I was extremely pleased with the process from start to finish. From my original consultation with Spencer to the walk-through at the time of starting the project, and the communication with the team including Alex and Angel and his crew.
They were punctual, reliable, extremely knowledgeable, and diligent and saw everything through from start to finish. My backyard has taken that quantum Leap to a whole different level and I am overjoyed with the results. Kudos to the whole team at Allied Outdoor Solutions and I would recommend them highly. Thanks again guys!

Allied said the fire pit was not covered under warranty. The Allied employee said my fires were too big and said they didn't suggest the flame get above a spot he pointed to (about 6 inches from the bottom of the pit). I believe that's a ridiculous height to keep a flame below considering logs come in all shapes and sizes. This height limit was not in any contract. They said they would fix it at no cost so long as I signed a courtesy  form releasing them from warranty and THEY WERE GOING TO FORCE ME TO REMOVE ALL REVIEWS ONLINE. This might be a reason why their reviews are still not one star. I opted not to sign the form. The exact paragraph from the form is included in the pictures.

I paid the material cost over 15 months ago and the work is still not done. Zero communication unless I ask a question. We are now at 5 canceled appointments. A complete lack of professionalism and belwo zero customer service.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. in fact I would say definitly do not use this company.

I'm puzzled how they're still in business. How do they think it's a viable business practice to have a customer wait a whole year for their backyard remodel only to have the contractor say the dimensions are not doable.

You can only blame supply chain issues for so much, at this point they're borderline negligent and acting in bad faith.  Definitely telling all my networks to avoid this company at all costs.

Allied provided us a backyard remodel with new concrete and Carvestone.   The concrete installation was completed by a subcontractor with oversight from Allied Solutions.   We had issues with the installation from day one.   The project was initially scheduled for 1-2 weeks and it took Allied 3 months to complete the concrete installation.   The workers did not show up on time and even skipped multiple days with no communication.   The oversight from Allied was just as bad.   There were issues with the grading, set up and installation.    It has been 9 months since I notified Allied of the issues and they still have not addressed the warranty claim.   I have been waiting for a month to hear back from an Allied representative on a plan of correction.    I would not recommend this company at all as their customer service is terrible, their work is poor quality, and they do not honor their warranty.

Completely insane business practice of setting a price before having any details of the job to be done! Made an initial inquiry and when the woman from here called she said their minimum paver price is $8000!!! Never asked any details on what was needed! I'm guessing Allied doesn't get a whole lot of work with these practices. I would recommend ANYBODY else before using them.

A major joke. You talk about a lack of communication, I think a tree would talk more and answer more questions than these guys. You're better off working with a rock. And expensive but want to pay there sub contractors little so you end up getting a low quality product.

This company was absolutely amazing to work with. They were honest with recommendations when we weren't sure what decision to make (about colors) and helped us build our vision. The end product was absolutely incredible and, honestly, more than we even imagine it to be. Our back patio and pool deck has always been an oasis for us, but our new Carvestone has put the icing on the cake. Definitely recommend them!

And maybe the color they use don't work well with pool water . Be cautious !!! I had to have them come out to reseal and they charge me for that due to the color fading. If you want to constantly reseal on a yearly basis spending thousandsso the color doesn't fade with the sun and pool you'll be spending a lot of money overall. Had I not known that I would've never use this company and stuck with pavers! I'm attaching pictures so you can see they want to charge.

As you can see this has not even been a full year after so this is not a resealing issue after a second time . This company should back their work and fix at no charge .

We needed to repair our cool deck around our pool so we went with this company to install Carvestone at a cost of over $9000 in 2016. Last year we did a reseal for over $1700.  We requested a maintenance repair quote in November and have yet to hear back.  The Carvestone looks terrible and we now have noticed small pin prick holes in the surface.  This is a terrible product and the company is no better.  They have no customer service or follow through.  

We are out over $10,000 and will probably need to do something else to make this look good.  Look at the pictures to get an idea.  Picture 2-hard to see the holes but they are there.

Horrible experience. Shoddy workmanship. The feel you get for the salesman is correct. Use someone else. They did my patio. It looks nothing like they said it would. Chips everywhere. Sales guy is so used car like. Excuse after excuse. Workers showed up sometime. After finished I pointed out some stuff and he was like  well thats what it is. Great. Run from this outfit.

Their product is excellent, customer service fair at best.  We wanted to have them do our courtyard after they did our cool deck.  We filled out their form twice on their website, left two voice mails, called their corporate office in Texas, and never heard back.  They must be making too much money so they don't need any of ours.  We found another product similar to Carvestone that has a lifetime warranty and no maintenance (no resealing).
