I have used The Scottsdale Handyman for years. When I used to own rental properties all I did was call Eddie & give him the info about the particular problem &  the contact info on a tenant & Eddie would take it from there. The work was done in a timely manner & never had a complaint about his lack of professionalism or his manners. From installing a water heater to hanging pictures. From fixing irrigation to installing toilet & such, Eddie can do it all. I have found that there is no job too small or too large for The Scottsdale Handyman!

I can now sleep through the night without worry that my kitchen was going to flood. Trysten was quick to respond, had no silly fees and was very flexible to work with. He was here within a couple hours of first contact. Brought in his case of tools and got to work. quick, clean, polite and respectful. Very happy with his services!

This is one of the best companies/contractor calls I have ever had!  I called them to see if I could get 2 skylights put in my little house.  They quoted me a flat $600 each (included installation)  over the phone and made an appointment to install them right then!!!  No need to come and look at the job first!
On the appointed day Eric showed up right on time and got to work! He helped me figure out exactly where they should go & a couple of hours later I had 2 new beautiful bright skylights!  He cleaned up everything & the sky tubes are awesome!  I love their tee-shirts too: No more DARK rooms!  This was the most pleasant experience!  Thank you Skylight Guys!!!

We wanted a simple but good looking block wall to be used as a compost pit and shovel rack. At a time when most contractors are too busy to be bothered with a small job, Dylan and his team came out relatively quickly for an estimate and gave a written proposal for a competitive price the next day. We were able to schedule the work shortly thereafter. Their mason Rafael is an artisan and worked very hard, quickly, and cleanly.

Scott was so amazing in dealing with our time crunch. He was so helpful and was committed to the creative aspect of what we were needing to achieve for our clients. As a designer, this type of communication and implementation is vital in the area of interior design. I have worked with his team now on two kitchen hoods and I have recommended his service to many a customer for other areas of their home that needs an amazing metal finish, whether it be a fireplace surround or a wall treatment.  His ability to match a tile inspiration or any finish is unmatched. I will always be a user of this company as they provide top notch service all around.

I contracted with this company in 2012 to apply waterproof walking deck coatings to three large walking decks on a house I own in Paradise Valley. Two years later, I am still trying to get them to replace failed deck coating, which cracked all over the place and was so soft to the touch that your thumbprint could penetrate the surface when it is supposed to be rock hard to facilitate actually being able to walk on it; hence a walking deck. The owner has avoided the truth at every turn and it has been an ongoing nightmare. My advice is to find another deck coating company unless you want mega problems down the road, when in fact their contract says they supply a 5 year warranty. The decks started cracking shortly after the first year.

Didn't go with this company. Had to cancel.  Was gonna take 6 months to a year ,to long to build. Went with different company and got pool built and swimming in 2 months

The owner was really nice and seemed professional. However, they scheduled and then didn't show and then they came the next day. The job was not finished so they said they would come back Monday and they didn't get back to me for a week so my husband did the trim and closure on the door. They apologized so I'm sure they are just very busy but I was frustrated. Maybe my job was too small for them ‍
