Vertex Roofing

Vertex Roofing rescued my fabulous steel roof a second time.  A giant palm tree removed earlier in the day leaned aggressively against the fascia of my roof with consequences.  True to his word, the Vertex man repaired the injured roof, delaying his supper plans to dine with his wife for over an hour.

I love old fashioned integrity !  It clearly lives with respect to Vertex Roofing.

Can't say enough about Vertex. They just finished my roof and it's stunning. John who's one of the owners, Craig who was our account executive and Favian who ran out install crew were accessible, responsive and 100% committed to doing a first rate job and it shows in the end result. Yes there are cheaper metal roofs out there but you get what you pay for. If you want a beautiful metal roof that's made and installed properly Vertex is your roofer.

i paid this company $25,000 for a new steel roof.  The first time it rained it leaked water onto my patio.  I called them, they sent out someone who went up on the roof, did something and then left.  I assumed he had fixed it.  The next time it rained, it leaked again.  I called Vertex and they sent someone out.  He did nothing.  The manager stated to me that someone had been up there and had damaged it. Maybe the guy who put up my canopy.  I  told him the only ones who had been up there were his two workmen.  The installer who had put up the canopy did not go onto the roof, he used a ladder.  And I also told Vertex that I had taken pictures of this installer.   Now when I call this company they do not answer but disconnect the call. They do not want to hear from me when it rains.  It is still leaking and I guess I will have to get a lawyer.  I was over charged and their customer service is nil.  They are class A ripoffs.

My husband and I bought a house in Chandler Arizona in June 2018. A few months into our new home a microburst ripped our roof shingles off like they were a banana peel. We called our homeowners insurance and they gave us some money for the repairs. After some looking into different options we chose metal roofing. Not an easy choice given the price tag, but we wanted a maintenance free roof and that was what we were willing to shell out the big bucks for. Fast forward we have now had our roof for a whole year and we have found ourselves happy with the roof itself. One small problem is the soffit. My husband swears he asked Craig about it when he sat at our kitchen table with us looking over the pamphlet. My husband said without a doubt what we wanted was to have a maintenance free roof. However our soffits need to get painted every 10 years or so. We feel our sales guy did not comprehend what we meant when we asked for maintenance free. So last week I finally called the sales guy Craig Sorenson to tell him about our one irritation with this roof. He told me he would call me back and I still have not heard from him. So in closing I would like to say - my roof is fantastic, the installers worker very hard for weeks. However the sales guy Craig could have stepped up and listened better when we told him what we wanted, or when I reached out by sending photos of what I was talking about, as well as texted messages,  when I asked what could be done to make this a better experience for my husband and myself, the customers. We feel we are so close to giving this business 5 stars. If this company can come through I would love to change my review. For now, this accurately explains my feelings about our new metal roof from Vertex Roofing in Phoenix.

When it was time to replace our tile roof, we got estimates for both metal and tile. Bill Stark was the Vertex rep who came to our house. He had a very detailed presentation explaining the benefits of metal, and also had photos of their projects and samples of metal style and color, all of which helped us make an informed decision.

The team who come to install our roof was professional and efficient. They also cleaned up after themselves very thoroughly. In addition to the roof, we had them install 2 skylights. There was an issue with one of the skylights and they came back within a couple days to fix the issue.

If you have good credit, they offer a no interest payment plan.Yes, the cost was more than tile, but with a 50 year warranty and the reduction in cooling costs we've already seen, we are very happy with our decision to go with metal. Some of our neighbors (we live in a neighborhood where almost everyone has tile) love our roof so much that they are now considering metal for their next roof.

This company was excellent from start to finish. Korbyn was very knowledgeable about the process and answered all my questions. The project took the estimated 2 weeks. The guys came on time every day, most days working 10 hour days. They were polite,,professional and cleaned up at the end of each day. I would highly recommend Vertex to anyone looking to install a metal roof

Travis and Paul came out and did an estimate on my property for a metal roof  When I had the job completed it the metal roof was beautiful and is now covered with a 50 year warranty.   I was surprised to find it actually cut my power bill by about 40% year round and that metal doesn't heat up the way I expected.  The investment in my home is now protected better.
