We had been introduced to Ben at All Star Stair Railing through our contractor. We were in the middle of a big renovation and decided we could not live with the ugly pony walls that we had through out the house. Ben texted me right away. Came out to measure the following day. Sent his quote out hours later. Worked out our design and adjustment and we were off and running. He was able to start earlier than projected. They take real pride in craftsmanship and what a pleasure to work with.

After basically being scammed by a neighbor who claimed they could put in a gate for us and knew what they were doing these guys fixed what was wrong. They were fast affordable and communicative. Before they came slates of our gate were falling off constantly these guys fixed it.

Someone on Nextdoor recommend Pool Remodeling Brothers. Based on their recommendation I reached out to Jose for an estimate. They were responsive and got our pool fixed within a week of contacting them. We had some cracks in our pebble in the steps and we couldn't get anyone to call us back or do the job because it wasn't worth their time for what they would make on the job. Because they took on our little job we will be using them for our pool remodel in 2-3 years because our pebble is old and wearing out.

Had our Kool Deck resurfaced and it looks wonderful.  It took 2 days to complete and the experience from start to finish was very positive. Communication was prompt and Dave, the owner, was on site both days to ensure the work was done properly. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

I would highly recommend this company! I worked with Ray and he was very responsive and very helpful with all of my questions. We had an area that needed to be patched on a pool deck and I was concerned about how it would look like compared to the rest of the pool deck, but he explained the amount of time it takes to weather and everything, and I am very happy with how it turned out.

We had some damage to our back gate - Joel fixed several boards, re-stained them and put user-friendly latches on both doors. Joel was absolutely wonderful to work with - fast response, a great communicator, even sent me video of the work he did (we live down in Phoenix and rent the house). Pricing was very reasonable - I would work with him again in a heartbeat! Thank you Joel!!

I just had my observation deck resealed, and it turned out great. Adam workers did a great job and barley knew they were there, no banging or dropping tools. The project took about four days with the drying of the stuff they put in the roof, but showed up and completed the job very professional. I would use him again, and Adam will Answer his phone when called.

My pool's Kool deck was in dire need of repair or replacement.  I decided to go with                    
Deck Services because of their various A ratings.   And, the fact that they have been                    
in business for 40+ years (but, now Angie's List it shows 60+ years).  If they've been in                    
business that long they must be doing something right.  The owner was punctual                    
& professional.  His workers were nice however, we never knew when they were going                    
to show up, how long they'd be gone for lunch or what time they left.  I asked them to tell                    
us since we had 2 dogs locked in the house while they were working.  The finished product                    
looked pretty good, from what I could see, since it was too cold to get in the pool.  I didn't like                    
it at the separation between the pool & the in-ground spa.  The owner sent them out,                    
weeks later, to fix the area.  By the end of the swim season I started seeing some hairline                    
cracks, etc.  I called the owner again but, he had just lost a loved one.  So, I gave him several                    
months before asking him to send them back out.  They did eventually come out & fixed the areas.                      
Once swimming season started again I started seeing all kinds of hair line cracks, a rather large                    
crack by the steps & some sort of gouge right by the top step.  Again, adequate seems to be the                    
new norm.

The service we received from First Impression (Gilbert location), from our initial contact with salesman Adam to installers Miguel and Isaac, was superior.  All of our many questions were addressed upfront in several visits to the showroom as well as a home visit by Adam to show us additional samples, answer more questions, give us an estimate, and take measurements.  Installation of the iron entry door, which occurred three weeks from the signing of the contract, went beautifully.  We received a courtesy call prior to installers' arrival, and they were prompt, polite, respectful, cheerful, clean & meticulous in their work.  The morning after installation, we discovered that our keys did not work in one of the locks, so we scheduled a return visit to repair the broken lock.  It was repaired within a week, which was fine since there are two locks on the door so we had another lock available to use.  The price of this door came in well below an estimate we got from another door company for a similar door that did not have the possibility of a screen option, which was one of the reasons we wanted a new door to begin with.  We love our Bristol door with the screen option.  The door's functionality is matched by its excellent quality and good looks.  It transformed the look of the entire front of the house.  We also received two follow-up calls from First Impression to ask if we had any questions, problems, or feedback.  The company has been--well--impressive!  We will definitely use them again in the future if the opportunity arises.

First Impression Ironworks installed a beautiful iron gate in our courtyard. The experience was very professional and their representatives were friendly and helpful. It seemed a little pricy at first but it is an investment in our home that will last forever.  I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Matt and his team did a great job resurfacing our fiberglass pool in just a few days. Matt was straightforward with the price, did what he promised, was done on time, and cleaned up nicely. I would recommend Matt's Magic Pools to anyone who needs their pool resurfaced. We'll done fellas.

I found G's Hone Services on Yelp, requested a quote, he got back to me within 20mins of my request & quoted me a fair price. I hired him for the job & he nailed it. Great service, great work, I highly recommend.

Had a second gate installed by FISD and the experience, like the first, was great.  They really worked with me on a challenging design issue and came through like champs. Their District Manager, Linda, took over after I experienced problems dealing with one of their salespeople.  Linda was AMAZING....so on top of things and eager to ensure that I was happy with the final result.  I am thrilled ...the gate is gorgeous.  Pricing was extremely competitive and the quality wonderful.  Would not hesitate to recommend FISD!
