Dane and his partner arrived ahead of schedule and gave us a very reasonable quote to replace the hot and cold valves for our washing machine hookups and told us they had the valves and other materials with them and could install them if we choose.  We agreed, and they proceeded to install the new valves, modify our outlet accordingly, cleaned up the project site and finished in a very short period of time. Both Dane and his assistant were very professional, courteous and answered all of our questions. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family or friends for their plumbing needs.

Just want to give Addam Galusha a big Thanks for his hard work!  we were having issues with our sewer clogging . called PlumbServe and Addam responded immediately he took care of our backup.  we continued to have problems with it. the timing was bad. we had a loss in our family and then the holidays.  but Addam helped us get through it. and later he ran a camera down our cleanout and found the problem.  long story short he came back replaced the line with new abs.  and now everything is flowing good!!  if ever in need I know who I'll be calling!! Great company they came out for a landscape leak diagnosed and fixed the problem right away. The cost was fair and they give Veteran discounts always a plus :)

Great company - had shower valve replaced - they had to cut a piece of drywall out of the back side in order to replace the valve!  From start to finish including closing up the hole in the drywall, plus matching the paint - 6 hours!  You can't even tell they fixed it - perfectly done!  I will use this company from now on for all my plumbing needs!

Simon is not only fair but tenacious.  I had two difficult blockages:  One in the main sewer line and one inside that three shared sinks use.  He had to snake the main line 8 times and the sinks more than three.  Nevertheless, he stuck to his quote.  He looked at me in the middle of the  job and said, It's now about the challenge.

We had a small leak in our Master Bathroom that we were unable to repair. I called Monday morning and requested service for Tuesday. Tommy arrived right on time and had the tools to be in and out with no problems. He was very friendly, knowledgable, and was patient while I gathered the dogs to put them outside before he came in. It was an easy process from scheduling all the way through to receiving the invoice and making the payment!

We have a remodel planned for next Spring and we will definately have Estrella Mountain Plumbing come out and help us with that as well.

Eddie was great and has years of experience! He answered my call for dryer help on a Saturday and arranged to come Monday. He was early and very knowledgeable on what was wrong with our dryer. Immediately he presented us with our options and even expressed how we could save money. He quoted us an honest price and didn't add charges in the end. Eddie actually left our house and got the part we needed very quickly, returning and finishing the job the same day. He was very friendly and trustworthy. We will definitely be calling Eddie first, next time we need a handy man.

Called Hickman plumbing because they have done great work for us before and we know we can trust them. John was very helpful in diagnosing that we needed to replace our 9 1/2 yr old H2Oheater.  We scheduled the appointment and today Chris showed up on time and installed the heater with ease! I was amazed at how efficient he was and he took the time to explain how the unit worked and recommended to flush it once a year offering over the phone assistance if we needed help. I highly recommend Hickman plumbing!

I needed my kitchen drain snaked. I had already disassembled the PVC drain pipes and put down towels under the sink, making it very straightforward. Their guy Sam was very polite, clean and did make sure to go all the way to the main line. The clog was not a large or complicated one - he pulled out only black grease (must've been there from prior owners). He was working on it for no more than 30 minutes and said he had to check with the owner, Mike, to see how much they would charge. That was worrisome, as it should be pretty straightforward pricing. Mike told Sam to charge $179. I have paid $50-$79 in the past and granted, with inflation, I could see paying $99-$120, but $179 is totally overpriced. I understand that they have overhead, but come on! My housemate had gotten their name from her sister, so we figured we'd give them a try, but we will never use them again. I will call my regular plumber, who does good work and never overcharges me.

1st time Tuckerhill came out David was the technican, he was professional, and very knowledgeable fixed the problem right away. Very pleased with him and the company. 2nd time we needed a a/c unit and had it installed the very next day. Christian was the installer and he worked his butt off and put in a very long day. Very pleased with him and the crew. Definitely would use this company for any  a/c problems we may have.

On 6/12/20 called Roto-Rooter for toilet back up. They scoped plumbing pipes with camera determined pipes were badly needed to have epoxy coating to the bad pipes and install a bull horn style clean out with new ABS pipes and fittings. Same day they tried to put a camera down the kitchen pipes, but it was too clogged to inspect. Then on 6/16/20 they returned with a written estimate to do more work on the pipes from front to back of house and descale kitchen line and coat with epoxy 55' long. Estimate was $8250.00. On 6/22/20 crew started the work on the pipes. During this time occupants had to vacate home to hotel during work on the home. Work was completed in 1 day, I returned home after call from roto-rooter (Jason) work was completed. Around 7/28/2020 I called Roto-Rooter and spoke with Chris Specht (production mgr.) about invasion of Cock Roaches since the plumbing work was completed, job has a 5-year warranty on the coating and 1-year warranty on labor. Chis said he would have someone call to follow up. I waited 1 week, called spoke with Diana (Mgr.) she said the plumber Jason who did the work would come to inspect the pipes with camera. Jason never called or came. Had to hire an new company to replace their work and complete the job correctly. Filed a complaint on BBB.

I used Maricopa Mountain Plumbing to install a salt water softener and RO filter system. When installing the RO filter, the plumber John cracked the granite counter top, blowing out a chunk of granite adjacent to the sink. He claimed it's never happened before, and must have been a defect with the granite. AFTER he cracked the granite, he wrote on the receipt Not liable for granite. Will never use them again!

Great service. On time. Bobby and his technician came prepared and took good care of our house. Price as advertised and I got a nice discount to take care of our three showers. Immediate good flow on the drains. He showed me pics of the job he did and explained everything well. I'd recommend them and use their service again.
