This is the third time we have used Kooline plumbing... they are always on time, very professional and quite fair on pricing...
Zane did a very good job and Jay the GM stopped by to do his quality control check... well done guys no reason to call anyone else but Kooline plumbing for all your plumbing needs. I'm sure I will call them again for another plumbing job.

Kooline responds quickly and has done good work in the past.  This time I had a leaking supply line to my water softener.  The plumber, I won't name him but could, arrived, saw the leak and wanted to replace the flexible supply line with fixed copper to the softener.  I said no to that so he put teflon tape on the threads, said I should buy a new water softener from him.  Said no, mine still works great.  The teflon tape appeared to work, I was charged $105.  Two days later the leak returned.  The plumber returned, tighten the fitting, the leak seemed to stop.  He Said I really needed fixed copper but it would be pricey.  Tried to sell me a water softener again.  The leak appeared to stop but returned two days later.  

I called out another plumbing company, they replaced the leaking supply line with one that matched the faulty supply line.  I now have a new preferred plumbing contractor.  Everybody needs a $105 lesson occasionally.

$300 to snake a residential line 15 feet.  No dice.  They might be good at what they do but their rates are way out of touch with market.  Things ain't cheap anymore is pretty insulting.  Someone is out of touch and it isn't me.

Our A/C stopped working I call Kooline for an appointment when I called the person said it was after hours I would be charged 175.00 per hour . The tech came out to repair, he replaced a part in less than 30 minutes. I was charged 475.00 I was not given an invoice. I called the office with my warranty information to get refund of some of the charges . I spoke with Sandy she told me my warranty did not cover labor and I was not charged for the part that was replaced I was only charged labor . $ 475.00 for less than 30 minutes. I will not be doing business with this company again . I hope this helps other from getting ripped off by this company.

Our toilets in our shop backed up.  They came same day and snaked the line.  The whole appointment was 35 minutes from start to finish.  They charged us $389.00.  The same day service was appreciated, but not the exorbitant price.  We will be going elsewhere from now on.

They came highly recommended with postive reviews. They were quick to schedule,  arrived on time, performed the service, made recommendations and came back promptly for second service. I can see why they have such great reviews. Would highly recommend & will use them in the future.

Had a leak at main water line. Made an appt to have someone come look at it and Rick came the following morning. He had it repaired in less than 2 hours. Great dude and great customer service. Compared to some of the other companies I called, the service was very affordable as well. Would definitlely recommend and use Kooline again.

Our 8 month old A/C, which was installed by a company that rhymes with Chas Roberts, quit working and we were told it would be a week before they could look at it.  All it took was one call to Kooline and it was fixed 3 hours later.  Farzana returned my call very quickly, called her tech to confirm an opening, and texted me confirmation immediately.   Joshua was very professional and prompt, he traced my problem quickly and had the A/C running in no time.

Tree root crushed my sewer line causing backup to the house. Kooline came out same day, arranged for repairs to start immediately and had me back and going within 24 hours. Not an easy feat when the pipe was buried six feet under my front yard. Excavated. Repaired. Back to new. Everyone was very nice, the pricing was competitive .... most importantly... I never felt like I was left hanging. Really recommend these guys. Great local service

I had an appt for Kooline to come out and install 3 toilets. They were supposed to come between 10a-12p. At 11am, I got a text that said they would be coming between 1p-2p because they had another job to head to. I was ok with that as I planned on being home all day. At 12p, I got a text saying they would be there in 10 mins. I thought that was weird but I'm like OK!  Then no one ever showed up. When I called the main number, the girl that answered said Yeah the tech said they went to your house and someone was doing some work and asked them to come back. And we have GPS to say he was there.  When they came back, no one answered.

Both my husband and I had been home all day. We also have a driveway camera and a doorbell camera so there was no way anybody had been to the house let alone rang the doorbell. After I said that, the girl on the phone went back and looked into things and she then said that the tech was actually on the next street over and not my street. She was about to call the tech and call me back but I told her I would be going with another company. The whole thing was very odd and sketchy and I didn't want them to come back to do any work for me.

After receiving an excess water use from Global Water on 12/12, I observed water gushing up to the surface where the main water line comes to the house.  I contacted Global Water and they sent out a technician to turn off the water to the house.  I was without water until today, 12/15.  Thinking I had done the right thing two years ago, I purchased a water and sewer line warranty protection policy.  I called 12/13 to have American Water Resources  contact their company and was given a claim number and told to wait for a call from their plumber.  After numerous calls on 12/15 to American Water Resources and being put on hold and eventually cut off after not being contacted by AWR's plumber, I called Kooline Plumbing @11:00 am.  My circumstance warranted emergency action.  Rick, Nick and two other employees arrived at my home 1:24 pm.  They dug a trench and laid an entire new water line (at my request) then backfilled the trench even hosing off the landscape rocks.  Job well done.  Paid Rick and they left about 2:30 pm.  It is a good thing to once again have the water on!

