We are a family owned and operated business. My father started the business and passed it on to me in 2008. The most important things to me are my customers my employees and doing quality work. I have a lot of experience from growing up working alongside my father as both a technician and a business man. What a relief to have found these guys!
I had been calling around to have someone come fix the sprinkler/drip system at the house we just moved into, and was having a hard time getting someone out in a timely manner! I was getting anxious about the grass, trees, and plants dying; luckily, when I called these guys, they could get someone out the next day.
They were only here a few hours and got everything fixed and working! Richard & Gage were great, and I am glad to have found our go-to sprinkler guys!

My sprinkler system has been having issues for the better part of a year. I started working with one company, they ended up ghosting me. Then I switched to another guy, he did some work which he said had a 1-year guarantee; however, when it came time to honor that guarantee, he also ghosted me. I had AJ come out and give me a quote to finish all repairs in December, $405 for 3 new valves. Since I'd already invested a fair bit of $$$, I wanted to hold guy #2 to his guarantee. After 2 months of him not returning my calls or texts, I got tired of waiting and called David at Sprinkler Repair LLC. Though it'd been over 2 months since AJ provided my original quote, they still credited me the $85 service fee that I'd paid in December, and they honored the Yelp offer of $25 off $125 or more, saving me $110!!!
AJ showed up on time, clearly explained the work he was going to performed, cleared the valve box of mud and roots, and demonstrated that the sprinkler system was working correctly before he left.
I feel much better knowing that I won't be paying a bigger water bill due to a leaky system and that my landscaping plants won't die.

The team here is really friendly and professional. I had multiple issues with my sprinkler system. Was able to schedule someone to come out for a quote within a couple days. AJ arrived within the allotted timeframe and did a thorough inspection. He was able to fix one issue on the spot and scheduled time for a follow-up service to address the others a week later. Again, AJ was on time for the follow-up appointment. He did a walk through with me once the work was done. True professionalism the whole way through.
I highly recommend Sprinkler Repair and will definitely request AJ again for any future sprinkler needs.

The good news is that they showed up .I would never use these folks They charged me $ 400 for a 3 hour job. They were suppose the check for all leaks but left and never fixed one of the leaks and I ended up with a $ 400 water bill . They may sound sweet on the phone but beware
Piss poor operation.
Failed to show up on time and disrespectful on the phone. Could not navigate to a well-established neighborhood to location.
We postponed a vacation departure to accommodate these clowns and they don't show up?!?
Would NOT recommend!!!
And now the excuses roll in....
I've not yet had any GPS or Mapquest not find our address. Maybe this company had a bad day or is simply incompetent. But with address in had in a upscale development existing for over 15 years, this representative's excuses are just that.
I cannot help that this company cannot differentiate between Blvd and Avenue......

I had Sprinkler Repair out to my house for the first time to check on a possible leak. Tim arrived on time, did a thorough inspection, and determined there was no leak. He did offer a couple recommendations to achieve more efficiency in the system which we'll do next week. There was no charge for the inspection and his plan estimate was reasonable and should be a big help.
I was very impressed with the service and would recommend Sprinkler Repair to anyone needing an honest review of their system.

From the first phone call I made to the service being provided, this team has been very efficient and effective. I called them to help me fix a sprinkler head issue and while they fixed that, they spotted a second problem I had that I never knew. It was a small leak from one of my other sprinkler heads.
They were able to come out the following day and get that addressed as well. The team is very knowledgeable and courteous. If/when I have more issues, they'll be the first call I make.

He took the time to diagnose and explain what had to be done to repair the problem in words I would understand.
He was on time and did a great job for a very fair price.
Don't look any further than this company for all your sprinkler repairs.

Our drip system was not operating, Dave suggested how to fix it and proceeded to explain cost/time before going forward to repair the system. His pricing was very reasonable. Once fixed he checked the yard for improper performance of the lines and repaired any that weren't dripping. I will definitely call them again when the lines aren't dripping correctly.

Sprinkler Repair did a really nice job repairing our busted sprinkler lines. Jose came out gave a quote then found it was a much larger repair job than expected but he didn't charge me much more than what we originally discussed. He did the job thoroughly. I would absolutely use these guys again and totally recommend them.

This was the second time I used them and after dealing with those other companies that charge service fees only to price the job so ridiculous that you are left with less money and no completed work. Daniel came out to check our sprinkler system as the front sprinklers would not shut off and we had one break in the back. When he checked the system at first, he thought we would probably need a new valve, but then he said he would open it up and check it out to make sure. When he opened it, he said there was debris and rocks inside the valve and that cleaning them out should actually fix the problem. He then proceeded to show me a few different tricks and things I could check myself and showed me how to replace the broken sprinkler head for the future! Super helpful and obviously not trying to swindle as it ended up costing less than he even said at first. Also probably saved me lots of time and money for the future by showing me how to do those things! Will definitely call again for future sprinkler needs.

Highly satisfied with all aspects of this company. We needed a plumber for a quick job in a pinch. They answered right away when I called (which is very important to me) and they were able to give me a quote and get out to fix the issue the same day. Work was done quick and neat. Very impressed with this company. Easy to schedule an appointment. Jose came on time, even calling to tell me when he was a half hour out. He replaced multiple broken sprinkler heads and adjusted both my front and back sprinklers so they provided full coverage of the lawn without spraying the patio and rocks. He took the time to carefully replace the grass around the new sprinkler heads. He was professional, customer oriented, and knowledgeable. Great price for great work. Did not exceed the price he quoted before beginning even though there was quite a bit more to do than expected. It's hard to find a good company, but these guys take pride on their work. Glad I called them after reading through all the Yelp reviews.

David called back right away, and Daniel came out and repaired both of my valves, and also solved a water pressure issue caused by one of my trees. Fantastic work, even better then the folks who put in my original system 6 years ago.

