Jeff and Mark Hollingshead are two brothers born and raised in the Phoenix area. Combined they have over 25 years of experience in the restoration industry. They founded Cardinal Clean in 2011 and have been working together to create the best customer experience possible.

My name is Mark and I am co-owner of Cardinal Clean. I have over 14 years of experience in the industry. I am proud of our growing company and thankful for all of our hardworking team members. -Mark Hollingshead

I had some administrative and billing issues with this company and I am happy to say that the owner of the business worked with me and we resolved that issue. We all make mistakes once in a while and it is good to work with a business that stands behind their work. With regards to the moving all of their work was done meticulously and great care for both the pack out and pack in. I am very happy with the quality of their work.

I moved into a new home and the painters left tiny spots of paint all over my brand new tile. Cardinal Clean came in and cleaned my whole house, it looks so beautiful and clean now. They spent all the time needed to do the job right. Anthony and Edgar were polite, thorough, and just did a fabulous job. Anthony knows his stuff and I was so impressed with how he went over every bit of my tile to make sure that it was done well. They made sure to put all my furniture back where it was. I would definitely recommend them!!

I highly recommend Cardinal Clean.  We had a water damage issue and needed our Living Room completely moved out.  Mark Patten was the manager we worked with and found him to be outstanding.  He arranged for the container pod to be placed which held our belongings and scheduled the pack out and move back crews.  He was always very pleasant to deal with and was always happy to help us.  Daniel was Supervisor on the crew that packed us out and Francisco was the Supervisor of the crew who moved us back in.  These people were all very professional and careful with our contents.  My wife and I are completely pleased with the service they provided us and we highly recommend them.  We will definitely use this company for any future needs we may have.  Thanks to each one of the Cardinal Crew!!!

Worst experience ever with these people.  Stole my things, over charged us significantly.  Filled boxes with 90% paper to charge more.  They don't stand behind their work and have very dishonest employees and practices!!  We had a house fire and in addition, had them steal our most valuable things.

We are a large, quality, mission-driven Thrift Shop in Sun City that suffered a large scale flood in our building a week ago.  Jeff and Mark, and a crew headed by Francisco came to our rescue within a day. The guys listened to our concerns and followed through with an agreed upon plan of action. What could have been a long term Shop closure was quickly mitigated by this team and they had us cleaned up in four days (35,000 square feet) to the point that we were able to successfully reopen this morning.  We still have work to be done but getting our business back on it's feet and customers in the doors was a top priority for us.  By getting the water damaged items out so quickly, our Shop doesn't even have that nasty wet smell to it and some of or customers didn't even know we'd been flooded.   A BIG shout out to Cardinal Clean from all of us at WVLTS - you're top of the game in our book!

I had a fire at my house, and was recommended  to this company by a majority of the restoration companies. I will say that this was the biggest mistake I made, and the most stressful part of the whole experience (including being home for the actual fire).
They seemed great to begin with and told us a good plan of everything. they were scheduled to start on a Thursday, and said they should be done by the weekend and if not Monday. Monday they called and cancelled, and tried again to cancel on us on Tuesday. It took multiple phone calls that day for them to say that they would finish up on Tuesday. When I went by the house, everything was still in the house even though it was supposed to be a pack out, and the whole garage was left untouched. Multiple phone calls to multiple levels of their company, all of which had a different story and blamed someone else. All the work was finally completed on Wednesday after having to check on them multiple time throughout the day (the owner Jeff said he would be there personally and never showed up).
As far as their inventory process, It will be my third trip out there to confirm they have counted all my items correctly. As I write this they so far have magically found 3 extra pages worth of items from the house that were not originally logged, even though they claimed multiple time that everything was accounted for, and more to come. One of the supervisors Valerie was super defensive and refused to acknowledge or even apologize that they messed up. It became more and more aggravating as we literally were pointing to items in plain sight from our stuff and asked them to find it (they couldn't), and yet she continued to say that everything was counted.
I am now paying for all this extra work that they have to do even though it was never done right in the first place. For anyone having to go through this process, it is extremely tedious and stressful to begin with, and Cardinal clean has made it a nightmare. I will update this review if it gets any better, but DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

My condo was left a complete shambles after this company packed up our home. We found lock ripped off a closet door, our vertical blinds were broken, many things broken or gone from the condo, a LOT of things never put back. I walked into a gigantic mess. Very disappointed would NEVER recommend this company! I only wish I could post pictures of the mess that was left for us to clean up. Do not ever use this company!

I watched a friend of mine use Cardinal Clean to help him with a disaster. Here are his words regarding them:
My name is Lance B, I am using my friends account, due to lack of computer and access.
I had a fire in my condo that resulted in a total loss.  26 years of collecting for different interests. it took three full days to pull the melted mess from the floors and walls.  Breon was my first contact, a very calming interview for the initial walk through as she explained what will happen during a total loss event.  Alexis was the field supervisor, she had a clear organized path for the required work.  The crew consisted of friendly and courteous people who dug through my home retrieving and documenting every item for my insurance claim.  I  can't say thank you enough for the support I received from Cardinal Clean.