The Kooline team was quick to respond to my call and they scheduled a visit for the day. The plumber was prompt and work quickly to resolve the issue with my broken toilet flange. Left the bathroom area clean and everything was operational.

I have had Kooline Plumbing come out several time to my house.  Kooline is very professional, honest and does a great job.  I know we have a continuous problem and I will call Kooline for the permanent fix.

Our Rinnai tankless water heater went out after 9 years and we had tried hiring other local companies but when one of them would just never return our calls, and the other was a little too abrasive, we saw the reviews for Kooline plumbing and decided to call them.  First, they called to confirm the appointment, then called before they were going to show up.  I really appreciated that.  They ordered the parts and installed the system and the flow valves professionally.  The one thing I really liked, besides how knowledgeable they were, I just got a great vibe off these guys and there were no surprises and they fixed everything they said they were going to.

Now we have a plumber we can add to our trusted list of people who won't scam, cut corners or surprise us with extra fees.  These guys are super great.

I had amended my review (having originally rated this company with one star) to three stars; however, I am now back to rating it with one star.  I wish this were not so.  Despite the owner's initial attempts to make right the wrongs of his company, my 2 year-old Ruud 50 gal electric water heater is still malfunctioning.  I cannot get through one shower without losing hot water.  Both elements have been changed out, so I am guessing it is the anode (spelling?).  I have called the owner (who gave me his cell phone and said to call him anytime and he would make things right; however, he is not returning my phone calls.  I am willing to pay for the replacement of the anode (not covered under warranty) and have made this clear; however, he still is not calling me back.  I have now scheduled an appointment with another plumbing to finally get my water heater working. It seems ludicrous to me that a device as simple as a water heater can't be diagnosed correctly and repaired easily--again, this is a 2 year unit (with an 8-10 year parts warranty--how hard can it be?) i am confident the new plumber will identify and fix the problem.  I have no idea what the problem is with this contractor.  I have used his company before with no issue.   I guess it boils down to if there are no problems, the company is fine to work with.  But if there is something out of the ordinary or some incompetent worker coming to your home, you are simply out of luck, no matter what assurances the owner makes.  I am actually dumbfounded as this kind of treatment is new to me.  It is most unfortunate for everybody.

The paragraph below was my ORIGINAL review of this company (roughly around 2-4-20).  I then rated this company with ONE star.  If you read this previously, you might have noticed changed my rating to three stars because the owner of the company, subsequent to my leaving original review (don't think he had read it yet though) called me and said he would make it right with me (which he did by next morning replacing both elements for free) AND promised to make management and other changes so that this type of thing does not happen in the future to others. HOWEVER, because my water heater is still not working correctly and because he owner will not now call me back (even though I told him I would be happy to pay to have anode replaced).

I am leaving my original review below so that anyone reading this review has the entire story, from then to now anyway.  

ORIGINAL REVIEW :  purchased a new 50 gal. Ruud Water heater with 8-10 year full warranty parts (no proration) for $850 from this company on 12-23-17. Water heater wasn't putting out enough hot water for one shower. I knew heating element must be bad. Called Kooline (who sold me this unit 2 years ago) and they sent out someone (who was so incompetent, I can't even call him a plumber), who ultimately and finally checked the heating elements and determined one was bad. Said an estimate of repairs was in my email by the owner of the company. He waited at the door while I checked my email. Received an estimate for a complete rebuilt of the water heater for $750.00. I called the owner and spoke with him (Jay). I said WHAT? i have a bad element and the part is covered under warranty and you want to charge me $750.00 What? He said well, in cases like this we recommend a complete overhaul of your water heater, or words to that effect. I said this water heater is only two years old and I could buy a brand new water heater for roughly the same amount--why would I pay $750 because I had a bad element?. He kept insisting that was the charge. And then finally asked what do you think is fair? I don't know why he would ask me that but I said $175 should be more than fair for labor to change an element. He said well, I couldn't do that. I said, fine, I do not wish to do business with you.  This is a total rip-off., I will leave the appropriate bad review for your company. I then called Ruud and they agreed that this was highway robbery and I should never do business with this company again. I was also told that this job shouldn't ever cost more than $150, if that (labor cost only as part is covered).    Ruud is sending me the part for free and said it is easy to change out myself.  Ruud is sending me the part for free and said it is easy to change out myself and it wouldn't void warranty. That is what I will do.  Proceed with great caution or better yet, avoid this company at all costs.

