Had an issue with a toilet and Alex from Beebe came out and fixed it promptly. Was very friendly - likes dogs! - but very professional and knowledgeable.

Unfortunately, continued to notice slight problems the next day but Alex came back within a few hours of our call and looked again and fixed it for us. Prompt attention to customers.

Great company and techs.

Had them come out to fix low flow
Issue, didn't fix it and told the manager issue was resolved. Go with Walker Plumbing, Jody nailed it and fixed the issue.

came out three times
then took advantage of my wife because I was out of the country putting a camera inside the plumbing to figure out where the problem was then they said I had to pay another $280 so they could come out again and put another. Camera doesn't make any sense.

I recommend this plumbing company.  The service man, Ivor Gabric was very pleasant and professional. The timing of service was very quick.  

I have used this company several times and have always been pleased with their service.

Had BB come out to change all my faucets in November. Had to have them come out twice because they had the hot water and cold water faucets reversed and now one of the faucets have gotten loose I called Derek and he told me they charge me $175 to come out and look at the faucet that is loose....even  though it was only three months ago. I've used BB in the past but I think they have new owners and I do not recommend them! They don't warranty their work at all! So if they do work and something fails after 30 days you SOL

KUDOS TO BEEBE PLUMBING SERVICE. Riding past their parking lot a few  weeks ago, I noticed their American flag was damaged from the weather. I called the business & a very nice man answered the phone. I forgot to get his name. I told him about the flag & he thanked me for letting him know. Today I was riding past the parking lot & noticed there was a brand new flag flying in front of the business. THANK YOU BEEBE PLUMBING for your patriotism!!

Had a leaking tub faucet and Chris at Beebe Plumbing was kind, professional, reassuring and charged only $180! All fixed in no time at all.i know that they were re e fly acquired but in 30 yrs I have only good things to say about them. So happy it is resolved. This is a glowing review because the other plumbing company wanted to charge me $1300,!

We'd used Beebe in the past, about 10 years ago and had no complaints with their work.  However we called them with an emergency  (I consider water flowing into the house from the main line an emergency).  We shut off the water and called Beebe with our emergency.  It turns out only we considered this an emergency.  Best Beebe could do was more than 72 hours/3 days out for a repair call.  We found another local plumbing outfit that really does deal with emergencies and they were here within the hour.  Strangely enough they also had Bee in their name.

If you can schedule your emergencies for a convenient time, I'm sure Beebe still does decent work.  If your emergency is unscheduled they are not the company to call.

All in all maybe I should thank Beebe plumbing as we have found a new plumbing service to use that we are very happy with.

We have a 70-YO house in Phoenix, so the pipes are old, and only God and the rodents know what's down there. So when our kitchen sink clogged on a Sunday morning, and when the hall bathroom sink clogged at the same time, we knew it. It's down there--with... So we called a local plumber. They came, they snaked, they failed, they promised a more detailed inspection from a better plumber with a bigger truck and a more powerful calculator for adding up the expenses. We saw it coming--the assessment, the sorrowful tones about our old house, old pipes, no way to fix it, newer pipes, the dug-up yard, the holes in the walls--all of it. So we fired that plumber and called Beebe Plumbing. We had to wait, but here's why. When Luis showed up, he was polite, thorough, and he worked until he got the job done--no need for a professional consult with the master plumber, no upselling, nothing--just an unclogged drain. He even offered to charge me a little less because he felt bad about taking extra time to walk around and find a better way to reach the nasty. So if you want fast and crappy, call just about anyone in the phonebook. If you want reasonable prices and quality work, and if you're willing to wait a day or two to get it, call these guys. They're officially the only plumber listed in my contacts.

I was charged 15 minutes of personal phone calls taken during my repair.
I am a dwarf and my stature was commented on even though I made it clear prior to my appointment I was 4' 1
No social distancing was practiced during the repair as mentioned on the website.
I chose to use that company for that disclaimer.
I could have gone to another company that charged $30 less an hour.
I appreciate the office manager contacting me.