The Cardinal Clean team led by Luis Hernandez were outstanding! I had water damage from leaky washer, they quickly responded and began mitigation process. I had a very unfortunate flood on July 7. Cardinal Clean did my pack in, at that time they did an excellent job, and today they did my pack out, which was even better. They sent out six people, everything was labeled, organized, they were efficient and professional, Mark one of the people they sent out organized my storage cabinet in such a way that I can reach anything I want to find easily. . I would recommend them to anyone who needs help!

I would like to list all of their names, the only two I know our Valerie and Mark. I will let you know the rest when I receive the information. I give them five stars, They went out of their way to deliver furniture to more than one location which was extremely helpful and very much appreciated.

Cardinal clean came to pack and unpack our furniture after a flood. The crew (Luke, Noah, and Cody) were very courteous. They took care of our items and placed everything back into the location I wanted- even adjusting to my requests. I greatly appreciated their hard work.

I wish I had read the reviews before going with this company. Terrible service in the pack up. Nothing close to the service the owner Jeff explained. No integrity! My unpack was as stressful as my house flood. Should have know wanted all the money upfront. I ended up working with the unpack team unpacking! They need to compensated me for my time. And I'm still unpacking after they left. Run don't stop.

The crew was great to work with. Austin, Luke, Robert, Emily, Ashley, Cody, Matthew and Adam were professional, clean and easy to communicate with. Although the crew was changing at times they were consistent with the process. Every evening they left the house is great condition and were on top of everything. Thank you cardinal clean. I imagine the low ratings are because when people are using their services (during a flood or fire) the stress level is high for the homeowners and we are all a little sensitive to things when strew levels are high. Thanks again! I forgot the owner Mark is great too! And don't let me forget HEATHER... she's great too!

Timely, caring, professional, and works great with insurance companies to help get their portion of the job approved and total loss items covered. They're almost always out to inspect the job the same day we call. Thank you for your hard work!

I am only now getting around to opening the boxes that I was overwhelmed with following a flood in July 2017. Unfortunately, most of my stuff is in bad shape and a lot of it is broken. I did not call Cardinal Clean, it was the HOA that chose them. The boxes have a tremendous amount of waste the paper, very little inside each box so apparently they're paid by the box. There is no way to replace my grandmothers dishes, so I am out of luck. Mark appeared to be nice on the telephone but was way more interested in getting paid then doing the right thing. He has a lot of people working for him that are nice and the try very hard, but overall it was a disappointing experience.

I recommended Cardinal Clean to a customer with a large claim because they took care of a claim for us in 2015 which impressed me. This claim was a different story.....It totaled well over $700,000. Jeff and Riley were incredible.  My customer called me to specifically thank me for recommending them. That's the kind of service that deserves a five star review. Thank you!

When dealing with a business, I expect customer service, strong execution at a fair price.  When dealing with Cardinal Clean, I got all those things, plus a group of people that cared about me and my issue.  They were engaging, consistent and cared about my problem.  I got a chance to meet the owner, Mark, and he could not have been more genuine.   I would recommend them to anyone needing their home cleaned after a fire or flood.  Thank you Cardinal for taking care of me.

I would highly recommend Cardinal Clean.  As a realtor, I have used them for emergency situations such as floods, mold, etc. during critical periods such as home inspections or last minute walk throughs to close a property.  They were always prompt, courteous, and professional.  The owners (Mark, Kerry, and Jeff) take their business very serious, and are always going above and beyond to excel at what they do.  Knowing them personally, I know they had multiple years of service in the industry before starting their own business.  You can count on them to get the job done right, especially during a stressful time.  Hands down, these are the people to call when you have an emergency.

I had nothing but positive experiences with all the folks at Cardinal Clean. These guys were great.  We lost our roof and had water damage through 1/2 house.  They packed us out and were awesome.  What was more impressive is when they brought the items back they had taken photos so they could put the house back together.  After 4 months I had to look at the photos to try to remember where everything went.  Thank god for technology but even more impressive is how these teams come together to work.  Very impressive.  I hope never to have to use their service again for a tragedy but so glad they are here for those that have issues.

Riley, I was a customer. Valarie came with mark last year and packed up our stuff. I dealt with Rebecca several times on the phone. Jeff was the one who was extremely rude to me when I spoke with him several times and NEVER returned one call. When I spoke with him it was only because I made several calls and once in a blue moon Rebecca would be able to get him on the phone. Anthony told me a bunch of people got fired and they didn't know which warehouse my items where in. You guys received a check for 7,700 from our insurance company (ASI). Dean from Arizona Restoration (who is amazing and courteous) called you guys to do the pack out when our place flooded. I don't know how to send you a private msg or I would. I stand by my first review. After taking the abuse and dealing with the non professionalism of your staff I was mentally spent. Our flood happened around Thanksgiving. You guys came and did the pack out the day after. I just thank God we didn't leave you a key to our house.  However I was here with my kids when you guys came. The last first name is Samuel. Now do you find it hard to believe we were customers?
