I recently renovated my condo and changed every faucet in the place. Upon completion of everything I realized my hot water was not working correctly. I called a few plumbers and explained what was happening. Some right away just assumed I needed a new water heater. Simon was my 3rd call to a plumber. After explaining to him what was happening .. he offered to take the time to speak with my handy man over the phone to check some boxes off before I'd even have him come out for a service call. I respected that so much that I just asked him to come out anyways for a 2nd opinion. To make a long story short something was installed incorrectly when my water heater was originally installed and basically Simon discovered the issue right away. Unplugged something and got my hot water to work properly. In todays world and for my lack of knowledge in plumbing I feel like someone could have 100% took advantage of the situation and made this a more costly fix for me ... however Simon was honest and explained everything in detail to me. For that and the fact that he originally offered to take his time on the phone prior to even coming out, Simon has earned my trust for any future plumbing issues and I will recommend him to everyone.

Before hiring Simon, I already hired a couple of contractors who work for big chain plumbing companies to fix my shower valve water humming problems. Neither of them fixed my water-humming issues, but they all charged an arm and leg for a visit; one even drilled a big hole in my shower wall, and I had to patch it on my own. I was so frustrated and about to give up on it.

One day, my kitchen sink got clogged, and I found Simon's service on Google based on his pristine five stars reviews, and it was the best decision I ever made this year. Simon came in and fixed the kitchen sink in no time, and I requested him to look at my shower pipe water humming issue. Simon did not drill any holes in my wall. Instead, he was very professional and examed every inch of the cartridge and valve. He quickly addressed the root cause and pointed out that it was the missing aftermarket check valve causing the water humming, and he went to many hardware stores and never gave it up. He tried all the possible ones on the market, and neither of those check valves works. In the end, I was going to give up, but Simon did not; he engineered a way that customized the shower cartridge and check valves, and he made it.

I am so happy about the outcome of Simon's service, not only because he knows his job but also because he never gives up on his project. More importantly, he charges very reasonably for his service. So, every penny you spend is well worth it. I'd recommend Simon to everyone, and you won't regret it.

Recently my kitchen faucet broke and flooded my home in a matter of minutes.  I was lucky enough to find Simon's Plumbing.  The responded quickly, showed up early, and thoroughly fixed the problem.  Simon, Alex, and George were polite, helpful, and professional.  

I also used them used Simon's Plumbing to replace the cartridges in my showers that were leaking.  Honestly I don't know what makes me happier, having my kitchen back or no longer burning my feet when I shower.  Thank you Simon's Plumbing.

He has now replaced a hose spigot on the side of our house (broken by surprise when it was yanked too hard), a water shutoff to our washing machine (rusted over, so it broke when the washer was moved) , and then SEVENTEEN more water shutoffs in the rest of the house after a few more turned out to be rusted over and easily broken. He also reinstalled three toilets after floor installers didn't properly do so, replaced a toilet in a different house, and replaced a water heater. He obviously remains our #1 choice for all things plumbing - highly, highly recommend his company!

We discovered a water leak in our front yard and called our regular plumber. After realizing that they were not open the week after Christmas, I went on Nextdoor to look for a recommendation and saw Simon Plumbing was highly regarded. Simon arrived within an hour after placing the call and had our issue diagnosed very quickly.  He determined it was likely a city of Phoenix issue as the leak was in the meter area. Although the city would be coming out to repair the issue, Simon declined payment for the call and even offered to come back the same evening in the dark and rain to do a temporary repair at no cost just to hold us over until the city does the repair.  A true professional, he went above and beyond to make sure that the issue was resolved.   I can assure you, Simon IS now our plumber!!

I had an emergency issue with my plumbing. The sewer was backing up into the house and started leaking water in the bathrooms. He came out at 4:30 am and fixed the issue. I highly recommend him for any plumbing issues. He was the only plumber capable of coming out right away. Even the big guys I called were no help. My garbage disposal stopped working on a Sunday evening, and Simon responded within 60 minutes of my phone call to do the necessary repair work. I was impressed with his communication and how courteous he was while at my home. In addition, per CDC guidelines, he wore a mask and gloves following Omicron precautions. Simon was very professional and got everything done within 24 hours of him coming over and telling us our options. He explained what everything was once our new water heater was installed and even let me know when it's time to drain it for the first time, he will come show us how to do it so we know how to do it correctly for the future. Simon was easy to reach and fortunately available to come to our house same day to address an issue with our bathroom sink not draining.  He was very nice and professional, diagnosed the problem quickly and it was a quick fix.  Will definitely use him again for any plumbing issues.

