I had water coming out of my foundation on the outside of the house - a slab leak.  I have had experience with other leak detection companies in the past with varying levels of success, NONE as good as this one.  I called several leak detection companies early the next morning and the earliest they could come out was late the next day, some were three weeks out!  I aborted Google search and found this company in Yelp.  Dave was able to come out in a few hours and once here, I spent less than 5 minutes outside showing him where the water was coming from and then he went inside and spent the next 45 minutes there using three different types of equipment and then told me (and showed me using his equipment) with greater than a 90% certainty exactly where he thought my leak was and described how it could be fixed!  He used a noise level detector to figure out which line (hot or cold) and to get the fixture closest to the leak, then injected a signal on the copper pipes to figure out exactly where the pipes ran using another tool, then used thermal imaging to find the PUDDLE of water in the slab around where the pipe was leaking.  The techniques were AWESOME!  He also gave me a plumber that was able to come out the NEXT day to fix the leak.  

This was during COVID-19 times and Dave came to the door wearing a mask, which was very much appreciated because I fall into the high risk category.  He cut a hole in my drywall (after asking for permission) as part of the troubleshooting process and the plumbers actually used that same hole to run the new plumbing.  He made the cuts nice and straight, knew right where to make the hole because of his equipment, and cleaned up the mess on the floor and tile before leaving.

I am writing this the day after the leak has been fixed and am still amazed at how well the leak detection went.  I am definitely using Dave if I EVER need leak detection again.  BTW, the plumbers I used said they have used Dave in the past and know that when he finds a leak it is always where he says.

In preparing to stucco my house there were several plumbing projects that needed done. From tucking pipes into the siding and moving a gas line to a smaller footprint and tiding it up. Eugene was able to solve all the issues with modern professionalism. Upbeat attitude and came in under estimate. Local Arizona guy cares about your projects.

Great service at a reasonable cost. They repaired my sink in a jiffy, and told me what else needed to be done.  I already knew what they were talking about, so it's not like they were looking for more money. Will definitely use again!

ViTech came out for a home warranty plumbing service. Prompt reply and easily made arrangements to have my issue taken care of. He was quick, efficient, and honest.  Would definitely consider calling them again if the need arises.

I own a business & have had companies take advantage by over charging & quoting for unnecessary work. I don't have added stress when a plumbing problem arises, because I know the problem will be solved without costing me a fortune.

Our AC stopped working Tuesday afternoon and Urgent Repairs was able to come at 9pm and install a new compressor! Truly a blessing and extremely friendly! Thanks, again!!!

I tried installing my own water heater. Yet another reminder that some things are best left to professionals. The last few plumbers I have used were not great. A quick internet search led me to Erik, and he was able to come out and rescue me from my my near disastrous water heater self-install. Extremely knowledgeable, and the price was very fair.  He did some work for me years ago when he worked for another company, also with great results. If your looking for a plumber in the East Valley, Erik is your guy.

Joe was really great to work with. He was easy to schedule and his work was thorough and well done. He fixed a problem that I could only explain because it doesn't happen constantly, and of course it didn't happen while he was there.

Had a break in one of my kitchen faucet lines . Called for service luckily for me they had a cancellation the next day . Came within the time frame they said . Justin was quick and efficient - even looked at a dishwasher issue I was having. Reasonable pricing . Will definitely use again .

Come the next day and below quote. Has done multiple jobs at my house.  Called him for the 3rd time to do an upgraded sink install with new deposal.

Thanks to the good reviews on yelp, called them for several issues including garbage disposal, clogged sewer line. They were fast (very important especially when there are tenents involved). The price was fair. I would use them again.

Requested a full remodel for our studio with Rene at Sunny View Drywall, recommended by a friend. We are very satisfied with the price, quality, and professional installation. Rene remodeled the studio in the timeframe that he promised. I will definitely be contacting Sunny View Drywall for any other services in the future!

The representative came to my grandmothers house and told her it would be $1300 to install a new water heater. She had already purchased a new water heater and had it at her house. All he had to do was take out the old one and put in a the new water heater. This is so disappointing considering he is doing this to other elderly people in sun city. Thankfully she knew better and found a different company that only charged her $200

Had work done on a rental home I own in Laveen Arizona. I am a non resident owner living in Canada. After getting a quote for $10,000 on a job that could cost $2500, I started to contest their reasoning for such a high quote.

Spencer walked me through and in his sales pitched told me that I had better go with their new solution: EPOXY LINING.

I challenged him saying that it was probably a disconnection with the City of Phoenix pipe. He immediately said: I guarantee that if you call the city they will say it's your problem.

So I called his bluff and called the city. Sure enough, the city got back to me and had a truck to repair the pipe in front of my house the next day.

I told Spencer that I would go ahead only if the city was not going to be fixing the pipes.

However, He insisted that the pipes should still be lined with this new solution in case a tree were to rupture the pipes.

So I caved in. (worst mistake ever).
After a $5500 bill, the city called me back the next week and said that the issue was solved, the issue was on their end.

So I got stuck with a $5,500 bill. I called in to complain, but the owner only honoured a $500 discount.

The only saving grace was that I got a 12-month plan after paying $1000 down payment for the expensive UNNEEDED work.

DONT TRUST these guys. They are sales people looking to upsell you and overcharge. Go with someone else. TRUST ME!