I'm not sure why but before I went on Yelp, there were 2 different landscapers who disappeared before even coming to give me a quote. One set up a time to come over and didn't show up or message me at all. The other one said they'd get back to me and then never did. So I looked on yelp knowing that businesses on there would probably charge more, but I was tired of being let down.
Sprinkler Repair was responsive and sent AJ out for a quote as scheduled. Then we agreed on a price and scheduled him to do the work.
We had them install new gauges and a new timer for us. AJ was good at communicating and really hard working. He was running about 15 minutes late, but called to let me know. He showed us how to program the timer and gave us some advice about watering the trees. They also include a 1 year warranty on parts & labor.
We probably would have been able to get someone to do the work for less money but SR was reliable and friendly. In the end their quality, friendly service was worth it.

I had a part on my sprinkler system that needed to be installed. They came out immediately and took a look and gave me a quote. Unfortunately I live in an older home and had pipes that were basically falling apart as David was trying to install the new part. He spent the rest of the day trying to get the pipes replaced so he could actually replace the part. The communication was great, and I don't feel overcharged even though the hours were longer and more had to be done. Sprinkler Repair is in my contacts and I will only use them from this day forward! I can't hardly believe it! I contacted this company because I was having one leak after another and my gardener was making it worse and kept charging me repeatedly to fix it. Well I looked on yelp and called this company. They came out the next day and fixed the problem quickly. AJ was a very polite young man and didn't try to sell me anything. He just worked hard and it was done. Another company couldn't get out until the next week. Finally, I got more than what I paid for. I'm delighted!

They are not going to be the least expensive, but are reliable and stand behind their work. I had a manifold fitting rupture and they came out in a timely manner and repaired it quickly.
We had a major leak on our sprinkler system. After reading the good reviews here, I called Sprinkler Repair LLC.
I am very happy with the job the crew did. Not only they fixed the leak we complained about, but they also found (and fixed) another one we knew nothing about. They checked the general meter thoroughly to make sure it did not indicate any more leakage, reprogrammed the timer and made sure I understand how to do it by myself. I was really impressed by the level of care.
Regarding the price, I do not have much reference to compare but I thought this was fair. In any way much better than our outrageous water bill!!!
The repair came with one year parts and labor guarantee and I will certainly call them back if we ever need more work on our sprinkler system.
Oh, and the crew was courteous and friendly which is something I always notice because I've had some guys come to work in our house who were literally scaring me. Overall a 5 stars experience!
I highly recommend Sprinkler Repair for both small and big irrigation jobs. I would characterize David and his team as Honest, Dependable, Hard Working, and just a great bunch of guys. We recently had to have our entire irrigation system replace on a large lot (1 acre). Daniel and the crew worked for over a week to install in our yard which has a lot of specialty landscaping (artificial turf, pavers, palms, trees, shrubs, and planter pots). The crew was very respectful and pleasant while working around the house for 9 days, they returned the landscaping to the way it looked before they started, and installed a system I can now depend on for many years to come. This company is 5 stars in every aspect! Over the past year they have done a couple separate jobs in my yard from small patches to putting in pressure regulators, fixing leaks and replacing clogged sprinkler heads. Scheduling is easy and they always show up when they say they will. Price is fair and I would recommend them to anyone needing sprinkler work done. Awesome people that do an awesome job!

systems work[ed. So when I started to have problems I had no idea who to call. Luckily my son suggested calling Sprinkler Repair. Daniel, David and AJ were amazing. Got things working again! So, I had a leak in my drip system and called these guys on a Monday. They set up an appointment for three days later on a Thursday. A couple of hours later, they called and said they could send someone over now. Tim came over about thirty minutes later and fixed the hell out of the leak, on the spot, in about twenty minutes. This company may be the greatest company ever created. Five stars all the way, and I'll be calling again if this shitty ass drip system springs any more leaks!
Purchase a new home and the irrigation system was a mess and the trees/shrubs were dead. AJ with Sprinkler Repair came out and did a detailed inspection was able to provide me with a reasonable quote and started the work the next day to repair the system. He patiently went over both of the programming systems at the end and now all my plants have water going to them. Will definitely use them again.
Had them out today to fix a sprinkler shooting up like a geyser and two leaking pipes in our front and back yard. The repairs were done super quick and WAY cheaper than originally estimated - they had given us a worst case scenario cost (basically a cost/time estimate) given that the two leaks didn't have obvious causes. Super professional, punctual, and knowledgeable about landscaping repair. We will definitely call them out if we have other issues!
From the first visit and consult, you know these guys will get the job done right. They are true detectives of the sprinkler universe. Leaks diagnosed with a job done in a reasonable amount of time at a fair price. Daniel and his guys installed a complete system, leaving the yard in better shape then when they first arrived. There's clear experience in play every time a shovel full of dirt gets turned over and replaced.
These guys are fantastic! We've had them here a couple of times, most recently to troubleshoot our irrigation and to remove some (gigantic, concrete) planters. The office person is organized, the workers show up as promised, they're terrific about explaining options, and they get the work done at a very reasonable price. After a lot of digging and demolition work today, they left our patio cleaner than when they arrived.
Daniel, David and AJ were all great - I'd recommend them to anyone.

Dave and his crew did an absolutely great job installing a new sprinkler system at my house that for the most part replaced a 28 year old system. It took one day and a couple of hours the next day, and when they left you wouldn't know that they had trenched a hundred feet or so. I also had a water bib seal problem a crew member fixed a couple of days later. Everything WORKS!! Great job, guys!

Had a sprinkler controller issue. Called a couple places and Sprinkler Repair LLC was the only one to return a call.
Came out the next day. Running a little late, but received a call from AJ. The work was performed and explained to my satisfaction. Ended up needing new controller. They did have to go get a controller as they did not carry any with them.
Not sure about the range of costs on the controller and the labor costs, haven't had anything to compare their costs too.
I now have a new controller that works, and have a 1 year warranty on parts.
I was pleased with AJ and Michael. I would recommend them and I might need them for a future project. Probably 4 1/2 stars, the cost was might only deduction.

