HISTORY
We are Majesty Plumbing, LLC. We've been serving the East Valley and surrounding areas since 2007. Jeff started in the plumbing industry in 1994 with another organization. Within 2 years, he advanced to supervisor and soon went on to work with two other plumbing companies. There, he honed his skills in customer service and of course, solving plumbing issues for thousands of customers. 14 years later Jeff and his wife, who happens to also be his best friend, decided that it was time to branch off on their own. Thus, Majesty Plumbing was born! Jeff and Rose agreed that they wanted to create a company with a culture of professionalism, respect, integrity, quality, and family values. Since 2007, they have been proudly serving families and businesses in the East Valley in that manner. Jeff & Rose Lewis are the owners and founders of Majesty Plumbing. Born and bred in New York, we moved to Arizona in 1994 where Jeff got into the plumbing trade. After 14 years working at 3 different plumbing companies, Jeff discovered a common trait shared by the thousands of customers he had the opportunity to help along the way. He found that customers not only want a service professional that can get the job done quickly and correctly. He learned that people also truly desire and deserve a professional that can communicate in a courteous and personable manner.
Jeff decided to venture out on his own; recruiting the help of the most knowledgeable, customer-oriented person he knew.... His wife Rose!

I had a leaking hose bib in the front of my house which was soldered. I tried to repair myself and caused a small hole in the pipe about 3 inches behind the hose bib. Two other plumbing companies, including the "big name" ones, all said they would not be capable of doing the work without tearing out the brick front of our 1926 home. Two other companies, said they simply didn't have the skill set to do the work...including the one my home warranty company sent. All charged me for their visits and all had a couple day lead time to see me.
After almost a month of a leaking pipe, and lost money on companies that did nothing, I called Majesty Plumbing.
Jeff came by the same day as I called, was professional and courteous, and did an excellent job. I knew it could be done, with a little extra effort.
Majesty Plumbing's pricing was very competitive and came with incredible service!!!
We have a several plumbing jobs in redoing/ updating our home and Jeff will be our "plumbing guy" for all future work!

The owner Jeff himself came out to repair the water pressure regulator today. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He told me that he has been in business over 28 years+, which was reassuring. Old Republic Home Warranty sent him to my house. I have had a few different plumbers from there before and Jeff has been the best all around.

SUPERB SERVICE!!! We just moved into a new house and the cold water was coming out pretty warm. Also, our washer was only washing with hot water as well. Jeff came out yesterday to look at our bathroom sink where the pop-up drain trap assembly had become broken or unattached. He said it would require ordering a part. Despite being quoted $95 minimum for a service call, he charged us nothing and suggested we could fix it ourselves once the part came.
Recommend with no reservations. Jeff arrived on time to check out our garbage disposal which was leaking. He needed to replace it, had a comparable model on his truck and did the job with no muss or fuss. He was personable as well as efficient. It is great to have someone who knows what he is doing on the job.
Called out due to a leak in our ceiling from the bathroom above. Came out quickly but then said that it wasn't a plumbing issue even while watching water actively pour from the ceiling. Left my husband standing there with a giant hole in the ceiling and water everywhere. Took our money and left without fixing the issue or even offering next steps (Other than to say that sometimes tubs just have water drain through them and we should get a new tub. What?!?). He did give us the name for our contractor friend to come and remodel our newly remodeled bathroom.
Not helpful and I filed a complaint with our warranty company. I would not recommend them for repairs or anything related to plumbing.
We were lucky enough to have Armer Corporation come out later that afternoon and they were delightful. They quickly realized that the tub drain hadn't been sealed properly and was leaking. It took no time at all to fix and they THEN checked the other drain to make sure that it didn't have the same issue. They explained the problem and took the time to fix it right. Thank goodness they were there when Jeff and Majesty Plumbing couldn't give us the time of day.
You just can't find customer service like this anymore. Recently the water pressure in our house dropped significantly. In the thick of the holiday season with holiday parties, travel and general chaos. Not the time to have schedule a plumber.
I found Majesty and read the reviews here. I was impressed the owner responded (quite nicely) to the reviews that were negative and that the good reviews were glowing. I really wanted to use someone local. I quickly checked the registrar of contractors and saw that everything looked great, no complaints and licensed for almost a decade.
I filled out the contact form hoping to potentially get the problem looked at before the weekend (late on a Thursday night). Imagine my surprise when I got an email back in less than an hour apologizing that they couldn't get someone out until Monday BUT based on what I had told them they thought there was something I could try that might fix the problem.
I was able to fix my own problem based on the help from Jeff. More importantly it relieved a TON of stress during an already hectic week. Jeff and Majesty plumbing are exactly why I love supporting the local service industry. I will be recommending Majesty to everyone I know. Honest, caring and knowledgeable, not a combination you see much anymore.

I came across Majesty Plumbing while doing some online research. I called to learn more about their offerings. Jeff answered the phone and immediately seemed bothered that I called. When I told him I was interested in solar hot water heaters and tankless systems he responded with an attitude and asked me if it was this was a telemarketing call. I told him he lost the chance to earn my business and I ended the call. My suggestion to Jeff is that when someone calls to learn more about your company and the products you offer, you might want to show some better customer service.
I bought a water softener and called Jeff @ Majesty plumbing to install it. I told him that I would like it setup so I could bypass the water softener in the event that the water softener had a problem in the future. Jeff took the time to explain the best option and was upfront about the price. I was very impressed with the professionalism and the knowledge that Jeff brought to the job. I would highly recommend Majesty plumbing to anybody that is looking for a trustworthy and highly qualified plumber.
Jeff with Majesty Plumbing has come to my home 2 times. Last year to replace my water heater and this month for the garbage disposer. Jeff is such a fine example of what customer service should be everywhere! He responded timely, called me when he was on his way and arrived within the time he told me. But most of all Jeff is professional, personable, kind and generous. I felt like a good friend had come to help me out in time of need.

so the water heater started leaking yesterday, today it was a flood.. found Majesty due to the good reviews.. called, Jeff answered, got a quote, Jeff said he would be out between 12 and 2... at 12:01 he is backing into the driveway... replaced the water heater with a better model.. thorough, professional, and knew what he was doing... I will use him again when plumbing goes to, well, you know!!!! I definitely recommend him...