Simon was thankfully available the same day to come out and repair our water heater. He was on-time, efficient and knowledgeable. He could have easily said the heater needed to be replaced--but he managed to tweak and replace a wire which fixed the problem for free and only charged the service call fee instead.  If we have problems in the future, he is definitely who we will call.

I called Simon around 7am on a Sunday morning to which he promptly answered. He came to our home a couple of hours later and tackled the job, which took much of the day. They were very professional and put our yard back together perfectly!

Friday morning, I woke up to find that I had a clog in my house's main line - a recurring issue for me, due to a belly in the line that results in a clog around once a year or so - and when my usual plumber wasn't available, I called around for another plumber. I talked to several that either 1) don't do this work, or 2) weren't available that day. I finally found Simon, who promised to come that same afternoon. I was impressed by his responsiveness and clear communication. I also was impressed by his perfect 5-star rating over 200+ reviews. It turns out that his rating is well deserved! Simon texted me when he was on his way, and arrived at exactly his promised time. He fixed the problem quickly and efficiently, and is very thorough in his work. And his price is very reasonable. Amazing and professional service. Honestly, with any new house purchase there's much to consider with what problems lie behind the scenes on a property, plumbing being one of the largest concerns (simply because it can easily be exponential issue that isn't always foreseen)-- but, Simon made that inevitable easy, and convenient by customizing his schedule to fit mine, was extremely reliable and always on time, he thoroughly explained what was needing done and why, and walked me through it step by step. I've called on Simon to replace plumbing 6ft down, for basic plumbing maintenance, and a water heater replacement. Simon is always on time, and personable. Simon is not only fair but tenacious.  I had two difficult blockages:  One in the main sewer line and one inside that three shared sinks use.  He had to snake the main line 8 times and the sinks more than three.  Nevertheless, he stuck to his quote.  He looked at me in the middle of the  job and said, It's now about the challenge.

I attempted to fix a leaky shower on my own. Hours later and no water, I began to panic. It's very difficult to function without water especially when you have children. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Simon and his brother Alex. They were absolutely professional and courteous the entire time they were working on our plumbing re-route, moving our hot and cold lines from the slab to our attic (in AUGUST). We found Simon through his 5 star reviews on both Google and Yelp, and when we called, he was at our house the same day. He made himself available every step of the way - volunteering to come out at the same time as the leak detection company so he could share information with them, to walking us through what our available solutions were. I really respect when a specialist takes the time to explain their work to you (no one likes feeling condescended to or taken advantage of), and Simon very respectfully explained everything he did. At each step of his work, he showed us what he had done, and took every opportunity to improve the existing imperfections in our plumbing he noticed while working, (for example, turning the new drainage line at a better angle so the cleanout could be easily accessed behind a closet wall instead of needing to remove our entire toilet). He also noticed our water pressure was really low, so fixed that for us too. Both Simon and Alex took absolute care protecting our floors and possesions while they worked - you can tell they truly care about doing a good job and doing what's best for your house. Simon's Plumbing is OUTSTANDING! He is the only plumber that we will have work at our home.  We have had him out 3 times for plumbing issues and to install a new water heater.  Two of the times were after hours and one was even after hours and on a weekend.  Simon responded immediately and helped us out.  He is very professional, caring, and a perfectionist with his work.  When he completes a job it is done right and his fees are reasonable.  You will be thrilled to have him as your plumber!

For both the  bid appointment and the installation.  He was clean, in a uniform,  knowledgeable, courteous, thorough and meticulous. Very respectful of us and our home.  Left our home very clean, removed all  packaging and old parts, used shoe covers to respect our no outdoor shoes in the house policy.