He had come to fix my sprinkler valves about a month and a half ago and I was so pleased with the job that I specifically asked for him to come back. David did a great job repairing my irrigation system. I am a restaurant owner and my system is many years old with multiple leaks and other minor issues. Sprinkler Repair arrived within 2 days of my phone call, diagnosed the problems quickly, and repaired all of my issues. I highly recommend Sprinkler Repair and I will definitely be calling David back if and when I need other services done.
I called these guys on a Friday late in day and they were able to get a guy to come on Monday. They gave me a quote based on a picture I sent and it was spot on. They got it done and work on a mans word which means a lot now a days. They extended credit without knowing who I was with the faith I would pay. Granted it was only 150.00, but that credit saved me from taking a day off from work to pay a service and for that I am greatful. I now need another job done and guess who I am calling. Thanks guys!! I called and left a message about several irritation issues on our system that is getting old. In addition to the repairs we wanted rock and plants where we used to have grass. David called me back 25 hours later and scheduled an appointment for the next day. He added in conclusion that it was a minimum of $75 for the first half-hour even though we hadn't really gone over the scope of the work. I was confused how they were coming to charge me when they hadn't gone over what they were going to do. I called back and asked if they do landscaping he said they do clean up but not maintenance. I'm not sure how you can set up the irrigation without doing landscaping to install plants and planters dirst. I'm fine if they don't do landscaping just don't advertise that you do if you only do yard clean-up.

David's company did an excellent job for us. We had our drip system repaired, it had never worked right due to the company that installed it. Everything was done just as he had said and very happy with the crew. They were all very professional and very neat with the work they did. They also trimmed a tree for us and did it just like we wanted. Very careful around all the other plants and left the area clean. We would recommend them to our friends & family and will use them in the future for other projects we are wanting to get done. A 10 plus, couldn't be happier.

I had sprinkler and drip system leak problems. A.J came the next day and fixed one of the leaks and worked on another one and found a couple more. He and his brother came back the following day and fixed them all. Hard workers and reasonable charges.
What a great company. My sprinkler system is 10 years old and was constantly running on the drip lines. Also a line broke under the ground making a nice hole. Was expecting to be told a total replacement was needed but they were awesome and explained the problems and it only cost $200 and my system is running great. Just replaced some valves and fixed the line. Would recommend this company to anyone. They were fair and honest!!!

Had David fix our sprinkler system today. He explained what was wrong and gave me an estimate for repairs. He made some suggestions but I didn't feel like it was an up sell. He will be the first one I call when I'm having sprinkler issues. Highly, highly recommend.
Great company that cares about their customers. I just bought a house and the sprinkler system was in a state of disrepair. I called Dave on a referral from my lawn guy. He sent a couple guys out to do the work. There was a miscommunication between me and the guys working the job and I noticed after they left that everything I wanted done wasn't completed. I talked to Dave and he offered to send the guys back out at no charge. I could tell in my interactions with Dave that he really cares about his customers and he deserves the stellar reputation that he has. Miscommunications happen, it's a part of life. Thanks so much for handling it in such a professional manner.
I've used this company in the past for several different issues with the sprinkler system and for a one time clean up. Awesome service, Dave and his crew go the extra mile to ensure the job is done right. Before any work is done, Dave takes the time to explain what needs to be done in detail, cost and time.
David Edie installed my sprinkler system 4 years ago and I was very impressed with his work ethic. So, when a water eruption occurred I contacted him. I felt very fortunate to hear from him the next day as 4 other companies never responded to my calls.
David attempted to fix the water eruption with no luck. Then, he asked me if I was experiencing low water pressure. Given my YES answer, he checked the main water valve and found it was only half way open. That solved the sprinkler problem. Sadly, several plants lacking adequate water for too long didn't make it.

I have been using sprinkler for a few years now, when we first bought our new house I had gotten several bids on turning my dirt back yard into something my kids and dogs could enjoy. Sprinkler repair was the second company I had come out and I had one more company come out after him. There is a reason David receives such good reviews, and that's because he's an increasingly rare individual who offers great service and excellent follow-through. Interestingly, we did not have a sprinkler issue - we discovered that AZ Sprinkler Repair offers landscaping service, which is what we needed. We have a 1/2 acre property that needed gravel replenishment and some paving work, and David worked with us for weeks as we continually refined our plan and came up with a solution that was within our budget. He was incredibly patient during that process. His crew arrived on the appointed day right on time (imagine that!); they were friendly and professional. Going forward, we will use his company again for another project in the front yard. A+!

I found Sprinkler Repair, LLC here on Yelp and I would absolutely use them again! David was very professional, prompt, friendly and helpful. I had a potentially big issue but from the start, David was optimistic and proactive in finding the easiest (and cheapest) solution. This contractor has done everything he can to make this right for me- admitted fault and apologized which I am confident was absolutely sincere. This is by far more impressive and honorable than what I have experienced with other contractors. I did already make arrangements with another contractor but if they fall through (seems to be happening A LOT lately) then I will happily give this contractor another chance to perform the work. We had a leak in our drip system and I called Sprinkler Repair this morning and they said they could be here by this afternoon. Daniel showed up during the time window they gave me and was able to fix our problem right on the spot. I was surprised at how quick and efficient he was. He was done in less than an hour and I felt their pricing was fair. He also was really helpful in giving us tips regarding how often and for how long we should be watering our plants. This service was recommended by my realtor. It was a small job to fine-tune my pop-up system for my lawn. A.J. came on the day he was scheduled and on time. He let me know up front what the expected cost would be. He did a thorough job so my lawn is getting watered properly. He also gave me good advice on how to water my lawn depending on the season. I'll be calling this company for any future irrigation needs.
Great company and great people. I've had issues with my sprinkler and drip systems since I moved into my new house. Finally decided to bite the bullet and found sprinkler repair llc. They sent someone out a few days later for an estimate and Daniel arrived right on time. We toured the house and he gave me a run down of what needed to be done and approximately how much it would cost.
Daniel came back with another guy (who was also very friendly and helpful) and started my job bright and early. The repairs were extensive so they ended up not being able to complete the job in one day. Since they couldn't finish they offered to put a drip line in on two of my citrus trees for free. That what was much appreciated and a great effort on their parts. A few days later they came back out and finished the job. I ended up having to be at work while they finished so I didn't get an opportunity to test the system. Turned out there were a couple issues I wasn't totally happy with. Daniel came back out the next day and fixed everything to be just how I wanted it.
If you need sprinkler or drip work, give these guys a call. I will be using them for all my future repairs and add ons. Thanks again Daniel!

