Thank you Yelp for helping me find this treasure!  I had some drywall damage inside of my garage from the storms in August that I wanted to get fixed and Phillip came to the rescue.  He answered my call promptly and I was able to send him pictures through text which helped a ton in getting the project and pricing assessed accurately.  There was some lag time in texting back and forth but that's ok as he is quite busy.  He was able to come out the following week after confirming some final details with me.

I could not be happier with the end results.  I can look at my garage without shame again!  I would not hesitate to work with Phillip again on future projects.

ViTech came out for a home warranty plumbing service. Prompt reply and easily made arrangements to have my issue taken care of. He was quick, efficient, and honest.  Would definitely consider calling them again if the need arises.

I was very impressed with Philip , my mom needed a faucet replaced in the kitchen and bathroom, he was quick and efficient and the price was very reasonable,  he also check for any leaks around the house and backyard, He definitely sold me on using all of his services as a handyman and his plumbing experience.

I would like to tell about my experience with Ethan at Sunland Plumbing.  I am a realtor and had a plumbing emergency at a home we have for sale.  2:30 on a Friday afternoon I get a call saying the water main is broken at the house what should we do?  This house in in Sun City Grand, I called 10 plumbers, no one could be here today.  Will Monday morning work?  NO!  Ethan was on his way home from another job, said I can come right now and twenty minutes later he was there.  Ethan is very professional, and got to work quickly completing the job.  I recommend Ethan at Sunland Plumbing and would not hesitate to call them again!

Our AC stopped working Tuesday afternoon and Urgent Repairs was able to come at 9pm and install a new compressor! Truly a blessing and extremely friendly! Thanks, again!!!

Wow! I am so impressed with CTR. I thought I had a leaky pipe in my kitchen sink and after talking to Erik for a few minutes, he determined it was just my RO filters that needed changing. He could have easily scheduled a time to come out and charge me but instead he walked me through everything and the problem was solved within minutes. I am now a loyal customer. WOW!  I'm not easily impressed - especially with the repairmen and handymen my husband and I have used over the past 35 years of homeownership and a major remodel a couple of years ago.  But, I was incredibly impressed with Branden and Steve of Sav-on Plumbing.  (And NO - I am not a friend of theirs and they aren't a member of my family....this is a legitimate review!).  Unfortunately, we found water leaking under the baseboards in our house.  We had experienced a pipe leak several years ago and it was not a pleasant experience.  I've used Yelp for many things and thought I'd start there to look for a reputable plumber.  There were a number of good reviews for Sav-on Plumbing and they also came up with an A in the Better Business Bureau website.  So we gave them a call.  It turns out there were a couple of leaks and so we had a few options - go through the slab (YUK), repipe just the broken pipes or do a complete repipe of the house.  We were in a panic not knowing which course to take and suffering from shell-shock at the costs.  Rather than trying to push and sell us - Branden instead told us NOT to make any rash decisions - take time to think about it and just let him know. We chose to repipe the entire house - so our experience was probably one of the largest jobs a plumber does.  We couldn't have been more pleased!!  Branden and Steve showed up on time, did a superb job of repiping, CLEANED UP THEIR MESS, and even handled some other minor piping issues (replacing old handles and stops, etc) as part of the project.  If you're looking for a plumber - look no further!  This company IS THE WAY TO GO!  Two thumbs up from us - AAAA+ service.

Requested a full remodel for our studio with Rene at Sunny View Drywall, recommended by a friend. We are very satisfied with the price, quality, and professional installation. Rene remodeled the studio in the timeframe that he promised. I will definitely be contacting Sunny View Drywall for any other services in the future!

Came  on time as promised. Fixed the problem right away. I will put them on my list for future plumbing needs.

After getting taken advantage by the big name, a friend gave me advice to try cure all plumbing.
They were out the day I called and gave super quote best of all great work was done in a neat and workmanship manner.

I recently had George Brazil service two units. The technician indicated everything was great except for a starter that was going on one unit. The starter was replaced and all was suppose to be good. Three weeks later one of the units stopped working. The next technician that came out told me that the capacitor went and he thought I needed a starter on the other unit which the previous technician said was great three weeks earlier. I declined the starter and they wanted to charge $300 + for the capacitor replacement. When asked why it would cost so much, they said the mark up was due to the warranty and costs for their trucks, etc.  A $250 mark up is a little extreme.  In a matter of 5 minutes through google and you tube, I found a new capacitor for $30.00 and did it myself in under 10 minutes. I would NOT recommend George Brazil.

Today we had our air conditioner serviced by Alin. He was FANTASTIC. From the minute he walked into our house he was all about customer service. He explained every step he was taking to check out our system, he reviewed all results with us to ensure we understood what the best performance for our unit should be. He was careful to put coverings over his shoes when he came into the house from outside. He was very friendly and even stayed late to complete work on the AC that needed to be done based on his testing. He gave us the stuffed animal of the dog as well as a flashlight and even explained the companies history. This is our second time dealing with Goettl and once again they have exceeded expectations. They will continue to be on our speed dial for our home issues. Thank you so much!!