I have in the past 15 years used several different plumbers here in Maricopa and am 100% sure that the plumber that anyone should use is Kooline Plumbing.  They are trustworthy, honest professionals and quite fair on their pricing.

I didn't write this review right away because I wasn't sure if I was happy or angry.  Still not sure.  I'll just state the facts.  We scheduled a repair because our hot water heater stopped working.  We had a window between 3-5pm for the same day.  That was great.  At 4:45pm they called to say the tech was held up and running an hour behind.  Whatever, life happens and we are at the end of the day.  We weren't going anywhere.  Tech finally gets to our house around 6:30ish.  Explained the problem to him and what we did to try and resolve the issue.  Tech spends about 20 minutes with the hot water heater.  He took a couple panels off, not sure what else.  I didn't watch him because that would be weird.  He knocked on our door and said we either needed to replace both the upper and lower heating elements as well as the thermostat for $550 or $1200 to replace the whole thing.  We asked if there were any other options, tech says no.  That's a lot of money in my world so I needed time to think about which way we wanted to go as well as reach out to a few other companies.  Tech understands (he was super nice and professional to us the entire time).  I pay him for the service call and he leaves.  Husband and I stand in the garage staring at the hot water heater trying to decide what to do and the SOB starts working.  I've had hot water ever since.  It's been 3 weeks.  Still not sure if I'm happy or angry, but I guess I am glad I don't drop money that quickly.  Gave 2 stars because they were all very nice, but I can't help but feel like they were trying to pull a fast one.

When I need them they are there. They have helped me two different times and were there unlike the other local plumbing companies.

Moe was very responsive and got the job done quick. He sounds very knowledgeable and not like the dishonest type at all. Would use him again without hesitation. Thanks for your help Moe.

These guys are top notch, a 5 star company. Service with a smile, experience, explains what he is doing as he diagnosis and explains the fix. Pin pointed the water leak. Had the replacement fitting on his truck so no returns. I highly recommend this company. This was my situation, water dripping from my AC vent in the laundry room, first thought was how the hell will this get repaired if it's between floors. I was thinking My ceiling  drywall was going to be demoed but, he did have to cut and saw to find the leak but it is what it is, he did a great job the leak was at the tee fitting behind the wall. I received multiple diagnosis on the plumbing behind my washer.  The guys at Kooline did the most thorough diagnosis of all companies (local and big names companies), they gave the best quote and did such good work. Very professional and prompt!

In the past week I have used Kooline plumbing at BOTH my house and my rental property. I can not say enough how happy I am with their services. They answered my phone call when I was having an emergency leak issue. Moe helped diagnosis the issue over the phone and was able to fit me in the next morning to repair the leak. I am so grateful for a plumber who not only has excellent communication skills, who is friendly, who has an excellent team, gets the job done right, but also goes above and beyond for his customers. We could not be more pleased with the service we had today on a Saturday with our technician  Jay.  We were notified by Global water today that we had a leak.  With it being Saturday we were worried that we would not be able to find anyone to come out and see what was going on. Within 2 hours of our call Jay was here and had taken care of the leak.   I would highly recommend Kooline Plumbing and they will be our go to plumbing company for all our plumbing needs.

It's the first we used Kooline plumbing ...Nazeem came out and replaced our hot water tank within 2-3 hours ..very impressive work ..he even put the pan and installed water going out if anything ever happens ...definitely a company one can count on ...very professional work done ....definitely using Kooline Plumbing in future...

I called kooline plumbing a few months ago and the owner came himself and did a great job. He unclogged 2 bathtubs a sink and even fixed my kitchen faucet. I paid approximately $70 and thought he was very honest. I wrote an awesome review on google +. Then last week I called and asked to unclog the same bathtub and 1 sink and he quoted me $65 a piece. I was so disappointed because I felt rubbed. You should not lose your customers trust especially when they're coming back to you for service. I'm going to try someone trustworthy

I've managed properties for 15 years and have dealt with lots of issues, repairs and countless technicians. These plumbers knew their stuff, they were intelligent, honest, quick and got the job done correctly.  I'll definitely be replacing my previous go-to (but overpriced) plumber with the affordable and honest Kooline.

It's a little scary for your senior citizen mom when she has to have repairs done on her home. Moe came out the same day (within an hour actually), and gave us the rundown and a beyond fair price. I'm always happy to use someone that is more concerned with the relationship vs making a buck. Service was on point and mom was happy. Thanks a million Moe! I called the plumber to get my clogged toilet fixed.  Mohammed responded quickly to fix it.  It was Very professional and done at affordable price.

I had a pipe crack and I was out of town. Mo responded and fixed it the day I called him. Great service, very courteous, and fair pricing. This is now the second time I've used Mo, I will definitely be back in the future.