A friend referred us to David after our new puppy had chewed up all of our drip lines. We also had an older sprinkler system and really needed an update. David listened to our concerns and gave us a reasonable estimate, so we scheduled the work. He was able to fit us in quickly which we appreciated as Phoenix landscape doesn't do well without water! His crew was awesome. They did good work and cleaned everything up before leaving. We have since used his company for several projects and we also use his landscaping service. David came out yesterday and did an amazing job on some much needed yard service at my house. It was a big job and was finished timely, immaculately, professionally, and problem fee. His fees are very fair. He takes pride in his work and it shows. I would recommend you give him a call for any sprinkler/yard needs.
I've used them twice and have been happy both times. David is always responsive, his workers are timely, efficient and above all really affordable. Will definitely use again!

David was awesome. We live in an older home we recently had re-landscaped. We chose Sprinkler Repair based upon Yelp! reviews. David was very responsive addressing our questions. We had an existing sprinkler system modified and some outdoor lighting repaired. Tim, Abel and another gentleman did the work. Tim was professional, knowledgeable and did everything he said he would do and more. I would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

I highly recommend this company for all your sprinkler needs. I called in the Tuesday after Labor Day and even though they were busy, they were at my house in a rainstorm the next day to evaluate our problem. They gave us an estimate that was not only very fair, but also below what I thought I was going to pay. They had to come back the following day (due to the rain) and not only fixed all the problems I had, but they also didn't charge me for things I didn't need. I thought I need a new control panel and it turns out I didn't. Anyone else might have charged me for one but not them. They were honest, professional, hard working, and I am proud to recommend them to everyone!!! I will use them for all my sprinkler needs and I recommend you do too!!!
Sprinkler Repair exceeded my expectations. I just moved to Phoenix from the Chicago area and know virtually nothing about irrigation and sprinkler systems. The home I moved into had broken tubing, broken/missing emitters, and a leaky valve control box. I was afraid of the price of an estimate! I selected Sprinkler Repair because of the great reviews on Yelp. I am always a little leery of getting help with my home with a new contractor. Sprinkler Repair responded promptly to schedule my appointment and Timothy showed up early and quickly and efficiently understood all the issues with the current system. He scouted the yard and found issues I was unaware of. He gave me a very fast not to exceed estimate that was very reasonable. I was surprised that he was able to perform all the repairs in the one single visit. And the bill was less than the estimate, which others have mentioned in other reviews. I will recommend Sprinkler Repair to others.
I found David Edie on Yelp and the two reviews convinced me to give him a call. Am I glad I made that call. I purchased a house where the previous owner had installed the in-ground irrigation system himself. It was not to code and the valves were a leaky mess. There were also drip lines that were blowing off the manifold due to excess water pressure. David, along with his crew, replace all the valves, added backflow preventers to bring the system up to code and place an inline pressure reducer to reduce water pressure to the drip lines that kept blowing off. The job was professionally done and they also cleaned up the yard where they had to dig. I was completely impressed and satisfied and have no hesitation in recommending David and his company for your irrigation needs.
At first I gave this company 3 stars because I kept calling wanting to talk to a real person but finally had to leave a message. They got back to me the next day and set up a day and time to come over and fix the two leaks I had in my system. Right on time, a guy named Tim showed up and turned my system on and walked around looking things over. He fixed a bubbler head that had popped off, and told me a pipe was leaking. I had him turn the water off to the pipe as I no longer needed to irrigate the part of my yard it went to. After 15 min he turned the system off, reset it on timer and left. He never adjusted any of the other heads and water wasn't getting to the trees like they should. A little while later the company called to check and I told them everything that was bothering me about the service I had received. They sent Daniel out right away. He made sure the heads where adjusted properly and he even dug a well around both my citrus trees. He put the citrus on a different line and set the timer so all my trees would get the proper amount of water. He also made sure I knew how to work the timer so I could make any adjustments I felt were needed. This company stands behind their work and will make things right if there was a screw-up. The owner himself called and made sure things were right. I can't be happier with their customer service, they are honest and care about their customers. I would definitely call them again, and recommend them to anybody.

