Rod and his efficient crew removed four large Palo Verde trees, including stumps, from our backyard. They also trimmed a palm in the front yard and removed a big ugly overgrown yucca in a tight location.  They were very careful not to damage surroundings and did a thorough cleanup. Rod was a pleasure to deal with and went the extra mile for us. Price was right and the job was done RIGHT!  What more could you ask for?

We just had them come out and trim our pineapple palm. We bought this home not too long ago so who knows how long this thing has been growing but it was ugly! They came out when they said they would and the price was great. The whole crew did an amazing job and my ugly palm now adds curb appeal and looks fantastic. Call them - you won't be disappointed.

I had a monster Palo Verde taking over my yard that needed removal. After checking with a local gardner and a couple of others, I called RPM. They answered promptly and I explained that I had a large pergola under the tree and care was needed in the tree removal. Rodney said no problem and gave me a reasonable ballpark estimate over the phone, but wanted to come out and take a look. He came by within a few days and revised his estimate, which was very fair considering the precarious job. Rodney and his crew came as scheduled with a large telescopic basket truck and removed the tree, which included stump removal and clean-up. The job was excellent, crew very professional, and the price was right. I would not hesitate to call them for any job.

I am really happy with their work. My tree looks so much better. Rod worked really fast and efficient. I really appreciate that he is willing to come on Sunday where he normally doesn't work to help me with my tree. I fully recommend him to help you with your tree services.

RPM has done tree trimming at my Central Phx home several times over the years.  They always provide quick service and great rates.  One of my trees grows out of the center of my home and is tricky to trim.  They always do so with no issues and clean-up is perfect!  I would not hesitate to recommend them.

They were very polite and did a great job! The estimate was very reasonable also. They took a large Eucalyptus tree out of my backyard and they left my backyard cleaner than it was when  they got here. I would definitely use their service again and will be recommending them to others.

I have had nothing but great success with AZ Yard Works. Kristen and Jason are both extremely responsive. If I call and don't get an answer, they will respond within 24 hours typically, the same day. I like that Jason makes his proposals very clear and easy to understand. I like their email reminders of the service to come. I like a set date for lawn services. It was been a very good experience.

This psycho continued to harass me for days over an accurate review.  An injury on my property?  It was a wasp sting and the situation WAS rectified by removing the wasp nest (and NO, the wasp nest issue was not known prior to the service visit so again, dishonesty from you) and actually I found out that my husband DID ask if the employee was ok and no one mentioned anyone being allergic nor did anyone contact us afterward.  And unless you were actually at my home during the occurrence, you have no business explaining the situation.  Also - you were contacted multiple times to even see about the possibility of scheduling our service and heard nothing from you while you continued servicing other clients and this went on for weeks.  It would have been nice if you would have actually completed the service from October but I see you also fail to mention that in your response and I also notice that you overlook the fact that we were understanding when you said you couldn't complete the service that day because of broken equipment.  We were understanding for the six weeks following when we could not get in touch with anyone and kept being told to send an email or that Jason would be in contact until someone finally responded to yet another text we had to send saying that you would have to discontinue our service.  Again...dishonest and unethical.  All we asked for was a response about the status of our services - I understand our yard is a lot of work and has a lot to maintain but if you were unable to handle our yard because of the amount of labor involved, you could have just been honest with us so that we could have found someone that would have had the staff to complete it - we were looking for basic communication from you and we did not get it.  It's also easy to see that you argue with anyone posting a less than positive review and that you are consistently unwilling to take responsibility for any issue.  That's fine - your responses say enough about your business practices and your attitude toward customer service.

I called this company solely based on a Yelp review. I wanted to spend my money in the community. I had friends coming in from Hawaii, and needed a yard 'clean up'. I called and scheduled an estimate day. The owner, Jason, came to the house and couldn't have been nicer. Very pleasant. I told him I needed the back yard completely raked, the river rocks cleaned out and some of them re-set because the ¼- washes in during heavy rains. Depending upon the estimate, I said I'd also consider having the front yard raked and cleaned. He said he'd have Laura call me back with an estimate and options for scheduling. I thought that was kinda odd, given he's the owner and certainly knows how much he would charge to do something. Anyway, a half hour later, I got a VM from Laura saying they wouldn't be able to service my property because there wasn't enough work for the crew - and that the minimum charge would exceed the actual cost of the work. WHAT? I've had this done before and it wasn't a 'small' fee.  Quite honestly, I think the job was deemed somewhat a pain and the company didn't want to do it. Reading the company's statement of services at the bottom of their Yelp page, I can say it's not accurate.

