He set up my couches (electrical).  He was fast efficient. He wore a mask for safety. He cleaned up the space. I highly recommend his work.

Highly recommend Sigi and his crew! Super easy to work with. His pricing was very fair. I had an entire 2nd story deck rebuilt and house leveled by replacing the support beams in my carport under my master bedroom. The work was top notch. Every question was answered and the crew even made suggestions to help save some money. Special shout out to Tim and Adrian who worked their tails off to make sure everything was right. Even when there were minor issues, they were resolved immediately. I would absolutely use them again. You wont go wrong using Southwest. Thanks for everything Sigi!

Juan and his crew did a fantastic job with our remodeling project! We couldn't be happier! G & C are true professionals. Very consciousnesses while doing their work. They always made sure to prep each area extensively like it was their own home. They were careful about not letting my dog out and keeping things locked up. Very courteous. They are detailed oriented and are so very knowledgeable. When the project started and as it moved along Juan had great remodeling suggestions and brought up things that  would have never crossed my mind. It was great to have him do the thinking for me. Overall, the project was very stress free and reasonably priced. Additionally, the communication between G&C was phenomenal. Juan is super responsive 7 days a week and always kept me updated on the daily schedule, so I knew what to expect which was helpful in planning my day. I never experienced any no shows and G&C was very flexible with scheduling and with last minute project changes that were made by me. We worked well together. Everything went smooth throughout my month-long remodel and Juan and his crew are so accommodating and great to work with. I highly recommend them. Additionally, they stand behind their work.

This may at one time been a good business.  But now the daughter and son in law have it.  They made a great first impression and were very good at returning calls/texts.   Then they did not do the work as agreed.  Took a large deposit and then wanted to not guarantee their work.   Run from them and go elsewhere and you will be happier.  We basically got ripped off by them.   Sometimes you know you are in trouble when folks attempt to leverage religion to get business.

I needed my pool decking redone completely and had six different companies come and give me a bid, one was Altra cooldeck. I love dealing with Michael the owner. He provided me the best price and the longest warranty in the market. I will tell you the other 5 companies were hirer in price and had less warranty availability.  Two companies did not even respond back with a quote.
Altra cooldeck employees have my job done in one and a half days. The quality of work was fantastic. The cleanup could have been better but when I called and spoke with the owners, they were right on it and made the employees come back and take care of what needed to be done.
I would highly recommend this company and if I had a second pool that needed decking repair, it would be Altra Cool Deck.

AZ Remodel Pros installed cabinetry and a hall tree for our laundry room. The process was smooth and efficient from start to finish. Izzy had great ideas for the project and Joey did excellent work. We are so excited to have such a beautiful and functional space!

This company was absolutely amazing to work with. They were honest with recommendations when we weren't sure what decision to make (about colors) and helped us build our vision. The end product was absolutely incredible and, honestly, more than we even imagine it to be. Our back patio and pool deck has always been an oasis for us, but our new Carvestone has put the icing on the cake. Definitely recommend them!

We Would had possibly considered giving them our pool project  we had a full meeting and they Periodically replied with a very generic plan no thought and never responded, when I messaged or called.  We Could only imagine how awful if we had actually hired them.  Hope my neighbors had better service and response.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I would give zero stars if possible. Shasta remodeled our pool 2 1/2 years ago and did a poor job on the tile. After 1 year, we had a few tiles come off. After numerous calls and nearly a month, they finally came out and repaired them. Within a year, the exact same tiles again came off, along with some additional ones. I have been calling them since April attempting to get this fixed. After 2 months, they came out and told me the tiles are coming off because of standing water on the deck, which is ironic, since the pool is 47 years old and the previous tiles NEVER came off in its entire existence. They required that I put a drain in the deck before they would repair the tile. After spending $1000 to have a drain installed, I've been calling weekly since late July to no avail. Every time I call, I'm told they don't have a date scheduled yet. This is, by far, the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I'm told each time they will call me back with a date, which has yet to happen. This has been a terrible experience and I don't want anyone else to go through what we have. They were very diligent in taking our money, but clearly don't have any interest whatsoever in honoring the alleged warranty.

They don't care about their employees whatsoever. Covid is being spread around that warehouse and the bosses won't let people take the right amount of time off otherwise you will be fired so they're putting your health and paycheck at risk all for the company as well as putting the employees families at risk for not following covid protocols. They won't let you drink water on the floor even in 117 weather. This company thinks they're above everything and normal human decency doesn't apply to them. This is a shit show!
