I have had work on three separate projects over the past month and a half  and I  have been extremely pleased with his communication ion and ownership of the projects.  He managed all aspects and finished  the jobs with high quality work, cleaning the area after install.  He is creative in problem solving and I will be working with home on several new project

Russ has also done a recent job for us.  He resealed and repaired all our external windows for the house.  He did an amazing job and helped address some water damage issues as well with how water was coming under the sill.  Highly recommended.

Had a busted pipe in between my bathrooms right after Thanksgiving 2022 which was a disaster to get back home to. After water damage repairs I had a few different contractors quote for repairs. Mario was quick to respond and eager to get started even though the insurance haven't gave me funds yet. We went over the job in detail and what would need to be done along with materials. He helped pick up items that were needed from flooring stores or Lowe's without an issue and completed the job within 2 weeks time. Very happy with his work ethic and attitude so I would recommend Navas Remodeling.

I have used BCS services for multiple projects involving my roof, wood fascia on my patio , and most recently work on the wood supports and trim of the garage doors which had been sun damaged and rotted. The workmanship is top notch, and the results always exceed my expectations. Dean is honest and upfront, his professionalism exceptional. Highly recommend Sigi and his crew! Super easy to work with. His pricing was very fair. I had an entire 2nd story deck rebuilt and house leveled by replacing the support beams in my carport under my master bedroom. The work was top notch. Every question was answered and the crew even made suggestions to help save some money. Special shout out to Tim and Adrian who worked their tails off to make sure everything was right. Good work and fair price (got multiple quotes). There were some delays in completing the project but Juan kept in communication so it didn't bother me. He actually did a little extra free of charge because he felt bad.   Would use again.  For reference, the job included replacing a wood fence, Installing a new gate and replacing some siding.

Horrible experience. Shoddy workmanship. The feel you get for the salesman is correct. Use someone else. They did my patio. It looks nothing like they said it would. Chips everywhere. Sales guy is so used car like. Excuse after excuse. Workers showed up sometime. After finished I pointed out some stuff and he was like  well thats what it is. Great. Run from this outfit.

I saw their ad in the Goodyear magazine offering Daytona 60 oz turf $4.75 sq foot. When I spoke to Colby, he stated they use American made turf with 15 year warranty. When he came to the home for measurements, we had him also measure for some other projects. His pricing was high on the drip system, gravel, pavers, acrylic and also wanted to upcharge for additional infill when we had two other companies quote us much less. When we informed Colby that we would stick with the turf only and would use a different company for the other projects we were then informed we would have to pay additional money for curbing. Was given one price then after I caught a math error in their quote they more then tripled their price.
When I pushed back and started to dig into how much the project would cost to DIY I really started to see all their lies unrolling. The turf they offer is not American made and does not have a 15 year warranty. They also were going to cut corners on infill.
When I called them out on this information I was informed the owner has decided to decline your project
what a waste of two weeks and time!! DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR GIMMICS

We purchased a beautiful custom door from Colletti and are very happy with it.
Communication is not good.

This is just an FYI for those of you that require a new Pool light. It would do you good to shop around, I did. When we bought the house last year, the previous owners had the light replaced by Shasta, $450. It lasted less than a year. When calling for a quote, they gave me a price of over $1000! Well needless to say, I inquired to get an idea of competitive pricing. I ended up with same lamp, installed by another pool service, $180. Just passing this on.

They don't care about their employees whatsoever. Covid is being spread around that warehouse and the bosses won't let people take the right amount of time off otherwise you will be fired so they're putting your health and paycheck at risk all for the company as well as putting the employees families at risk for not following covid protocols. They won't let you drink water on the floor even in 117 weather. This company thinks they're above everything and normal human decency doesn't apply to them. This is a shit show!
