman plumbing because they have done great work for us before and we know we can trust them. John was very helpful in diagnosing that we needed to replace our 9 1/2 yr old H2Oheater.  We scheduled the appointment and today Chris showed up on time and installed the heater with ease! I was amazed at how efficient he was and he took the time to explain how the unit worked and recommended to flush it once a year offering over the phone assistance if we needed help. I highly recommend Hickman plumbing!

We hired an unknown to install a washer and dryer stackable in a condo.  It was not going as well as expected so contacted Merit to see what they could do with the project.  While they were very careful to not bad mouth the person who started the job, they did explain that much of what had been done would need to be redone and finished correctly.  The prior guy had been working on the job for almost 2 weeks with no end in sight.  Merit came in, corrected what was not done correctly, tied the drain line into the sewer and finished the job in less than 2 days.  Their fee was very reasonable, their workmanship was exceptional and I wish I had called them first!!  I highly recommend them.

I called Emergency Plumbing on Saturday afternoon to get help with my kitchen sink.  I had clogged the sink and jammed my garbage disposal. Water was trickling down but certainly not as quickly as it should. I spoke with Julie and she was amazing. She gave me her cell number so I could text her my information and my problem. Once she was able to she called me back to set up the appointment. The appointment was set for 11 AM Sunday morning..  she was a pleasure to work with. At 11 AM Sunday morning my doorbell rang and Daniel was standing there with a smile on his face and a good morning! He came in and diagnose the problem immediately. He fix the problem within seconds and I was completely thrilled. I would highly recommend Emergency Plumbing! I recently received a postcard mail promo and booked TH to perform a whole house plumbing inspection and water heater replacement. My wife was present for the inspection as I was out of town on the scheduled day.

During the service call, wife was informed that our water heater drain valve was corroded shut and therefore couldn't be drained. She was told that it was overdue for replacement due to its age, as it was made in 2003. So my wife authorized them to provide replacement quotes.

When I returned home, I reviewed the quotes and took a look at the water heater. The plumber misidentified the water heater model, somehow overlooking the sticker on the tank stating that it was built in 2013. 9 years is well within the realm of service life for water heaters, so that was one deduct for competence.

The two quotes I received were for $2200 and $3200, for mid and top tier electric conventional replacements. I work in commercial construction, so I did a little bit of research before calling to discuss the quote with their office. The average install price in AZ for a water heater is in the neighborhood of $1500, and $2000+ is possible for higher end units.

Their quotes were not as detailed as I expected, but there were a few red flags that I picked up on. They included gas piping work that doesn't apply to electric heaters, and one of the main differences in their quote tiers was for replacement of the copper shut off valves - that they would have to replace anyway. My current unit height isn't a standard height anymore, and the shut off valves are within the space that would be occupied by a replacement unit. The salesman tried stating that the premium cost buys me a company with a solid reputation (3 stars on 5 yelp ratings is solid??), and extended warranties on the heater, parts and labor. The labor warranty offer was indeed higher than average, but still is outside of the price range I'm comfortable with. I asked the salesman if they were willing to take a look at their numbers, refine them to align with what I know to be a reasonable price target, and provide an updated proposal to earn our business. He stated that he would, and get back to me in a few days. That was last Tuesday.

I called on Friday, and the receptionist told me the salesman was in a meeting and would call me back. I received no call back, so I called again this morning. I asked the receptionist to simply have the salesman call me and tell me if they were able to find something that would work, or not, so I could pivot to another option. I was told the same thing as Friday, that I would get a call before the end of the day. That hasn't happened, so I'm posting this to hopefully save someone else from wasting their time.

If you want to be gouged on one of the most basic home plumbing repairs that anyone with basic copper piping and household electrical knowledge could DIY in exchange for not having a labor warranty, or be given the runaround by a salesman rather than being shown the basic decency of returning a committed call, Tucker Hill is the plumber for you. If you want to find the best value for your hard earned money, I suggest looking elsewhere. I wish I had seen Jessica's review below before scheduling, it sounds like she had the same takeaway.

By the way - talked to the plumbing subcontractor on my project today. He confirmed that $1,500 - $2,000 is the ballpark I can expect to be in and that he just completed the same size job as mine for that last week.

Seth and Lorenzo did an awesome job on our 60 year old plumbing problem. They came late at night when we had our issue and stayed until the problem was solved. They went above and beyond our expectations. I would recommend ROTO rooter to anyone with an issue and ask for Seth and Lorenzo by name!

We have used Maricopa Mountain Plumbing in the past and have had good results. We thought we needed a new water softener and had contacted two other plumbing companies (who shall remain nameless) and asked for quotes. Neither would quote prices over the phone and one said that they would charge us about $50 just to come to our house and present their products.

When I called Maricopa Mountain Plumbing, they not only quoted prices over the phone, but the office manager, Pam, said she would send tech to check to make sure that we actually needed a new softener.

John and Eric showed up right on time, checked the water hardness and the water softener and told us that our current softener was working fine and we didn't need a new one.

They did make a minor adjustment on the system AND they didn't ever charge us for the visit!!!

In our experience, this is a great company and John and Eric were very friendly, professional and told me how to check the system to make sure it was operating properly.

Great service. On time. Bobby and his technician came prepared and took good care of our house. Price as advertised and I got a nice discount to take care of our three showers. Immediate good flow on the drains. He showed me pics of the job he did and explained everything well. I'd recommend them and use their service again.