Dave responded back to my inquiry the same day and we set up the repair a couple days later. They were scheduled to come by between 9-11 am but were not able to show up until almost 12:30 pm due to the last job running longer than expected. I did receive a call before 11 am notifying me of the delay. Once arriving, they got to the job quick and were able to solve all of the issues - a valve repair, a broken line, and some crazy noises in one of the lines. Dave knows his stuff and both he and his assistant, AJ, were friendly and easy to talk to.
This rating is going to sound a bit odd as things did not go smoothly on the job, but the way David responded is why they deserve the 5 stars. I had a lot of irrigation work that I needed done - 20 new plants needing lines, 4 leaks, and rerouting of 40 feet of irrigation line. The crew arrived on time on July 3rd and before they started I asked for a price to upgrade the 40 feet to PVC. The job superintendent told me he would just charge for materials so would only be about $20. I agreed to it and later that afternoon, after that portion of the job was complete, he told me that he quoted the wrong price and needed to charge an extra $250 for that portion. I obviously said no way and that I would need to talk to the owner when they were done. They went back to work and when I looked outside later that afternoon, they had left the job site for the day without saying anything. The job was not complete and I was not happy. I sent David an email and he immediately called me back. Turns out they ran off to take one of the workers to the hospital who went down with heatstroke. He apologized for the miscommunication on pricing and honored his original quote. He then committed to send his best guy out the next morning, July 4th, to finish up and check the whole system. That worker was right on time and I am very satisfied with the end result. Things don't always go to plan, but when they go south I want to know that the decision makers are going to be responsive. David cares about the customer and they do quality work so I would be very comfortable using them again.
Dave came out to my house and he and his crew took out old, old grass and installed a great sprinkler system and brand new sod. He further cleaned up the rest of the backyard with unusual attention to detail. He notified me of all charges and options as we went through the process of turning an old sad yard into a spectacular yard that gives my home a gorgeous curb appeal with new sod and beautiful plants. He has been back to double check on the plants and the spray of the sprinklers. He did a great job. He and his crew were very professional.

I recently went searching for a company to find and repair a major leak in our lawn sprinkler system. I tried a couple companies, but none seemed interested in the job. Through Yelp, I finally found Sprinkler Repair LLC (602-367-6965). They had only a few reviews on Yelp, but they were all five-star reviews, and very enthusiastic reviews at that. So I decided to give them a try. They came out, found the leak (as well as a few other problems with our system) and did a great job with the repairs. This was not an easy or quick job, but they stuck with it, and even brought in extra fill dirt to fill and compact the resulting holes. At my request, they also replaced the old control timer, and came back after it was installed to walk through set up and operation. It wasn't a cheap job, but given how much work they did for me and their great attitude and dependability, I felt the price was more than reasonable. They were prompt, reliable, showed up when they said they would, stayed in touch by phone and by text, listened and responded thoughtfully, and did a great job. I highly recommend them.

Eric is exceptional! He's patient and takes customer service very seriously. I hired him for a pretty significant sod install (Two yards pictured) and have since kept him on as my landscaper. He is one of the only guys in town confident enough to use less popular sod, like St Augustine, which is what we ended up doing. Even when there's been slight issues with the irrigation system etc, he's rectified the issues immediately and personally to the best of his ability. His accountability is top notch. I highly recommend Eric and his team!!

Called Echo Mountain after another company failed to show up the day before my New Year's Eve party. I was in a jam, but instead of taking advantage of the situation he honored the low price I was originally quoted by the no-show company. Not only that, but I got a hold of him right when he got home from his work day, yet he turned around and headed back out to take care of our yard since we were in a time crunch. He even hauled away a couple extra items for me. Great guy. Great service. If you're at the point that you're reading this, do yourself a favor and give him a call; best experience I've had with my lawn care yet.
Eric and his crew were wonderful. We originally had our front yard landscaping done by a local nursery, but it didn't look half as nice as it does now after Echo Mtn Landscaping trimmed the bushed, trees and removed the weeds. I would highly recommend them!
I own a property in Paradise Valley area, I was looking someone who can take care of the lawn and trees on the property. I've found Echo Mountain Landscaping on Yelp here, and requested a quote. The representative replied to me within the hours and explained to me that for the precise cost they need to see the premise. It took no more than a day to evaluate the work that needs to be done and I got the quote. The price wasn't cheap, but not high as well. I was fascinated by the detailed and professional quote plus fast response time, so I agreed to the deal. Now, after I see the quality of the work done, not just the actual work, but the whole process which included the communication and photos before and after, I'm happy I have a business with Echo Mountain Landscaping.

Eric and his team did such a great job super last minute. I called Wednesday needing my front and backyard both done before Sunday and Eric made it happen. He came out first thing Thursday morning to give me an estimate, which after talking to two other companies worked out to be the best deal, and him and his crew came Friday morning. Both yards needed a ton of work, the backyard was basically a jungle and the front yard was just badly neglected. Due to the amount of overgrowth in the front yard, Eric accidentally broke a piece of the valve for one of my sprinklers because it was covered by grass and he couldn't see it. He went right to the store, got the piece and fixed it at no charge. They were all super friendly and professional and left everything very clean. I will definitely be using them again for my next project. Thank you guys!!
Our previous yard service has apparently gone out of business. We have a challenging lot and have a hard time getting anyone to come out once, let alone schedule a second visit. Eric quoted us a fair price, did an outstanding job and has worked out a schedule to keep our property in great shape. Highly recommend this company.

