I was able to get an estimate within a day of calling the company.  The owner is very knowledgeable about anything you would need to know concerning palm trees.  The estimate was reasonable and the work was scheduled for just a few days later.  The project involved cutting down a huge messy palm tree.  The tree was only a few feet away from our pool so of course the job resulted in lots of debris in the pool.  The workers cleaned everything up beautifully.   They did everything with safety in mind and did a great job all around.  I will be hiring this company again for annual trimming of our other palms.

I hired Cutting Edge Tree Services to trim two trees on May 8th- an Acaica in my front yard and a Mesquite in my back yard.  The Acacia looked great. The mesquite did not. There was too much taken off of one side that had provided a good amount of shade to my back yard (no contact to the house). I was hopeful that the tree just needed to grow back some and that it would look fine so I did not reach out to Tom until almost 3 months later (July 26). I should have reached out sooner but that's a moot point now. Wednesday night (July 29), the main tree branch broke so now Im not sure what going to happen to it. I was quoted to take weight off the tree to prepare for monsoon season and I think the weight was taken of in the wrong spots.

Tom (Owner) came out for the estimate and he was very knowledgeable and gave us a rundown of what his team would do with our extremely large and invasive species of tree.

A week later, even though we had other quotes I chose Cutting Edge Tree Services, there was a small scheduling issue with his staff but Tom personally called to apologize and rescheduled us.

They took the tree out yesterday and did an amazing job. The team cleaned everything up and even the leaves that were on the roof.

I would recommend them for any tree services you need.

Excellent job trimming four large trees.  Real arborists expertly trimmed, ground up and removed all the cuttings leaving yard immaculate.  A real pleasure to work with the Cutting Edge team.

Not professional were late said their GPS was 10 years old so they got lost. Looked over the removal of a saguaro that had fallen on our porch. Said they would e mail estimate in an hour, we never heard from them. Very unprofessional. Don't use.

Tom came the day I called and was very fair and very open with is knowledge on ho to care for my trees, I am a DIY guy sometimes. Quote was fair and complete. An awesome experience!

One of our Mesquite tree snapped completely in half in our front yard, so we needed an arborist to remove it. Tom was professional and courteous both on the phone and in person. He gave us a quick estimate and did a walk through of our entire yard and inspected all the trees for us. Once we settled on the work to be performed, he was able to get us in within 24 hours. His crew was fast but careful. We are very happy with the quality of the work performed.

Tom and his crew trimmed our mesquite about 2 years ago.  They were getting heavy again and decided it was time for another trim. There was also one large limb that was threatening a wall that we wanted removed. His crew did an excellent job thinning and balancing our three trees and removing that troublesome limb. Their cleanup was excellent . The trees look fantastic. And his price , very reasonable.

Extremely pleased! Cutting edge was the ONLY company that actually came out to look and not just quote me a price over the phone. Fair pricing, and showed up on time. Highly recommend!

Let me start by saying if you want a tree service that actually knows how to prune and thin trees correctly and not resort to TOPPING, these are the people to call. I have been trying to find someone I could trust and afford and who actually knows how to take care of trees after I lost my old previous arborist. Cutting Edge Tree Services is it. Tom is very knowledgeable and friendly and his crew was great. My big tall Willow Acacia looks like this year it will actually be able to withstand the monsoon winds and it looks beautiful! Last year, well, let's not go there. Thank you Tom and crew so very much for being prompt, professional, polite and affordable! I am a lifelong customer now.

Tom and team did a great job. Requested quotes from several companies and Tom replied promptly and was very clear on what they were going to do. He got my scheduled, made sure his price was inline with the competition and completed the job the next day. Thank you.

I've had several trees trimmed over the years by Cutting Edge. They do a great job, and the trees look great!

