Dealing with BCS is a waste of time.  I recommend steering clear of BCS and finding a reliable roofing contractor.  I initially hired BCS to repair a roof leak, and there were no problems with their work.    Recently, I asked BCS for a proposal to replace my roof tiles, and Dean timely followed-up with a proposal.  It is now late September.  Since mid August, I tried to let Dean know that I wanted to accept the proposal numerous times in both email and phone calls, but Dean won't answer his phone, won't respond to voicemails and return calls, and has not responded to any of my emails.  I had no conflict or any problems with him or anyone at BCS, he simply won't respond.

Highly recommend Sigi and his crew! Super easy to work with. His pricing was very fair. I had an entire 2nd story deck rebuilt and house leveled by replacing the support beams in my carport under my master bedroom. The work was top notch. Every question was answered and the crew even made suggestions to help save some money. Special shout out to Tim and Adrian who worked their tails off to make sure everything was right. Even when there were minor issues, they were resolved immediately. I would absolutely use them again. You wont go wrong using Southwest. Thanks for everything Sigi!

Upon the purchase of our new home we needed to complete the dirt back yard. We obtained several quotes from Landscape companies and they were all over the board. Rusty gave us a bid which was highly competitive and covered things others had missed. It was also easy to see the passion he had for our project. We worked together to design a 9 hole putting course, not a putting green, but 9 individual holes. I recently had Colletti Design replace my stair railing.  Things started out well but quickly went downhill.  Initial design phase was quick and easy.  I was informed that the lead time would be 6-8 weeks.  After 8 weeks of waiting with no update, I called to find out what the status of my order was, and got a quick response.  

A team showed up to template my railing, which involved some welding inside my house.  I received a phone call later that day from my wife to inform me that the install team had set fire to my staircase, causing damage to the carpet on 3-4 stairs.

They were very apologetic and promised to pay for replacement of my stair carpeting.  I wasn't too upset at this point (accidents do happen), but my experience afterwards was completely unacceptable.

You would think that after having set a fire inside my house that this company would have payed especially close attention to my job, but I experienced the opposite.  Not once did I ever receive an unsolicited phone call.  i was constantly calling to find out when (if ever) my railing would be installed.  Two and a half weeks later, after promises of expediting, my railing was installed -- in the wrong color.

At this point, I was very upset and informed the owner of everything that went wrong.  The only thing I was given were some weak apologies.  They did eventually arrange for my railing to be removed and powder-coated in the correct color.

I was given nothing for my multiple inconveniences.  Given the price (which is substantially higher), I was expecting to receive high-level service.  I received the opposite.

All said and done, I received a simple stair railing after 12 weeks, along with a burnt carpet and several long days for my wife and baby, at a substantial price premium.

We bought our pool from Shasta because they were the top pool company in Arizona. With the lifetime Warrenty and best customer service. Not anymore!! Every time we call for service it's 2 months before they show up. My pump went out 3 weeks ago and they scheduled us for 5 weeks out. Unacceptable

They don't care about their employees whatsoever. Covid is being spread around that warehouse and the bosses won't let people take the right amount of time off otherwise you will be fired so they're putting your health and paycheck at risk all for the company as well as putting the employees families at risk for not following covid protocols. They won't let you drink water on the floor even in 117 weather. This company thinks they're above everything and normal human decency doesn't apply to them. This is a shit show!
