I received a call from my landscaper telling me I had a huge problem. Our house was leaking water from an outside wall. There was no indication of a leak from the inside of the home. It could have been anything!! I panicked a little and called our homeowners insurance. They said we needed a leak detection specialist I didn't know they existed... so I Googled it naturally... Phoenix Leak Detection (Dave) came out within minutes to assess the problem. He was able to determine where the leak was in minutes and stop the leak before it got any worse. Thank you Dave!! Your level of professionalism was superb!!

In preparing to stucco my house there were several plumbing projects that needed done. From tucking pipes into the siding and moving a gas line to a smaller footprint and tiding it up. Eugene was able to solve all the issues with modern professionalism. Upbeat attitude and came in under estimate. Local Arizona guy cares about your projects.

Mike Moran Plumbing and his team are amazing true professionals. They are knowledgeable and most importantly honest. I called them for a clogged kitchen sink and they showed up the next day on time. His team was personable, quickly went to work and resolved the issue quickly. The price was extremely fair. I am a lifetime customer, will not hesitate to refer business, and will use him for all my future pluming needs. Phillip is such a great worker! We called him to do a couple of things around our home that we wanted done after we moved in. Very knowledgeable and he figured things out fast. Very friendly and honest and always communicated with me on things so we were always on the same page! We could not be any happier with the results on all the work he did for us! My shower drain has been clogged for the past month, and let me tell you showering with a pool at your feet is not fun. Finally, I put in an order with my home warranty company and they connected me to VITech. I placed my work order in the morning and heard from VITech a few hours later, they got me scheduled for the following day (at my earliest convenience) and came promptly in the timeframe they originally quoted me. The tech took a look at all my issues, fixed them within 30 minutes and was on his way. Best part?! I don't have to worry about my bathroom products floating around in a pool on the shower floor anymore! Thank you VITech!

Expensive....  charged $80 for the call then added parts, labor, etc on top.  $200 for a clogged sink.  I thought normally the service call charge was deducted when the service was used.

Our AC stopped working Tuesday afternoon and Urgent Repairs was able to come at 9pm and install a new compressor! Truly a blessing and extremely friendly! Thanks, again!!!

Great reviews, just didn't apply to me. Took them 36 hours to call me back and then missed our appt with no call. Finally got a call 2 hours later and was told that he just went to the wrong house, what. Had stated the day before that he would call 30 mins before appt so that would have helped him find the house. Will be calling another plumber.

Peace of mind came out and did a great job re-working our old toilet at a reasonable price, its now better then ever. Also did a thorough inspection of the whole plumbing system and provided fair estimates for potential repairs/upgrades. Best part is Joe was not pushy and did not try to sell an additional work, like a lot of other plumbers do.

Failed to show up without calling the first day. Then called to say they got too busy and weren't coming on the second day. How do you run a business like this?!

I needed a RO system installed and Desert Sonoran did a great job and finished in a timely manner.  Friendly service and fair pricing - I'll definitely use them again!

I would have liked a quote from Michael as I was offering a lucrative job. However after several emails back and forth before we could settle on a date for him to come out, he then wasted my time by never showing up or even bothered to call or email to cancel.  Would you really want him starting a project for you, if this is how he values his potential customers?  Not me, I'll find some who is reliable and demonstrates better business practices.

No doubt Tom is a nice guy. However, I was charged $175 for labor for a thirty to thirty five minute job. He did have to come out to diagnose the issue and found I needed a toilet kit. He got the kit and installed it. I can't understand how that can be a $175 labor charge or that that was a good deal. He just told me that $175 is their minimum labor charge! Really?!!

Requested a full remodel for our studio with Rene at Sunny View Drywall, recommended by a friend. We are very satisfied with the price, quality, and professional installation. Rene remodeled the studio in the timeframe that he promised. I will definitely be contacting Sunny View Drywall for any other services in the future!

Jessica-first class customer service all the way. Albert got the job done and was pleasant and cheerful throughout the messy drain cleaning process. 2nd time using would use again.

I do not recommend this company.... they tried to install a new water heater for me for $1700. Then when I had my brother in law speak to the plumber on the phone and explain to price he couldn't even explain how he came up with such an exorbitant price. So I told the gentleman I was going to shop around more and he said well what can you do I told him I had another guy that could do it for $780 and he said he couldn't come close but miraculously he could come down to $1400. I felt like since I was a women alone he was taking advantage of me. I still had to pay him$100 because he came out. Then he didn't even turn the water back on to my house when he left. After about an hour of myself trying to figure out how to turn it back on I messaged him and he did eventually come back and turn it on. This morning I had the other company on a Sunday morning come install a new water heater for $780. Don't get ripped off by this company

Wade and Tony were VERY kind and professional.  BUT, I was floored at the cost of what was done and my job is not yet complete.  The plumber cut down pipes and replaced the water valves under the sink and the ice maker leaky valve at a cost over $800.00.  The electrician added a wall outlet above the fireplace for tv, wired for under cabinet lighting, split a fan from light and added a separate switch and added some GFCI outlets in the kitchen for $1725.00.  My house is under renovation, so the drywall in the kitchen was open and the so was the drywall around the fireplace.  The plumber was here for 3 hours and the electrician 4.   WOW!  They both are suppose to come back to finish hooking up the sink, dishwasher, disposal (1800) and under cabinet lighting (875).  I NEED A PLUMBER AND AN ELECTRICIAN, STAT!!!!!!

I recently had the experience to work with Goettl. AJ Witt was sent to my home and I found him to be very professional. He spoke well while keeping me informed of everything he was working on. He also followed up with me after he finished his work.  I think he deserves a raise.