Tree trimming was pretty good at a fair price but customer service is lacking. They did not call to confirm the appointment, did not show up on time so I had to call and make sure they were still coming, and when they finished they left without allowing me to check it out first. There still some hanging limbs that need trimming and it could've been done very easily had they taken the time to come to the door and let me see it before they left. I did ask that they let me know before they left so I could see it, but they were gone without a word. I sent a few text messages to the owner and got no response so I'm giving them at three.

I wanted a certified arborist to trim a large tree in the front yard because I wanted a more natural appearance than what I typically see when a landscape maintenance person takes hedge trimmers to a tree. I call the resulting shape a lollipop tree. I also wanted my tree to remain healthy and strong. Cutting Edge Tree Service did a fabulous job. Tom was quick to reply to my request for assessment and quote. He made the process smooth and easy. Tom provided a very reasonable quote and scheduled service the next week but was able to come sooner after another job was postponed by the homeowner. He also planted a tangelo tree in my backyard and it looks perfect. I couldn't be happier with the service from Cutting Edge. I'm definitely use them again.

I have used Cutting Edge in the past and will continue use them.  I appreciate their knowledge and service.  Their prices are fair and their service is excellent.  As a former landscape design/installer for over a decade, I know what to look for in plant and landscape care.  These guys have it.

We were so impressed with the job, customer service and fair price! They responded quickly, gave us a free quote and handled a big job really quick. We had three giant eucalyptus trees cut down and the stumps grinded. It literally looks like the trees were never there! One of our neighbors was not happy about the noise (which obviously occurs when cutting down trees) she was having a pretty bad morning and took it out on the guys that were working on the trees. They didn't miss a beat and kept working through the screaming and yelling. I can only imagine some of the things they heard,  it they were super professional and respectful to her.....although they were getting screamed at. If we ever need tree work.again, we will be contacting them and we've already recommended them to family. Thanks for the hard work and quick removal! You guys are awesome!

After 15 years with no professional tree trimming my very mature mesquite trees were long over due!  Owner Tom, who seems very knowledgable on tree care, arrived as scheduled for the quote. The friendly crew of 4 were well trained and worked hard to improve both the beauty and the health of the trees. Clean up was fabulous as well. Thanks for a BIG job well done!

With an acre lot and 7 neglected palo verde trees our property needed a lot of work. Francisco came out and did a beautiful job trimming all of the trees, weeding,  trimming bushes, etc. He is very easy to work with and attentive to details.

Responded quickly. Was 20 percent less than others, nice guy, good clean up. Yelp requires me to add more. But nothing else to say. Good work.

Just call them. Seriously. Look at the before and after pictures of my backyard. Less than two months of work! They did the front yard too! Replaced every sprinkler and moved the entire sprinkler system up two feet before installing the 18 inch gravel border I asked them to. Cut down my 30+ foot tree and removed the stump. Disposed of everything themselves and worked multiple 12 hour days. Call them.

1. He missed 5 appointments. I was waiting for him each time. He was pleasant when he did come.
2. He tried to find the leak and finally told us we had a plumbing issue. Well, he left a valve on so there was that. A plumber could find no leak but our irrigation system has a big leak.
3. We paid 475. We did find someone else to repair the problem.

Really happy with the tree trimming and fertilizing they did for our side yard.  These guys are great! Contacted them directly thru Yelp and They made it very easy to get quote and did the services the same day!  They were very competitively priced for tree trimming and included fertilizing. They saved our tree and cleaned up our yard really well after including blowing leaves and watering too! Thanks guys, highly recommend!

Kyle and his partner came out and did a great job cutting down a dead 35ft tree of I had on the property. They cleaned up the branches and sticks really well and cut the tree stump down well below the grade! His estimate was spot on from a time of arrival and completion!

I had a very LARGE mesquite tree removed. They were on time worked non stop and did a very professional job of removing it. When the tree was hauled away in multiple loads the finale clean up was excellent. I will be recommending Kyle and Hayden to anyone that needs any kind of landscaping work.