Beene plumbing did an outstanding job replacing my valve cartridge in my hall bathroom shower. They were on time, very friendly and polite. I highly recommend them!

We had the dreaded sewer back up with company in the house over Christmas. Called Beebe, and they responded immediately, came out and scoped the line, and repaired the pipe out front. Responsive, professional, and knowledgeable!  Very good at calling to confirm the appointment, showing up on time, and doing a good job. Would highly recommend!

I had a 30+ year old low flush toilet which did not flush fully, maybe only about once every two dozen flushes.   I bought a full flush toilet at Lowe's and called Beebe Plumbing to install.  They were prompt, clean, efficient and courteous.  However, within a day there was a constant leaking due to the float valve  not functioning properly.  This was due to the faulty part that came with the toilet from Lowe's.  Lowes tried to say it wasn't their fault, we would have to remove the faulty valve, bring it back and essentially pay again to have it reinstalled, even though they sold a junk product.  
Beebe Plumbing knew it was the product, not their installation, but due to their superior business ethics and care for their customers, they quickly came out again with one of their own new float valves.  The technician, Alex, smilingly in a good natured manner,  installed a working valve, checked over and over to make sure of its workability and refused to charge anything for the trip, the new installation or anything, even though the non functioning situation was clearly the fault of Lowe's and it should have been taken care of by that giant big box.  
Please use Beebe Plumbing, a people company, and not the cold, uncaring, irresponsible big box stores.  Thank you Beebe Plumbing!

I called Beebe due to a small leak and they responded quickly. The technician responded as scheduled. It was very easy to make an appt and the fee was reasonable. I was very happy and will definitely call Beebe in the future for all my plumbing needs. I highly recommend them!!

Got cancelled at 10:30 of a 8-12 appointment window.  They wanted to reschedule for next day but wouldn't commit to first stop of the day. Completely unprofessional.

We've used Beebe many times. In the past we had a shower mixer valve repaired and another time the main isolation valve to the house replaced. Both times the service rep showed up on time and completed the repairs professionally and expeditiously. Most recently we purchased a new gas stove and didn't realize it wouldn't sit close to the wall because the existing gas pipe in the wall was in the wrong location. Beebe's service rep arrived on time and was able to move the gas pipe to a lower point in the wall that allowed our new stove to be pushed up against the wall. We paid by the hour and I was initially concerned the work would take too long but the plumber completed the work quickly resulting in a very small bill. To top it off the plumber left our kitchen cleaner than when he started. Beebe is our go to plumber.

Fast, efficient, pleasant. Ramon was here bright and early this morning.  Checked our problems and gave us options so we could plan replacements in the future. We will call them when we begin replacing our very old plumbing.

The worst I've ever dealt with. They showed up on a large commercial project and walked through. Said they would be back the next day. The next morning called me to ask if I needed them and I told them yes. They said they would be on the way. Later that same day I called to find out where they were and was told that they wouldn't be there and that they don't work on weekends (after all no one ever needs a plumber on the weekend) said they might be able to come the following week. I called someone else who came right out. Now they send me a bill for $150 for doing nothing and not showing up after telling me 3 times they would!!!  Don't EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS RIPOFF SCAM OF A COMPANY!  FRAUD, RIPOFF, LIES, CHEATERS.

We had a long list of plumbing issues in our Peoria home, Mark from Beebe was fantastic, spent about 7 hours installing 3 new bathroom faucets, reset a toilet with new wax ring, new toilet tank gasket, new 1/4 turn ball valves at all wall water outlets, new refer ice maker turn off, rebuild the kitchen Delta faucet, and a couple of other minor sink drain issues, wow!!!  I used Beebe way back in 2005 and 2006, same plumber Mark, was a pleasure to have him back, I highly recommend Beebe.

I don't even want to give them one star--they never showed up, never called.  I waited outside my rental unit from 8:00 am when they scheduled until 10:00 am when I called them to see where they were.  It was cold!