This company has done work on our property twice with great work both times! The owner has also done the quotes for work both times and has been very friendly, helpful and the work reasonably priced! The first time they did a great job trimming of a tree that was in significant need of thinning and trimming. The second time they did a general trimming of both our front and backyards with pleasing results. The help has always been very courteous and done an excellent job of cleaning up the trimmings. They are the first company that has ever cleaned their trimmings off our pool at any property we have ever owned! We are definitely planning on having them do more work for us!

Living in a HOA ruled neighborhood, I needed a stump removed a.s.a.p. to avoid the wrath of the HOA police.  I called several companies, some from their websites, some referrals, some from ads.  Before resorting to doing it myself I called Laura.  She returned my call...quickly.  I got a free estimate by the company owner (who by the way is a master gardener).  The price was better than right.  I then said I needed a new tree to replace it.  Jason and I talked about what would work best and he said he would get it and deliver and install.  Laura contacted me that afternoon and had the price for everything.  I had checked with 2 major nurseries in town and thier price was a good 3 times higher plus I still would have had to have someone come out and pull the stump.  While there to install tree (the next day) the two gentlemeaen doing the dirty work said they would fix my drip timer before they left.  Well when it was turned on it had a huge leak.  Soooo, they fixed the leak, installed 3 drip lines around the new tree and ended up having to not only pull the one stump, but the lazy person before us had actually planted the dead tree on top of another dead tree.  NO EXTRA CHARGE!!!!!!!!  I am horribly hard on businesses that are bad or that screw you everytime you turn around, but I believe a good business, doing honest work should be praised!!!  So give them a call or email [email protected] or [email protected]

This company does not stand up to their Garantee as stated in web. They wouldn't even come look at the problem. Instead just made excuses not to come and look at The Job the non English speaking employees did to my property. I will never use a company that lies to its customers. They get no stars from me. Don't uses this company Jason  Plavala owns What a waste

We called because one of our grapefruit trees was looking like it was ready to die. Had Arbor Tree Feeding  Experts come out and did his thing. They had to inject the tree and fed it some juice. After treating the trees for a couple of years, it's doing much better and actually giving fruit again. Thanks for all the help saving out tree!

Ok this is one of those times I would give more stars if I could...  This is a great company, they show up when promised , they go above and beyond and there work is outstanding....

These guys are AWESOME!!  I have had them trim my otherwise ugly bush looking Mesquite tree into an amazing beautiful tree. They replaced my front landscape plants provided by original contractor with desert landscaping I picked including cacti.  I LOVE MY FRONT YARD NOW. Best of all they show up when they say they will. They are reasonable in  their pricing and a pleasure overall to deal with. I highly recommend them.

We decided to use PV Trimmers to clean up our many palms and large Sissoo tree. We feel as though most people over trim their palms and we wanted to hire experts, rather than random guys who make them look wimpy. We loved our experience and our trees looked great. Going on our third year of hiring PV Trimmers!

I have a huge 21 yr old mesquite tree in my front yard. It needs someone who knows what they're doing to keep it trimmed and thinned, and looking beautiful. PV Trimmers has consistently done an excellent job. I know I can count on them. Great work, personable men, and professional. I highly recommend!

We have had wonderful service from PV Trimmers. First time, they came immediately after a storm to take out a tree that had fallen into our roof! Yesterday they came out bright and early at 7:30 am as scheduled and took down our 40+ foot pine tree that had died suddenly from blight. What a huge job! But they did it efficiently and cleaned up afterwards--it was in the back corner of our cul-de-sac property and they got in and out in about 5 hours. Their prices are always competitive too! We were sad to lose our shade tree, but thankful for Mike and his crew who made it painless! Thank you PV Trimmers for an excellent job!!