I am happy to report that thanks to Jeff Lewis @ Majesty Plumbing I have resolved my plumbing issues. Another company that I can honestly say I enjoyed spending my money with.

5. They didn't charge me for a small needed part.
6. They didn't charge me 63.00 to come out and look at the repairs that I needed.
7. They gave me a 15% discount for first time customer.
We have used Majesty plumbing twice through our home warranty company. The first visit was to replace a hot water heater that had shorted out due to a leak in the tank. Jeff was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and stopped over 40 minutes later to confirm his suspicions. He thoroughly explained what was covered by the warranty (parts&labor) and that work outside of the scope the covered repair (determined by the home warranty company) , if necessary, would require an additional charge. He also explained how the home warranty company procured its parts and how that would impact the timing of the repair. Once the parts were in Jeff once again fit us in between his already scheduled appointments which he did not have to do. Jeff went out of his way help us get our hot water back.
Five weeks later we had a water leak outside our house that appeared to be coming from the slab. The home warranty company again sent Majesty plumbing to fix the issue. Jeff quickly diagnosed the problem and walked me through his diagnosis. It turned our to be a sprinkler leak which the home warranty did not cover. Once again, Jeff fit us between his scheduled appointments which he didn't have to do.
Jeff is a true professional providing excellent work with great service.

Called Jeff hoping he could come within a day or two. Imagine my surprise and delight when he agreed to come within the hour! I tried to tackle the broken shower handle on my own and got part-way through only to find the home depot replacement valve caused the shower to leak.
I decided help was needed and Jeff was the right guy! He was prompt, professional, clean, and thorough. New valve- no more leak!
I couldn't be happier with the service Jeff at Majesty provided. He was at my house within 10min of me calling! (He happened to be in my area at the time, so I wouldn't assume this is the norm, but I'm certainly not complaining.)

A few months ago they installed a water heater. The price was fair and he did a good job. I would recommend this business.
Came out to give me a quote and showed right away he was not that interested. Reading the other reviews about steep pricing, I'm glad he showed their true colors right away. Needed a main shut off valve, he told me it would take hours and hours, and again, hours and hours of labor and the price would be "quite steep." I caught myself trying to persuade him; I knew where the water came in and that is about three feet down, when I realized he already told me "no." Yes he was polite, but oh well.
Jeff from Majesty plumbing came out to fix what we thought was a garbage disposal issue. It turned out that it was much more complicated. Jeff took the time to explain everything. We thought that it would end up being a huge job to go into the concrete and jackhammer to get to a potentally cracked drain line. But, Jeff was persistent to figure out another solution before going to a more extreme measure. He was able to find another solution that worked and saved us THOUSANDS of dollars. We will be using them from now on! Highly recommend Jeff. He showed integrity and was very knowledgeable and through!

In an emergency situation and get voice mail saying "if this is an emergency press one". Obviously I did and it just repeats the message. Plumbing is not a 9 to 5 job! If you cant be available when a customer needs you, I wont ever become your customer.
I called Jeff this morning to come and take a look at a major leak we were having in our kitchen. He came out immediately and not only stopped my leak but fixed 2 other probelms with a guest bathroom and our master bathroom tub on the spot. He was professional/knowledgeable and overall just a nice guy. I would recommend him to anyone that had any plumbing issues. He also recommended an amazing irrigation company (Adam's D&R) that is currently fixing the remainder of our problems. Thanks for everything Jeff!
My tenant called me at 3:45 pm to tell me that a valve under the kitchen sink came off and water was leaking all over the kitchen. By 4:15 pm, one of Majesty's technicians was at my house, assessed the situation, and called me back to discuss the repair.
Olivia, their very professional and helpful dispatcher, made this the easiest home repair I've ever dealt with. Majesty will be my first call for any plumbing problems in the future.
Majesty Plumbing is the only Plumbing Company we call. We met Jeff Lewis a few years back when our son had a plumbing emergency. Majesty Plumbing answered his emergency call same day and we have used them ever since. His staff is courteous, professional and honest.
My review has good news and bad news - unfortunately more of the latter. On the positive side, Jeff came out the day after I called, showed up on time, did quality work, answered my questions, and cleaned up very well. On the negative side, for a house call, for about 2 3/4 hours of work, and for a few parts available at Home Depot for less than $50, he charged us $533! That is a rip off, disgusting,outrageous! My wife is a nurse and has to work TWO FULL DAYS to earn $500 gross. That means Jeff charged approximately $150/hr. I must admit that I bear some responsibility because I did not get a quote or estimate from him before I had him come over. But never in my wildest dreams (or nightmares) did I think that the total cost would exceed $300-$350. So, if you are looking for a plumber that thinks you have the wallet of her Majesty, hire Majesty Plumbing. If, however, you are retired and living on a limited budget, look elsewhere. Spencer Stopa

Jeff and Majestic Plumbing are the best!! I called and he was able to come over within a half an hour. Once he arrived, he solved my plumbing problem immediately and even gave me some advice on how to avoid the same issue next time. This is the 2nd time I have used Jeff and even plan on having him install a new sink in the kitchen. He is always prompt, professional, and very reasonable. I would highly recommend.