Upon moving our washing machine to install cabinets in our 2nd floor laundry room we let the water lines rest in the drain pan allowing the residual water to run into the drain in the pan.  After finishing our project, we went downstairs to find significant water damage to our downstairs ceiling directly under the laundry room.  Fearing the worst, we immediately phoned our insurance company who sent out a remediation company to access the damage and begin the drying process.  Upon cutting a hole in the ceiling and inspecting where the water came from, they discovered that the rubber seal in the drain pan under the washing machine HAD NEVER BEEN INSTALLED!  
On the following Monday morning we phoned our home builder and told them what had happened over the weekend.  We were referred to BeeBee Plumbing by our home builder as the company who installed all plumbing in our home.  Our contact from the builder said give them an opportunity to fix the problem, if they don't than I will get it taken care of.  We called the contact person from BeeBee and he made arrangements to come our two days later.  He clearly saw that the rubber seal had never been installed and said he would order the part and it is only a few dollars and they would be back out to install it as it would take a few days.  I knew this was a stall tactic as I am sure they have several of those seals in stock and they certainly do not order them one at a time!  I gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited five days before I called him to ask what the status was.  He admitted that he forgot to order the part and that he would order it right away and send someone out.  Big surprise, the next day the part was in and he called me to schedule someone to come out to install it.  He said, I will cover the part, we just ask that you pay for the labor.  When I asked why I would pay anything seeing as how they NEVER INSTALLED THE PART in the first place as they were supposed to he said, if I cover the labor than I am admitting liability.  I asked, if the plumbing company isn't responsible for not installing the plumbing properly than who is?  He actually said that maybe the flooring company pulled the pan when they installed the tile in the laundry room.  After much arguing back and forth, I agreed to pay for the labor and they sent someone out the very next day.  I did phone our builder who said there is no way a flooring company is responsible for the improper install as the tile is set before the washing machine drain pan is even installed.  
Obviously BeeBee Plumbing did not install the seal when the home was built and they are now afraid to admit liability because they don't want to be responsible for our insurance claim.  The damage was very minimal and the claim was so small that we considered just paying out of pocket rather than filing the claim.  The money is not what makes us so angry, it's that they know they screwed up and just want to pretend like it doesn't matter and to ask us to pay the labor again for their mistake was insulting.  I don't' want the money for the install back, I just want someone to acknowledge that they made a mistake and they are willing to address it.  I own a small business myself if we make a mistake and it effects our customer than we address it honestly and fairly.... I can't say the same for BeeBee Plumbing at this point.

Brian (and Eric) stepped up to provide outstanding customer service when I contacted them about certain repairs completed by a Beebe technician.  They met with me at my house and then sent Mark and Alex to resolve my concerns.  Both Mark and Alex were very professional and I have complete confidence in their work.  Beebe is a company that stands behind the work of its employees and goes above and beyond to make things right for their customers.  Thank you!

I called this morning with an emergency shower repair, they were able to schedule someone to come out this afternoon. The technician Estevan was right on time, he was courteous, had the part I needed on the truck since the mfg sent the wrong replacement part and efficiently got the job done.  This company is reasonable and by far the best plumber experience I've ever had. They do not take advantage of someone and they let you know about other potential issues.  This is a great example of customer service and a company I will definitely use and recommend again.

Look no further for plumbing needs.  We had a major slab leak years ago and they were the only company with alternative, less expensive solutions.  Very friendly and fair.

Referred to me by another customer.  Called them out for a for a major Gas Line install.  They tapped into existing gas lines set for my furnace in order to connect a gas range, a second  line for a gas clothes dryer, fixed all of my water heater connections, and even offered to leave a valved / capped line for me to hook up my BBQ near the meter.     Not only more knowledgeable than other companies that came out, but offered better solutions which resulted in a bid that was less than half the price with more service.  The tech, Mark, was friendly, on time, and honored the bid despite some difficulty with the install.  He even apologized at the amount of drywall repair that would be needed was more than he had thought (though I was prepared for the worst and it was within reason for the work done).  I recommend them highly.  They are worth the call and have earned my business for future projects.
