We hired Vetsbuilt  in October on the recommendation of our realtor.  We worked with Bob the entire time and he was very responsive.  We had our old stone fireplace removed and replaced with laminate ship lap style tile.  Jason did a great job on this!  We love it. Jason was sure that we were part of all the decision making and he wanted us to be happy with the result.  We also had some renovation done in the Master Bath which turned out very nice.  Bob has some great subs that do awesome work.  Shout out to George for his great work building the brick wall on the side of the house -- all in one day!
The only thing that keeps the review from being great is that daily estimations of what would be completed were very optimistic and not often realized.  Toward the end of the project - which included several different items - resources were re-assigned to other projects.  
However, with that being said, the work was complete by our deadline and definitely within our budget, which was a HUGE priority for us.

Alfredo and his team always do excellent high-quality work. We've had them rebuild the gables on our house, rebuild a covered patio on our casita, and replace several sections of warped and worn-out siding. Everything has turned out great and we're very pleased. We'll be happy to hire Alfredo's team to do more work for us in the future!

I can't say enough good things about Vlad and his crew. Vlad responded to my request the first day and quoted me a fair price. They were all very, very nice people who knew what they were doing and they worked so well together, my job was completed in one day and they helped me get my furniture back in place, too, so my house was back in order before I went to bed. They were friendly and professional and a pleasure to have working in the house all day. Vlad sent me an email the following day making sure I was happy with their work (I am).  Who does that anymore?   I guarantee you will be very happy with this company.

We bought our house in Truckee in September and really wanted to have the exterior stained before winter/snow as the house already had some weather damage. Rob gave us a very competitive quote and managed to get the job done before the weather changes. Rob and his crew did a great job and they were very flexible with regard to scheduling. We are thrilled with the way our house looks now. Beautiful job. Would recommend United Paint and Stain to anyone in the area.

One Stop Woodworks have been an Outstanding to work with.  They have worked on 3 separate projects now, installing new wood stairs, new wood banisters and faux wood beams in my house.  They are are very professional, reliable and their quality of work is OUTSTANDING.  I have been working with them over the last year and a half, and will continue to do business with them in the future.  One of the great things I love about them, is that they show you work to go along with our vision, along with different options.

Our pool deck just got done! Daniel came by to do a final walk thru so it's still brand new but so far, we love it! Daniel was very professional! Really nice guy and easy to work with. Very reliable and seems extremely trustworthy. It's always easy to do business with someone you like! He came out several times to give us suggestions/estimates since we were throwing around a few different options for design. Not once did he act like it was a waste of his time and we all know that this economy right now is thriving so it's not like he didn't have other jobs. He would text us and keep us in the loop on when his crew was coming out and what they were going to be doing that day. Communication and keeping your word  is so appreciated and rarely done these days! Can't wait to have a party and show off our new patio and deck! Thank you Copper Sky Concrete! After a weekend monsoon storm clogged up our pool filter, I started looking on yelp for pool repair companies. I messaged some companies without any responses. Cool Blue Pool happened to be pretty close to where we live in Phoenix, so I called on Monday morning- Rob picked up. I told him what was going on. He said he would come by at the end of his day. He actually was able to come over earlier, fixed the issue and that was it! It wasn't a complicated issue with our filter but I really appreciated him coming the same day, fixing it quickly and not overcharging. We will definitely use them for any pool repairs/issues in the future.

Rosa came out for a property tour. She was a much better talker then she was a listener. She talked continously, speaking over us as if we weren't in the room. She was rude to say the least. I believe that she does not like men because she constantly spoke over me. She knew how she was going to remodel my home. She didn't care for any input.
She said she would get us an estimate by Friday, October 15. As of October 18 we have not heard from her. Not a very good business practice but probably a blessing.

At first they were great. But the last two months not dependable. We found plastic bags in both filters and alot of algae because they haven't shown up for three weeks!

I had to change my appointment with Tony and after chuckling he hung up.  He never showed up for the appointment, even though my husband waited for two hours.  Thanks Tony.  You won't be getting our business.

Steve and his crew did a amazing job installing our awning. These guys are fast, dependable and very reasonably priced. We will be using them again in the near future without a doubt!