I'm an out of state investor and struggle to find honest reliable people to work on my properties. I found Eric and his company through yelp and I could not be more impressed with how professional, honest, hard working, and reliable Eric is. I tried him out a few months ago on one of my properties and he did such a great job, I just had him do another one for me and again, did an excellent job. It's unfortunate, but there just aren't too many people around like Eric anymore. He has a can do attitude, is very responsive, and actually listens to his customers. He works with integrity, is fair on his pricing, and is just a great guy overall. He's the phoenix area's best kept landscaping company in my opinion. I just wish he did more than landscape as I would trust him with my whole house! Thanks Eric, you are so awesome to work with.
I used the app Thumbtack recommended by some friends for odd jobs like yard work in 105 degrees :). I used the app. Hired Echo Mountain Landscaping. If you are looking for a family owned company, excellent customer service and top of the line services, look no further. Same day service after quote and super efficient. Saved my family time with yard clean up. We plan to use them monthly for yard maintenance. Thank you for your superb service and I'm thankful for apps like Thumbtack.
Freddy was professional when it came to communication and doing business with. He was very responsive on Yelp messages. He was very reasonably priced. He even started the work right then and there after we agreed on a price. All of my weeds in the rocks are all gone and the tree branches that were hanging over the in our neighbors yard are gone! I hired Extreme Green a few months back to do the following:
Tree removal
Tree trimming
Irrigation repair
Dan came out for the estimate and I found him very professional, intelligent and straight forward. I initially called strictly for the tree removal, but he pointed out all the dead branches in my two pine trees. He then informed me that trees need to be trimmed to support their structural integrity and prevent damage from wind. This seemed to make sense since the wind did break a branch off one of my bottle trees.
I hired them to trim some 8 bottle trees, 3 large citrus trees and two pine trees, as well as remove 3 bottle trees and redo irrigation lines to existing bottle trees. The price point was reasonable for all this work - they were prompt, and cleaned up well
I would give them 5 stars on tree removal alone, and trimming my pine trees. The reason I am 2 stars is the following - the trimmed the HELL out of my citrus trees.
They used to be robust and green, and block the view of my neighbors. When they were done, it was like they removed half the tree. To make matters worse, the trees were too top heavy, and a HUGE branch fell over my neighbors yard, causing me to lose even more tree. These trees must be 20 years old, and were doing just fine, no problem at all and I was totally upsold on a service I didn't need. I spoke to multiple landscapers who told me there was no need to trim citrus trees, and it probably did more damage then good.
Next - all the irritation lines they installed were dug up in about 5 seconds by my dog - this isn't their fault, though I would have preferred they put the lines deeper into the ground.
Stay away. They will take your money (upwards in the thousands) and drag you around for months before they even break ground. IF they ever break ground.
Customer service is impossible to get a hold of and they are the most undignified, incompetent, disrespectful, and demeaning people you'll ever talk to. You'll lose your faith in humanity after speaking with them.
How this place is still in business, I'm not even sure. I'm now in month 5 of having given them $5000+ in deposit and they've still yet to do ANYTHING. Excuses range from the rain, to supplies, to changes in internal structure--pretty much any B.S. they can come up with to justify basically robbing you from right under your nose.

We had a very expensive job done about a year ago and have dealt with them ever since with issues. I have called 15-20 times since Dec. 3rd and our issues with our lighting has still not been fixed. I could write an essay about how horrible this company is but I won't bore you... I actually think this company is not in business anymore since all of their numbers have been disconnected. I just don't know what to do anymore other than hire another company to replace the faulty wiring.
It actually really saddens me that a business owner (Big Mike) can treat people like this. Shame on you!

Warning!!!! Do not use these people. Daniel, who does the estimates needs to work for somebody else, he is the only bright spot representing this company. The first time I used them was for tree trimming, fertilizing of our palm trees and applying mulch to the base of the palm trees. When they arrived it was the end of the day and they were in a hurry. In such a hurry they skipped doing the mulch. I called and complained and fortunately they came back WEEKS later to do the mulch. The second time I tried to use them they didn't call back or show up. I called cindy and she said the crew had walked off the job and that I will need to reschedule with kyle, but kyle is not in today because he had to work in the field do to the crew walking off the job. I finally got in touch with Kyle and he sent a crew to my house. I needed Two oleander trees pushed back up and staked. When the crew arrived they asked me where the nearest Wal Mart
store was. I asked why and they said they forgot the stakes. They finished the job using dried out small cracked stakes from Wal-Mart. One hour after they left one of the oleanders leaned over and the other one snapped the stake and fell completely over.
That was three weeks ago and I have made 6 calls to kyle and cindy. All they tell me is the job is not big enough for a crew and we will send a technician out when we can...
This will be the last time and money I give to this defunct company.

As an ex-employee I can honestly say this is by far the worst company I have ever worked for. I can't even tell you how many times I had checks bounce on me and when I left they still owed me $1200 which till this day I haven't been paid One penny. If you are an older lady please be careful when hiring them as I remember adding mulch to the base of seven trees, using about 3 to 4 bags of mulch and seeing the bill of about $5000. Poor lady but good thing her son found out and threatened to sue.
First, despite breaking some of our irrigation when they removed a tree, the work they did was fine.
This company has terrible customer service. No one who works there is authorized to help the customers in any way. If you call, you will be told that someone will call you back. No one ever does. They don't communicate in their office and deny (or forget) what they tell you. The owner and manager do not take responsibility for their lack of communication and I have doubts if they care about their customers at all.
Warning do not use these people, I wish I had looked at this before hiring them,I wouldn't rate one star. I paid $3,430.00 for a lousy job in landscaping, gravel
replacement, planting and soil treatment, dishonest company.

I used to have a great working relationship with this company, several years of business passed between us; I don't know what happened. I wonder if the owner passed away or something... I have not been able to connect with anyone here for months now. It's so sad to see what was once a great business go down the tubes.
Recieved quote on Thurs, after calling the arborist Ashton he said they would be able to come on the next day (Fri) for the removal if I could send back the signed contract in the morning. I followed his instruction as we needed the tree removed ASAP so we could refill our pool. The company called Fri & said they couldn't be there until Mon. Mon came around & we received another call that they couldn't make it. Then they came Tue but only cut half of the tree down & had to return Wed. to finish. They came Thursday for the Stump grinding & left a mess in our yard, we wont use them again, I am still waiting on a return call from Manager.
We thought an arborist would recommend the best tree for my pool area. Mike recommended pulling gout our citrus trees and replacing them with sisoo trees. After spending more than $2000 for these beauties, we have had nothing but problems. EVERYONE, including other arborists, landscape companies, my pool guy and gardener were shocked we put them in They have invasive root systems, and are a total mess. After three years dealing with this, we are done! We will now have to have them removed, stump grinder and replaced ( ironically with citrus again). A HUGE...UNEEDED expense. This company is terrible! Only use them if you have endless money to throw away!

