Our carport and park model window screens were installed by the end of August 2021. We received exemplary service from the installers and very high quality product from the manufacturing facility. The coordinator and installers were sensitive to our needs, kept us informed, and were customer-centric in all their interactions. We can highly recommend this firm, its products, and its staff.

Larry and his crew have done 3 jobs for us at two of our homes. Each time they were efficient and very clean! Larry and his guys are a pleasure to work with! At the most current job they did, Larry was so patient in helping us pick out colors for our interior and exterior, along with a huge roof top deck that has wooden railings wrapped around the entire deck. This was a very BIG job and still was priced reasonably and within our budget. We will never choose another painting company again. Everyone at Painting With Pride is wonderful from their work to their demeanor! We recommend them to everyone that mentions needing this type of service. Oh! I almost forgot to mention... one of the bedrooms and bathrooms had drywall repair to be done before painting that they also took care of for us. It was a pleasure to work with Rick at Five Star Landscaping.  We have a hillside area that is eroding.  Rick listened to what my concerns and wishes were for this area.  He made it happen, despite having easier options.  Unlike other landscaping companies. Rick, the owner, was on the job the whole time.  Not only is he knowledgeable about plants and planting, but irrigation, as well.  His prices are reasonable.

Fantastic customer service! Very prompt and thorough. I highly recommend smart pools for new builds, repairs, and weekly service! They actually care about when customers.

A pin hole water leak turned into a dry wall repair and paint job.  I expected having the leak fixed would be simple but finding a dry wall repair and painter would be difficult.  Everyone is busy.  ACP arrived to provide a quote at the time agreed upon.  Once I accepted the quote, Jose arrived, on time, to repair the drywall and did an excellent job.  A couple of days later, Nate and Colter arrived to paint the ceiling and wall.  They arrived on time, prepped, painted and cleaned up in less than 3 hours.  I believe they did an exceptional job and I highly recommend ACP.

Joel and his son were extremely professional and friendly! They were also very accommodating with their time. They installed a new patio section for us, updated the current patio, did some crown molding and fireplace work as well. All of it came out fantastic! We will definitely be using them again. For any home projects - these are your guys!

Brad has done 2 projects for us, he built a Casita on our residential property.  We had been working with another contractor that had drug their feet and Brad and his team came in and got the job done quickly, during the beginning of the COVID issue.  He really came through for us.
The second was a commercial project, he remodeled our office, at our business in Chandler.  We had a quick deadline to get it done and they did an amazing job, excellent price and it was done on time.

We completely ripped out and remodeled our backyard this year and we hired Phil and Shearon Design Collective to help us design everything. Not only did he do a perfect 3D model of what we designed originally, but he also gave feedback and improved on our original design significantly, then redesigned the 3D model. We're so glad we hired him.

Some things that he helped us decide to change were:

- [ ] Shape and radius of the rounded pillars
- [ ] Placement of the scuppers/water feature
- [ ] Layout of the pavers around the pool (he literally hand drew the pattern)

SilverBack Handyman was the 6th company I called and the 3rd company I had come out for an Estimate; ultimately they were the ones to complete my job request from start to finish.
I do my research, I am very particular and I know exactly what I need, want and expect when I hire a professional to complete a job they are hired for.
I called, spoke with Bryan over the phone, he was kind, our communication was clear, he listed as I explained what I was looking for and the timeline I had in mind.  Based on what I was asking for he suggested to send out Kathem for my estimate.
Kathem arrived as scheduled, he took his time, asked all the questions, took all the measurements, gave offered suggestions and different options he thought might fit right, he was very thorough in explaining what would be done step by step.  
I received my estimate within the timeframe stated.  They were not the least expensive quote I received but they were extremely fair and competitive, reasonably price.  I agreed to have them complete the work and they were at my place 3 days later. Everything was completed and delivered as promised. I am so glad I gave these guys with little presence on yelp the opportunity, I couldn't have been happier with the outcome!  I will definitely be using them again for my next project!!

*patched walls where needed
*removed all old & installed all new baseboards
*Painted entire Condo from ceilings to baseboards including closets & doors
*removed, repaired, painted & reinstalled kitchen cabinets with new hinges
*removed old and installed new garbage disposal (I purchased)

We had them extend our driveway and finish up decking in the backyard. Quick responses and service. They were priced great, fast work looks great. Had them come back to do some stucco and finish up a short retaining wall. Fast, looks great. Would have preferred they actually finish cleaning up the are once they completed. Was told they would but didn't come back. Finally just said whatever. That was an inconvenience for us to clean it up or I would give them 5 stars. Would sue again just be sure to specify and follow up with the cleaning up part.

We love this company!!!! They have been knowledgeable, quick, and friendly. This is a family run company. We bought our house in July and two weeks later our pool pump died, of course not covered by our home warranty. All the guys at Sonoran Water's have been great about making sure our new equipment is running at top performance. We truly lucked out finding this place. We will be using their services for a very long time.

Getting gates installed in our backyard took 3 weeks, which was agreed on.  The gates were installed and looked nice.  One day after the installation though, I noticed that cracks had developed on many of the wood planks around where they were bolted to the frame.  Martin's Fencing came out to verify that the wood had indeed cracked.  From there it took another 18 days for the cracked wood to be replaced.

This is the worst management team I have ever encountered. Their team is extremely condescending especially NICOLE in numerous occasions. Our car was parked in front of our building for 5 hrs only to get a $200 fine because they don't let residence park near your own building even for a few hours. They have some type of deal with the towing company, they are crooks!

The HOA fees are outrageous and for what?? A pool that is closed for maintenance half of the year ?

Every time you get a package delivered you must walk half a mile in the heat across the entire complex instead of having the amazon deliver man drop it at home, even if we are home no delivery man ever comes up.

DO NOT BUY HERE!!