I used Extreme Green Visions for the past two years, so I assumed they would do a good job again this year. Boy was I wrong. I called and asked for an estimate to trim several of my trees and two of my neighbors trees that are on my property line. The estimator came out on time and told me he would email me an estimate. After a week went by, I had not received an estimate. I called and spoke with a woman who said she would get me the estimate in a few hours, which did not happen. The next afternoon, I called again and was again told I would get an estimate, but it would be the next day. When an estimate did not arrive, I emailed the owner, and again never heard back from them. I called one more time and the next day I did receive an estimate - they wanted to charge me twice as much to do the same thing they did in the prior years, plus they added work I did not request and they completely ignored my request for an estimate for my neighbors trees.
I will get the work done, but I will never use these jerks again. I should have checked yelp before I hired them the first time.

I made a deal with Daniel for a $7000 landscape service. Remove trees, fertilize others, replace irrigation system, remove and replace crushed rock, install river rock, and install plants. Daniel was knowledgeable and friendly and I gave him a credit card number to charge the $1000 deposit.
Fernando and team started Tuesday, one day late. On Thursday I got an email notice that Extreme would make a 50% draw on my credit card. What! I never agreed to that, it wasn't in the fine print and Daniel promised to fix it on Friday. Before I knew what happened they withdrew about $2500 form my credit card. I called the bank, could not get my money back so I cancelled the credit card. Not fast enough, they withdrew the remainder before the card was cancelled
They pretty much finished the job the following Wednesday, never did finish installing the river rock and put about $25 dollars worth of plants in at my insistence. I discovered four landscape lights had been removed, about $80 value new.
Multiple requests to return the four lights and explain the misuse of my credit card, much less an apology have resulted in silence.
Fernando runs a pretty good crew, I can't say the same for Mike and Daniel who have, but won't acknowledge management responsibility.
Don't be fooled by the nice façade, these guys are totally unethical.

They quoted me 885 to cut down 3 small trees and prune another. The other tree was leaning against the retaining wall and I asked twice if it should be removed. Daniel assured me it was fine. He called me several times to set everything up. Two weeks later, the remaining tree leaned in further and dislodged the retaining wall. Calling up to get the offending tree removed less the original charge fore pruning it has been a nightmare. Cindy says talk to Kyle. Kyle says he is waiting to hear from Dan. Emailing or calling - nobody follows up. And the guy who answered my calls when he wanted my business now lets it go to voice mail.
Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice shame on me. We hired these people 2ce, and for the life of me, I don't know why. They did not do what the contract stated so had to have them come back 3 months later.....we were charged $340 for 7 five-gallon hibiscus plants, and received 1 gallons plants. $400+ for a tree that was under $100 at Home Depot. To date, the hibiscus have never been replaced, look like crap, and their solution was to leave some fertilizer by the front door. Really????? So do yourself a HUGE favor......DONT USE THEM, and you'll be $$$$$ ahead and a lot happier.
Extreme Green Visions trimmed my 30 year old Eucalyptus today. My neighbor was using extreme green to remove overhanging branches from my tree. I spoke with the man who did the estimate and he said I needed to do work on my side at my expense to rebalance the tree after the overhanging branches were removed. I agreed to do that. I called the man who did the estimate to make sure were on the same page and said I wanted the minimum done to rebalance, nothing more. That man did not come to do the work. The crew that came was given instruction to thin my tree out. That's what they did. I am left with a toothpick and had to pay to have my tree ruined. No appropriate internal communication in this company.
What a mistake! I hired xtreme green to landscape my front yard and treat 2 of my trees......the front yard was to go from grass to desert and planting 6 plants, thus removing sod and adding stone adding irrigation to new plants. It has been a nightmare for me, grass and weeds coming up within a week....2 plants not doing well, brown leaves etc...numerous calls and they send a man who needs to have them send another man who turns my irrigation system on in the back not the front yard leaving it to run for more than 8 hrs flooding my backyard!!! Unfortunately most of the employees here seem inept.....now the trees trimmed and fertilized just fine but did not paint the cut .;.....now I have to get a new company to come and do it all right...waste of time and money. This has been back and forth for more than 6 weeks and I am fed up with it....learned my lesson here , not at all pleased with the work or the responses. I could not recommend them to anyone at this point.

They know nothing about green! I made a deal with Daniel for almost $5000.00 worth of landscape service. To install piping to help alleviate rainwater runoff, lay pavers and install boulders and riprap that he said they could do a good natural design. Paid $1000 down for work to be completed in May. Never came in May. I called and got new schedule for June. Day came and they never showed up! Rescheduled one more time. They came late and clearly had no idea what they were doing. Especially with the boulders and promised natural design. Piping laid badly, in wrong place and not enough dirt so now my yard sinks and the erosion has been terrible! Boulders and riprap caused more erosion than ever. And green??? No, my grass is dead wherever they touched! And no clean up! I still have broken bricks and other garbage in my yard after being promised they would come clean up their mess! Nick came out and promised to make things right but now they are ignoring my calls! Never, ever use this company!!!

I just filed a complaint with the BBB. The estimate/sales part was very smooth, and polished, like a used car salesman. I feel the estimate and contract were well put together and clear. However, I requested to be informed when work would be scheduled. No verbal notice, no voice mail....and, suddenly, the crew/teamis at the door. Good thing I was home. The crew, seemed like a group of men who did not like there job. They were ready to leave, before the contracted work was completed..I had to call the sales rep, who called the crew chief. Only then did the men perform the job somewhat in the way Dan explained the crown would be reduced and shaped. Lots of tree trimmings fell on to our patio roof and into the gutters. When they were blowing on the patio roof, I believed they were also removing debris from the gutters. Instead, they were blowing some tree trimmings INTO the gutters. A few day later it rained hard, our gutters plugged and our patio flooded. I called the office...[it's a place where the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing.] I called Dan and was told a gutter cleaning would be scheduled. Nine days later I called the office and Dan again. I'm 75 and don't climb ladders anymore. I finally hired a handy man to clean the gutters and want to be reimbursed. I have put a hold on my credit card payment. I suggest you never pay them by check or cash. This outfit has a mission statement saying how important consumer satisfaction is to them...I doubt if any one has read it. They should do more customer satisfaction surveys after their jobs.
They offered a deal on Kudzu but I couldn't get anyone to actually come out to give me an estimate. I had to call twice and finally Mike called and said he'd be by between noon and 2pm that day. No one showed, no one has called. It's not a deal if you can't get anyone to do the work. Try a company that actually wants the work and won't waste your day.
I was tired of landscapers not showing up so decided to go with a larger company that advertised a lot. Mike came out gave me a bid, charged $350 for initial clean up and then I needed to call 3-4 times to find out when the were coming out for scheduled maintenance. They have an office staffed by Anna and Daniel, but never got returned phone calls and had to keep calling. Several times they were supposed to show up and I kept the dog in all day and they were a no show. I put in 2 verbal and one written request to increase my maintenance to weekly and never got a response. I just called this morning (Friday) to see if they were going to show up and was told by Daniel that they had an emergency tree service that was more important and couldn't get to my yard until Tuesday (they don't work on weekends). It is Labor Day weekend and my yard look terrible, Daniel - instead of trying to find someone to come out started arguing with me and told me the dates they HAD been out in the last 60 days. He was rude and unprofessional. I don't have time to constantly call a yard maintenance company to see if they are going to show up. Mike - stop advertising, get your act together and service the customers you already have and find office staff that will actually provide customer service!

Bynum Tree Services did a excellent job on trimming my 3 fruit trees.
They communicate very well, showed up on time, and cleaned up everything.
Very affordable!
Bynum, I HIGHLY recommend you remove the MANY weed removal before-and-after photos from your Yelp profile before someone else like me is lured in believing this is a service you offer, and if someone contacts SPECIFICALLY asking for weed removal, LET THEM KNOW YOU DON'T OFFER THAT SERVICE BEFORE BOOKING THE APPOINTMENT!
I contacted Bynum through Yelp, asking for a quote on a one-time weed removal over our whole property (exact quote). Odis responded that they would knock down the weeds and spray, and gave an appointment date two weeks out. I don't know about you, but after asking for weed removal and receiving this response, I assumed they'd actually come and remove the weeds.
Turns out, we waited two weeks for our appointment, they showed up, and told my husband they USED to remove weeds a long time ago, but they don't offer that service anymore. They only spray. They didn't even have anyone to refer us to!
Guys. You have to be good at communicating. We could have found someone else to do the job we needed, but instead we were led to believe that you would pull our flippin' weeds, and wasted TWO WEEKS waiting for you to NOT do the job we needed.
I had a little trouble with them first coming out. It's been very busy and monsoon season.
However I'm very happy to say that they came out today and gave me a quote. I appreciate them making up the time for me. I'm sure they do a quality job although I have yet to confirm a date.

They came and removed several oleander trees/bushes as well as 2 pigmy palms from our backyard. They were there exactly when they said they would be and did a great job. Definitely will be using them again!
Don't look anywhere else if you need tree work, landscaping, and just honest / friendly / hardworking people!
They showed up on time. Did the work safe and fast. Cleaned up exceptionally. All for a great value! Our yard is looking great (trees pruned, weeds gone, bushes trimmed, and a HUGE dead tree gone... oh yea and helped my neighbor with 2 tree removals same day)!
Highly recommend Bynum Tree and Landscape. They are definitely our go to pros!

This guy is truly an artist in his craft. Some of the more competitive pricing in the valley without question with one of the hardest work ethics I have seen. I had Odis do a large one time clean up on an over acre property that was very neglected when I purchased it. Could not be more satisfied with the quality, the change and the attention to detail he put into the project! I get compliments daily from the neighbors and don't even want to go inside anymore even when it's 110 outside because it looks so great!
I now use them for monthly service!

Great guys! Friendly, knowledgeable and fun. Did a great job trimming up my Mesquite, left the yard clean, and great value for the money. Recommend Odis highly for your landscape needs
These guys came out and trimmed my two Mulberry trees that were extending over my roofline. They did a great job and most importantly, they did a great job w/ the cleanup. I would definitely recommend these guys, and I will use them in the future.
I just had Odis Bynum from Bynum Tree and Landscape trim several overgrown trees and bushes (including 2 palm trees). I was able to get an appointment just one day after first contacting them. The two-man crew showed up on time and got the job done in about 5 hours.
They did a great job and everything looks great. The thing that stands out most to me is the clean-up the did after the work ... they went above and beyond, leaving my yard much neater than when they arrived.
They told me they offer monthly landscape service and I am considering using them moving forward.
Alex and Odis were great! They trimmed my mesquite tree to suit me. They listened to my special request and provided reliable service. They gave me a fast quote, a quick appointment, were on time and reliable! Their prices are good and they cleaned up beautifully. Thank you guys!
I had hired him to do some yard renovations. He came a couple times then never showed up. Tried calling and most of the time he didn't answer the phone and when he did answer he had excuses, would set up another date to do the work and not show up again. Very unreliable.

Highly recommend Bynum Tree and Landscape. They did an excellent job with my citrus and palm trees and cleaned my yard of all debris.
Odis is awesome he does a great job at a very reasonable price I couldn't be happier with the service I received I will and do highly recommend him for your yard work needs
My yard looked great when J-rock was done. The price was a good value because the crew did some extra trimming around the yard for the original price quote. I also appreciate the fact that this company worked with me because I had to stay indoors due to Covid-19. I will definitely hire them again.
